The Deal

Fluttershy, friend of fauna of all shapes and sizes, hums a merry tune as she feeds the many animals living in her cottage at the edge of the Everfree Forest. Even her friend, Angel the white rabbit, manages to put aside his selfish behavior for the sake of a hearty snack. But then, just as she filled the last bowl with food pellets, a loud banging sound pounded into the door. The critters are startled by the ruckus, and they go into hiding. Fluttershy was spooked at first, but she recognizes the knock to be from one of her more beastly of animal friends. She confirms her guess by opening the door to the sight of Harry, the grizzly bear. She looks up to make eye contact with the giant to see his tough looking face covered in tears.
“Harry! Oh, you poor thing. What happened?” asks Fluttershy.
After a series of explanatory gestures, growls, and whimpers, he turns around to present his hindquarters to Fluttershy. Although it seemed slightly risqué to her at first, she quickly sees what Harry’s problem is.
“Oh my. Harry. You weren’t disturbing bees again for honey, were you?” she questions.
“Wasps! Oh, dear. They can be nasty if they want to be. Tell me. Where did you get attacked?”
Harry grunts, and he points in the direction behind her house. Though no other pony could understand his growls, Flutteshy learns exactly where to look from his explanations.
“Say no more, Harry. Angel Bunny?”
Angel hops over to Fluttershy and stands at attention.
“I’m going to go talk with the wasps. You get the first aid kit and patch Harry up. If you do, I’ll give you a slice of carrot cake.”
Although the idea of hovering around a bear’s butt is not his idea of a good time, he doesn’t resist the offer. Reluctantly, he agrees.
“Thank you, Angel. I’ll be back soon. Tell all the critters to stay away from the big rock behind the house. That’s where they are.”
Fluttershy makes a dash for the door towards the location she explained. Meanwhile, Angel preemptively readies enough first aid supplies for both Harry and another. He knows exactly how this “talk” is going to turn out.

In the middle of the field behind her house, next to a big rock, she can see yellow wasps flying in and out of a hole in the ground at a frenzied pace.
“Not just wasps, yellow jackets! They are as aggressive as they come. No wonder they attacked Harry so ruthlessly”, she thinks to herself. She creeps toward the hole, careful not to startle them.
"Good afternoon, my little friends," she greets.
The hole's traffic of insects comes to a halt. A handful of the wasps peek out of the hole to see their unexpected visitor.
"Oh, I'm sorry to interrupt. You all look very busy. How are you feeling?"
The wasps mingle, communicating in silence. An ambassador of the group flies up to Fluttershy's face. It flies in a pattern, spelling out letters.
S-T-R-E-S-S-E-D
"You're stressed? Oh, I'm sorry about that. Is there any way I can relieve the tension?"
The one wasp flies to the rest of his group and they mingle some more. It flies back to Fluttershy and, pulling his abdomen upward, unsheathes its painful-looking stinger.
"Ah! Goodness. So, that’s why you’ve been attacking anyone that approaches your nest? To relieve stress?"
The wasp nods its head.
"I see…”
Fluttershy looks around to see if there is anybody around. Not a pony or animal in sight. A smirk forms on her face.
“Looks like we are both looking to relieve some pent-up tension,” she says as her tail flickers at the anticipation of what she wants to offer. “I’ll tell you what. I’ll let you all sting me and you won’t sting anybody for fun unless it’s for self-defense. Deal?”
The wasp excitedly hurries to the rest of the group. A loud buzzing is heard, followed by the sight of a large swarm flowing out of the hole. It looks like they agree.
"Ok, I'll help you. But, I have two requests. One, when I say to stop, you stop. Two, I want you to sting one particular area of my body that isn't too sensitive."
She turns her back to the hive, puts her head down, and lifts her tail high as high as she can. Nothing is hidden from their sight. Her round and supple buttocks glisten in the sunlight, as her marehood winks once in response of showing off her most private of parts.
"Your targets are these two cheeks. No going between them or away from them."
The wasps' abdomens flicker in anticipation. Their view is filled with Fluttershy's soft rump...

"I know you don’t like it when I go out of control like that, but at least it was for the safety of my animal friends. That’s got to count for something. Right?”
Angel, in a bit of frustration of being tied into this mess, delivers a swift kick that makes impact on her rump.

"I got what you asked for, Zecora. I hope it's enough!"
Fluttershy hands over a bag of chicken feathers to her zebra friend, Zecora.
"Ah, thank you, dear Fluttershy. I needed these, I will not lie! By the way, how was your journey here? Was it pleasant or filled with fear?" rhymes the odd, but wise zebra.
"The Everfree Forest can be a bit… scary, at times, but I’m always happy to visit your hut, Zeroca. After all, you did help me with my problem. It’s the least I can do", said Fluttershy says reassuringly.
“That is quite a load of my mind. I’d hate for you to be in a bind.”
“Um… yeah. So, uh, are those feathers for a new potion you are brewing up?”
"Oh ho! Not so! My pillow has been looking flat, so extra feathers would fix that."
Fluttershy is slightly disappointed that she is unable to see Zecora in action. The skilled alchemist is able to create amazing magics without the use of a unicorn horn, something that she has never seen before until their first meeting.
"However, you have been a dear friend to me. If magic is what you want to see, say the word and I'll make a brew: A helpful present from me to you!"
Fluttershy's wings spring up in excitement! A gift from Zecora is a special treat, indeed. It's like getting a wish from a genie!
“Oh, no. I couldn’t ask you to do something like that for me. You’ve already done enough” says Fluttershy, overreaching to act as modest as possible.
“Hahaha, so you say, but there’s more that your wings convey”, Zecora points out.

"If I can help, then don't be meek. What is your wish? Speak, friend. Speak!"
“Well, um, you know how you made that last potion for me?
Zecora nods her head.
“Well, I’ve been thinking about myself, and I’m very worried that if I told anypony I knew about my… “interests”, ponies might find me to be, um… a freak.” Fluttershy whispers the last two words of her sentence. Zecora lowers her head in contemplative thought.
“Have you ever thought to tell your friends your fears? I’m sure that they would lend you their ears.”
“OH! No, I couldn’t! They’re the best things about my life. I don’t want to do something stupid like tell them that I have a kink for insect stings. They would think I’m gross and never want to see me again.”
Fluttershy shuts her eyes and pictures the scenario in her head. Everypony hates to be stung, so why does she like it? The fear that the other ponies have of them could potentially ostracize her from the society if she told anypony, and they would label her to forever be an outcast. Who’s to say her friends wouldn’t do the same?
Zecora places her hoof on Fluttershy’s chin and lifts it gently; making her eyes met Zecora’s when they eventually open.
“Everypony has guilty pleasures, too. Why should they have any right to chastise you?” says Zecora.

