Chapter II Act 2 The Parable of the White Horse

32nd Scroll, Verse 17 et seq

.. forcing the accursed beasts to flee even as the Ape did set upon them.

And when the White Horse beheld that which was the agent of their salvation she did proclaim.

As the parable is read, a muzzle is forced over Lyra's mouth and a bridle across her back.

So great is thy service on our behalf it is our devotion that shall be your reward.  For we shall be thy vehicle so our stride shall lengthen your own and our strength support you in your task.  For it is thyne Devine Insight the Creator has chosen to bestow upon thee so that His Words you doth spread to enlighten the world.

So we do pledge ourselves that our labors may serve thyne noble cause
