Scaredy Breeze is a breezie, today (in story no actual day has been chosen yet) is her birthday. She always tells her parents just days before it is her birthday so they would remember. This time she didn't tell her parents to try to see if they would remember it was her birthday. It sounds selfish but it is an experiment in her mind.