“It’s obscure, there’s no doubt. But there’s nothing for you to worry about. Ponies are like clocks, understand? Some are small and some are grand, but many have a different design. Though they all tell time when the gears all click, they are built in different ways that makes them tick. You’re no different, Fluttershy. Though you think you might be sick or are part of a divine trick, I assure you that what you like is what makes you tick. So, for my sake, don’t think you’re bizarre. Do not feel ashamed about who you are. If you tell your friends your concerns, then you will see that they will still love you.”
“You really mean that?”
“I guarantee.”
Fluttershy, with tears in her eyes, wraps her hooves around Zecora. She needed to hear this for a very long time.
“Now, Fluttershy, an idea has risen. I know what might help your friends how to listen”, says Zecora.
“You do?”
“I’ll concoct a potion to reverse pain to pleasure. Use this as your diplomatic measure. They’ll learn what makes you tick like I do, and I know they’ll come to better understand you.”
“Thank you, Zecora!”

Twilight lights up at the sound of research being made.
“Sure! What’s it about?”
“Um… It’s about… various forms of insects…”
“Interesting. What kind?”
“Oh, you know, bees, wasps, that kind of thing.”
“Oh.” Twilight starts to sweat a bit. “Um, I don’t know. They’ve already been documented in many books before.”
“R-right. But, I’ve always wondered, what kind of insect stings hurt the most between… all of… them.”
Twilight give Fluttershy a weird look. “Um, why would you want to document something like that?”
“Well, it’s because… Can I come inside for a second?”
“Sure.”
Twilight lets Fluttershy into the main foyer in her castle and closes the door.
“Now, then. Why do you need to know what stings hurt the most?”
“It’s because…”
Fluttershy sweats profusely.

Despite the confidence and the assurity that she gained from Zecora, she still buckles under the pressure of being judged by her friend. However, Twilight starts to chuckle to herself.
“Are you… are you laughing at me?” asked Fluttershy.
“Hehe, no, Fluttershy. It’s ok. I don’t mind that you like that kind of stuff. Did you know the technical term for your type of fetish is called melissophillia?”
“There’s a term for that? Y-You aren’t disgusted with me?”
“I’m surprised, I know that much. One doesn’t just knock on the door and says something like that. But, I understand how you feel.”

This is an odd series of events for Twilight. She had a lot of doubts, but Fluttershy had put her friendship on the line with Twilight and showed so much confidence by putting her trust in her. The best that she can do is return the favor.

Back at Fluttershy's cottage, she and Twilight prepare for the experiments. Fluttershy gathers a wide variety of stinging insects and first aid, just in case anything goes wrong. Twilight prepares a writing area for her to make notes outside during the stinging process.

"Well, first, you need to drink the potion that Zecora gave us. Second, I'll choose the weakest looking insects to sting you and work our way up. Finally, after each sting, you write down how it feels in a scale of one to five", Fluttershy answers.

"Exactly how many times have you done this?"

"Well... Ok. I trust you."
Twilight pops the cork of the potion bottle and begins to drink. It's very fruity and burns the throat as it goes down like wine. Unlike wine, however, the burning sensation turns into a very euphoric feeling.

