Matthew Green, a now graduated high-school student, is contacted by the government, as they need his help. When he finds out that he is the direct cause of an imminent worldwide disaster, he must set out to find answers, as well as a way to stop both Earth and Equestria from being destroyed.

Meanwhile, around the globe, strange occurrences are being reported, both on Earth, and in Equestria. Rifts are being torn in the fabric of time and space, and portals are opening at random in both worlds. With the two worlds now connected, it is only a matter of time before they become one. And if that happens, its game over.
