Chapter 1 - Of Mice and Men

It has been three weeks since the events of the battle of the bands rocked the grounds of Canterlot High School. This event was stated in response to three new girls who came to the school for one reason. They wanted to control the school and be adored. The three girls Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dusk were actually magical creatures called Sirens mythological monsters that could lure and control people with their beautiful voices. They were banished to this world from there homeward called Equestria and they had to reside in this new world forever.

A couple days before the Dazzling came to CHS a girl named Sunset Shimmer escaped from Equestria to this world with Princess Twilight Sparkle’s magical crown. Sunset’s goal was to rule the High School. After a heated battle Sunset was defeated by Twilight and the elements of harmony. There was a massive explosion of light as the demon was purged from Sunset foiling her evil plan. After showing remorse for her actions the elements of harmony; Rainbow dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Fluttershy all agreed to be friends with her and forgive her.

At the time of the explosion The Dazzling were sitting at Sugercube Corner trying to find a way to get there true Equestrian magic back. They saw this explosion and new it had to be equestrian magic so they set off to investigate. In the days leading up to the finale of the Battle of the Bands tensions grew high between friends and students all the while the Dazzlings were feeding off the hate they caused with their voices to power there amulets. Soon after figuring out The Dazzlings plan Sunset informed the Rainbooms; A band that the elements of harmony formed to win the battle of the bands. Sunset realizing that she never got to play any part in the band soon began to feel sad like deep down her friends still hated her because of her past.

During the final performance in the battle of the bands it was The Dazzlings vs The Rainbooms at first it was neck and neck but soon the Dazzling overpowered the Rainbooms. Once Sunset began to sing however twilight and the Rainbooms joined in with some help from Vinyl Scratch the schools resident DJ. In an amazing spectacle consisting of rainbows and a giant rainbow maned unicorn blasting the Dazzlings with powerful magic defeating them and breaking there amulets causing them to loose there powers and run away in defeat. The Rainbooms had succeeded in defending CHS from the evil sirens. However things were about to get worse for the Dazzlings leader Adagio Dazzle the pain of defeat soon angered the girl so much that she did something drastic.

“Damn it we were so close we almost won, damn that Sunset that bitch ruined everything” Adagio angrily sneered punching a hole in the wall. Aria Blaze who was easily the most rude and violent of the trio hoped of the nearby bench and confronted Adagio.

“Shut up. It wasn't her fault we failed, it’s your fault. If you weren't such a terrible leader who always stole the main spotlight out from under us we lost cause you were so selfish.” Adagio gets in Arias face and angrily stares back and grits her teeth.

“It’s not my fault you to couldn't pull your own weight. Aria if you had spent more time thinking about a backup plan instead of constantly trying to take charge of the group maybe we would've succeeded and Sonata if you weren't so clumsy we could've won.” Now at this time Adagio wasn't thinking about what she was saying, no at this point it was just blind rage.

“Ya know what we don’t need this you’re just as rude as I am but not only that you’re a control freak that no one will ever like or care about. So screw you Adagio enjoy life by yourself. Come on Sonata were leaving.” Aria grabs Sonatas hand and storms off. Adagio never wanted any of this she wanted to get back to Equestria and the three of them would take it over. More importantly all three of them were childhood friends and all the anger just built up and finally exploded. Unfortunately for Adagio she had just yelled at her friends and made them feel like they were nothing. For the first time in her life Adagio began to cry into her hands. As if karma was giving her a four course serving of payback it began to poor down rain. Trying to avoid getting soaked she pulled her hoodie out of her back pack put it on and ran to Sugercube corner. Once inside Adagio removed her jacket and looked around the shop all she could see was hateful sneers and looks of disgust and anger. She hung her head low and sat in the dark corner away from everyone she put her hood back up and buried her face in her arms and continued crying. For the first time in her life she was alone and no one to care for her, no one for her to hang out with and talk to but most importantly she no one acknowledge her and adore her. After several hours she heard the door open once again but she heard a voice she painfully recognized.

“Hey Pinkie how are you?” Sunset said cheerfully “I didn't expect to see you here so soon. I thought you would be throwing a party for everyone since we won the battle of the bands and saved the world.” Pinkie jumps over the counter hugging Sunset.

“Normally I would but I had the party cannon all loaded up and ready but then Mister and Misses Cake asked if I could cover the late shift what with the aftermath of the battle of the bands and all that.” This was odd because normally Pinkie never passes up throwing a party but then again she also like working for the cakes because she got to eat whatever they didn't sell at closing time. In retrospect Sunset couldn't blame her. If Sunset was in Pinkies position she would have done the same thing.

“So what can I get ya Sunset?” Pinkie asked manning the cash register.

“I’ll take a white chocolate coffee and two doughnuts please.” Sunset grabs her wallet out of her back pocket.

“Okie dokie Loki that will be five bits Sunset.” Sunset pulls out five bits and hands them to pinkie and goes to sits down while she waits for her order. On her way to find a table something catches her eye. In the corner of the store she sees a girl in a purple hoodie hunched over and she swore she could here crying. Out of curiosity Sunset walks over to check to see if the girl is alright. Upon getting closer the girl raises her head. Much to Sunsets surprise it was none other than the lead Dazzling Adagio. At first Sunset was very cautious as she didn't know if this crying was genuine or if it was another one of her tricks.

“Oh great what are you doing here?” Adagio says whipping her tears on her sleeve and sniffling. “Come to gloat or did you come to banish me somewhere else?” Sunset had never seen her like this but for a split second she had a flashback to very moment after Twilight defeated her and how sad she felt and how much she wanted to change. Snapping back to reality Sunset sits next to her.

“Now why would I do any of those things?” Adagio looks at her puzzled how could she sit there and hold no malice or hate towards someone who turned her friends on each other and nearly destroyed the school. Adagio then thought back to all the stories she had heard about Sunset. Soon everything became pretty clear to her. This was really happening someone was hopefully feeling sorry for her. Sunset puts her hand on Adagio’s shoulder.

“So where are the other two girls that were with you?” Almost as if Sunset had driven a dagger straight into Adagio’s heart she remembered the fight they had prior to her running here.

Adagio takes a deep breath and clears her throat. “Well shortly after you girls ran us off stage we escaped to the schoolyard and well we were so angry that we lost us just…” Adagio pauses as she shudders and a tear runs down her cheek. “We started yelling at each other and I said awful things and eventually it all boiled over and they left me behind. So now I have no friends and no place to live.” She begins to cry some more as Sunset rubs Adagios back.

