Mane St.

Detrot, Equestria

A dark grey stallion unicorn with a light brown bag walks down Mane St. and dips into ally. Only minutes later a navy blue mare earth pony walks out and turns right going down Mane St. with the same bag. After a few seconds she looks to her right at the building next to her, a tourist shop for humans. She walks in holding in the disgust she has for the humans as she walks up to the line at the counter. She looks around at all the humans before putting her bag down, catching a few glares from the humans. The glares turn into panicked stares as the earth pony pulls out a large crystal with wires and smaller crystals.

"Shes got a bomb!" Yells one of the humans but before anyone or pony could react she turned into her real form and screamed.

"For the Queen!" Then cracked the big crystal and as the crystal glowed the room changed colors then turned white before a massive explosion blew up the store. Someponies in the street were killed by shrapnel while others were injured severely. The humans, being naturally taller only received few killed and moderate injuries. Groans and screams could be heard from every where, it was the first terrorist attack Equestria had faced in a long time and the first ever in Detrot. No one outside the store knew what when on inside that led to this, all they knew was that they needed help.

GHPF Base Tango

Out Skirts of Detrot

A Royal Guard stallion unicorn raced through the front doors of Base Tango. Breathing heavily he walked up to the brunette secretary.

"There's been a terrorist attack the Tourist Hyouman in the center of town! We need you guys down there to help control the situation down there! We've got 12 ponies killed, 16 injured, 4 humans killed with 7 injured. The Guard on stand by don't have the stallion power for this kind of attack!" He screamed. The secretary just stared in awe for a few seconds before picking up a phone and calling in a code word to a higher up.

"Sir, the mic has been dropped, I repeat the mic has been dropped." She listens for a second the puts down the phone. "A platoon will be here shortly for you to take them to the site." The unicorn nods and waits nervously.

10 Minutes later

A grey-blonde white male leads a platoon of 20 men, women, earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasi out to the front of the building where the Guard was waiting.

"Follow me, we need to get there now before things get worse." The unicorn turns around and runs while the platoon follows. As they follow the platoon members start talking about what the damage could be.

"Was the whole building leveled?"

"Are there more terrorist's there waiting for us?"

"There's no way a survivor could survive if they were close enough to see the terrorist." The Lieutenant turns his head and the platoon stops gossiping over what might have or what might happen. He shakes his head and thinks to him self.

"This better be something small.." He sighs as they turn the corner and come onto Mane St. to see the whole mess. Bodies lined the street, some covered, some not, some missing guts while others missed their bottom halves. As the platoon slowed down the Lt. gave them the plan. "Squad Alpha do recon of the building, Bravo and Charlie help the wounded, Delta you guard the area. Fan out!" The squads ran off to do their orders while the Lt. was left with the Guard. "Listen son, I need you to get your ass back to Base Tango for more reinforcements, my platoon will help but it won't be enough to be 100%." The Guard stood there for a few seconds confused. "Did I stutter? Fucking go!" The guard shook his head and ran back towards Base Tango. The Lt. shook his head and started towards the wounded.

Canterlot, Equestria
Conference Room 4

"What do you mean by unknown terrorist group? No one even saw what kind of species it was?" Asked the Lt. General.

"No sir, we don't have anything but the fact there was a bombing in Detrot." Replied the Colonel.

"Well hot damn, set for high risk across all bases in Equestria, And I want to know this organization by yesterday understand Colonel?"

"Yes sir!" He replied as he stood at attention.

"Then go!" The Lt. Gen. yelled. "What will I say to the Princesses? Hell even to the General?" He grumbled to himself.

Mane St.
Detrot

"Anything left inside Alpha Squad?" The Lt. asks.

"Nothing Lt. Devon, the ponies or other humans must have gotten the injured and dead out." Sargent Adams replies stepping out after the rest of his squad. Devon turns around at the buildings to see if he can spot anything all he see's are his platoon members trying to fix up the injured.

"Where are those damn reinforcements?" Devon asks him self. Before he could continue the thought a little filly walks up to him and tugs on his leg. He looks down at the filly, covered in a dirty cloth. "Hey little one" He says as he kneels down, but notices it crying "It's gonna alright, we'll find your parents." He says trying to comfort the filly. The filly drops something from under the cloth she was wearing, a crystal with other crystals on it. Devon's heart skips a beat as he sees it crack and start to light up. "Bomb! Get down now!" He yells as he jumps onto it, shoving the filly out of the way. Every species runs and ducks for cover as the bomb goes off, Devon blocking only about 55% of the blast. The explosion leaves a fine red mist in the air as the dust clouds settle. Only a few were injured by the blast, some from the GHPF and some civilians. Only one died, LT. Devon.

Second Fanfic, hope you enjoyed. This is my little get away from my other story that I might not finish but end up redoing over since it was such a long break from when I wrote it and updated it. I hope this one turns out better, the first chapter is just an intro type thing, I'll be making longer chapters (hopefully).
Also sorry for the picture being so bad, not an artist but if one of you like the story and can create the arts, I wouldn't mind using it and giving you a shout out!
