Rainbow Dash sat quietly by the soccer field’s bleachers, notebook in hand as she came up with new ideas that she could write about in a new story she had in her mind. The rainbow-haired girl had finished with practice not too long ago, now just awaiting her sister to finish up work so she could pick her up. This was the usual routine when she didn’t have a Best Buddies appointment with Twilight, trying to write down her own life as if she were a flying pony in the magical land of Equestria.
Today, she was pushed down in soccer practice by the team captain (who said she was sorry, but Rainbow was still feeling pretty upset about it). As she went over it again and again in her mind, she continued drafting new moments where she would pop in. She wouldn’t be in the foreground, but you’d still see her every once in a while tripping or dropping something or anything else that would describe her as clumsy or derpy.
“Yeah, that’ww show hew,” Rainbow said behind her speech impediment. “I’ww caww you Dewpy Hooves.”
“Hey, Rainbow!” her sister called out from the parking lot, honking her horn. “Let’s get going!”
“I’m coming!” Rainbow then quickly closed her notebook, stashed it in her backpack and ran to her sister, who was still in uniform from her part-time job. She had barely closed the car door when her sister slammed on the gas and skidded their way out of the CHS parking lot.
“So,” the older sister said, taking her work hat off and running her fingers through her yellowish red hair, “did you have fun at soccer practice today?”
“No. The team captain pushed me onto the gwound.”
“What? Why would she do that?”
“She said it was an accident. It stiww huwt my feewings, though.”
“Ohhhh, I’m sorry. Did you at least write down any new story ideas?”
“I think so. You know that pewson wunning against Twiwight fow cwass pwesident?”
The elder sibling had to stop for a second to piece together what Rainbow Dash just said. “For class… OH! You mean Starlight Glimmer?”
“Yeah! So she wuns hew own town, and Twiwight has to convince them aww that Stawwight is wobbing them of theiw tawents!”
“Rainbow, slow down.” The flame-haired girl could hardly concentrate between Rainbow’s story and whether or not she had enough space in front of her to make a quick left turn. “So you’re writing a story where Starlight--”
“Sunset Shimmew, thewe's a caw coming.”
“I see the car! So Starlight has a town where she steals ponies’ talents? Does she just use magic or--”
Sunset was silenced by a groan from her sister, who was clenching at her waist and grimacing like she was in pain. “I think we need to get home wight away.”
“Are you OK?”
“I weawwy need to use the bathwoom wight now.”
“Seriously? We’re almost home. Just hold it for a little bit longer.”
“I don’t know if I can!”
“Rainbow Dash, I swear, if you have an accident in my car, you’re walking home from now on!”
“It’s not the nowmal kind of accident.”
“Wha--EW! I don’t care what kind of accident it is! Just hold it!” Sunset was now paying more attention to her rearview mirror than the road in front of her, looking for any police cars as she went 20 kilometres above the speed limit.
As soon as they pulled into the parking lot, Sunset shoo’d her out of the car, ran for the house door and started fumbling her keys, all while Rainbow Dash bent over and groaned in the pain of keeping everything inside her intestines. “Go! Go! Go!” Sunset exclaimed as soon as the door was open, waving her arm in circles in the direction of the downstairs bathroom.
“I don’t wanna use that bathwoom. It doesn’t have my colowing book.”
“Then move upstairs! Quick! I feel like you’re gonna burst at any moment, and I don’t wanna be behind you if you do.”
With as much speed as her bent over limp would muster, she wobbled up the stairs, quickly moved into the open bathroom in front of her and slung her backpack to the ground. She quickly undid her skirt, and grabbing hold of the ends of both her outer garment and Pound Puppies panties, she slid herself out of her bottoms and fell back onto the seat of her toilet.
Flatulence boomed out of her anus as she clenched from her abdomen and released the tension from her discomforted rectum. “You’re fine, Rainbow Dash!”
“Can you stay by the doow just in case I need you?”
The flame-haired girl ran her hand down her face, pulling her bottom eyelid as she guilted herself into being the supportive big sister. “Fine, but make it quick, OK? And turn on the fan while you’re in there!”
“But it sounds wike a dwagon. I named it Spike.”
“RAINBOW!”
“Awwight, awwight!”
Rainbow Dash then flicked on the rumbling bathroom fan while the two of them waited for the rainbow-haired girl to continue with her bowel movement. With another clench of her abdomen, Rainbow released another strand of liquid diarrhea into the toilet, and despite the sound of the fan, Sunset could still hear the sound of the mush plopping into the toilet water. Sunset cringed and wondered whether or not she should ask what was on her mind.
“Rainbow… are you alright in there?”
“It buwns a wittle bit.”
At this point, Sunset really didn't know what she should be doing. Was this something she should or shouldn't worry about? She’d never exactly had burning poops before. “Uhhh… do you need any help?” Sunset cringed at herself, realizing how weird that came out.
