Unstatisfied with his current role in Equestria, Primal Dagger creates a new initiative: The Riftwalkers. He, along with Twilight Sparkle and a pacified Nightmare Moon set out to explore new worlds using a portal system.

This story is seperated accordingly into the crossovers, and can be read as such. It will start with the journey to the universe, and end with the journey from the universe back to Equestria. Only the prologue is an exception to his, and can be read if you have not read the prequel.

Any ideas for Crossovers/OC's/Universes are highly appreciated and will be considered.