“Dear Miss Fluttershy, brave and true, there is something I need of you. It’s about the swamp fever disease. Make haste to my hut, if you please.”
Fluttershy has braved the wilderness to save Zecora, so much that she contacted the disease herself. And, ever since she found the cure, a moment in her adventure came flashing back to her, making her a little cold just thinking about it.
At last, she arrived at Zecora’s hut. Overly concerned for her friend, she throws courtesy to the wind and slams the door open, frightening the poor zebra inside. Zecora drops a wooden mask that has been chiseled, but not painted yet.
Desperate to catch her breath, Fluttershy shouts as loud as her quiet voice can muster and says “Zecora! Are you ok?! Please don’t tell me you caught swamp fever again!”
Fluttershy somehow manages to regain her composure, and takes another look at the zebra. She doesn’t appear to have the symptoms of swamp fever. No orange spots, no bubbles, no lightning, no leaves, nothing. Zecora gives a hearty laugh as Fluttershy looks both relieved and visibly confused.
“Oh, Ms. Fluttershy, I never intended to frighten you so. I called you here, because there’s something you need to know”, rhymes Zecora. “I’m sure you’ve been to Ponyville lately and are quite aware of the latest new panic called the Swamp Fever Scare?”
Fluttershy paused. Ever since Doctor Horse, Fluttershy, and Zecora contracted the disease, the citizens of Ponyville have been terrified about who else was going to be next. She’s seen all the bunk that doctors have been telling ponies to stay healthy and avoid an outbreak, all issued by the mayor to try and quell the ponies’ fears. Wash your hooves regularly, avoid contact with infected individuals, follow official instructions, and so on. Fluttershy knows it takes one whiff of the flowers deadly pollen to infect a pony, and no amount of hoof washing will prevent it.
“Yes. I’m aware that ponies have been really nervous. They make me look calm and collected in comparison”, Fluttershy responds.
“Well, I have news that can keep these scared ponies alive. Near my hut, by the swamp where I was infected, I found a flash bee hive”, informs Zecora.
This news triggers flashbacks to Fluttershy’s adventure. She thought back to how she discovered the cure for swamp fever was the honey of flash bees. These weren’t like ordinary bees she’s come to know and love. They are super aggressive, and they dish out painful stings that zap the wounded area with an electric shock. She remembers how her stare didn’t work. She remembers how the bees stung her. She remembers how much pain they dealt to her.
It excites her in a way that most ponies can’t imagine.
A very, very small number of ponies know this, but Fluttershy is a mellisophile, a pony who has a sexual attraction to insect stings. Bees, wasps, hornets, scorpions, ants, they have all stung her needy haunch from time to time. Sometimes, she let insects sting her was to relieve their stress. If the wasps are too over-aggressive, Fluttershy would offer her rump to avoid them hurting anyone else. Either way, she got a painful, gratifying kick out of it.
But, the flash bees were a different beast altogether. Their stings were like nothing she had ever felt before. She wished that she wasn’t so sick at the time, so she could truly appreciate their raw aggression. Most ponies would cry and scream at the stings they dish out. Not Fluttershy, however, as she’s dealt with stings before. It was only because of her illness that she could hold out against their onslaught.
“Um… That’s… nice”, states Fluttershy, nervously.
Zecora chuckles at Fluttershy. “Oh, you don’t have to be coy. Your eyes hold a fire. Is there not something you desire?”
Out of all the ponies that know of Fluttershy’s secret, Zecora was one of the few.
“Well, yes. But, surely there is a reason you brought me here, besides the obvious”, whispers Fluttershy.
“There is! How observant of you. This is what I’ve been trying to do. Meadowbrook’s mask is a wonderful tool to make the males and queen bee alike fooled. I’ve been making a mask of my own to use to help in my honey collecting ruse. However, I’ve run into a bit of wall, and I was wondering if you can help me at all. I thought making a mask would be easy to do, but it’s not as easy as painting it yellow and blue. The stripes must not be too thin or too thick, and the patterns must be right to do the trick. It needs to resemble the head of the queen, a bit different from the males’ heads from what I’ve seen. I need someone like you to help me create a mask that will help relieve ponies from a terrible fate.”
Zecora turns to walk towards a chest and pulls out a couple black suits from it, skin tight rubber body suits, to be precise.
“Rarity has been very kind to craft us these suits and ease my mind. The rubber insures that the stings won’t penetrate, and insulate the shocks that they generate. These will protect us when I give the mask its hue. I even had one tailor made for you.”
Fluttershy unfolds her suit and looks at the back of it. There is a larger hole than usual where the tail would exit out of the suit. She puts her legs into the suit and zips it up nice and tight. As she expected, her uncovered, exposed rear end is jutting out of the suit, revealing her vulnerable cheeks to the wild elements that await her, while the rest of her body is protected. It feels particularly drafty. Fluttershy blushes at the odd gift Zecora has given her. While it’s exciting to wear for a situation like this, it’s also embarrassing.
“So, I’m going to be wearing the mask while you paint it?” asks Fluttershy.
“Correct, my friend! If I paint it correctly, their attack will end”, responds Zecora.
“But we already have these suits. Why not harvest the honey with these on?”
“If they are pestered too much, then the bees might be tempted to move away. We need the disguise to calm them, and ensure this colony, and perhaps others, will be safe to stay.”
“How thoughtful of you. I certainly don’t want to stress them out any more than we already will.”
“Now, Fluttershy, you need to tell me if you are prepared. Are you nervous? Are you scared? I know you’ve told me once before how much you wanted to feel their sting. But, they may be too much to handle, and I value your safety over everything. I know that curiosity is getting the best of you, but even I have doubt. You’ve handle lots of stings before but, if they’re too much, I’m pulling you out.”
“Thank you, Zecora. Don’t worry. I know my limits.
Fluttershy and Zecora trek northbound closer to the swamp where Zecora was first infected. They needed to be careful, or risk getting sick again. The two approach a small clearing, where a dead tree is rooted in the center. Fluttershy can see sparks coming from the knothole. The flash bees are inside, and they are ready to attack anyone that dares to approach. Zecora stops Fluttershy and turns her towards the zebra. She then empties the contents of her saddle bag, which contains the wooden mask, shaped like a flash bee, different sized brushes, and vials of oil based paint. Using a large brush and the yellow paint, Zecora coats the mask and waits for it to dry.
“The yellow paint is just the start. The blue stripes are the tricky part”, rhymed Zecora.
After it dries up, Zecora puts the mask on Fluttershy. Zecora also puts on a standard issue netted hat to protect her face.
“Are you ready, Fluttershy? Will you give this plan a try?”
Fluttershy looks back at the beehive with a somewhat worried look, but she wiggles her rump at the thought of something new to try.
