Bloom woke up to the sound of shouting. It sounded like Big Mac. But Big Mac never shouted. She thought as she threw off the covers.

"Chroma whats going on?" She asked, and the pelt seemed anxious.

"Your brother came home he's..." Chroma hesitated "He's not taking recent events well."

"How not well Chroma?" She asked swallowing a lump in her throat.

"He wants me removed from you." Bloom took a step back shaking her head frightful.

"What he can't!... Can he?" She asked scared.

"No, we are more connected than simple proximity. We are two halves of a whole being." Bloom jumped out of bed.

"Then we need to talk to him." She rushed downstairs hearing more.

"You need to leave mister!" Mac shouted. She heard Teshin speak back.

"Young Bloom has made her choice to accept Chroma." He spoke openly and with authority.

"The Gift of being a weapon?" Mac was only getting madder.

"Tenno are blades for the greater-" Bloom reached the last step only to watch in horror as Mac headbutted Teshin through the kitchen wall. The Conclave master flipped to land on his feet sliding in the grass. His hand on his Nikana his face was furious. Mac snorted and scrapped the ground. "GAH you to close to the ground to see the sky!" Teshin yelled, and Mac cocked his head.

"And what does that mean?" The red stallion shouted back.

"It means your being a short-sighted Id'jit!" Granny shouted madder than hell. Mac hopped into the yard, and Granny threw up her hooves with a snort. Mac glared at Teshin scraping the ground leaving angry ruts in the grass. Teshin readied for another charge. The wind blew signaling the storm was about here.

"Mac stop!" Bloom shouted. Mac turned his fury on her.

"Stay out of this Bloom!" He shouted, and the filly froze eyes wide.

"But-"

"Stay out of this AppleBloom!" Mac refocused on Teshin and charged full throttle. Teshin drew the Dragon Nikanna and aimed the hilt at the stallions head. Only Mac wasn't blind charging turning sideways falling on his side he dodged the strike and slid close enough to give Teshin a double-barrelled punch with his front legs. Teshins shields took the brunt of the attack, but the force pushed him a foot back and knocked the sword from his hand hissing an Ancient curse word.

Mac grabbed the Nikana with his teeth and stood ready fire in his eyes. Teshin showed his teeth in a furious growl and held his hand out to call his weapon to him. But Mac held fast even if it felt like his teeth were going to break and he was slowly pulled forward by the unseen force.

Teshin lost his patience. "A blade does what the hand that guides tells it to do!" Teshin pulled harder on his sword and Mac about lost it when something grey sliced through the air. It slashed Big Mac down the side of his body, and he cried out letting the blade fly back to its master. Once the Nikana was in his hands, Teshin turned to see who dared intervene in such a way. In a puff of smoke, a warframe appeared Brown and grey with a white bone helmet with tusk near it's jaw-line.

"You have no right to touch the master's weapon with your filthy mouth!" The frame shouted, but something sounded off. It sounded like a Girl trying to sound like a Neighponse man. The Warframe jumped away as Bloom jumped into the fray with a Spectral Scream of fire. Bloom stood protectively over Mac with her teeth bared.

"Big Mac you ok?" She asked then turned her head when he didn't respond. The red stallion was staring wide-eyed at her "Mac?" she asked again this time more worried.

"What are you?" Her brother asked, and it felt like a punch to the Fillies heart. Shaking her head, she looked away refocusing on the new Warframe.

"Chroma what are we dealing with?" She asked out loud, and the Frame struck a pose.

"You're dealing with an Ash, the true ninja warframe!" She responded still trying to sound macho then threw something on the ground and disappeared in a puff of smoke. Bloom dropped her stance a little lower and scanned the area.

"Yep standard Ash user." Chroma commented dryly. "Ash Warframes are stealth frames based solely on using tools and abilities ripped straight from a ninja movie. They tend to come in three types.
Cosplayer, Edgy, and Die Hards."

"You'll never see me coming little half-frame!" Ash's voice came from a Treetop to the right. Bloom acted like she didn't hear her.

"I'll take Edgy for Two-hundred Alex." Chroma joked, and Bloom smirked. Pushing off the ground, Bloom stood on her back legs and pulled her Vasto. The high recoil of the Vasto took her by surprise and the shot when high. But the Ash let out a comical yelp as she fell from the tree to land on her helmet. Teshin stepped in

"I thought Ninjas were supposed to be "silent" and deadly." Bloom taunted, and Teshin chuckled. Ash flipped to her feet growling,

"You won't be joking after my Blade Storm!" In her anger, she dropped the accent. Chroma let out a roar activating Vex Armor.

"Wait what does that me-" Bloom tried to ask before another Ash appeared over her. Bloom's eyes went wide, and the Ash clone stabbed a wrist blade into her back. Bloom dropped to the floor, and the Ash clone puffed away.

"Bloom!" Mac shouted trying to get to his hooves. The Ash let out a satisfied "Tsk" and put her hand matter of Factly on her chin.

"I told you a Half-Frame was no match for an Ash." She patted herself on the back.

