The Tale of an Angel and a Shadow

Rachel an angelic kitten was walking in the Everfree forest thinking about her true love, Sunset Shimmer. They were madly in love with each other. She smiled happily as she walked. She was almost home until, a timber wolf jumps out at her. Scared out of her fur, she screamed at the site of it. It quickly covered her mouth, and puts its paw up too it's muzzle. Rachel calms down and is surprised to hear what she hears.

"Hello there! My name is Wolfy, and I couldn't help but notice you walking in this side of Equestria. You're like an angel just walking in darkness"

She blushes, for she never had been called angelic before. She then apologizes for trespassing.

"I'm sorry I didn't know I wasn't  allowed. I'll go", she starts walking toward the way out.

"No it's fine I was just wondering why someone like you, would be in a shadowy forest", the mysterious figure said kindly

She then asks him if she can see his face. He hesitates and explains to her that he is not worth looking at. She asks him nicely again and he comes out of the shadows. When he comes out he is a figure of a timber wolf. Scared she backed away a little, he then hides back in the shadow.

"Sorry I know I'm too horrid to look at.", he looks down in shame.

She walks up to him, reassuring that it was only fear since she was attacked by a timber wolf. She wondered, how could someone so kind as him be a timber wolf? After all he saved her just now from his on pack, but why? Why would someone care if I got eaten by a wolf?

"Thank you for saving me! May I ask your name please?" She says cheerfully.

"My name is Wolfy." He bows and kisses her hoof.

She blushes, but ignores it so that she can make an impression on her hero. She smiles and asks," Why did you say I was an angel?"

He answer with a surprising answer that no one could've though would be possible, well I'm her mind at least.

"Because you have the fur of an angel and your wings are like no other that I've seen."

She blushes thinking 'Hey that's impossible! I'm not special. She then goes up to him and smiles. She explains to him that she and her girlfriend Sunset Shimmer were not doing very well and he asks her tfollow him into his mad world.

"So this mad world of yours... What is it?" I ask

He explains that it his own world filled with what he puts in there.

"So your saying that you can do anything in this world?"

"Yes. If I want to fly I will fly. This world has endless possibilities!"

I then walk up to him and ask if he wanted to be my friend. His tail wagged and he happily said yes.

"What shall I call you?"

"You can call me whatever you wish"

"Well your beautiful in every way possible. Maybe I'll call you Kitten"

I then purr and blush madly. I wondered to myself how he knew I was part kitten. It was like he knew me

"Aww that blush it's so cute" He nuzzles my blush softly.

I blush even more and nuzzle him back. I then hide behind my mane.

"Why are you hiding such beauty? A pretty girl like you shouldn't hide it." He then moved my mane and kisses me softly on the lips.

I blush brightly.

"What are you doing?" Sunset came looking for me and found him kissing me.

"Love it's not what it looks like!"

"No it's my fault. I shouldn't have kissed her. I'll go now." He walks into the deep forest.

I walk over to Sunset as she cries madly. I hug and kiss her softly.

"I'm sorry Sunshine. He saved me from the Timberwolves and he thought I was cute and he kissed me." I look down in shame.

She cups my chin asking," Do you love me?"

I nod, starting to tear up.

"Then that's all that matters." She kisses me passionately and takes my hand.

"Let's go home sweetie. It's getting late." We start walking towards the end of the forest. I look back and whisper, " By Wolfy"

Sunset picks me up and walks us home.

"I love you Sunshine" I nuzzle her softly

"I love you too Princess" She smiles.

We arrive home about 15 minutes later. We walk inside and she kisses me softly.

"Goodnigh my love" She lays down and falls fast asleep.

I watch her sleep peacefully. Thinking about what happened earlier this evening.

"Wolfy was so kind to me. I must convince her to let us be friends."

I fall asleep with Sunset in my arms smiling.

The next day Rachel snuck out to the woods again.

"Wolfy?" She asked.

He comes out of the shadows surprised to see her again. He went up to her and asked," I thought you weren't coming back."

"I wasn't but I had to thank you" she said in a kindly matter