“I’m ready. I’ll disturb the bees while you paint. If they stop attacking, I’ll let you know”, affirmed Fluttershy.
“And if they deal too big a blow, you will let me know.”
“Right.”
Fluttershy approaches the hive gingerly, and then turns around to have her backside face the opening. Zecora sits in front of Fluttershy and prepares her paint, dipping her big brush into blue vial. Fluttershy uses her hind leg and gives the hive a few light kicks. Inside, the hive starts buzzing. Their eyes center on Fluttershy’s light yellow rump, as she lifts her tail eagerly.
“Oh dear”, she taunts. “I seem to have kicked this tree. I certainly hope nobody’s home!”
Her bad acting falls on deaf ears, as the bees have never considered letting her get away with pestering her hive without a sharp sting. A single scout is sent to deal with the intruder as it flies around her butt. Fluttershy begins to sweat, and her heart starts to beat. The anticipation is almost more painful than the sting itself. Almost.
The scout chooses his target. It zeros in on Fluttershy’s right buttock, lifting its abdomen to aim down its sights. It’s jagged stinger getting closer and closer until the inevitable touchdown. The tip of the stinger pierces through the skin and digs deeper and deeper into her cheek. The sting is painful enough, but the real hurt comes from the electricity coursing through its stinger. More than five thousand volts runs through her leg. Her muscles spasm from the shock and her vulva winks from the current source being so close to her privates.
“Ah!” Fluttershy gasps.
“Are you alright, my friend? Do you want this to end?” asks Zecora.
Fluttershy can hardly contain herself. The sting itself was painful, but not any worse than a hornet’s. Also, Fluttershy learned that flash bees carry no venom, and their volts do all the work, so she isn’t in danger. But, the first sting gave her a good taste of what she remembers and what’s to come. She slides her right hoof down her stomach and towards her outer lips, giving it a light stroke as she puts her head down.
“Do you mind working like this?” asks Fluttershy.
“Not at all, but pace yourself. Don’t make me worry about your health.”
Fluttershy kicks the tree a couple more times again, really stirring up the nest.
“Goodness, that hurt! I hope they don’t send more after me.”
The queen of the hive is thoroughly annoyed. A whole swarm is sent out to hopefully deter the intruding pony. The bees try to sting the rest of Fluttershy’s body, but to no avail. A few even attempt to sting Zecora, but she is protected as well.
“Ah, there we are. Now, I see the stripes on their face! Now we just need to put the special markings into place.”
The same scout that stung Fluttershy in her vulnerable rump does so again. This time, her left cheek is punctured, and a current surges forth.
“O-OH! Yes. That’s it. That’s the spot! Right there”, Fluttershy whispers to herself.
Her hoof’s pace quickens more and more, itching a scratch that is welling up inside of her. Juices start to emerge from her sex and drip downwards.
The scout calls the attention of the other bees, pointing towards the only unprotected part of Fluttershy’s body. More and more bees are called to the fight. Fluttershy isn’t facing one sting at a time now. She is facing three, then five, then more! The combined shocks of the bees’ stings make Fluttershy’s nethers twitch and squirt like mad, making her hind legs fight to keep her rump in the air. Fluttershy gives a few muffled squeaks as the puddle underneath her rear grows.
“Mmm, come on. I’ve been bad. I’ve been very bad. Sting me! Sting me more! I’m going to take your honey. Yes! Take it all! What will you do about that?!”
The queen watches inside the hive, observing how her subjects fight, but the enemy never falters. The pony’s butt is dotted with wounds and welts and more are adding up. Then, the queen eyes the mare’s vagina more closely. A curious pink button appears briefly from the folds, than retreats. At this moment, the queen knew what to do. If it wanted something done right, she needed to do it herself. She lifts from her resting place and moves towards Fluttershy.
“Ooooooh, Zecora! Zecora! I’m not gonna last much longer. Are you almost done?” whimpers Fluttershy.
“Yes, but I’m constantly redrawing the patterns. Nothing seems to work. This whole game of trial-and-error is driving me berserk. If I can see the queen, I can-“
Zecora stops her rhyming and eyes a single bee that is different from the group, much larger than the others. It’s the queen, and it’s taking aim directly at Fluttershy from a high enough altitude for Zecora to get a good look at her face. The bees quickly scramble away from the queen’s intended target to give her a clear shot.
“That’s it! Those are the tall tale signs of the queen bee! I can paint those stripes out of memory. After I do this, we can both go…”
Zecora cuts herself off again as it notices the queen dive-bombing towards Fluttershy’s clitoris.
“For Celestia’s sake, Fluttershy! Look out below!” shouts the zebra.
With expert timing, the queen stings Fluttershy’s pearl during its brief reveal. The electricity sends a burning intense shock down her vaginal muscles. It’s enough for Fluttershy to release a powerful orgasm that’s been building up from the start. Fluttershy lets out a pained yell that echoes throughout the forest. Her muscles tighten and twitch, releasing stream after stream of fluids from her parting sex. Her legs finally give out as the poor, wounded mare slumps on top of the puddle under her with a quiet splash. The queen dislodges itself from Fluttershy and looks at the handiwork of her and her servants. The battle is won against the strange, leaking giant.
Fluttershy is breathing heavily, trying to stand again. Zecora slides her brush to make the last finishing touches on the mask.
“And… done! Brave work, Fluttershy! Now, let’s give this mask a try.”
Zecora picks up Fluttershy, helping her to stand on four legs again. She weakly turns to face the swarm. They grow quiet and their sparks start to calm. The queen and her subjects are confused! They have been stinging a fellow flash bee this entire time? The queen realizes her error and retreats in shame. The rest of the bees follow suit. Zecora places her hoof on Fluttershy’s face and turns her head towards Zecora’s.
“Are you ok? That was a very painful sting… Please, don’t be silent. Say something…” Zecora pleads.
“T-That… that was the most intense release… I’ve ever had…”
Upon finishing those words, Fluttershy falls asleep, hearing the protests to stay awake by Zecora.
The next day, Fluttershy visits Zecora’s one more time. She raps on the door with her hoof and waits for a response. Zecora opens the door to greet Fluttershy with a smile.
“Fluttershy! Pray tell, did you sleep well?” asks Zecora.
“Oh, yes! I slept fine. Thank you for taking me home. I know it must have been a grueling trip, and Angel Bunny wasn’t happy giving me a new set of bandages, either”, Fluttershy responds, as she turns to give Zecora good look at the bandages and aloe applied to her rump.
“Oh! Well, what can I say? You deserved the break. You’re the hero of the day! The mask works perfectly to fool the bees. Now I hope to make more copies. Your determination and stalwart attitude brought out the queen for me to recreate the stripes, no doubt. Ponyville is indebted to you and your service against the swamp fever disease. But, where are my manners? I’ll get some tea. Take a seat, please.”
“Ummmm, I think I’ll keep standing. Thanks.

