Today was Scootaloo's birthday, the whole school day was full of "Happy Birthdays" and "Hope you have a great day", and even her best friends AppleBloom and Sweetie Belle were planning something special for the orange Pegasus.
Now no pony really knew Scootaloo's parents, but they didn't question it either. But today was the day that mystery would be solved, by AppleBloom and Sweetie Belle of course!
"Ah can't believe she's never told us about her parents before, what if they're not nice when we go over to her house tonight?" said AppleBloom
"You worry way too much, what if they’re the kindest parents in the world who give candy to every guest that comes over? Sweetie Belle squeaked excitedly.
"You think I worry too much? yer the one who expects too much!
The two fillies continued to talk, argue and speculate, when they didn't even realize that it was time for lunch! With 10 minutes to eat they ate their sweets and gulped their milk. Scootaloo had a homemade lunch with an extra treat, golly was she full afterwards!
"You two look suspicious, what’s wrong?" Scootaloo questioned the small fillies.
"Eh.. Just excited for the sleepover tonight ah guess!" AppleBloom was a bad liar and she knew it, Scootaloo just shrugged and trotted back to the schoolhouse.
"You are a bad liar, even Diamond Tiara can lie better then you can" Sweetie said while walking away. Scootaloo knew about the sleepover, but not that they were doing it so they can see her parents and make sure they're not weird, but what can you do when even your friends are weird?
School was out and the trio of ponies walked to her friend’s house, what do they expect to find? That’s what Sweetie Belles imagination is for! Sweat beaded down Sweetie Belles head, while AppleBloom was looking for the quickest escape routes just in case. Scootaloo just kept on walking with a smile on her face; suddenly she stopped at Mane Street and questioned the two,
"Alright, start talking, why are you guys so nervous! It’s like were going to a jail or something!" Scootaloo yelled at the two.
"Well, it's just-"
"WE HAVE NEVER SEEN YOUR PARENTS AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE! WHAT IF THEY'RE ALIENS, GRIFFINS OR PYTHONS? WE DON'T KNOW!" Sweetie Belle cut off AppleBloom loudly.
Scootaloo just stood there in shock, how could her friends think of this? Why would they think of this? What in tartarus possessed them to say that?! And then she burst out laughing.
"Wow, I've never heard anything like that in all of my life! I can't tell if you guys are joking or not! but really, you have nothing to worry about. Now let’s keep going, were almost there!"
Scootaloo's house was an ordinary home with pretty flowers planted; however she lived at the edge of town so it was kind of far from the other houses. They walked up the steps and Scootaloo opened the door.

This is my first story and if it's bad i don't mind a little advice to improve ;) i had a Scootaloo story in mind so here it is. hope you enjoy!
Inside of the house was cozy, warm, and normal as ever!
"Scootaloo is that you? dinner is almost done!" said a voice that sounded familiar but also welcoming, Scootaloo went upstairs to put her books away, but the two fillies went inside the kitchen to take a peek of the mare, also known as Scootaloos mother. Sweetie Belle nearly fainted, while AppleBloom had an excited face that could burst at any moment, a yellow mare with bright orange hair and yellow highlights stood in the kitchen. it was the famous captain of the Wonderbolts, Spitfire!
"Spitfire? you are Scootaloos mom?!" AppleBloom said with a shocked face,
"Well, can you see the resemblance?" Spitfire laughed at the two fillies, she was Scootaloos mother and knew some about her friends, but this was the first time they met face to face.
"Whats so funny mom?" Said Scootaloo coming down the stairs, just then Sweetie Belle and AppleBloom surrounded her and started yelling and shouting,
"YOUR MOM IS THE WONDERBOLTS CAPTAIN?"
"AND YOU NEVER TOLD US? why have you never told us?"
Scootaloo just stood there waiting for the two to calm down before talking, Spitfire had to keep herself from laughing from all of the questions and things that were said.
"Number one, if i told ponies at school that she was my mom, there would be paparazzi's at my house every moment of the day, and two, i knew you would never believe me about the fact that she is my mom. she keeps it a secret to avoid me being on newspapers and all sorts of stuff."
The two just stood there, they could not believe their eyes and ears about this new news, why did they think that her parents were freaks or mutants?
"Well you didn't think my mom was Rainbow Dash did you? it would be awesome, but since mom is so busy with flying stuff, she has Rainbow Dash looking out for me always!" said the happy filly.
Dinner was long because of the questions about her mom, when finally AppleBloom asked a question not about Spitfire,
"So, if your mom is Spitfire, then who is your dad?" an interesting question but a little painful.
"My dad is a Royal Guard for the Princess, he visits every time he gets time off, but i still miss him a lot." Scootaloo is just a plain little filly, who knew that her parents were so awesome!
The rest of the night was fun and interesting, with so much information learned, it's like they barely even knew Scootaloo before today happened. They promised not to brag about this at school, because the result would not be good for Scootaloos family. the next day was normal, Diamond Tiara teasing them, calling Scoots an orphan, but the three knew that secret, and giggled about it the whole day.
