When a filly grows up and becomes a mare, the process and numerous body changes are bound to be difficult. It was certainly true for humans where you came from, and you certainly don't relish your own memories of "coming of age." As Sweetie Belle is going through that change now, you're definitely sympathetic, and happy to offer some words of comfort to her.
