The Mane Six and Twilight didn't really forgave Starlight Glimmer for her actions, instead they will punish her in a survival that will show you her real personality.
Redemption is a hard thing. You forgave someone who did bad. We reedeemed Discord, Trixie, Gilda, Sunset Shimmer and Diamond Tiara and recently Starlight Glimmer. But Starlight's wasn't very credible. You can't forgave her so easily. She needs to face an horrible punishment. A punishment that will change her forever
