Soarin with a Dash

Soarin was running down the halls of Crystal Prep. He was trying to get to the assembly hall , apparently there was a school rally for the Friendship Games. According to some students , magic was involved last time , he didnt believe itmagic , yearight , magics not real , magics just as silly a thing as love Soarin always said to those who mentioned it. "Sorry I`m late Principal Cinch , I was on my phone" Soarin yelled , as he slammed the door to the large room.

"I do not care what you were doing , sit down , you missed the names for the games , you were one of them , keep that in mind Soarin. And do not be late again , do you understand?" She spoke , looking pretty annoyed.

Soarin just rolled his eyes "Yea , yea , whatever." He said , not really caring about his punishment.

"Where was I?  Oh yes, those of you that were elected , please stay back ,and don't forget , Crystal Prep has a reputation , we  cannot loose , or even tie this time" She explained. "Now off you go." She shooed. The students rushed out of the doors and were chatting about how they shouldve been elected. "Now I understand some of you , like Sour Sweet , Sugar Coat and Sunny Flare competed last year , am I right?" She asked looking at each of the three girls. They nodded and looked at the principal. "Good , now Dean Cadence has spoken to Principal Celestia about the magic , she says that no magic shall be involved and since the games start tomorrow , you are free to do your pranking , you may go" She exclaimed. The Shadowbolts walked out of the hall , Soarin relieved he missed it , I mean who likes boring rallys anyway , all he needed to know was if he got in or not , luckily he did.

" Thank you principal Celestia" Rainbow Dash said as she took the microphone from its stand. "Now I know that last year we had a tie and that Crystal Preps students have upgraded strength since the last time we competed four years ago" She explained , walking around the stage. "But theyre not Wonderdcolts , which means they havent strengthened as much as us , weve fought magic plenty of times and were all as awesome as I am meaning were gonna beat them this time!" She screamed. Everyone around the room cheered , knowing that they will win , they will prevail , they will finally beat the Shadowbolts and Crystal Prep. "Thank you Rainbow Dash , now the ones that will be competing in the games will be: Flash Sentry , Derpy Whooves , Twilight Sparkle , Fluttershy , Rainbow Dash, Applejack , Rarity , Pinkie Pie , Lyra Heartstrings , Bon Bon , Roseluck and Octavia Melody." vice principal Luna declared.

"I suggest we get practicing if we wanna win!" Dash yelled , once again showing off.

"YEAH!" yelled Bulk Biceps. Everyone groaned as he did that , not like they weren`t used to it.

"You may be excused for lunch" Principal Celestia said , formally. The school exited the gym and walked to the cafeteria.  "Why Rainbow Dash , your speech was even better than last times" Rarity complimented as she sat down at their table. "Yeah , I know , I guess I`m too awesome" She bragged , smiling widely as she did so.

"I just wish we could actually talk girly thought , I mean Dash never lets us" Sunset protested , changing the subject. The other 4 agreed. "Hey! If I`m a tomboy then I will not do anything girly , noting , nuh uh , not a chance , no way!" Rainbow said , annoyed. "Oh well , hey Rare , crushing on anyone lately?" Applejack asked , turning to her fashionista friend.

"Why actually I have , I think I may like Scott Green , hes so caring and got a great fashion sense!" Rarity exclaimed mainly looking at Rainbow Dashs reaction. "You gottabe kiddin me " Rainbow sighed as she took a bite of her burger.

"I like Cheese Sandwich  , he`s like the only person who  likes parties as much as I do!"  Pinkie yelled , making streamers come out of nowhere. "What about you Rainbow Dash , any crush"

No response

"Hello , Dashie , we`re talking to you!" Pinkie screamed above her friend.

Rainbow Dash just took another bite of her burger , simply ignoring the questions , she just wanted to stay out of the conversation. "Oh come now Rainbow Dash , dont be ignorant" Applejack said , putting her arm around Dashs shoulder. Still nothing. She took a third bite of her burger. "Oh Applejack  , leave her , you know how she can get" Rarity said , flicking her wrist. "Meh. Hey Dash , can I have your apple?" AJ asked ,changing the subject so her friend would talk.

"Help yourself" She said , before taking a last bite of her burger.

Applejack took the apple and took a bite of it. "Lets go outside , it`s getting hot in here" Sunset suggested , pointing to the destroyed Wondercolt statue out of the window. "Yeah" the rest agreed.

They walked outside and saw Crystal Prep students painting the portal a horrid shade of green. "EW! That is such a horrible colour, it does not go with the original silver!" Rarity complained , a nervous look on her face as if it was going to explode. Applejack slapped her head and everyone else but Fluttershy rolled their eyes. "Stop , it`s not nice to prank us!" Fluttershy said , reaching her hand out to the students. One of them , a sky blue boy with navy blue hair walked over to her , smirking "Look , weakling, we can do  what we want , k?" He said , looking at the scared girl.

"Hey, get away from her!" Yelled Rainbow Dash , clenching her fist at the boy.

"Make him , he can do what he wants , just like the rest of us" Indigo Zap said , walking over to the girls.

"Well if he dares hurt her , or any of my friends , he`s in for it!" Dash replied , crossing her arms.

"You mean hurt her like this?" Soarinasked as he clenched his fist. He pulled one arm out and punched the pink haired girl. She laid there on the ground , sobbing. "ALRIGHT THATS IT!!!" Dash screamed running over to Soarin. She grabbed his jacket and pulled him to the ground. "Well you are really good at fighting A TOROISE THAT CANT EVEN WALK AT ALL!" Sour Sweet said watching the excitement. Soarin get up and Dash pinned him to  the school. *this girl cannot be like the rest Ive seen at Canterlot High* Soarin thought as he noticed the girlss strength "If you dare hurt my friends again , youll be sorry!" She violently said. "Ok-ok ,you can let me go now!" He exclaimed , rolling his eyes. She let him go and gave him a glare whilst he and the other Crystal Prepper`s ran out of Canterlot High. "Are you alright Flutterz?" Asked Dash running to her friends. "Umm , uh huh" She replied between sobs.

"That jerk , theyre meaner than I remember" Dash replied , lending her friend a hand. She gladly took the offer and got onto her feet. "Dash , dont you think you should`ve got easier on the boy" Applejack said in her heavy western accent.

"No , I dont think. He totally asked for it ,Id never leave my friends hangin`" Dash replied, putting an arm around

Fluttershy. Moments later ,Dash started to glow a bright blue. "I guess so" Sunset murmured.

"Magic? What in the world , she`s half animal" Whispered Soarin , who saw everything...
