The scars on my right wrist have been there since I was twelve years old. I was bullied. People would cuss me out, beat me, and rob me of all I had valuable. But I was to nervous and afraid to actually defend myself...It was really bad at the time. And on top of that, my girlfriend was cheating on me. But that was five years ago. Now I'm seventeen. Let me introduce myself. I am Atlas. My family and I moved here because of closer family. My aunt, uncle and cousin live here. My cousin goes to this high school I will be starting. I wake up at around five thirty AM. My life is 50/50 if you ask me. I've tried to take my own life three times. Once when I was twelve, and once when I was fourteen, and once when I was fifteen. I've been really good at blocking out those thoughts. I honestly have to thank my phycologist, Black Rose. She helped a lot. I haven't had a single thought about killing myself since I was fifteen. I don't want to go to deep into details. I usually wear a watch over the scars.

Today is going to be different. We finished unpacking Saturday night, so most of the house was unpacked. I'd say around four fifths. I  wake up to the sound of my alarm clock beeping. I tried turning it off, but was unable to do so. I sat up, and did a Taekwondo hammerfist upon it, witch broke it.. That woke me up. I got up, and looked around my room. My desk was by a window, blocking out the glare, and my bookshelf and red belt. were next to it. Iv'e been in taekwondo since I was six. My violin was in its case propped up against my backpack. My  rifle was hung on my wall above my computer. I had a shotgun hanging on my wall. I gave the shells to mty dad. I didn't trust myself. I walked to my closet and put on a a white quicksilver shirt, and my black quicksilver jacket.. I put in some blue jeans and my combat boots. I went into the kitchen and made myself from eggs and then went to the bathroom to brush my teeth, and make my black hair a bit messier. Just the way I like it. I have red eyes and tanned skin. I would usually go to the gym with my dad also. I've been doing it since I was thirteen. So, yeah. I got dek guns. I still had about an hour before my dad had to drive me to school, because I would be getting a tour at a later time. In the meantime, I decided to play my violin. I took it out of its case. It was a Black violin, with a white bow. I've had it for a few months now. It was a birthday present. My birthday is Augest twenty sixth. An hour later, I heard my dads voice.

"Atlas! Get in the car!" My dads voice boomed through the house.

"Coming..." I said I have a mexican accent. Or hispanic. Whatever you want to call it.

I got into the car with my backpack on and my violin and its case in on the other seat. We got to the school, and I got out of the car. I walked to the front doors of the school as my dad drove off. There was a statue in front of the school, which looked pretty neat. I opened the doors to the school and walked inside. I walked into the office door and spoke to the Secretary.

"Hi. I'm Atlas. I'm a new student here." I said

"Hello, Atlas! How are you today? Let me log you into the system then I can prepare your schedule. In the meantime, feel free to sit down!" She said. After ten minutes utes of paperwork and waiting, the Secretary told me that my tour guide was on her way to give me the tour of the school. I waited in the foyer for about fifteen seconds, before a girl in a leather jacket with red and yellow streaked hair walked up to me from down the hall.

"Hi there! You must be the new guy." She said.

"Yeah. I'm Atlas. Moved here just a couple days ago." I said

"It's nice to meet you, Atlas. I'm Sunset Shimmer. You will love it here! Ready to start the tour?" Asked Sunset.

"Yep."

We walked down the right hall, passing classrooms in the way.

"This is the elective ward. The teachers try there best to keep there elective periods one period after another. Except Gym, Band, Choir, and Orchestra. So they don't have to go all the way around the school. Makes them late if we don't." She said.

We got to the end of the hall, and made a left. Down this hall, there were only five double doors. In the first one we passed, we saw a pretty large room, with students sitting with brass and woodwind instruments. The band room. The band conductor was passing out sheet music.

"This is the Fine arts ward. This is where the Band, Orchestra, Choir, Ensemble and Art classes take place." Explained Sunset.

In the second classroom, it was slightly smaller and the conductor was waving his stick in the air, acting as a metronome. The students where playing Violins, violas, Cellos, and Contrabass. Except three in the left corner. One was playing a Harp, the other two playing Lyres. The third one was the smaller. There were desks in the corner and risers with about fifty students in the other. They were all singing. This was obviously the choir room. The fourth room was the smallest. There were kids in desks painting or sketching. Obviously art. The fifth room was a bit larger then the choir classroom. It had a piano in it, some Amps in it, and guitars in cases there. It also had seats and stands. This was the ensemble room. It was also empty.

