During a visit with the Cutie Mark Crusaders in the Everfree Forest for a certain ingredient for a recipe the Apples need to make, Scootaloo hears rustling only to find that a colt was in the bush that rustled. Sweetie Belle and Applebloom have already left for Sweet Apple Acres, so Scootaloo has to take this colt to her home. At the house of one of Scootaloo's friends, the colt tells everyone that he was pulled out of his brother's care because the foal development representative of where the colt used to live considered his brother's caring methods neglectful even though, as Scootaloo finds out, the brother clearly wasn't. After Scootaloo finds the colt's brother not guilty, she decides to take it up to Canterlot Supreme Court. What will be the real verdict?
