Motivated by his unhealthy obsessions regarding the evil side of both Rainbow Dash and the CWC, Siphon gained knowledge of every detail about the rainbow factory. From this knowledge, he has formulated a revival plan that is missing only 3 factors. What are these factors? How far will Siphon go in his quest to purge Cloudsdale of its 'failures'? And how will he ensure that his project is completed with the utmost secrecy?
