Rocks, so chiseled and grey clear as day.

Pebbles, small and shy, says goodbye

Stone, dense demon heavy and still

minerals maintained, thousands sanded, hundreds rocked

Whatever happens, granite will always be true

Obsidian, strong as a mighty force, is great compared to a fragile horse

Chalk, dry as dead but more lively as ever

Coal will cater to your every wim, don’t make him angry or he will win

Turbidite, sinks down below, living low wet as sea, can’t be caught by this sea anemone.

Flints a favorite, sparked and glowing brightly forever

Anthracite, round a rigid, something that won’t make you frigid

Marble many, deep is crystal in all its shimmering glory

Sapphire sets to the sky, but hidden with its compact alabi

Taaffeite is a plight shown many sides of life is dirts dream

Alexandrite is a rock of two colors, light shows out its true colors to flash its beauty.

Diamond is a dream, delicate and keen is clear to those who seek out the dubious diamond in the rough.

Ganister is a canister filled with with paint most prudent to the rock.

Basalt is the heated happiness that burns on.