Suddenly, Rainbow Dash’s stomach began growling loudly, and as the rumbling inside her moved its place down her intestines, another stream of half-solid stool seeped out of her butt hole in an eruption of gas. “I think I need a doctow! Huwwy!”
Sunset wasn’t sure just how seriously she was supposed to take the suggestion, but she did know she knew nothing about the excretory system (and she didn't want to deal with it even if she did). Hesitantly, she pulled out her cell phone, looked up the nearest doctor’s office and pressed the call button, hoping she wasn't going to sound ridiculous.
“Hello, this is Quick Care. How can I help you?”
“Yeah, well, you see, umm… Hi.” Sunset slapped her palm into her face in embarrassment. “So, the reason I’m calling is because… Well, my sister has this problem right now.”
“OK. Is your sister available?”
“Well, not at the moment. That’s kind of the reason why I called.”
“Is the doctow coming?” Rainbow called out from behind the bathroom door.
“Yeah! Hold on! Just get your coloring book out or something!”
“I’m sorry,” the receptionist said over the phone, “but I can only speak to the patient or their parent or legal guardian. I’m afraid I can’t help you.”
“What?! But our parents don’t get home for another hour! What if this was an emergency?!”
“Good bye, now.”

With a groan, Sunset fell back onto the wall behind her and slowly slid to herself down to the floor. However, noticing that she hadn’t heard anything from the bathroom for several moments, she perked up and said, “Hey, Rainbow Dash. Are you d--” Her words were silenced by the sound of several small liquid logs making their way to the water beneath Rainbow’s pelvis.
“What?”
“Ugh… Are you you doing OK in there?”
“My bum is stawting to huwt. I think I see something wed in hewe.”
Sunset grimaced and picked her cell phone back up, going back into her phone’s history and redialing the latest number.
“Hello, this is Quick Care. How can I help you?”
“Yeah,” Sunset began, “my name is Rainbow *ahem* Wainbow Dash. I’m having some pwobwems in the bathwoom. I think I need a doctow.”
“OK. Can you tell me the details of your situation?”
“Uhh… Howd on. Wet me check.” Sunset quickly muted the phone and called to her sister in the bathroom. “Hey, so what’s exactly wrong in there?”
“It feews wet and swimy.”
“OK…” Sunset braced herself for what she would ask next. “Any problems with the… uh… ‘other’ side?”
“You mean my vagina?”
“...”
Sunset then unmuted the phone and went back to pretending to be Rainbow Dash. “Yeah, it just feews wike my bum is on fiwe. Pwus I see some wed stuff down thewe.”
“OK,” the woman on the other line said, “I’ll connect you with the doctor. Just a moment.”
“Thank you.” The sound on the phone then switched to a relaxing smooth jazz song, allowing a long sigh from the worn out teenager. “Rainbow Dash, has this ever happened to you before?”
“Wait a second! That isn’t bwood! I just dwopped a fwoot woop in the toiwet.”
“What? Are… Are you eating in there?!”
“I don’t want aww the food to get sucked out of me and die!”
Sunset Shimmer stood in absolute silence, trying to find a way to respond to her without sounding like a vicious she demon. “Do you have any idea how disgusting that--”
“Hello?” the man on the line asked, interrupting the smooth jazz. “Is this Rainbow Dash?”
“No, this is Sunset Shim…” The flame-haired girl then gave a blank look to her phone before tapping the screen to end the call. It was about that moment, though, as she sat there in silence, that she noticed something that wasn’t there before: silence... “Rainbow? Are you finished?”
“Howd on. Wet me check. Hnnnnnnnggg yeah I’m aww done.”
Sunset sighed in relief. “Good. I have to tell you what just happened, but I’d rather not do it while you’re wiping. No offense, but I think you need your full attention for that.”
Rainbow Dash then reached for her toilet paper, broke off a square and used it to wipe off the remaining urine that dribbled down her urethral opening. With another couple of squares broken off, she lifted her backside off of the toilet seat and ran the soft sheets between her cheeks, scraping as much of the liquid stool from her anus as she could grip. Rainbow Dash knew this was probably going to take several attempts to get all the fecal matter out of her rear end, but hopefully Sunset wouldn’t judge her if she needed to flush more than once.
Pulling more paper squares down and breaking them off the roll beside her, she reached back again, navigating her hand across the wet parts surrounding her anal cavity. It felt like 4 or 5 times before she felt dry enough to put her panties back on, but once she stood up again, all the pain and discomfort from before were completely gone. Rainbow Dash looked back and smiled at the mush floating in the water, almost feeling accomplished at what she was able to do, but with the flick of a lever, it all suddenly swirled down the drain.
Finally, Rainbow Dash lifted her bottoms back up to her waist, opened the door and shot a smile to her sister sitting on the floor beside her. “You feeling OK?” Sunset asked.
“Yup,” Rainbow Dash said, reaching out her hand to help Sunset to her feet. “Now what was that thing you wanted to teww--”
“Rainbow Dash… Did you wash your hands?” The younger sister then quickly broke eye contact.
“Uhhh…”