We took another right. There were many many classes and lockers here.

"this is the basic ward. This is where the math, English science, and geography classes take place." She explained.

We got to the end of the hall, also the foyer.

"Oh, and the class over there is gym." Sunset pointed to our right. There were people working out in there, duh.

"This is the Library, and the cafeteria." Sunset pointed to the other direction and to my seven ó clock.

"Well that concludes our tour. You will be heading to your...still first hour. If you need any help, just let me know during lunch. I will be happy to help! Oh, and if you signed up for a locker, they are larger on the inside. Have a great day!" Sunset said before walking away.

"Thank you, Sunset!" I called out. She turned around, smiled and and thanked me also. A bit confusing, but oh well. I took a look at my schedule.

First period: English-rm 120

Second period: geography-rm 150

Third period: science-rm 100

Fourth period: math-rm 140

Fifth period: Advanced Orchestra-210

Sixth period: ensemble-230

After memorizing his schedule, he walked to his first hour room and knocked on the door. He was greeted by a women in her mid thirties with pink skin, and purple hair.

"Hey. I'm Atlas, your new student." I said.

"Hello, Atlas! I'm Mrs Harshwhinny. Welcome to CHS! Please, come in!" She said. I walked into the class. Everyone was staring at me.

"Class, today we have a new student. Please, introduce yourself, Atlas." Said Mrs Harshwhinny.

"Hey. I'm Atlas. I'm seventeen years old. I like anime, music, Call of Duty, and Michael Bay movies." I said. Everyone greeted me with kind "hello"s or "wasup?"

"Anyone have any questions for him?" Asked Mrs Harshwhinny. A girl in a white and purple dress raised her hand

"Yes, Octavia?" Asked Me Harshwhinny.

"Are you in Orchestra?" Asked Octavia. She had a (British) accent.

"Yep. Violin." I said.

A guy with white hair and a black trenchcoat raised his hand.

"Yea?" I asked

"What's your favorite anime?" He asked

"Attack on Titan" I answered.

"YEAH!" shouted a Very bulky dude.

"Bulk, please!" Said Mrs Harshwhinny.

A girl with mint green skin and amber-gold eyes raised her hand.

   "Lyra?" Mrs Harshyhinny acknowledged.

"What's your sixth hour?" She asked. the girl was beautiful. She was wearing a pink top and purple boots and blue shorts. A necklace of a Lyre hung around her neck. Her hair was a light shade of turquoise with a white streak going down it. She's Beautiful... I thought. Then I noticed the seat next to hers was empty. Perfect.

"Ensemble." I answered. She fist bumped into the air. That made me smile. Wow. Haven't done that in a while.

After a few more questions, the teacher had to have me take a seat. "You can sit by...Mrs Heartstrings." Said Mrs Harshywhinny. She pointed to Lyra. The desk to my right was hers, and my left was the guy with the trenchcoat. She gave me a small wave and a smile. I walked over to the desk to her right and pulled my thick English binder from my bag.

"alright class. Please turn to page one hundred and fifty two in your textbooks, and read the first ten paragraphs and right a summary on a sheet of paper." Said Mrs Harshwhinny.

I looked in my bag to see if I had one, obviously not. "Psst" I heard someone say. Lyra taps my on the shoulder and I turn to face her. She points to the floor and gives me a wink. There is the textbook on the floor below my chair. I smile at her and nod thank you to her. I open my textbook and read. Time passes, and the bells ring. I walk out of the class with everyone else, but am stopped in the hallway when Lyra taps me on the shoulder.

"Hey! Sorry I didn't get to introduce myself yet. I'm Lyra. Lyra Heartstrings. I'm the first chair Lyre in our Orchestra. It's nice to meet you!" She says.

"Hey, Lyra. I'm Atlas. It's very nice to meet you. I was second chair violin at my other school." I say.

"That's awesome! Hey um, I've got to get to my class. It was nice meeting you!" She says before walking away.I walk to my next class, but the guy with the trenchcoat walks up to me.

"You're going to like it here. A lot of crazy stuff has happened here. My name is Apollo. Nice to meet you" He says.

We shake hands. We talk about our interests until I walk into my second period class. I introduce myself to the other students. And do the classes. And stuff. Lyra, her friends Bon Bon, Roseluck, Vanquisher, Sharpshooter, and Sparkplug sit with me at lunch. After fourth hour ends, I walk to the orchestra room.

"I hope I enjoy this."... I say with a smile As I walk through the double doors