“Sunset your order is ready.” Pinkie says sliding the cup of coffee and to doughnuts to the edge of the counter. Sunset gets up to grab it and looks at Pinkie.

“Hey Pinkie, can I get a second coffee I got someone over here who needs someone to talk to.” Sunset slides five more bits over to Pinkie.

“Ok coming right up Sunset.” Pinkie goes into the back to get the ingredients. Sunset walks back over to Adagio who has now decided to pull down her hood and show her face. Sunset slides over one of her doughnuts. “I tell you what Adagio, I know how you feel if you recall I was the same way when I was evil. Anyone can change their future but only if they have friends who can forget the past. What you did was wrong yes but everyone deserves a second chance and right now what you need most is a friend. So I’ll let you move in with me so long as you promise me two things. You have to forget your past your past is not today. Today is the day you change your future so the past doesn't repeat itself. Also I want you to go out and look for a job so you can not only pull your weight but show people you is changing for the better.” Adagio hugs Sunset tightly this time crying tears of joy at her generosity.

“Thank you so much Sunset you have no idea how much this means to me.” Sunset smiles and hugs her back. “No problem Dagi I’m your friend now I’ll be by your side and in time I guarantee so long as you do good more friends will join us.” After Sunset let’s go of Adagio Pinkie slides the other cup of coffee and Sunset grabs it handing it to Adagio with a warm smile. Returning the smile faintly the two girls began to talk for hours about themselves and their old lives in Equestria.

“Wait so there is a fourth siren?” Sunset says slightly worried.

“Ya his name were Burning Tempo he had been friends with me, Sonata, and Aria ever since we were kids. He always had this stupid shoulder length red hair and a bracelet with the same gem that was in our amulets.” The look of worry on Sunsets face deepens. What if he finds out what happened to his friends and he comes back for revenge. Noticing the worried look on her face Adagio smiles and rubs Sunsets shoulder.

“Don’t worry about him he disappeared shortly after our exile but he was never one for all that ultimate power ruling the world stuff. No Tempo only cared about two things us and his music.” Sunset looks to Adagio once again.

“But what’s stopping Sonata and Aria from stealing it from him and getting revenge on you, me, and everyone at CHS?” Adagio just looks at her and laughs.

“Are you kidding Tempo would never give up his amulet let alone Aria and Sonata aren’t skilled enough to take it. You see in our culture Male sirens are faster and stealthier and tempo was one of the fastest in our group. I miss him so much I hope he is taking care of himself.” Sunset smiles at this new side of Adagio it was good to see that Sunset was starting to get to her and change her.

“Well it’s getting late so let’s head home I’ll show you around before bed and tomorrow we will go around town and try and get you a job.” Adagio smiles at Sunset and hugs her once again with tears in her eyes.

“Thank you so much for everything you've done tonight Sunset. It’s nice to finally have a friend again.” Sunset hugs back as the girls grab there coffee’s and head out to Sunsets car and they drive away.

Chapter 2 - A Vision of the Past

The next morning Adagio awakens to the smell of eggs and bacon. Following the marvelous smell she makes it downstairs and quickly grabs a seat at the table as sunset finishes making them breakfast. Adagio still couldn’t believe what was happening, after everything her and the Dazzling’s did and the awful things she said to Aria and Sonata she wasn’t surprised that everyone hated her guts. Not a single person in Canterlot wanted anything to do with the former siren. Everywhere she went that night all she got was hateful glares full of malice, yet here was this one girl the one who defeated her none the less offering her a place to stay and cooking her breakfast. Adagio was so confused on one hand she was happy to find someone who provided for her and generally cared for her, on the flipside however she was scared that this was all a ruse and that something bad would surely happen.

“Here ya go Adagio; I didn’t know how you liked your eggs cooked so I hope sunny side up is ok.” Sunset giggles sliding the plate over to Adagio before fixing her plate and sitting down.

“Oh that ok I’m not really picky about my eggs to tell you the truth when me and the other two were living together I frequently cooked scrambled eggs so it’s nice to have something different.” She smiled as she took a bite of her eggs before she put her fork down and her eyes widened.

“Sunset what did you do to these eggs.” Worried that she did something wrong she begins to worry.

“Nothing, why is there something wrong with how they taste?” Sunset goes to pick up her plate to throw it away. As Adagio begins to laugh and finish chewing her eggs.

“Got ya Sunset, no the eggs taste amazing I just wanted to play a joke on you.” Sunset just stood there for a few seconds before she to begin laughing with Adagio. never has Adagio been one for jokes and pranks that was always Sonatas thing even to this day Adagio didn’t know why she pulled the prank maybe deep down she was warming up to Sunset. The two girls sat at the table and talked for hours before getting down to business.

“Ok if we’re gonna get you a job we gotta find out what your Strengths and weaknesses are.” Sunset said pulling out her laptop and loading up several job listing sites. Adagio pauses and thinks for a few seconds before sinking her head.

“Nothing singing was all I really had and without my magic I can’t sing like I used to.” She leans into her hand which she propped up on the table sighing deeply. Sunset begins to think for another way that they can do this all while showing that Adagio is willing to change so long as people give her a chance.

“I got a better idea Adagio go upstairs and get dressed I think I have some formal clothes in my closet. I’m gonna take you to a few places nearby who knows we may have better luck that way. Sunset takes their empty plates and she rinses them off before putting them in the sink before she goes to call her friend Twilight and see if she can come as backup and moral support.

“Oh hey Sunset how are you doing this morning?” Twilight said on the phone still a little groggy from last night.

“I’m fine Twilight; although last night something strange happened I’m starting to think some of your teachings are finally paying off.” She giggles slightly sitting on her couch.

“What do you mean Sunset, what happened last night?” Realizing what she was about to say Sunset takes a deep breathe.

“Remember the three girls that almost took over the school.” there is a small pause

“Ah yes three sirens. Yes I remember them.” Twilight said in a slightly annoyed tone. “Well, there leader Adagio is staying with me now before you freak out and get the elements all ready for a fight and all that let me explain. Last night after the battle of the bands I went to Sugarcube Corner to grab a coffee and some doughnuts so I could unwind. Well, while I was there seated in the corner covered up in her hoodie was that girl Adagio well as I got closer to her I could tell that she was crying and not in a very happy mood. Well, after some apprehension I finally got her to spill her guts to me. Apparently after we defeated them they got into a big fight behind the school and some hateful words were said. Sadly it only escalated from there. Long story short Adagio really hurt her friends feelings and they abandoned her but as she told that story all I could think about was the time after you offered to be my friend. I was an emotional wreck after you guys defeated me but then you showed me the power of friendship. Well, right now Adagio needs that friendship and that’s why she is staying with me.” Sunset takes a deep breath after the rather lengthy explanation she gave Twilight.

