Chapter 7: Big Things Come in Small Packages

"Wow, I can't believe I have a baby sister!" Prince Chris said quietly as he walked up to the side of his mother's hospital bed to get a closer look at his new sister. She was a hot pink allicorn with a yellow and purple mane.

"What do you want to name her?" His mother, Cadence, asked her son.

"Whaaaa.......You want me to name her!?" Chris asked in response.

"Well,yeah," his father, Shining said," your going to be her big brother."

His aunt, Twilight, now joined in the conversation saying," Exactly, plus, it is probably because your father was upset when he wasn't able to name me." Chris giggled at this statement.

"So, what do you want to name her?" Cadence asked her son again.

"Hmmm,ohhh,how about Skyla?" Chris finally answered.

"Why did you choose that?" Shining asked.

"Well, all the princess's, except mom, have names that relate to the sky." He responded to his father.

"It makes sense and is very beautiful, so, why not?" Cadence said.

Shining then stated, "Skyla it is then."

"WHOO!" Chris shouted. "I mean Whoo," he said quietly and quickly. They all chuckled at this.