"A Health of Information" inspired me to make this chapter. If it weren't for the flash bees stinging both Meadowbrook and Fluttershy in the hindquarters in the cartoon, I wouldn't be inspired to make this.
Fluttershy the Melissophile
Oh, man… Ah’m really goin’ off the deep end now…
As he trotted down the well-manicured pathway, surrounded by beautiful trees all around, Braeburn almost felt a little jealous that one of Applejack’s friends had a place as lovely as this. Granted, he’s been here before on the occasional trip to Ponyville and when meeting everypony, but he couldn’t say he really took the time to appreciate the serene beauty of where he was. The trees were full of blooming flowers in celebration of spring, and birds were chirping all around among the flawless blue skies. And as soon as he saw the cottage in the distance, Braeburn almost felt like he stumbled upon a postcard.
Of course, despite how amazing the view was, it was kinda hard to focus when his mind was reeling with what might happen as soon as he met up with Fluttershy.
He stepped up to her door nervously with a lump in his throat, knowing that a few knocks will set everything into motion. He could’ve always made the occasional excuse of not making it due to a sickness or full schedule, anything really. However, he wasn’t the type to lie, and he certainly wasn’t going to start now. He gulped and tapped a rhythmic knocking at the door. It took a minute for a response. He lifted his hoof to try again, but the door opened before he had the chance.
Fluttershy looked back at Braeburn, giving a small smile. Inside her own mind, she was just as nervous as he was, but for different reasons.
Braeburn exhaled shakily, knowing that he was probably deeply blushed when he felt how hot his face was getting. Of course, he was still able to smile kindly back at her and nod his head. “Y-Yes ma’am,” he replied with a tip of his Stetson. “And uhhh… Ah wanted to thank ya for those letters back. That aloe recipe really did help a lot.”
“Good! I’m glad that they were able to help you… uh-” Fluttershy cleared her throat. “I’m glad they helped you. It is a special recipe of mine. It helps numb the pain whenever I have too many…” The yellow mare blushed a little deeper as she paused, and had to look away bashfully. “Goodness, I’m sorry. This is really the first time that I’ve been able to discuss this so openly with somepony other than Zecora.”
“Hey, it’s alright,” assured Braeburn with hooves raised, even though he looked just as flustered as Fluttershy did. “Ah mean, Ah don’t blame ya for a second . Like…” The stallion looked away from her with a bit lip, briefly thinking over what to say before sighing with a shake of his head. “Like… Ah only just found out about this… thing . And Ah… Ah’m still feelin’ nervous about it. Even after Ah…”
That was when Braeburn’s words trailed off, worried about saying much more while he was technically still outside. Even though he knew that Fluttershy wouldn’t judge, he still felt extremely nervous with anypony knowing what he did a while back. Or that, at soon as his injuries were healed, he went right back out there and did it again.
It took a few seconds after Braeburn looked around him nervously for Fluttershy to realize that both of them needed to discuss this privately. “O-Oh! Sorry. Please, come in. The critters are all outside today, so we have the whole house to ourselves.” She opened the door wider for him, secretly looking behind him to see if he was followed. She trusted Braeburn to keep this matter to himself, but ponies are always curious creatures and rumors are liable to spread at the very idea of Braeburn visiting her alone in a secluded cottage. When she saw nopony else was around, she motioned him to come in.
Braeburn quickly entered and closed the door behind them, feeling just as nervous about this as she was. Of course, at remembering all the things they discussed before, the stallion knew he could trust her with this. After seeing that the inside of the cozy cottage was indeed empty of any animals, he sighed in relief before glancing back at the mare. “Alright, s-so... ummm… h-how does this, like… go?” He bit his lip worriedly, unsure what else he could say while blushing back at the equally sheepish mare.
“W-well, my schedule is usually like this. I like to walk around the general area of my cottage and see if the animals need any food or care. However, there are… scuffles that usually happen. You know, dogs and cats not getting along, that sort of thing” explained Fluttershy as she recollected her usual routine. “Sometimes, it’s not just the mammals, birds, or lizards. The insects have their stressful days, too. The insects I usually am more wary of are the bees and wasps. When they get stressed, they can hurt any other creature that accidentally comes close to their home…”
As soon as the mare began talking about the insects, Braeburn’s lips were bitten tightly shut as he listened. Despite how red his face got, it was clear he was listening intently to Fluttershy’s explanation. His heart was pounding in a mix of worry and excitement, but he kept himself from saying anything before the mare finished.
“So,” she continued, “When the bees start getting cranky, I try not to let them sting anything. They only get one sting before they… die , and that can only make things worse for the hive. So, I soften them up by planting more flowers next to their home, or talking to them… through dancing.” She giggled when she remembered how she put on a bee costume and danced in circles, similar to how they communicate. She snapped out of her thought and continued. “But, the wasps are more aggressive, and calming them down is not as easy as planting flowers or giving them honey...”
Braeburn already knew where this was going, but he still helped nervously as his face felt hotter. Even though he was sure Fluttershy would understand if it did happen, the stallion hoped that he wouldn’t get too excited at what might happen. So in an attempt to keep any blood flow solely on his face and nowhere else, Braeburn shuffled his hind legs a little and asked shakily, “S-So… W-What do you do?”
Fluttershy took a deep breath to calm her own nerves. It’s never easy for Fluttershy to describe what she does when nopony is around, even if they already know. “What else can I do? If they are looking for something to sting, I… I let them sting me instead.”
Braeburn tried to breathe out calmly in response, but his body still shuddered a bit in response to hearing that. He wasn’t sure if that would embarrass her or not, and he ended up looking away for a second with a heavy blush. “Ummm… o-okay then. S-So…” He paused briefly to contemplate asking, and eventually sighed before looking back at her curiously. “Are… are they actin’ aggressive now ?”