“Sunset that is very noble of you and I’m very proud of you but you gotta be careful she could be trying to earn your trust. Remember sirens are masters of manipulation.” On the surface Sunset agreed with her but deep down she could feel that Adagio was sincere about changing. After all to completely change you sometimes have to lose everything and it was obvious that Adagio had nothing left to lose.

“Twilight I honestly think that for once you’re wrong I saw it in her eyes last night that girl is broken at this point she just wants to be adored and validated. She wants to feel like she still has meaning.” Twilight could notice a faint change in Sunsets tone of voice there was no mistaking it was that same tone she heard that fateful night after the battle with Sunset. This girl was determined to help Adagio and if she was this adamant about it then Twilight was gonna do her best to be there for support.

“Alright Sunset I believe you so what is your plan?” Twilight said stretching as Sunset heard her bed creak as she was getting up.

“Well, I’m starting off simple; I’m trying to get Adagio a job so she can start buying her own clothes and supplies along with chipping in for utilities and rent.” Twilight heads to the bathroom and turns the water on and begins brushing her teeth.

“You do know how hard that’s gonna be right?” Twilight stressed to Sunset, “I mean look how long it took you to get settled in and comfortable here.” Twilight spits into the sink and then rinses out her mouth before wiping her mouth. “On top of that only the school despised you, the whole town hates her and her friends this isn’t gonna be easy Sunset.”

“Since when is friendship easy as her only friend I’m gonna be there for her through thick and thin no matter what. Hell you guys did the same thing to me so I think it’s only fair that I show that same compassion to her.” Unaware of her surroundings Sunset didn’t notice Adagio eavesdropping on their conversation.

“Fair enough Sunset you and her get ready and come one by to get me when you guys are ready. See you soon bye Sunset.” Twilight says with an audible smile on her face.

“Bye Twilight see you in a few.” Sunset hangs up the phone before checking on Adagio to see if she found any clothes yet. As she gets closer to her door she hears an annoyed grunt. Concerned she opens her door to find Adagio struggling with one of Sunsets bras.

“Need some help Dagi?” Sunset says trying to suppress her laughter at the sight of her new friend’s rather interesting dilemma.

“Yes I’ve tried fitting into this bra several times but I think it’s too small for me.” Now, Sunset by no means had a small bust last time she was measured she wore a C-cup but it’s now painfully obvious that Adagio was a solid D-cup at the least. After a few minutes of relishing in jealousy Sunset walks over to Adagio.

“Adagio what is your cup size?” Taken back by the sudden question she looks over to Sunset. “Last time I measured I was a 36DD why do you ask?” Sunsets jealousy now a little bit more noticeable causes Adagio o smirk and turn to Sunset. “Why what’s your size Sunset.” Adagio says jokingly as she elbows Sunset laughs’, blushing in embarrassment Sunset turns her head away.

“34C.” she says pouting under her breath. Adagio wraps an arm around her and gives her a big hug.

“That’s a pretty normal size Sunset, I’m jealous.” Sunset stops before looking at Adagio with confusion.

“How are you jealous of me? Your boobs are massive.” Adagio laughs some more before playfully punching Sunsets arm.

“Because these puppies are a pain in the ass, between the back pain and the ridiculous price of bras nowadays there more of a curse than a gift so count yourself lucky Sunset.” She jokingly squeezes her boobs before putting her old bra back on and putting on her clothes. Adagio was never one for wearing anything that wasn’t purple or a dress or skirt but she found something that she actually felt comfortable in. Adagio put on her white button up shirt which surprisingly clung to her form perfectly showing the right amount of curve without being skin tight the black dress pants were a little tight around her upper legs and ass but no to the point where it was uncomfortable and finally she put on some black high heeled boots. She turns to Sunset and strikes a pose.

“What do you think Sunset do I look professional enough.” Sunset turns around only to stop and admire Adagio for a few. She did look amazing in this kind of formal attire. After a few seconds of awkward staring Sunset shakes her head and speaks.

“After we try out these places were gonna take you shopping so we can get you some new clothes along with some toiletries as well. But for now let’s head out and go pickup Twilight.” Sunset and Adagio head out the door and get into Sunsets car and they drive away.

“Oh hold on a second I gotta do something first.” Adagio says riffling through her purse pulling out a hair tie. “Can't apply for a job with your hair all over the place can you.” She laughs as she puts the back part of her hair into a tight bun letting her poufy bangs remain where they are. “Much better now I look professional.” Sunset just rolls her eyes and laughs as they arrive at Twilight’s house. Sunset honks the horn to let Twilight know there here as they wait.

In the back of her mind Sunset was worried about Adagio. She is as happy and willing as ever to change and for the first time Sunset as seen this once evil siren laugh, joke, and generally have fun with someone. Make no mistake the old Adagio is dying out super quickly and a new Adagio is being born. One that’s Kind, Funny, and determined to make a change to better herself and start over, Sunset however knew that not everyone would be as willing to forgive Adagio as much as Sunset did, then again only Sunset knew the true pain that comes with being rejected even when trying to change. Regardless this was not gonna be an easy day for her or Adagio. After an hour of waiting Twilight finally comes out and gets in the car. When Twilight first saw the new Adagio she was shocked. She didn’t look like the evil siren she once was no this was a totally different girl. This girl was so friendly and always smiling needless to say Twilight was proud of Sunset and she now believes this can be done. Sunset can permanently change her for the better.

“Hey Twilight long time no see.” Adagio said with a smile on her face. “I can’t believe you guys thought I would never change. I guess Sunset here is a lot better at this than you thought huh Twilight.” As soon as they here this both Twilight and Sunset eyes shoot open wide.

“Adagio how did you know about that I thought you were upstairs.” Her smile turns to a confident smirk.

“Oh it was easy I heard Twilight's name so I got curious and eavesdropped on the conversation. You guys should really learn to whisper.” Sunset shakes her head.

“So, you heard everything, like every word we said.” Twilight said lowering her head ashamed thinking back to what she said about Adagio.

