The next morning I wake up to a big surprise. I was a Quilava again. Twilight must have reconnected the worlds. I quickly as I could I rushed to Twilight castle, but when I arrived I saw something that terrified me. Mewtwo the most powerful Pokemon of them all and Twilight knocked over at his feet. I know I have no chance of beating Mewtwo, but a Pokemon has to protect their trainer. I leap into action blasting Mewtwo in the back while his guard was down. He turns towards me and picks me up with his psychic powers and slams me into the floor.
"You think you could beat me with just a Quilava. I shouldn't have trusted you from the start." He says using telepathy, and then blows a hole in the ceiling with a shadow ball and then flying away
"What did you do!" Twilight yells
"I was trying to protect you." I explain forcing myself up
"I was in no danger. Wait... Why are there two of you?" She asks
I look to my side and see another Quilava. We stare at each other and every time I moved the other copied my movements.
"Maybe I can find a book on this Pokemon." Twilight says trying to find her books but only finding rows of oranges
"Discord!!! This is not the time for one of your jokes!!!" She yells before being covered in oranges falling out of the sky
I hear a chuckle coming from behind a book shelf. I look behind it and find a small floating Pokemon.
"Were you surprised?" The Pokemon asks
"Who are you?" I ask
"I'm Hoopa." he says
"Hoopa were you the one who replaced all the books with fruit?" I ask
"Were you surprised?" Hoopa asks
"Yes but Twilight needs her books back." I tell Hoopa
"Okay, Ali-Hoopa ring." he says throwing a ring into the air
The ring flies over Twilight and then expands. A portal opened up and a massive pile of books fell out the ring and on top of Twilight. Then all of Twilight's friends came running into the room.
"Hoopa can you summon Latios?" I ask Hoopa
"Sure Quil-kan." he says before summoning another portal and Latios flying through it.
"Rainbow Dash!" Latios shouts full of excitement and flies up to Rainbow Dash
"Were you surprised?" Hoopa asks them
"Who is that?" They ask me
"This is Hoopa another Pokemon like me." I explain
"Mew." I hear a voice
I look around and see a Mew playing with the end of Fluttershy's tail as if it were some kind of cat toy. Everyone awes at the sight of the Pokemon.
"It's so cute." Fluttershy says hugging the Pokemon
"Yes it's cute but we have a much bigger problem at hand." I remind everyone
"What's the problem? I bet it's nothing Latios and I can't handle." Rainbow Dash says
"There is a Mewtwo we have to find. That there is Mew one of the most powerful Pokemon. Team rocket tried to make a more powerful Pokemon out of Mew's DNA. The succeeded and created Mewtwo the most powerful of all Pokemon, but Mewtwo escaped from Team Rocket. Now that there has been a slight misunderstanding with Mewtwo. Mewtwo might be about to destroy Equestria. We can beat him with Latios, Hoopa, Mew, and myself, but it will be extremely dangerous. So I think only the ones with Pokemon should go." I explain
"Hoopa can beat Mewtwo-kan." Hoopa says before flying after Mewtwo
"Who will take Mew?" Twilight asks
"It's up to Mew." I tell her
We all look at Mew waiting to see who Mew chooses. Suddenly a blast shakes the building and Mew to disappears and runs.We all run to the balcony and a pillar of smoke was coming from the Everfree Forest.Latios, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and I quickly rush into the forest.
"Rainbow Dash and Latios you search the sky. Twilight and I will stay on the ground and look." I explain
"Let's go Latios." Rainbow Dash says before taking off
"How are we going to stop Mewtwo without Mew?" Twilight asks
"Your magic combined with Latios's psychic powers should be able to beat Mewtwo." I explain
Thares a loud roar from behind us. We turn around and standing before us was the legendary Pokemon Entai, but something looked off. It's eyes were glowing green instead of their normal red color. Entei roared again at us looking like it was about to attack.
"Twilight do you know the age spell?" I ask
"Yes, but the last time I tried to perform that spell it failed." She responds
"You're an Alicorn now. You're strong enough to use it. If I'm correct the spell should cause me to temporarily evolve. Giving me a chance to stop Entei while you go stop Mewtwo." I explain
"I'll try it." She says before sticking me with a blast of magic
My body starts to glow and grow. I felt a great amount of power surge through my body. I was evolving into Typhosion.
"Twilight run and don't look back!" I yell
Twilight starts running and Entei leaps at her, but I tackle Entei to the ground before he could reach Twilight. Entei knocks me off gets up and roars. I snarl back and use flamethrower, but Entei stopped it with an equally powerful flamethrower attack.
