                    Clouds aren't pink

Clouds aren't pink
        "Look at that one Ally!" Dove said, as they lay in the grass.
She nuged Ally and pointed at the cloud she was talking about.
"Yeah, it's pink," Ally responded to the blue Pegasus.
Dove rolled her eyes.
"Exactly! Ally, clouds aren't pink," she said.
Ally examined it more, squinting her eyes. Eventually she shrugged.
"Must be the sunset," she replied, taking a bite of the apple in her hoof.
Dove sighed, there was no sunset, it was 3:00. She took a bite of the apple she had too. Her tail moved around a bit in the grass, making a shuffling noise, and she adjusted her wings, stretching them out. She poked Ally with one of her loose feathers.
"Ow!" Ally shouted, moving to the side.
"Sorry, shedding season, ya know?" Dove replied to her "wounded" friend.
"No , I don't know, I'm not a Pegasus,"  Ally said, taking another bite of her apple.
Dove turned onto her side, facing Ally.
"Well when you become an Alicorn you'll understand," Dove winked.
Ally sighed and rolled on her side too. She didn't like bring up the Alicorn thing.
I'm not responsible enough, how could she think that? I can't accept the task until I become a better chief. Which will be never. Ally thought, grunting.
"What's wrong, grumpy pants.?" Dove asked, poking fun at her friend.
Ally sighed again.
"Let's just go back to cloud gazing," Ally said, turning onto her back again.
"Awwww! But my back hurts," Dove whined.
Ally chuckled a little bit, making Dove smile.
"Now that's the fun Ally I know!" Dove said, tickling her BFF.
Ally laughed and rolled around, dropping her apple, making it role down the hill.