Fluttershy huffed and her mouth formed into an adorable pout. “It seems that everything is bugging them these days.” Fluttershy caught her own pun, and gave a laugh. “Ah ha… ha. But, yes. They are upset today. It’s the Summer weather. The days are longer, hotter, and they are more active. It’s bound to happen occasionally.” Fluttershy glanced down at the floor and gave her hoof a small kick. She wanted to ask him to help her. It’s why she invited him in the first place, though she didn’t express it in her invitation. But, as usual, her shyness got in the way of doing so directly.
Even though Braeburn was never asked anything about it, he had a feeling Fluttershy wanted him to come by due to common interests. After all, she was the only one of Applejack’s friends who wrote to him personally, and that was after he wrote to her about his own experiences. After a pregnant bout of silence, Braeburn turned his head to clear his throat awkwardly. “S-So, ummm… how… how aggressive would ya say them wasps are?”
“Certainly not as aggressive as yellow jackets. You know, you really surprised me when you wrote that you used them for your first sting. I honestly thought you would start off with a bumble bee, or maybe a fire ant” she giggled. “Still, they are really aggressive, and they might give a warning before they start stinging you. You need to respond quickly, though. So, when...” She swallowed a small gulp and prepared herself. “So, if you w-would like to… join me, l-let me do the talking first. Otherwise, they might attack us both.”
She did it. She finally invited him to partake in something so personal in her life. It felt like a load was lifted off her shoulders. But, as soon as that feeling went, a worse feeling came to haunt her: a fear of rejection. She was scared to know what Braeburn was thinking, if it was anything negative. Was he still willing to share this experience with her, or will he walk out the door, possibly thinking he wasted his time travelling to talk to an insane pony?
Braeburn only stood for a few seconds with his eyes widened, and his blush growing to a shade of red similar to his cousin Mac’s. He wasn’t sure how long he was standing in silence after Fluttershy made that offer, but it felt much longer than it probably was while his heart pounded in his chest. After pursing his lips shut for a moment, the stallion gulped in overwhelming anxiousness. But as soon as he breathed out, studying the timid look of worry on that mare’s face, the pony knew exactly what he wanted to say in response. “W-Well, ummm…”
After a split-second pause in apprehension, Braeburn smiled nervously and nodded with a blush. “I-If ya want me to help out, then… What kind of gentlecolt would Ah be to refuse?~”
Fluttershy’s eyes widened and stared back at him momentarily. Then, almost immediately, she gave Braeburn a hug around his thick, rugged neck. “Oh, thank you! Thank you! Thank you! ” Upon realizing what this meant, the enthusiastic pegasus let him go while keeping a wide smile. “Hold on, let me get some essentials before we go. Don’t worry. You’re perfectly safe with me!” As fast as her legs could allow her in a quaint household, she rushed to her bathroom. On the side of the wall is a small white cabinet, stuffed with medical supplies for herself and other animals that need care. She gathered the usual essentials, bandages, her homemade aloe formula; and, for the most dire of insect sting emergencies, an adrenaline shot. She never had used it before for herself, but she wasn’t sure just how much punishment Braeburn could really take, so she figured it was safer to have it with her. Once she laid them out on the sink, she took a quick trek to her room to fetch her saddle bag and place the supplies carefully inside. She finally put on the bag and went back downstairs to rendezvous with Braeburn. “I hope I didn’t make you wait for very long. Are you ready?” she asked excitedly.
Braeburn’s heart was thumping faster than a jackrabbit, but he was still able to nod pertly while carrying a worried smile of his own. “Ummm… a-alright then,” he said as he tried not to sound too excited by what might occur. After experiencing those yellow jackets more than once, the stallion could feel himself getting enticed as he followed the mare to the back door of the cottage. “L-Lead the way, Ma’am~”
Braeburn trailed behind Fluttershy, following as she lead him to what might be the strangest thing he’s ever done in his life. It was odd enough to fulfill his curiosities alone, but he couldn’t have fathomed doing it with another pony up until now. Fluttershy was just as nervous as he was, but more for Braeburn’s safety than anything else. She began to realize that he was actually putting his trust onto her, and how devastating it would be if she returned his trust with a visit to the hospital, or worse. But in an attempt to keep from dwelling too much on hypotheticals, the mare tried to keep herself in an optimistic (and slightly) enticed spirit by the time they reached an old tree at the edge of her backyard.unbelievably stressed. Hearing how intense it was getting, Fluttershy’s fur rode up for a second as a tingle crept up her spine.
Fortunately, it seemed that Braeburn was just as terrified and enticed by the sight before them. As soon as he saw that threatening cloud of dangerous insects, buzzing louder than those yellow jackets did back in the desert, the stallion gulped with a twinge of hesitance creeping into his mind. However, that nest also caused his body to react much differently than his brain. Along with his face remaining deeply blushed, Braeburn could feel his member starting to slip from the sheath between his wobbly legs.
Fluttershy turned to discuss her plan with Braeburn, but reeled back in shock when she noticed that Braeburn was getting more and more excited underneath him. “G-goodness!” she said, struggling to keep her volume down. She sheepishly looked away with a deep blush while covering her smile with a hoof. “You really are willing to do this, aren’t you?”
“What? I do--GNNGH !” as soon as he realized where the mare was staring, the stallion quickly turned away and crossed his hind-legs with an embarrassed blush. He pulled his hat down to cover his face as he tried to speak in defense. “Ah… Ah wasn’t tryin’ ta…” Even though his Stetson muffled his words a little, he hoped that Fluttershy heard enough of it for him to get away with his words trailing off shamefully.
“It’s ok,” whispered Fluttershy as she approached him closer and gently lifted his hat up. His eyes laid upon Fluttershy’s caring, tender smile as she tried to comfort him. “If you must know, I’m… I-I’m excited, too.” Perhaps one of the wasps knew about Fluttershy’s frequent visits, or perhaps it had a particularly bad day today, but Braeburn focused his attention on Fluttershy’s flank as that one needy wasp landed on it.