"Son of a- GAH!" Bloom shouted as she jumped to her hooves dancing in place as she rubbed where she'd been stabbed. "Gally that hurt worse than Pinkie's cannon for fricks sake!" She stood in one place and held her head teeth grit holding back painful tears. Mac looked stunned and relieved at the same time.

"Bloom seeing how you were just stabbed... You can curse. Once." Mac said, and Bloom nodded.

"Fuck!" She shouted and stopped rubbing her head. "Hey, that did help." She grinned, and Mac nodded

"Eeyup. Now get her Bloom." Mac urged and both siblings now on the same page looked at the stunned Ash. Who was looking mighty worried at this point,

"Hey Ms Ultimate Ninja? You know one of the best parts of a Chroma's Vex Armor?"Bloom asked with a grin.

"Um, extra armor?" She guessed, and Bloom nodded.

"That sure." Bloom shot her with the Vasto. Incapacitating the squishy stealth frame on her back, "And added Damage with health lost." Bloom finished with a smirk and blew the smoke from her revolver. Teshin approached the downed Ash and squatted over her.

"Leave this planet. You have made a fool of not only yourself but of me and the Conclave with your behavior. DO NOT come back till you have relearned your manners!" Teshin warned and the Warframe dissolved into pixels as they returned to the orbiter. Wolfy licked the wound on Bloom's neck causing her to whine in pain and jump away holding the spot.

"Where the hell were you?" Bloom asked angrily, and the dog tilted his head at her panting with his tongue hanging out cutely. Then Bloom noticed the Apple cart attached to the Dog. With Applejack and Vauban close behind.

"What in Sam hell happened?" Applejack asked looking from Mac to the stab wound in Chroma/her little sister.

"Mac started a fight he couldn't finish," Granny called from the hole in the house which Aj hadn't even noticed till she saw Granny lean out of it. But this seemed to answer most of her question, so she looked at Mac unamused.

"Been awhile since you did that Mac." She commented, and the hurt stallion snorted and rolled his eyes. Getting to his hooves, he walked over to Bloom and sat on his haunches to look at her wound. It was small but deep. But looking at Bloom, it seemed more like a bad cut then a stab wound to the neck.

"Judging by the throwing star in the yard I'm guessing an Ash?" Vauban asked setting down the barrel he was carrying.

"Ya got me pretty good in the neck." Bloom pointed at the spot and Vauban nodded.

"Let me guess they were all like "I am a master of stealth, and you'll never see me coming" right?" He asked doing the same poses the Ash had done making Bloom laugh.

"Ya exactly."

"Ya, Ash seems to come in-"

"Three Flavors ya Chroma told me, and this one was definitely Edgy heh heh" Bloom joked about her injury and Mac shook his head.

"Not even two minutes and your already joking about being stabbed?" Mac sounded astonished, and Bloom looked over her shoulder.

"What about you? You don't have an alien to help protect you are you ok?" Bloom asked looking at the cut down his side.

"Its only a graze, I get the feeling Ms. Ninja isn't that accurate." Both siblings shared a laugh. When Teshin knelt in front of them and bent over hands on the ground, the laughter stopped.

"The actions of the student reflect the teacher. I am deeply sorry for the damage she has caused." Teshin apologized, and Mac's face grew stern.

"What you said about swords. Following what the hand tells them to do is that how you see my little sister?" He asked angrily. Teshin did not rise from his grovel.

"Bloom is a weapon like all Warframes." Teshin reaffirmed, and Mac looked at Bloom but couldn't deny it after seeing her in action. "But I am not the hand that guides the Tenno. The Conclave and I are the hands that hone and sharpen the blade if she chooses." Teshin explained.

"I chose to be a Tenno Mac. Having all this power and not doing anything with it just doesn't sit right Big Brother." Bloom urged for Mac to understand. "There's a whole galaxy out there with really bad things doing bad things to good people, and if I can help in any way. Please understand Mac."

Big Mac let out a deep sigh. "You don't even have your cutie mark and already out to save the whole universe huh?" Mac smiled "Ma and Pa would be proud." Tears welled in both their eyes as Bloom shot forward to hug her brother. Aj wiped her eyes seeing the two embrace.

"Alright, Foods on let's get inside and get patched up and cleaned up before dinner," Granny called out, and Everyone started that way. Wolfy gave a happy bark as he jumped in through the hole with Winona on his heels. Bloom stopped when Teshin didn't move from his kneel only sitting upright.

"Go on and eat Bloom. You and your brother fought well." He urged, and Granny peaked out from the hole once again.

"Nah she's wondering why you ain't moving your feet for dinner." Teshin seemed shocked by the invitation. Bloom smiled and Walked behind him, and head-butted his back urging him to get up.

"Come on Master Teshin you heard Granny. We apples don't let little spats get between supper." She explained, and Teshin smiled and nodded getting to his feet as they all walked in.

A little while later

As they all sat around the table, a breeze blew in sending a chill through the table, and Teshin lowered his head.

"I'll help fix the wall..."

Somewhere on the outskirts of Ponyvile at sunset

A lone lumpy ship landed. When the boarding ram lowered, a single bulbous figure stood in green, and black armor with two yellow eyes in his skull like faceplate which was tilted slightly to the left. This man looked around at the beautiful scenery and colors and let out a single word

"Clem."