“Yes but it's ok girls I’m not mad after everything that has happened Twilight is allowed to be suspicious of me. I mean if I were in Twilight's position I would be suspicious of me to.” They all share a laugh as they arrive at the first place that was hiring a small grocery store near Sugarcube Corner. At first Adagio was nervous once they parked their car and walked up to the doors of the market but she quickly steeled herself as they headed inside. As soon as she stepped inside the store everyone stopped and stared right at her. For a few seconds no words were said but the looks Adagio was getting from both employees and patrons alike was all she needed to know that no one in that store wanted her there. She felt a sharp pain in her heart at the evil stares people were giving her, but she had to do this she wasn’t gonna sit by and let people judge her on her past. She straightened herself out and marched confidently to the customer service desk.

“Excuse me miss.” Adagio said politely, “I couldn’t help but notice that you had a now hiring sign in your window and I was wondering if your manager was in so I could speak with him.” The lady stops for a few and looks Adagio up and down.

“Ah whatever I don’t care anymore.” The rather old lady said paging the manager to the Customer service desk. “He will be up in a few just go sit over here.” Excited for how easy that was she sits down with Sunset and twilight and wait.

“She seems like a bundle of joy.” Twilight said sarcastically as she pointed to the receptionist as the three of them giggled softly. After a while the manager came to the front and boy was he intimidating.

He walks on over to Sunset. “Hello miss my name is Iron Will and I’m the general manager of this super market I understand you were looking for a job here. Suddenly the receptionist interrupts him.

“Not that one you muscle bound oaf, the on to the right was the one who applied.” She points his attention to Adagio as he blushes in embarrassment and quickly walks over to her.

“My apologies miss as I said before my name is Iron Will and I’m the general manager of this here super market. My receptionist tells me you’re here for a job.” Adagio stands up and shakes his hand.

“Yes sir my name is Adagio Dazzle I just recently started attending CHS and I need a job so I can pay half of my roommate here’s rent. I can do any job you need I don’t mind so long as I can get paid.”

“Well, that sounds like a very good reason to apply for a job. Let me just have my assistant manager bring me an application for you to fill out.” Mr. Will gets on his walkie-talkie. “Flash could you please bring a job application to the front of the store please.” The walkie-talkie chimes back. “Don’t worry sir I’ll be up there in a sec.”

“Thank you” Mr. Will chimes back as they all wait at the front and converse. Flash Sentry comes to the front with a packet of papers but freezes when he sees Adagio.

“Holy shit I know you. You and those other three girls tried to take over the school and mind controlled everyone.” Flash didn’t realise how loud he was but he was loud enough to where everyone turned to Adagio and gave her that now trade mark stare that could only convey one phrase. “We hate you. You’re a monster.” Confused Mr. Will looks at Flash taking the application from him.

“Son what are you talking about how could someone who looks this innocent be able to mind control people. That’s just silly.” He said holding his stomach and laughing.

No sir I’m serious she isn’t like us. She is this evil manipulative monster called a siren.” As flash verbally attacks Adagio all she can do is sink her head and hold her arm. Deep down she knew he was right she was a monster who did terrible things to her. Just then a single tear run down her cheek. Sunset instantly picks up on Adagio and she jumps into action.

“Don’t believe me Mr. Will then ask her she knows everything.” Flash said pointing at Twilight. Now, on the spot twilight looks at Sunset who is now escorting Adagio out of the store and sinks her head.

“He is right Mr. Will she is a monster called a siren and yes she had manipulated everyone but we're working with her so she can change and fit in around here.” Flash scoffs at her statement.

“Ya right once a monster always a monster.” Starting to get angry Twilight quickly regains her composure and stands up.

“Mr. Will she wants to change she just needs help so people will stop thinking about her the way your assistant manager here thinks about her.” With a solemn sigh Iron Will puts his hand on Twilight's shoulder.

“Ms. Twilight that is a very noble thing to do and under normal circumstances I would give her a chance but with how people are around her I don’t wanna risk someone picking on her or disrupting her from her work. In short I can’t hire her because she couldn’t safely work here I’m sorry. Please do give my best regards to miss Dazzle I wish her the best of luck. As for you Mr. Sentry I’m docking your pay for a few months for how you treated a potential employee.” Flash’s mouth opens wide.

“Are you serious right now?” Iron Will looks down at flash and tenses up his muscles and flexes scaring flash a little. “I’m very serious now get back to work.” Twilight walks back to the car and gets inside to find Adagio crying into Sunsets shoulder as Sunset comforts her. “Damn that Flash Sentry he just had to ruin everything I can’t believe him attacking Adagio like that I really should’ve torn into or something instead of just sitting there.” Twilight giggles

“Oh don’t worry Iron Will docked his pay for a few months, but sadly we couldn’t hire Adagio he basically said he wouldn’t feel right hiring her into a job where she wasn’t safe. He really isn’t such a bad guy he is just really intimidating.” Adagio sits back up drying her eyes and sniffling.

“That was very nice of him. Girls I’m gonna go for a walk. I’ll give you call when I’m ready to be picked up.” Sunset hands her some bits.

“Here in case you get hungry you can buy yourself some food. We will see you later ok Dagi.” She takes the money and puts it in her purse and gets out of the car and begins walking. As she walked down the sidewalk she never once looked up she could feel the glares of those who walk past her one guy even pumped into her knocking her purse out of her hand and he just kept walking. As she sat there picking up her stuff all she could do was cry she couldn’t take this all she wanted was to be accepted she wasn’t that monster everyone saw she was changing. As she stayed crouched down picking up the contents of her purse almost as if Mother Nature herself was giving her a big middle finger it starts to rain hard. She begins to get soaked but soon someone stands over her with and umbrella. Needless she was scared to stand up and turn around what with how everyone was treating her she was for once in her life scared for her safety.

“Miss would you like some help.” The soft yet familiar voice said reaching a hand out to help her up. Adagio stays there for a few seconds and weighs her options; Does she turn around and accepts the help and end up hurt or worse or does she run like crazy and call Sunset and ask her to quickly come and get her. Now, normally Adagio was never one to cut and run but with how her days going she didn’t wanna take chances.

“You know it’s rude to look a gift horse in the mouth miss all I’m doing is offering help to someone in need just like your friends Twilight and Sunset.” Her eyes shoot open when she hears this at that moment only adrenaline and fear course through her she slowly stands up puts her purse on and begins sprinting down the sidewalk scared out of her mind he pants and breathes deeply running faster and faster she quickly pulls out her phone in the reflection of the touch screen she sees a hooded figure running after her. Her worst fears were coming true someone disliked her so much they want to physically harm her. She quickly opens her phone and speed dials Sunset. As she runs she keeps thinking about the situation and why someone would want to physically harm her. Sure was evil but the most anyone ever did was throw things at her and give her evil looks but here was this hooded figure chasing her down through the streets. What’s even worse is nobody's even looking the other way there just ignoring what’s going on.

