"OK Spike are you sure you and Owlowiscious can handle cleaning up the whole library?" asked Twilight
"I'm sure me and Owlowiscious can handle cleaning up the library" the drake boasted
"Hoo" Owlowiscious flew down from his perch and nuzzled his head next to Twilight's
"Ah Owlowiscious I'll miss you too" she hugged the owl affectionately
"Hey where's my goodbye hug?" the young dragon pouted
"Aw come here you" she grabbed Spike and enveloped him and Owlowiscious in a group hug.
"Well I guess this is goodbye for now" that is the mare walked away to the train station gloomily.
When Spike was sure that Twilight was gone he went to the supply closet grabbed the appropriate tools for the job and walked out of said closet.He threw the broom over to Owlowiscious.
"O.K. Owlowiscious you sweep and I'll mop got it"

Alchemy
It was a dangerous and forbidden form of magic.And personally it was Kimias favorite form of magic.
Kimias was a earth pony with bleach white fur and a purple mustache and beard.He wore a black top-hat with 4 shiny black tap shoes and donned a black dress jacket with a red vest inside covering the white button up shirt .He has a absurdly long and lanky body making him look less like a pony and more like a malnourished horse.He sported a monocle and a gold chain clock.Right now he was in the PonyVille Marketplace buying his everyday needs
"Here you go" he said dropping a radish in front of AppleJack
"Sorry Sugar-cube but you gotta pay in money not radishes ya hear"
"Don't worry my sweet you shall get your cash just watch and be amazed" he took out a piece of chalk from his saddlebag and drew a circle around the radish.Then he drew dollar signs in the circle and putting his front hooves together as if he was praying he chanted:
"ah zah bah wah ah ba cah shah"
Then in a small explosion of smoke the radish was now replaced by a pile of gold coins. AppleJack was flabbergasted but not by the fact that he was using magic besides being a earth pony.No she was surprised because he was using Alchemy.
"Uh..y-you.....u.....used......a-al" she couldn't get the words of her tongue.
"Anyways" he sighed obviously bored by Applejack's reaction " I bid a good day to you mam" the alchemist grabbed a bushel of apples and put the away in his shopping bag and was on his way.
He continued on his merry way buying what he needed and was close to leaving the small town until he heard...
"you! you! you! your supposed to sweep!"
"Hmm sounds like that young lad needs my help" he took out his trusty chalk and with a few drawn symbols found himself in the library.
When he gt there he saw a drake sweeping while grumbling angrily and a owl picking up books with its beak and putting them back in their correct location.But what really shocked the alchemist was the horrible condition of the library
Why oh my goodness this library is filthy ,it looks like tornado came through here he thought to himself
"Sir I'm gonna have to ask you to leave the library is closed today" Spike announced
"Ah but my friend that is exactly why I'm here"
"Well me and my friend here can handle it right Owlowiscious?"

"ugh I give up!"
"hee hee jolly good show gentleman but know please move away for I shall work my magic"

O.K. if I let him use his "magic" he might actually clean the library but he might destroy it the drake thought unsure what to do
"Owlowiscious what should we do?"

