A loud ringing was all Apple Bloom could hear as she woke up. New Sounds slowly came to her ears, as a rythmic bip, and two voices arguing was heard.
"I told ya I,m not letting ya put that brass crap on mah sister" Applejack's voice said muffled, by what Apple Bloom presumed, was a door.
"you want her to be a cripple for the rest of her life because thats what it sounds like to me" came Rainbow Dash's voice
"Remember the A.I?" AJ asked. Rainbow groweled at this.
"My life, my work, stay out of it" she said with anger laced in her tone "wait what? A.I what work" Apple Bloom thought, as she heard hoofsteps move away.
finally her vision began to come back to her. The frist thing she saw a white ceillng she looked to the left to see a tray with 7 empty syringes.
Apple Bloom cringed at the sight and turned her head to the right to see a sleeping nurse on the floor with a syringe in her side. Apple Bloom was suprised to see a nurse on the floor just sleeping. that was when she felt like she was been watched so she looked to the foot of her bed to see...Derpy?
"i'm gonna make this quick, keep those new limb's of yours hidden, and only let a Pegasus know about them, the rest of Ponykind are'nt too fond of us" Derpy said before turning to the door. "oh and one more thing, those new limb's of yours have holographic emitters in them so don't worry about other ponies seeing them" and with that Derpy disappered right before Apple Blooms eyes.
"what was she talking about *ugh* all this questions are making mah head hurt" she sighed looked herself over...and did a double take to make sure she was not hallucinating.
Her arms had a shiney look to them that was when a memory surfficed. Running throgth a forest. Earth spliting open. landing, in a pile of glowing blue dust. Inhaling said dust, and an explosion, and a leg. Her leg severd right in front of her.
Apple Bloom looked for somewhere to throw up in, and found a bin that said bio hazard. It was good enough, so she whent to it and puked her guts out.
When she was done vomiting she heard hoofsteps coming. "*aahh* what do I do, they are going to see me. Wait. what was that Derpy said about holographic emitters, how do I work them. I just want these to look real" at that a faint shimmer surrounded her arms and legs. Then at the blink of a eye they looked like her old limbs.
she sighed in relief as the door opened to show AppleJack and Rainbow Dash walk in the room to see a perfectly heathly and standing Apple Bloom.
"What? h-h-h-how HOW ARE YA THEN STANDING YA!!!... mmmtthhh" Applejack was interupted by Rainbow's hand on AJ's mouth while grining like a madmare, as she turned her head to AJ.
"the director of medical affair's. That's what. Hows do not matter the why is more important" Rainbow said with near psychoctic grin.
Apple Bloom was a bit scared now with the way Rainbow smiled like that, reminded Apple Bloom of a hunter, and the way AJ was looking at both of them it was obvious that she needed to defuse this before somepony called changeling.
Remembering the syringes Apple Bloom yelled "NEW MEDICINE *ahem* thats why i'm standing they gave me a new medicine to grow mah limbs right back" said Apple Bloom a with straight face.
She may be an Apple in name, but she can lie like a pro. Given her and her friends tried that to get thair Cutie marks. it did't work but it might as well because she was so good at it it was borderline terrorfying but enough rambling from me. on to the tale i have to tell.
"Well since i'm fine and all. I think i'll just see mah self out" and with that Apple Bloom left the room, leaving behind a confused Apple and grining Rainbow Dash.
as Apple Bloom walked down the hallway questions and thougthts whent through her mind.
" what was all that about a A.I Why was Rainbow so hostile about it? Why Derpy of all ponies was in her room, and knew of the tech that was part of me now.
Apple Bloom was so lost in thougtht that she didn't see the two double doors and walked in to them "Ow!!! I realley should watch were i'm going." she said to herself.
"ThAt YoU ShOuD" a husky voice said. Apple Bloom whirled around to see a unicorn mare with a tangled and knoted red mane, a dirty white coat, blood caked mouth and missing right eye, that trailed blood down the socket, with the left having a glowing red iris and orange whites.
The sight alone was enough to make Apple Bloom gag."who and what are you?" Apple Bloom asked when she was done almost vomiting.
"hhhmm ThAt's a GoOd QuSeTiOn My ReAl NaMe As BeEn LoSt To TiMe So CaLl Me DeCaY" Decay said with twisted grin.
"that's convinent but that still does not answer the second question" Apple Bloom said wary of this Decay pony.
"*sigh* I WaS OnE Of ThE many ThAt DiD NoT GeT ThE ChAnCe To SeE ThE rebrith Of ThIs WoRld" Decay said.
"BuT I'm HeRe FoR a ReSon so LiStEn ClOsE yOuNg MaRe If YoU wAnT tO uPgRaDe AnYtHiNg AbOuT yOu ThEn FiNd RoSeLuCk TeLl HeR tHaT yOuR lOoKiNg fOr a DeCaYeD rOsE sHe'll KnOw WhAt ThAt MeAn's" Decay said as she faded away.
Apple Bloom sighed in frustration to think yesterday all she was worried about was getting out of bed, eating breckfast, donig her chore's and spending time with her crush and friend's.
now she's got new limb's that are illegal, damaged memory, and that Decay pony "mah life has taking a 180 so why do I feel like this has happened before *uuuhhh* another question to add to the pile" with that Apple Bloom let out one last sigh, turnd around and whent in the waiting room.
The first thing Apple saw was her crush Sweetie Belle pasing and Scoots siting on a chair. when she saw Apple Bloom. Sweetie jumped at her practicaly tackling her to the ground, and kissed her on the lip's.
Apple Bloom was shock both by the physical handling and the fact that Sweetie Belle her life long crush just kissed her.
"You were vary brave you know that" Sweetie said when she broke the kiss.
"*uumm* I could use a reminder" Apple Bloom said as got off the floor
"we were walking in the white tail wood trying camping for a Cutie mark, then this large manticore came and tried to eat us, but you threw a rock at it, and yelled and this is what you said " get away from them you Fuckwit" than it started chasing you and you ran deeper in to the woods. When the rescue team found you, you had your limb's torn off" Scoots explained
"and the manticore?" Apple Bloom asked. Sweetie laughed at this "nothing but a red mist" she half laughed, half said.
"whats so funny?" Apple Bloom asked concerned for her friend "meet me at the edge of the Everfree tomorrow then I will answer that question".
With that Sweetie turned around and left the hospital.
As a Doctor entered the room and walked up the two remaining mare's " are you Apple Bloom by any chance?" the doc asked. "yes" Apple Bloom said slowly "Good good since you got here by yourself. I will assume that you are fine?" The doc said questionly? " Your damn right I am" Apple Bloom said with pride thick in her tone.
"Then you are free to go, and i hope you buy some decayed rose". Apple Bloom froze on the spot and looked at the doctor as he turned around to see a pair of wings on his back.
"only let a pegasus know about them, the rest of ponykind are'nt too fond of us" Derpy's word's eicoed in Apple Bloom's mind
Apple Bloom just growled at this, this was just too much in one day "I need a drink" she said to her friend.
Scoots smiled at this "I know just the place to get a strong drink" she said as she walked to the door. Apple Bloom smiled as well "lead the way" she said as followed her friend.
little did they know that they were been watched by a certian Director.

"you know she's barley a mare right?" Asked Luna as she steped out of shadows.
"i do not care of her age all i care about is if she can get the job done" the Director said not caring to face the Princess of the night
"I hope you know what you doning" Luna said worried about the young mare. "Same to you Luna, same you" the Director said staring at the monitor