“Miss Wait please stop running I just wanna help you.” The figure said gaining speed and getting closer to her just then Sunset picks up.

“Dagi hey what’s going on is everything ok why are you breathing heavy.” Sunset said worried for Adagio.

“Sunset hurry come and get me someone is chasing me and there gaining fast just please hurry and get to Sugarcube Corner I’m gonna lose him and hid in the alley behind the store please hurry.” Adagio hangs up and begins trying to lose her pursuer she quickly notices some shortcuts and begins to take every backstreet and alley carefully avoiding her pursuer but just when she thought she lost he catches her as she falls down and crawls against the back wall of a store crying in terror at the possible fatal ending before her. The figure removes his hood as he leans on his needs and gasps heavily.

“Holy crap Dagi you were always faced but damn have you improved.” The figure said catching his breathe. As he stands there Adagio now more scared the he knows her nickname that only Sunset calls her. She finally breaks the silence.

“Who the hell are you and what do you want with me, I didn’t do anything to you.” She continues to cry only now the hooded figure realises what’s going on.

“Ah shit my bad Dagi I should’ve thought this through better although I always did enjoy playing pranks on you.” He sheepishly laughs

“What do mean always enjoyed it, stop beating around the bush and tell me who you are this isn’t funny.” She yelled now more angry than scared.

“Really Adagio I really thought my voice would have given it away.” The figure removes his hood to reveal his blue skin, big black eyes and short red hair with a lighter shade of red going through his bangs. “Do you recognise me now Dagi?” She looks at the boy before her eyes widen and they tear up and she lunges forward taking him to the ground hugging him tightly.

“Oh my god tempo is that you.” He smiles hugging back “Hey now you got it.” He said in a smartass tone.

“Oh shut up you idiot what are you doing here, the last time I saw you was the night before we were exiled. How did you find me? I thought princess Celestia only knew or location.” He smiles pulling up his sleeve revealing a gold band with a red stone in it.

“Simple I enlisted in Celestia's royal guard and fed off their hate for each other that I caused. After that I was able to get Celestia to lower her guard and then it was as simple as mind controlling her to reveal your location. Then after that I explored world after world trying to find you and the girls so I finally tracked you to here and the rest is history. Now, where is Aria and Sonata I’m sure they would be excited to see your guys old friend back home with them.” After he said that Adagio quickly became sad again and looked at Tempo with solemn eyes.

“There is something I have to tell you.” Adagio spends the next few minutes giving Tempo the rundown on everything that happened. Tempo just sat there with a look of surprise on his face in response to what he was being told. “So that’s why I ran from you although why didn’t you just say who you were instead of scaring me like that you know that’s illegal here right you could’ve gotten in trouble for that. She stands up angry at Tempo

“Ya but it was funny huh.” He sits there and laughs and Dagi flies up and punches him in the face as he flies into a dumpster with a loud bang. “Yup that one definitely hurt, well you have gotten stronger since you were a little girl.” She picks him up and they walk out of the alley.

“Shut up you idiot be lucky all I did was punch you.” He laughs as Adagio drops him on his face.

“OK I’ll shut up now.” He said defeated. After a while Sunset finds Adagio and pulls up next to her.

“Oh my god Adagio are you ok, is this the guy that was chasing you?” she throws him onto the hood of Sunsets car as he grunts at the impact. “Yup only it’s not someone trying to hurt instead it was my idiotic childhood friend Burning Tempo being an asshole.” Sunset facepalms at the sight of Adagio roughing up Tempo.

“So, what are we gonna do with him?” Dagi smiles at her.

“Let’s take him back to our house and fix him up at that point we will explain everything but for now here take this.” Sunset removes the bracelet of off Tempo.

“What is this?” Sunset asked confused

“Much like my pendant that bracelet does the same thing. He used mind control to travel from world to world trying to find me.” She said smiling at that last part.

“Do you think he is dangerous?” Dagi just looks at her and laughs.

“Tempo, Dangerous that’s a funny one Sunset, no he isn’t dangerous he always cared more about music and me Aria and Sonata. He never was one for controlling people, I mean the only reason he did it was so he could find me and the girls. Although at this point it’s just me and him now but that’s okay despite him being the biggest idiot in existence.

“I heard that.” Tempo said from the back seat

“You were supposed to dumbass.” Sunset and Adagio laugh. “Like I was saying before he may be the biggest idiot in existence but he is my idiot now and honestly I’m surprised he wasn’t upset about Aria and Sonata.” Adagio begins drinking the soda Sunset had bought for her.

“Maybe because he likes you or something that explain why he likes pranking you and picking on you. Which is also why you pick on him to.” Upon hearing this Adagio spews her drink all over the glove box and window and she begins coughing and choking.

“Me and him are you kidding I could never have feelings for someone like him. He is so simple and stupid plus he is my best friend that’s gross.” She says cleaning up her mess as Sunset smirks.

“You know I may not be able to feel my face but I can still feel your insults bitch.” Tempo says jokingly as Adagio turns around and belts him in the groin with the glass soda bottle and he grunts in pain gripping his crotch.

“Can you feel that one asshole?” Adagio says turning back around to see Sunset smirking. “What are you smiling for I told you I don’t like him.” Sunset laughs.

“I never said you liked him all I said was maybe he picks on you because he likes you.” After a few seconds Adagio realises what just happened and her face glows bright red as she sinks down in her seat. Sunset just laughs as they drive home after a very interesting day.

Chapter 3 - A Darkness Awakens

After a rather lengthy conversation with Twilight Adagio brings Tempo inside the house and she sits him down on the couch. The events prior still left a small amount of shock in Adagio. At first today was terrible and it only seemed to get worse but then something amazing happened. All in all she was happy that things went the way they did. Twilight however was not as on board with the idea as much as Adagio and Sunset were. Despite Tempo not showing interest in world domination one disturbing fact kept making its way into Twilight's thoughts. Tempo was a siren just like Adagio and he has the same gemstone Adagio had, since sirens have to feed of hatred to keep their powers how was he gonna gain access to set hate from what Adagio said he is loved by everyone in Equestria.

“Oh Twilight guess what?” Sunset sad with a smile on her face as she pulled out ingredients from the fridge and began to cook dinner for before Twilight had to go home.