"Alright Entei let's see which one of us truly is the volcano Pokemon!" I yell to Entei
We both start circling each other knowing the primary form of attack fire won't affect each other, so we need to be very cautious when attacking at close range. Entei lunges at me and bites my arm with great strength. I counter by using fire punch knocking him off. He bite me again but using a thunder fang attack. Using the electricity from the attack I use thunder punch again knocking him off. I surround myself in flames and attack using a flame wheel, but it was not very effective. Entei retaliates with hyper beam sending me flying. Entei flees to pursue Twilight. I chase after him and tackle him with a quick attack. Using the opening I created I blast Entei with fire blast at point blank range.Entei knocks me off and sticks me with a storm of jagged rocks. It was super effective, and I was greatly damaged. I decide to try something new, so I use dig to get underneath Entei and I used eruption. The ground beneath Entei cracked and a massive pillar of lava blasted him into the air. The rocks beneath him were also launched hitting him like a hail storm. He landed on his feet and took little damage from the attack. He strikes me with a super effective stone edge attack and runs into the castle of the two sisters. A great surge of power flows through my body as the Blaze ability activates. I charge in and see Twilight and Rainbow Dash cornered by Mewtwo, Hoopa, Latios, and some dark unicorn. A great rage overtakes me as I rush in front of them and use the most powerful of all fire type moves blast burn with every bit of power I had. The room was filled with a blinding light the ceiling evaporated from the heat and the walls melted into lava along with some of the floor. I collapse being unable to move and was reverted back into a Quilava.
"I sense a great power in you, but you have yet to master it. I've seen you stop the elements of harmony Equestria's greatest weapon. I will show you your true capabilities. Finish your friends and I will show you." The dark pony said
"Wh.... What did you do to those Pokemon?" I ask
"There under my control now. Now I give you the choose to join me or die." he says
"Don't join him!" Twilight yells
"He's evil!" Rainbow Dash yells
"I'd rather die than cooperate with you." I tell him
"So be it. Entei finish this rodent." He orders Entei
Entei walks up to me he prepares to attack when a massive jet of water strikes Entei knocking him out. We look and see Mew.
"Mew quick use heal pulse!" I yell before mew blasts me with a heal pulse attack healing me of my wounds. "I don't know who you are but, Pokmon have a way to get out of mind control." I say
"I'm king Sombra ruler of the shadows and tell me you tiny rodent what would that be?" he asks
"If there reminded who they are with the power of friendship. Rainbow you need to remind Latios that you're his friend. It's the only way we could stand a chance in this battle." I say
"Not if there are more Pokemon under my control. Hoopa summon more legendaries to finish these fools." he orders Hoopa but I quickly tackle Hoopa before he is able to summon another Pokemon.
"Mewtwo stop him. I will deal with the others." Sombra says
"Mew quickly starts battling Mewtwo while I try to prevent Hoppa from sending more reinforcements. All that is left is for Rainbow Dash to save Latios.
"For the thousandth time tell me what an Anon is? You keep saying things about this Anon person and some fandom? I'm a Princess now, so you ave to tell me." Twilight orders
"So what I'm not one of your subjects, and I can't it's too much for you to handle. Luna had a small glimpse of what it is and it horrified her. Who knows what would have happened if she saw it all." I tell Twilight
"I'm also your trainer." She added
"That's when I was a Pokemon, but I'm just some stupid Anon now. If you were somehow able to take that mirror that took you to that other world and hook it up to the Pokemon world turning me back into a Pokemon. Then I might tell you." I explain
"I'll guess I'll just do that then." She says
"Good luck, You need to hook it up with something from that world, but those rings took everything that could have been used to do that." I tell her before walking away
"Latios you have to snap out of this!" Rainbow Dash yells to Latios "I won't fight you." she adds
Latios then fires a beam of energy at Rainbow Dash and landed a direct hit causing her to crash. She forces herself up and stands there. Latios continues to strike Rainbow Dash wth powerful attacks while the rest of us are fighting.
"I'm not going to fight you, but if you're going to fight me. You're going to have to catch me first." She says before flying off and Latios chases after her.
"What is she doing?" Twilight asks
"She has abandoned you. You think she is loyal. She is just using you to get closer to her dreams." Sombra tells Twilight
"Ali-Hoopa ring!" Hoopa shouts knocking me off of him and throwing a ring in the air
We all watch in horror as the ring expands and opens a portal. A large shadow appeared n the ring, but Mew tackles Mewtwo threw the ring and closes the portal. Hoopa collapses to the ground after using all his power to open the portal. I then rush to Twilight's side.
"It's over Sombra it's two on one!" I yell
"Your right... It's over for Twilight." he says before turning into a cloud of darkness and engulfing me
I get this massive headake. Sombra was trying to take over me. I could not hear or see anything. I felt my body turning towards Twilight. I felt my mouth start to open. He was about to make me attack Twilight. I force my mouth shut right before he makes me attack causing the attack to blow up in my face. I then remember he said that he was the king of shadows. I use all my energy trying to make myself use sunny day. I then started to see a bright light and started to hear voices. I regain some of my sight back and see the sun emanating a massive bright glowing light. I force myself to face Sombra while he desperately tries to regain control. I fell a massive build up of energy. My blaze ability has activated increasing the power of my fire type moves along with the effects of sunny day. I try to use flame thrower but to my surprise, I use blast burn. A massive wave of all-consuming fire was launched at Sombra engulfing him. Then a beam of purple energy came out of the sky striking Sombra. A massive explosion followed and all that remained in that spot was a horn in a pool of lava. I collapse to the floor panting for breath.
"That was AWSOME!!! How did you do that?" I hear a familiar voice before passing out
