Forestling

I was stood on a cliff, the gritty surface under my feet, overlooking the darkened forest below. I could see the bright colors of the town from afar, the place milling with hundreds of brightly colored ponies, as if it was a rainbow vomited all over the ground. But there was something missing.

There wasn't a certain pink pony leaping and carrying on being happy.

I had been tracking her for days and nights, learning all of her darkest secrets. I had to stealthily sneak through town during the inky black darkness of night, and I had to gaze from afar in the brightest light of day. I knew her routine like the back of my hand, and my intention was to figure out if she was as pure as she seemed to be. I didn't want to kill anyone, but it just wasn't my choice to make then, because if I didn't, I would be controlled by my dark side.

I knew she was hiding something. I had seen her with her trickery and deceit showing, placing her facade of a smile onto her face.

She was a murderer of the highest caliber, I had seen her kidnap a pony. I followed her to her basement full of sickening body parts, which were cut, ripped, and dissected from her victims. Her name was Pinkamena Diane Pie, and she was never a happy pony. She was a sick, deadly, murderer, that was infected by her delusions which could only be insane.

She was not only a murderer, but a cannibal. She baked her victims into disgusting cupcakes, which she fed to her customers and friends on a regular basis. Her routines of catching, killing, and making those cannibal cupcakes were what made me start following her. But she was a fool to think I couldn't follow her, find her basement, and then kill her. But there was something off about her. It wasn't what she did, but the way she acted. It was almost as if she wasn't the real Pinkie Pie, but I knew better. Her 'Pinkie sense' wasn't nearly used as much anymore, and even then it still didn't predict things right.

I had a sneaking suspicion that all wasn't right in the world, besides of course the Hunter, and me existing.

But nonetheless, my goal now is to execute the flesh addicted murderous pink pony who was the Element of Laughter. Little did I know of what she really was, a writhing parasite.

It was midnight, and only ten minutes till one o'clock, the time when Pinkie Pie would drag her chosen victim into the dark and dank basement where she would commit unspeakable crimes against pony-kind. This time, I wouldn't allow her to cut up and eat her chosen victim.

I looked around, before hiding behind the corner. I saw her drag the body groggily, her being silent. She didn't suspect a thing, and she wouldn't. She soon looked around, making sure nopony saw her taking the body to her basement, where she would attempt murder, but ultimately be killed. I noticed her also carrying some baking ingredients, most notably flour.

I grinned maliciously, realizing what the white powdery substance could do. I gripped both my knife and lighter, preparing a deadly attack that would leave her dead on the floor, burning.

She looked around once more, making absolutely sure she wasn't followed, before unlocking the hatch-like door to the basement, and stepping inside. The stairwell leading downwards creaked under the weight of her and her unwilling victim. I knew who she was going to mutilate tonight. And it would make my job much easier. I grinned as I saw the pony's white coat and purple mane, dragging on the dirty stone floor.

This was Rarity, the Element of Generosity, and friend to Pinkie. That sick bitch was going to kill her own friend.

Soon Pinkie Pie heard a creaking from the stairwell, but found nothing coming down it. She set up the table, placing her victim in its tight bonds. She then went to lock the door to the basement. She never expected the flour to suddenly be poured all over her, and then a fire caught all over her, burning everything around her. She was panicking, yelling, "SOMEPONY HELP ME!"

Rarity awoke, but I slit her throat, crimson splashing all over the place, a quick death.

Suddenly, the pink pony turned into a green bug-pony of sorts, grabbing a bone-saw while she burned. Her chitinous armor was being burnt through quickly, and I only had to dodge her attacks.

She soon crumpled to the ground and screamed in agony, the flames consuming the demonic creature that had taken Pinkie Pie's form and betrayed her friends with it.

I ran, jumping out of the basement as the fire consumed Sugarcube Corner, burning it slowly yet surely. The flames crackled behind me, catching fire on trails of flammable objects, such as trash and barrels.

The whole town seemingly was going up in flames.

I found my way back to the forest, and climbed to the top of the cliff I previously was on. I gazed down on the town of Ponyville, fireponies everywhere trying to douse the flames. The ponies who had common sense were being evacuated and rescued from their burning homes, going to Twilight's castle, which had a shield protecting it from the flames. Unicorns stood on the balcony and in the courtyard, fueling the shield while volunteers ran out, casting water spells and using buckets to help.

The carnage was satisfying to my dark half, and I knew that more than enough ponies were dying.

I grinned in satisfaction.
