You think that you could prove yourself innocent, because you really were innocent. Besides, the queen would listen to you, right? Queens are leaders, and they have to be fair. It's also against the rules not to let the prisoner not have a chance to speak in their defense.

You patiently wait until the queen is done discussing the matters you don't l know of with the other person.

Then she began,"you are sentenced to trial for betraying to the crown: you were accused of stealing MY crown!"

You could see that the queen wasn't wearing her usual golden crown, but you know that you did not steal the crown.