"Ugh.....O.K. turn your head once for yes two times for no"
The owl turned its head only once.
Spike turned to the unexpected visitor and said : "O.K. we'll let you work our "magic", but if you somehow cause damage to the library you'll be paying for it"
"Please, my friend I'm one of the greatest alchemist to ever live! For I am KImias the all powerful and great!"
"Wow he reminds me of Trixie" Spike sarcastically grumbled
"Now watch and be amazed!" Kimias excitedly took out his chalk and drew a circle around the library and added a plethora of symbols in the circle. He sat down in the center of the circle, calmly closed his eyes and began his chant.
"ooh hoo shoo tuy ryu tyugh wah zah bah gah soo noo kun chun yun fyun gyun froo coo loo shoo loo broo"
Nothing happened and the dragon and owl began to feel impatient.
"So wheres the magic?"
"Oh it shall be coming soon enough my fine scaled fellow"
"hoo"
"yes it'll happen my feathered friend "
"Well I don't see any-"
The young assistant wasn't able to finish his taunt as a huge blue spiral erupted from the circle and enveloped the whole library.For what seemed like many torturous hour Spike and Owlowiscious hung to the couch legs praying to Celestia that they would survive.Spike himself swore that if he survived he'd give the pony a royal smack-down. But eventually the spiraling blue cyclone diminished leaving behind a spotless and neat library.
"Ahh!!" Spike fell down but Owlowiscious saved him.When he felt solid ground he rushed to the alchemist prepared to give him the royal smack-down he promised earlier but he was surprised when he heard the magician say.:
"Don't even try to fight me I can easily turn you into a dragon souffle, so don't even try me"
"Wha..how'd you-"
"I read your mind" he quickly cut of the dragon's sentence.
"So now that my work is done how about we all have a round of tea and crumpets eh mate?"
"no"
"But I did my job so surely I deserve a award"
"no"
The alchemist drew a large symbol resembling a face and turned himself into Rarity
"Please Spikey-Wikey" he or should I say she flirtatiously winked
The dragon embarrassingly blushed and grumbled: "This is disturbing". But his attention was stirred away when he heard a *CLANK* telling him hat Owlowiscious set the tray on the coffee table,most likely donned in crumpets and tea.
"Ah Owlowiscious my friend you are such a amazing bird!" he blessed grabbing crumpet and taking a generously big bite out of it. "Mmm better than mothers"
Spike feeling defeated just poured himself a cup of tea and joined the two.Eventually Spike warmed up to the strange pony.
"Wait a minute you were a student of Celestia!"
"Yes and I was her star student"
"Well actually Twilight is Celestia's star student" he informed
"Twilight?"
"Oh she's the owner of the library, she's kind of like my older sister to me"
"ooh fascinating well anyways thanks for the terrific hospitality gentle man but I must be on my way"
"Bye"
"hoo"
"Farewell my darlings" he waved goodbye leaving the library.
"Wait!" Spike ran up to the alchemist "I'm sorry I was such a jerk to you"
"don't worry you are forgiven, now I must leave,bye my friends"
"Bye !"
"hoo"
"Farewell" he waved as he trotted away his image becoming smaller and smaller until alas he was gone.
Spike turned to Owlowiscious "Guess I was wrong about that guy"
"...."
"Uh Owlowiscious?"he snapped his fingers in front of the owl's closed eyes but got no response
"Hey ! hello !! Owlowiscious!!!!!" he roared impatiently snapping furiously at the owl but he still got no response
"Jeez what's the matter with ya ?"
"......"
At this point Spike was beyond impatient and carefully peeled Owlowiscious's eyelid open to that he had no iris's. Instead There were red swirl mark on his eyes.
"Oh sweet Celestia Owlowiscious has be hypno-" he wasn't able to finish his sentence as he had been knocked out by a all to familiar alchemist.

That was all Spike could see as he groggily woke up.
"Uh my head it hurts so much"
"Hello child"
"Huh who's there !"

"Come on if this is a joke it's not funny!" Spike tried to move but to his surprised found out that he was tied up in a chair.
"Help!"
"Don't worry I'm here" Kimias creepily walked over to Spike and taped the drake's mouth shut
"Now now child don't fret everything will be alright" he took out a paintbrush from his saddlebag and drew symbols and began his chant
"ab wa za ba wa se re ty yu giu"
Spike eyes caught on fire and Spike erupted into horrifying screams. Kimias looked intensely into Spike's eyes and a green flame-like aura gently flowed from his eyes. Kimias took out a clear glass-like stone and Spike's aura slipped in the rock turning it into jade.
"Now this is what I call magical" he darkly chuckled "So Spike tell me what do you do for a living"
"I serve you and only you master" he said no emotion evident in his voice.
"Good because your first job is to steal the elements of harmony"

"C,mon this isn't funny!" she exclaimed growing quite scared then she heard a squeak as if a door was being opened and to her surprise a pony with blood red eyes and a snow white coat with a bluish-white mane that fell down gracefully.She looked both scary and yet beautiful
"Hello child, Apple-Bloom is it ?" the mare asked her wispy voice rising & deepening randomly with every word she says.
