Twilight and her friends are transported to Rook Island, and now, with Jason Brody's help, she need to find the rest of her friends and return to Equestria.

Twiligh and her friends were looking for a ancient relic, knowed as "The Eye of Insanity", But upon finding, they were transported to the dangerous Rook Island and transformed into humans, and they will have to do terrible things if they want to have a chance of returning home. Now, with the help of the human Jason Brody, Twilight need to find the rest of her friends and find the Eye of Insanity again to return home. But, with the time she pass there, will she know the definition...of insanity?