Fluttershy the Melissophile
Fluttershy's mind dances throughout the night, as her body relaxes inside her favorite bed. Her head lays comfortably on her pillow, with her mane spreading out from under her. Her hindquarters, however, ache from her discovery of a new type of bee. The tinges of irritation sends an occasional spark in her brain, replaying the same moment in her life where she discovered her newfound guilty pleasure in her dreams.
She remembered her younger years, before she moved into Ponyville and resided in a house of her own. She would fly down to the surface every time she came home from high school. Every afternoon was filled with playing with her animal friends. She'd help the squirrels forage the food, let the baby bunnies hop around her, sing with the birds and even help teach the chicks how to fly, and more. Her heart was filled to the brim with love, and she wanted to share it for all critters, by any means necessary. But then, she noticed a tiny rat, running like its life depended on it. Indeed it did, as tailing behind him was an angry hornet. Without missing a beat, Fluttershy stopped what she was doing in order to save the rat from its deadly (to the rat) stinger.
She flew to catch up with the rat, as she watched it swivel from side to side, avoiding hornet's dives to grab hold and jab it. The hornet looked like it was running out of steam and the rat might escape its wrath. But, of all the bad luck in the world, the rat accidentally got its paw stuck in a tiny hole in the dirt. The rat tumbled over itself as a result and badly sprained its front paw. Seeing this fumble as an opportunity, the hornet took one more attempt to dive in, stinger first, and send the killing blow. Fluttershy panicked in the heat of the moment, and her heart started to beat faster and faster. The hornet was scary looking to her at the time, but the rat was more afraid than she was. Without thinking too far ahead, she managed to beat the hornet in the nick of time to save the rat. She landed above it, bending down to cradle in her hooves, and shield it from the oncoming danger. The hornet, blinded with rage, didn't care about the change of targets as it flew closer to Fluttershy. In attempting to cover the rat, her rump was held high, obstructing the hornet's path.
The hornet stopped to a halt, landing on the center of Fluttershy's right buttock. Its long stinger took no time to penetrate sharply deep into her rump, as the caustic venom poured from the tip and into her system. Fluttershy released a sharp yell as her fur on her back shot straight up, and her tail frizzled upon feeling the searing pain. The brutal hornet wasn't done with its sting, unleashing every drop of venom, but also ever bit of frustration it felt at the time. Then, in an odd twist of events, she started to wink. Something in her brain told her body to start the waterworks, as her sex twitched at thought of the stinger digging deep into her. She savored the burning pain on her hindquarters, letting out a silent moan. She'd never been stung before, much less in her rump. Was this an accident, or was she thinking of something else at the time? She didn't know, but she did know that, if she hadn't interfered, the results would be more tragic. Satisfied with the rage it poured onto Fluttershy, the hornet dislodges its stinger and takes off, making its way back home.
Hearing that the bug was finally gone, she slowly lifted her upper-body off the ground. The rat was grateful for its rescue, but its sprain still pained the poor creature. Fluttershy smiled with a pained look in her eyes, as she carefully picked up the rat and carried it with her. Working with the rat, she followed its directions to where its burrow lied. Upon approaching the hole, the rat's family, consisting of its mate and seven children, popped their little heads up to see who was here. Fluttershy gently lowered the wounded rat to the ground, allowing it reunite with its family. Pleased with the good deed she had done, she bid the rats farewell and flew away.
Fluttershy flew back home with her rump still aching from the sting. But, the aches didn't bother her. In fact, she was riding off the pain, moaning as fantasies danced in her head, until she approached the front door of her house. After taking a second to recollect herself, she entered inside and greeted the family.
"Mom? Dad? I'm home!"
Fluttershy walked down the halls and looked to her left, inside the living room. She saw her brother, Zephyr Breeze, lounging on the couch and reading a book. Seeing her in his peripheral vision, Zephyr turned his head away from the book to smile and wave at her sister. Fluttershy responded with an annoyed glare, as she walked toward her lazy brother.
"I thought you were supposed to be in band practice this afternoon", Fluttershy remarked.
Zepher waved off her observation. "Eh, I'm not inspired today. A musician needs his muse in order to create works of art, right?", he asked in a chilled out, condescending tone.
Fluttershy sighed, frustrated with his lack of trying in his excuses. "Yes, Zephyr. I agree that a musician does need inspiration at times. But, you know what he also needs?" she asked, expecting him to say "what".
Like clockwork, he does.
"Practice! You need to practice using your trumpet to better understand how to play and write music. That's what band practice is for!"
Zepher got up from his comfortable position to motion his hooves forward, telling her sister to lower the hostility. "Easy there, sis. I think I got enough practice on it already. I bet I can play Equestria's national anthem if I wanted to. Heck, maybe even make an new one for us to sing," he lied through his teeth.
"If that's the case, why don't you play me a song from one of your practice books?"
Zephyr returned to his book. "I left it in my locker back in school."
"Of course. Poor mom and dad. They spent so much on that new trumpet." Fluttershy perks her head up and starts looking around. She peeks across the hall into the kitchen and finds that nopony is there. "Um, where is mom and dad?"
Zephyr shrugs. "I dunno. Shopping? They were gone when I came back."
Fluttershy tried to recall what today's schedule was going to be like, then she gasped in horror as she remembered where her parents went.
"Zephyr! They are attending your band practice today!" she yelled as loud as her quiet voice could.
"So?" he asked nonchalantly.
"SO ?! Zephyr, they are expecting to see you play with the other ponies!"
"Relax. They're still getting a show, with or without me."
Fluttershy wanted to tear her mane out her head, or perhaps his mane. Her brother is important to her. He is family. But, it took every fiber of her being to not strangle the selfish narcissist right then and there. She breathed in and out, repeated trying to calm herself down, but it wasn't working.
"Hey, sister. Relax," Zephyr attempted to comfort her sister, "You need to take life easy sometimes. Every time I see you, something is always stressing you out."
That was it. If he didn't care, she didn't care. At least, she tried to not care, but her heart was screaming out to say otherwise. Without a word, she turned to leave the house, hopefully to escape the frustration that was building up inside her.
"Fluttershy! Hey! Where are you going?" cried out Zephyr.
Fluttershy responded by slamming the door.
"Huh. If she had waited a little longer, I would have asked her to pick up some milk on the way home... Oh, well."
Fluttershy escaped back into the wilderness down below. However, there were no animals to comfort her, no birds to sing with her, and no bunnies to play with. She was all alone, sitting under a tree, crying her little heart out. Her hooves repeatedly wiped away her tears as she wailed loudly. Her mind was clouded with her and her brother. She thought to herself what exactly went wrong? Did she not encourage him enough? Was she not supportive enough? When they were foals, they were inseparable. Fluttershy always cheered on his little brother in the sidelines, saying he can do anything. But, the years went by, and Fluttershy was doing more and more for him over time, covering up for his inability to keep a desire and stick with it.
"Is his behavior my fault? Did I carry him too much. Am I... Am I terrible sister...? "
Before she could answer any of those questions, she heard a loud buzzing pass by her. Then, another followed right after another. She cleared her eyes to observe her surroundings. Red wasps were flying around her, bumping into her, hovering over her. She responded, at first, with terror, backing herself up as much as she could away from them. Then, something compelled her to look up at the tree she was under. As luck would have it, she was crying under a wasp's nest. She had no idea of their presence when she was crying, but she realized that her crying may have stressed them out. They were getting angry, and the bumping into her was a warning to move. As she gazed onto the hive, she recalled how the hornet stung her earlier in the day. Her wound started to burn a bit from remembering the events. She took pain, but she also released something else. Something that she felt she needed to release now.
