Prologue
Summary (Short): If you had the choice of earth or Equestria, which one would you choose?
Summary (Long): Eleven years. Eleven years since the Scootaloo drove them off that cliff. Eleven years of living on earth. Eleven years of not knowing or realizing they were once ponies. Eleven years and they're back in Equestria. Now they have a choice to make, probably the biggest that they'll ever have to make. But which path leads them to where they truly belong? Which one is the path that leads home?
"Scoot, aren't we going a little FAST?!?" shouted Emy as she tried to get her sister's attention.
It didn't help Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle were screaming in the background. They were riding around in Scootaloo's little wagon trailer as Scoot drove.
"Relax Emy, we're gonna be fi-" Scootaloo started before screaming at the top of her lungs with the rest of her friends.
They had just gone off the edge of a cliff. Scootaloo was very glad she had wings, it slowed her inevitable hard crash by a millisecond. Not enough to do much help but enough for her to see a yellow pegasus rush towards her before blacking out
ELEVEN YEARS LATER...
A small girl casually walked over to the table where her friends were seated in the lunch room. Her blond curls were brushed to the sides of her face and her powder blue skirt bounced as she walked.
"Hi girls!" she said as sat down next to a girl with honey blond hair and hypnotic green orbs.
"Hi Candy" the girls returned the greeting in a much calmer but equally welcoming tone.
"So, Ema are you excited about your birthday?" Candy asked a girl with shiny black hair and clear violet eyes.
"Oh yeah! It's gonna be awesome!" she excitedly proclaimed.
"I hope my mom does an extra special job on your birthday cake!" The girl seated next to Candy thought out loud.
"Your mom always makes the best cakes in the world, Lily!" said a girl with light brown hair and crystal blue eyes happily.
"Couldn't of said it better myself, Crys!" Ema agreed happily.
It was true, Mrs. Aplfer was the best at cakes.
"So when are the lunch room supervisors gonna do roll call?" Candy asked her friends.
A shrill whistle suddenly broke the flow of the air and every single one of the fifty or so students in the cafeteria went silent.
'I guess that answers my question.' the tiny girl thought to herself.
"LILLIAN APLFER"
"[i/]NOT HERE" Lily replied jokingly upon hearing her name.
"CANDICE BELLE"
"HERE!" Candy replied autonomously.
"EMERALD NOVA"
"[i/]NOT PRESENT" Ema said in the same jokingly fashion as Lily.
"CRYSTAL WINTER"
"PRESENT!" Crys replied in the same style as Candy.
This continued till everyone had been accounted for.
"So, what were we talking about again" Crys asked after talking presumed.
This was the normal lunch time routine for the girls since first grade...
And their routine was just about to get a major shake up.