“What is it Sunset?” Twilight said shaking her mind clear of her aforementioned thoughts about Tempos possible motives.

“Adagio and Tempo are joining us in school there gonna go enroll tomorrow morning. Normally Adagio wouldn’t have to re enroll but seeing as what happened I think this will work in showing everyone she I willing to change.” Just then Twilight had a disturbing realization; That’s how Tempo was gonna maintain his powers he was gonna feed of the hate everyone has for Adagio. Twilight looks over at the bruised sleeping siren.

“Sunset can I talk to you in private for a second it’s kind of important.” Twilight said sneering at Tempo as Adagio slaps him in the face to wake him up.

“Oh sure Twilight hey Dagi can you keep an eye on the noodles for me I gotta talk to Twilight real quick.” Sunset takes off her apron and washes her hands.

“Ya sure just don’t take forever, you know how shitty I am at cooking at anything other than eggs.” Sunset giggles as her and Twilight step outside.

“So, what was it you wanted to talk about Twilight?” A visible look of worry comes across Twilight's face.

“It’s Tempo I have a bad feeling about him, something about him just seems off.” Twilight said.

“C’Mon Twilight don’t start this again you acted the same way when Adagio first moved in.” Sunset said in an annoyed tone.

“Yes but Adagio didn’t have her magical pendent anymore. That bracelet on Tempos wrist has the same stone Adagio had on her necklace. He said it himself he travelled to many worlds in search of Adagio that warrants a lot of powerful magic. Tempo is a siren to keep his magic strong he has to feed off of peoples hate, now think he is attending school with Adagio. Everyone at school is gonna hate her for what she did and Tempo is planning on using Adagio and feed off there hate.” After a few minutes Sunset lowers her guard.

“Good point but I’ve seen how those to act around each other, Tempo would never use his best friend for personal gain.” Twilight goes to walk to her car so she can head home.

“Sunset all I’m saying is watch him carefully if he tries anything call me and I’ll have the elements over here as soon as possible.

“Don’t worry Twilight everything will be fine ok.” Sunset says waving as she head backs in the house as Twilight nods and drives away.

Once Sunset gets inside she gets her Apron back on and thanks Adagio before continuing to cook. Adagio and Tempo sit on the couch and continue to catch up with each other. Sunset smiles at how ridiculous twilight was being after all Sunset should know it’s not right to judge a book by its cover. She was sure there was a good reason that Tempo had the bracelet. On the other hand good intentions or not Sunset did agree with Twilight on one thing. Once Adagio walks through those school doors there is gonna be a lot of hate towards her and intentional or not Tempo is gonna feed off that hate. Sunset shakes this thought away and turns to drain the pasta.

Meanwhile, back at Twilight’s house. The girls are all having a sleepover and Applejack and Rainbow Dash notice that Twilight isn’t acting like herself.

“What’s wrong Twi? You look like something's got you down.” Twilight smiles and brushes it off.

“Oh it’s nothing Applejack just thinking about some odd things that happened today that’s all.” Twilight smiles before taking a bite of her apple.

“Oh come on Twilight it’s so obvious that’s it’s something more than that, just tell us will ya.” Rainbow said in an annoyed yet excited tone.

“Ok girls what I’m about to tell you, is completely hypothetical I’m not fully convinced this is true, but.” Twilight pauses for a few seconds. “We may have another siren issue on our hands.” The girls all look at her with mouths agape.

“What do you mean another siren issue did the Dazzlings get there power back or something.” Rainbow Dash said. “I thought we destroyed those pendants of theirs.” Twilight takes a deep breathe.

“There is apparently a fourth siren. His name is burning Tempo and he is at Sunset and Adagios place right now. Issue is Sunset seems to think that he lacks evil intents. Sirens do need to feed of hate for both magic and so they can sing so maybe he is just using to be in a band or something, but I just get this uneasy feeling around him something big is gonna happen here soon girls. Issue is I can’t tell if it’s good or bad.”

“I knew that damn Adagio was up to no good once a villain always a villain, I say we go ever there no and take care of both of them just to be safe.” Applejack said angrily. Rarity slightly mad at Applejacks harsh words.

“That’s enough Applejack. What if Sunset heard you say those words, and if you were paying any attention like we were you would’ve heard twilight say she isn’t one hundred percent sure he is evil. Also how could even say that about Adagio she may have been evil but from what Twilight and Sunset have told us Adagio is starting to turn herself around. Really Applejack you must learn to be more accepting of people instead of relying on your brutish tactics.” Rarity says as she returns to painting Fluttershy’s nails.

“I think Rarity has a point Aj.” Pinkie said in her normally bubbly tone.

“Thank you darling.” Rarity said smiling at Pinkie.

“Shortly after the battle of the bands, Adagio came into sugarcube corner all distraught and sad. Soon after Sunset came in and next thing you know she is offering Adagio a place to stay in exchange for her getting a job to help pay Sunset back.”

“Pinkie is right Applejack, it’s more so Tempo I’m worried about then Adagio. That boy has something he is hiding and for once I don’t have the answer to what that something is.” Twilight says looking out the window into the starry sky. Back at Sunsets apartment the three of them laugh and enjoy the delicious dinner Sunset has made. After a few minutes Sunset asks Tempo some questions about his life.

“So, Tempo how long have you lived in equestria?” Sunset twirls the pasta around her fork lifting it into her mouth.

“Well I came here about five or six years ago I think it’s been a while I know that.” Tempo eats the last of his food before leaning back pushing his plate forward. “Damn Sunset that was awesome cooking it’s been so long since I’ve had real food.” Both Adagio and Sunset look at home puzzled.

“What do you mean real food?” Adagio says scraping her plate.

“Well, when I was younger I was always a gifted siren turns out as were conventional sirens need magic to be able to sing. It turns out I was born with a natural gift to sing and play music without magic. So, I’ve had a band for a few years and when you’re on the road it's mainly junk food. Really the only reason I have this bracelet was to find this world, now it’s just a gaudy trinket that reminds me of home.” Sunset goes to put everyone’s plates away. That confirmed it there is no possible way Tempo could have evil intentions although things aren’t always what they seem Sunset was mostly convinced he was harmless.

“That explains all the special treatment you got when we were younger, I still remember how jealous me and Aria got.” Adagio says laughing at the now distant memory knowing that a moment like that will never happen again.

“So, Tempo, do you have a place to stay tonight?” Sunset asks putting away the now clean dishes.