"U-um. Excuse me...Wasps?" she stuttered, slightly afraid. The wasps respond to her positively, not expecting a pony to communicate with them. A scout flies down and lands directly on her nose. The sight of its close-up face frightened her more, but she kept calm and kept talking. "I-I was wondering, how are you wasps doing this evening?"
The wasp buzzes its wings in a rhythmic pattern. Amazingly, Fluttershy can understand it perfectly.
"Some of the wasps in your hive are stressed? Why?"
It buzzes some more.
"Goodness. With predators looking to eat your young, I can see why you are on edge..."
It gives a low hum. Fluttershy lowered her ears and thought for a minute. Getting an idea, she perked her face up.
"Hey, um, I want to ask a question. What is stinging another creature like?"
Getting some experience in the matter, the wasp buzzes in detail.
"You don't say. It flushes all the anxiety out of you?"
It hums with a confirming buzz.
"Right, except if your hive is attacked, then you are on high alert the entire time."
Another message of buzzes is passed on.
"Gee, and after that badger attack, you still have some soldiers that are high-strung."
Another low buzz emits. Fluttershy got all the information she needed. She was fighting all of her instincts to go along with this plan, but it was the kind thing to do.
"I have an idea. Why don't you..." she hesitated briefly, still questioning if this was a good idea "S-sting me?"
The wasp responded with its abdomen raised and its stinger extended. Fluttershy's heart jumped. "Wait, no! No, no, no. Right there would hurt me too much. Let me show you where."
The wasp retracts its stinger and hovers off of Fluttershy's nose. When she was given more room to move, she stood up and turned around. Slowly lowering her head, she positioned her hind legs to lift her rear as high as she possibly could off the ground. She curls her tail upwards and moves the hair to the side, allowing more access to her vulnerable rump. Being in this position made Fluttershy feel nervous. She already faced one sting. What would many more feel like? Her legs started to shake at the thought.
"O-ok. I only have one condition. She reached behind her with both hooves and grabbed her buttocks. She moved the glutes up and down to signal where she wanted to be stung. "S-sting me here. On these cheeks. T-that shouldn't be a problem..." Fluttershy blushed profusely as she let go of her rump. He cheeks bounce a bit before settling into position. "Also," she added, "Please go one at a time, at my signal. I want to see if I can take this." She faced forward, staring at the tree bark until she closed her eyes and gritted her teeth. "Begin!"
On her signal, the wasp scout landed on the top of her left haunch. At first, it was wary, expecting the pony to hit it with her tail or something. But, when it felt secure, it raised its abdomen, extended its stinger, and stabbed her diligently. Fluttershy gave a howl as she felt the needle burrowing into her, unleashing its toxins deep inside. Spent of its stress, the wasp dislodged itself from her and flew back to the hive. Fluttershy breathed in through her teeth and let out a small groan. It wasn't the same intensity as the hornet's sting, but the pain was still there. It surged through her, sending signals around her body. Adrenaline started pumping as her heart beat faster. But, another signal went off. One that she didn't expect to happen again. It was no accident before.
She was getting aroused by being stung.
Her vulva started to wink, as her clitoris popped in and out between the folds. Her insides begun to feel wet, as a squirt of liquid poured out of Fluttershy.
"That was..." She struggled to find the words. "Something... Something bad... But, also something good..." She raised her volume. "Please, send another."
Another wasp answered her call as it landed on the bottom of her right cheek, travelling to the start of her legs. Settling in, it delivered another painful blow into her. Fluttershy let out another yelp as she felt the stinger burrow downwards, releasing the burning venom. Her blood rushed to both her face and her nether region as she felt more and more hot. She never felt compelled to do this before. It never felt right until now. Fluttershy slowly glided her hoof down her belly, passing her teats, and felt her soaking wet labia cover her hoof in her own juices.
"Please... One more..."
Another wasp. This one ventured further down her crack, making her feel more and more nervous. It seemed curious enough to investigate the leaking part of her body. However, as it traveled down the middle of her marehood, she winked once more, prompting it to sting her left vulva. Fluttershy let out a scream as the dagger drilled into her most sensitive parts, making her vagina feel sore. The wasp quickly dislodged itself as Fluttershy started to freak out.
"It stung me there! I can't believe it did that! Ahhhh! Ow, ow, ow! "
Trying to get some much needed relief, Fluttershy rubbed the stung area with her wet hoof. At first, she only focused on that area alone. However, as she continued rubbing, she found herself covering more and more of her sensitive lips, massaging her entire genitalia with long, slow strokes. Another wasp, another sting. This time, it struck near the dock of her tail, causing it flick it response. The wasp, feeling slightly threatened, stung her again in the dead center of her right cheek near the hornet's mark. She reacted to its second sting with a squeak. "Ah! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"
Another wasps stings her on the left cheek. Her hoof's pace quickens as she glides the tip of her hoof up and down the middle of parting sex. An unfamiliar feeling builds up in her, wanting to release.
"I'm so sorry! I've been so bad!" Fluttershy yelled out. This time, the wasps are acting on their own accord. They send two to sting her, then three, then five! Her rumps was being peppered with more and more burning welts as her hoof vigorously circles around her clitoris, massaging it the best she can to quicken her release.
"I'm so sorry!"
"More stings puncture as the collective venom makes her buttocks feel like it's on fire. But, she continued to focus on the heat in her loins until an overwhelming surge of pleasure washed over her. Her legs quiver, her rump shot upward, her body shivered, and an eruption of ecstasy floods her mind as more fluids flow from behind her. She cried at the top of her lungs when feeling this new sensation for the first time.
"I'm so sorry, Zephyr~ !
Fluttershy's eyes pop wide open as her cries echo in her mind. Her breathing is heavy as that not-so-unfamiliar feeling washes over her. She gives herself a minute to rest, calm her heartbeat and lay on her pillow for a little longer. Then, she moves her legs to feel around inside her blankets.
"Huh... Another wet dream... "
Fluttershy, not bothered by the new stains she has made, turns over to lay on her side. She recollects what happened in her dream and travels down memory lane. She remembers how she came home in the middle of her parents making an earnest, yet half-hearted attempt to discipline Zephyr. She remembers how her parents freaked out when they found their darling little filly covered in welts and feeling a little dizzy. She remembers how it was Zephyr, of all ponies, who volunteered to look after her and comfort her while her parents gathered medical supplies...
She will never forget what her brother said when he laid her on the couch and put her head on the pillow.
"Fluttershy! Oh, gosh! Oh, gosh ! Please, please, please, tell me that you are going to be all right! I can't afford to lose you! You're the only good thing that's every happened to me in this life! I don't want you to die, big sister! I love you!"
She didn't feel like she was dying, so she knew that he was over-exaggerating. But, she remembers how she felt so touched by that moment that all she'd forgiven him for all he'd done twice over.
She didn't sting herself to get back at him, nor did she want to make him feel guilty. She did it because she was fraught with guilt and frustration, and she wanted to silence those voices with the pain of one hundred stingers. Ever since then, she found it to be the most effective way to forget her troubles, help smaller creatures out, and release whatever tension was building up before.
But now, there shouldn't be any need for it anymore. Zephyr graduated and is living his life as a mane stylist. Fluttershy is enjoying her new life with new friends in a new location. So, why does she do it now? Is it habit? Tradition? No, it's a full-blown fetish now. She can't bear to enjoy her private time without that adrenaline rush to arouse her. It just wouldn't feel right.
It's a new day in the morning, and Celestia personally called on her to oversee a new breed of bees. Perhaps Fate trained her for this situation. Perhaps it was all a big coincidence. Regardless, she is more than willing to fall back asleep, awaiting a new dream to reveal a new beginning.