“Ya I got a place near the edge of town, although if it’s cool with you thanks to Adagio I’m hopped up on painkillers. So, if it’s cool with you I was gonna ask if I can crash here tonight.” Adagio clings to Tempos arm excited.

“Please Sunset I haven’t seen him in so long, plus it will give you two a chance to get better acquainted.” Sunset giggle at Adagios sudden schoolgirl like behavior she could plainly see that there was clearly something more between these two, they just don’t know it yet. Later that night Sunset set up the couch for Tempo before she went upstairs to go to sleep. Tempo decides to step outside for a second to get some fresh air. He goes outside and walks around the block and begins to smile before throwing his head back and laughing maniacally.

“These fools are so simple never has it been so easy to bend people to my will. Granted without Aria and Sonata my goal will now be more difficult. Then, of course there is that nuisance Twilight she is a sharp one still though I need to meet the Elements of Harmony and gauge just how dangerous they are. If I can get the other elements wrapped around my finger the way I have Sunset and Adagio Twilight won’t be able to defeat me. It will be a slaughter and after I’ve whipped out his universe just like all the others I’ll take the fight to the princess herself. Mark my words Celestia you will pay for exiling my sisters you and your pet pupil Twilight.” Tempo smiles a now sharp toothy wide smile as his eyes flash green. Feeling better he puts on his facade once again and heads back into the apartment.

Chapter 4 - A Shift in Tempo

The next morning Tempo wakes to the smell of pancakes. He tries to get up but quickly realizes he is being weighed down to his surprise he notices that during the night Adagio must have climbed into bed with him and was now clinging tightly to him snoring softly. She was very cute when she sleeps. Deep inside Tempo realized that he may not have to manipulate Adagio all he has to do is appeal to her school girl like feelings towards him. He always had a crush on Adagio but right now revenge was all he craved and who know he may be able to convince Sunset to join him and Dagi. For now Tempo just had to play along until the time was right.

“Looks like someone just can’t keep her hands off you.” Sunset says giggling at the adorable sight before her.

“Hehe yeah she sure is attached to me. Ya know what’s funny when we were younger it was always Sonata that you latch onto me and cuddle me when we slept. Then, again I’m pretty sure she saw me as a big brother as were Aria saw me as a punching bag and Dagi saw me a gibbering idiot. To tell you the truth I miss those two girls, maybe I could try to repair things between them.” Sunset finishes making breakfast.

“If you managed to do that I’m pretty sure that would make Adagios life so much better. Starting Monday you can try and fix their friendship Aria and Sonata still Attend CHS, technically Adagio is still enrolled but with you enrolling maybe you can fix their trio and then make yourself Siren number four.” For a former reformed villain she was pretty damn intelligent. Up until now Tempo didn't realize how easy it would be to get the three of them back together. This changes his plan drastically. Make no mistake one way or another Celestia and Equestria will burn.

After a big breakfast and some teasing on Adagios behalf the three friends headed off to school to start their day. They all climbed into Sunsets car and headed out. Once they arrived at the school Adagio got out of the car but instantly felt nervous as soon as she saw the other kids walking in. Sunset holds Adagio’s hand and gives her a reassuring smile as they walked into the school with Tempo following behind them hands stuffed in his pockets. Walking into the school his bracelet instantly begins to glow never has he been in a place where hate was so strong, what was even more impressive was that no one has even seen Adagio yet.

“I love high school.” He said under his breathe with a devious smile.

“Did you say something Tempo?” Sunset says looking back

“Huh oh no just talking to myself.” He said with a sheepish smile rubbing the back of his head. “Ok so were to first?”

“Well, class doesn't start for another thirty minutes so let’s go wait in the gym, That way you can meet my other friends.” The three of them head into the gym Adagio clings to Sunsets back hiding herself to the best of her ability. Tempo follows suit as several girls cat call Tempo as he walks into the room.

He just turns and waves as two of the three girls clench their chest and faint. Being in a band Tempo was used to girls screaming his name but no one in this school knows him so he just chalked it off to being his natural good looks. Soon everyone notices Adagio sit down next to Sunsets friends what happened next both shocked and pleased Tempo. Students began throwing things at Dagi he just hid behind the bleachers feeding off their hatred towards Adagio.

He finally comes out in the open to see Adagio running out of the gym crying covered in food and liquid. He turns to the girls who now have a horrified look on their face. Suddenly Tempo felt something odd happened to him. Seeing Adagio cry and run in embarrassment sparked a feeling of pity and anger towards the students, the same feeling he had towards Celestia and the ponies of Equestria. Clenching his fists and turning red the girls never break their line of sit with him. He pulls up his sleeve and his bracelet glows the laughter of what transpired only feeding his anger he stands up.

“Alright which one of you started throwing food at my best friend!” His voice no longer that soft carefree tone was now coursing with venom. “WHO DID IT, WHICH ONE OF YOU STARTED THIS!” no one says anything just pure silence at the mystery boys now palpable rage. Meanwhile, the girls were standing at the ready in case things got out of control.

“Tempo stop now is not the time to get angry. You need to go find Adagio OK we will handle this just go.” Sunset says running over to Tempo as he scoffs and runs off into the hallway. Students all around begin to softly chatter about what just happened needless to say the feeling in the room was a mixture of fear and surprise. Twilight then pulled Sunset back to the group with her friends.

“Ya see I told y'all he is no good, y'all saw that bracelet light up he was about to do something drastic.” Applejack says glaring at Tempo as he runs down the hall.

“Applejack just shut up.” Sunset said snapping at her.

“What’s gotten into you Sunset normally you would be all for getting rid of threats like him. Why the sudden change of heart?" Applejack said snapping back.

“What’s gotten into me is the fact is you're attacking him for no reason. You see what they did to his friend you all would be just as angry if it was one of us being bullied like that. All she is trying to do is change but instead of being a friend to her Applejack you act like everyone else in the school. Looks to me that the dangerous one here is you Applejack.” Sunset and Applejack glare at each other for a few seconds before Sunset stands up, her fists clenched in anger. “Now if you will excuse me I have to go find my friends. It's obvious you aren't one of them Applejack.” Sunset walks away not once looking back at the girls.

“Applejack I have to agree with both you and Sunset.” You are right Tempo is dangerous and he very well could've destroyed a part of the school or harmed someone however his anger was excusable you forget Applejack, Tempo and Adagio are childhood friends and when it comes to friendship despite how drastic the actions may be the heart is always in the right place. You would've acted the same had Apple Bloom been in Adagios predicament. There is no need to attack him once people start accepting Adagio he will never need to use the bracelet.” Twilight said giving Applejack a stern look.

“Maybe you're right Twi, maybe I should just give him a chance. I just don’t like the idea of that much power being free like that.” Twilight puts her hand on Applejacks Shoulder.

“I know but the last thing we need is another incident like what happened with Sunset.” C’Mon let's go find Sunset and Tempo.

Tempo runs through the halls looking for Adagio after a while he heads up to the roof to find her hugging her knees crying against the chain-link fence. Tempo runs over to her slides down beside her and he puts his arm around her as she leans in burying her face into his chest and begins to cry again. Tempo just sits there rubbing her arm letting her get it out of her system. Slowly Tempo began to rethink is goals did he really want to wage war and take over Equestria sure he would overthrow Celestia and take revenge but was that what he really wanted. His whole life all he wanted was to be there for his three friends but did he want to really reunite them or did he wanna throw it all away and keep Adagio for himself. Tempo sat there holding Dagi and looking down at his bracelet. The siren spent a few minutes rolling this thought around in his head. "Revenge or Retribution." He thought to himself as he sat there comforting Adagio.

“Is this really who I am on the inside or is it this damn bracelet clouding my mind?".” He thought to himself. “What if I go through with the revenge plan and end up hurting Adagio or Sunset, but on the other hand I want Celestia to pay for banishing my friends. Gah what’s happening to me what why am I being this stupid of course I want revenge. Why wouldn't I all the bullying the being by herself is all Celestia’s fault. At the the same time however the girls did try to take over this world. No they wouldn't of tried if Celestia hadn't sent them here. Mark my words Celestia I'll make you pay for what you have done." "Now Tempo you know that if you push for revenge your know better then Celestia. Cast away that bracelet and stay here and repair the sirens friendship. There the reason you came here not revenge."

‘Why are they so mean to me, I just wanna change I wanna be good,” At that moment Tempo fell to his knees and grabbed his head screaming.

"I...wan't...revenge, I...need...revenge! Celestia must pay for what she did to you girls." He continues to scream as fangs grow from his mouth, his eye turn red as wings shoot out of his back. Just then Twilight and her friends make it to the roof before looking on in fear at Tempos transformation. "Must...kill...Celestia." Tempo says as he roars loudly flying into the air as he begins to shoot balls of energy at the roof of the school. Twilight and her friends activate there powers as they begin to battle Tempo. Adagio stares at her friend as she falls into he fetal position as she begins to have flashbacks to the battle of the bands. The girls continue to fight as Tempo lands on the roof clutching his head. "No stop...what are you doing...this isn't what I want." Tempo says clawing at the bracelet on his wrist. "Shut up you insolent weakling you don't know what you want. Your time among these people have made you soft and weak." Tempo grabs a metal pole and rams it through is right arm. He shambles and falls to his knees coughing up blood. Sunset and Adagio cover there mouths in shock "It's time to finish this." He grabs the pole and twists as his arm tears from its socket with a loud ripping sound followed by Tempo holding whats left of his arm as he screams in pain. "You...fool. you have...ruined...everything." Tempos voice said coming from the bracelet as sunset crushed it with a rock.

"Tempo no!" Adagio screams running over to him. "Someone help me quickly we gotta stop the bleeding." She says panicking as Twilight runs over and uses her magic to help.

"Tempo what the hell was that?" Sunset said confused.

"Ever since I came here that damn bracelet has been talking to me. My goal was never to harm Celestia it was all that damn bracelet controlling me. I wasn't in control of my actions so I figured the only way to win was to sever the bracelets connection to my body. This was the quickest way, although on the down side I can't make music anymore."

"Hey don't worry it wasn't that good to begin with." Rainbow Dash says bluntly.

"Gee thanks Rainbow." Tempo says equally as blunt before everyone begins to laugh. Adagio Tackles Tempo to the ground and cries heavily. "You've changed so much Adagio. I'm proud of you although I kinda miss you picking on me." He says with a giggle as she tightens her grip.

"You idiot I thought for sure I was gonna loose the only Siren I have left." Adagio says as she continues to cry. Tempo sits up and rubs her back before puting his hand under her chin and raises her head until the two sirens were eye level with each other.

"You will never be alone again Adagio I'm still alive plus you have Twilight and her friends. Adagio there is something I've been wanting to say since we were young." Tempo said with a smile.

"Whats tha...mmm." Adagio is cut off by Tempos as he kisses her deeply as a deep red blush runs across her face. her grip loosens a she runs her hand behind Tempo's head as she leans into the kiss. "I love you Adagio and so long as I'm here you will always be adored and worshiped." Tempo says as they jump back into the kiss as there lips remained locked for a couple seconds before things went deeper and they gently began to make out.

"Awwwww." The girls aid in unison at the display of love before them. Tempo breaks the kiss as Adagio helps him up as Rainbow gets under his left arm to hold him up.

"Girls I'm sorry I almost destroyed the school and tried to kill you and your princess. I feel just awful and I accept whatever punishment you see fit." Tempo said lowering his head in shame.

"No need to be sorry Tempo and there is no reason you should be punished. Your actions were not your own it wouldn't be right to blame you for what was the bracelets doing." Twilight says putting her hand on Tempo's shoulder. Now come on let's get you to the hospital. I don't think the school nurse has the supplies to heal you fully.

"Then what do you say after we get done at the hospital I treat everyone to dinner. Oh wait we should first let the principle know what happened so we don't get in trouble for leaving school campus. Tempo says fading in and out of consciousness due to blood loss and the adrenaline wearing off.

"Good idea and we better hurry." Twilight says as the students in the school gasp in fear at the mangled student being carried through the halls. Once at the principles office Principle Celestia and Vice Principle Luna come rushing out.

"What in the hell happened here/" Luna says rushing to the aid of Tempo.

"He was up on the roof when the floor fell out from under him and his arm got crushed by the debris. We were on our way to rush him to the hospital." Applejack said lying through her teeth.

"Normally i would let the actual EMT's deal with but given the condition is in you better go now." Celestia said shouting the last word as the girls piled into Sunsets car as they rush to the hospital.

"Hey wait It just dawned on me." Sunset said stepping on the gas. "Applejack back in the gym you were already to get rid of him. Why the change of heart?" Sunset says taking a shortcut.

"Well it's simple I Sunset I put myself in this exact situation bu replaced Tempo with Apple Bloom and that was all I needed to lie through my teeth like that." Applejack says flicking her hat as they drove down the street to the hospital.
