I apologize for the long wait. Been working on my other stories, hope this chapter was worth the wait.

Aria Won't Say She's In Love

I wake up in the living room and give out a stretch.

"Ugh," I groaned, as I rubbed my eyes, "what a night."

I went back on thinking about the other night after Adagio and I had sex. That was awkward to know that they could hear the moans, groans, and possibly the bed rocking. If this ever happens again, I must make sure the other two or whoever is asleep.

I rise up from the couch and folded up the blanket until it was short enough to fit underneath the coffee table. I gave out a yawn as I make my way to the kitchen for breakfast. I grab a bowl and a spoon before reaching into the cabinet to grab out cereal and began filling the bowl halfway. I put the cereal away and went to the fridge for the milk. After getting that done, I walk back into the living room to check the news channel for anything exciting and to know about. The weather came on and says there's possible chance for showers at five later today. Gotta bring my raincoat and umbrella.

"When we come back, Donald Tru-"

"Nope," I said, as I changed the channel to Animal Planet.

The show that was on was none other than Planet Earth, one of my favorites when I was in my teens. The episode that was on talked about shallow seas, which made me think back on the girls. I need to get ready for work, but I'm gonna have to possibly interrupt their beauty sleep if I do. hopefully they're awake before this episode ends. I need to leave here by nine.

I grab the remote to check the time, which says 7:14 AM. Looks like I can give the girls some more time to sleep until I have to work. Speaking of, I can't wait to meet the other co-workers. I wonder if they're all as good as Teresa and Flora.

"My Wednesday got interesting," I said to myself.

As the episode ends, I hear the sound of my bedroom door creaking open. I turn around to see the girls rubbing the sleep out of their eyes.

"Good morning, girls," I said, "slept good?"

"I slept good," said Sonata.

"Same," said Aria.

"I slept like a rock," said Adagio, as she gives out a yawn.

Aria sat on my left, Sonata on my right, and Adagio floated to my lap.

"What are you watching?" asked Adagio, "the ocean?"

"An episode of Planet Earth," I said, "this episode deals with deserts."

"It looks amazing," said Adagio with amazement, "plus, this seat feels good."

"Come on, Adagio," grunted Aria, "stop treating him as though he belongs to you."

"Shut up, Aria," snapped Adagio.

"Get off of him till he pops your butt cherry again."

"Whoa there!" I said, "Aria! Stop it! Adagio, you shouldn't treat me as though I only belong to you."

"O-okay," she said, as she floats off of me and sits between Aria and I.

"Don't feel down, Dagi," I said, as I take my hands and gently place them on her cheeks, "I love you as much as your sisters."

She blushes before I give her forehead a peck. I let go of her and pull my head away to see her face red as a cherry.

"Do me, Jakie," said Sonata, as she tugs on my shirt.

"Of course, my little blue girl," I said, as I take my hands to her cheeks and give her a peck on the forehead.

I pull away from her to get a smile from her and a slight blush.

"Would you like one, Aria?" I asked, as I look back to her.

"No way," she said with a roll of her eyes, "I don't want your cooties."

"Come on, Aria," I said, as I take my hands up to her, but we slapped aside.

"I said no," she snarled.

"Aria," said Adagio baffled, "why are you so negative. Just give it a try. It makes you feel warm and fuzzy."

"... If it gets you guys to leave me be afterwards, then yes."

"That's a good girl," I said, as I take my hand to her cheeks.

I look down on her, as she looks up at me. Her cheeks then went from normal temp to somewhat warmer. I bring my lips to her forehead and gave it a kiss. I pull my head away, as Aria's face went red with a little of what looks like steam coming from her forehead.

"You okay, Aria? That wasn't so bad." I asked.

Aria did not reply, she stood there like a statue.

"What's wrong, sis?" asked Sonata, "you look like a steamed vegetable only smarter."

"Was that Aria's first kiss?" teased Adagio, as she nudged Aria's shoulder.

"Sh-shut up," she said, giving Aria a little push, "it wasn't my first time."

"Oh? Then who did you meet back in Equestria? Hmmmm?"

"H-his name was... was..."

Aria felt embarrassed that she levitated off the couch and flew upstairs to shut the door.

"She's cute when she's embarrassed," I said, as the two sirens and I laughed.

Adagio, Sonata and I continued the episode until it was eight, which means my time I up and I need to get ready. Also, I wonder why Aria hasn't come down from my room. Was she that embarrassed?

"Alright ladies," I said, as I get up from the couch, "time for me to get ready for work."

"Could you also check on Aria?" asked Adagio.

"I was gonna," I said, as I walk away from the living room and up the stairs.

As I came up to my room, I stopped in front of my door and gave it a few knocks.

"Aria? You okay? I need to go in to get my clothes to get ready for work."

"Come in and get your stuff, then leave me be," said Aria from within my room.

"I wonder if we embarrassed her too much or was it the kiss?" I thought, as I open the door to see Aria sitting on the bed red-faced.

I walk towards my closet and began pulling out my usual clothes before leaving Aria in her room for her to be by herself.

I make it to the parking lot and parked in a faraway spot just because it's crowded today. I get out of my car and make my way over to the flower shop. While walking there, I began to think back on Aria; I worry that I must've done something bad. I hope when I get back home she's all better. Oh! That reminds me, I'm gonna bring pizza tonight. She sounded excited when I mentioned pizza before.

"Good morning, everyone," I said, as I entered the shop.

"Good morning, Jake," said Flora, as she sweeps the floor.

"Good morning, whoever you are," said a sassy voice.

I look behind a few feet behind Flora and there stood a woman in uniform wearing glasses. She's a few inches taller, has curly blonde hair, green eyes, white skin, and has a tattoo on her left cheek that has a small heart.

"I guess you're one of the other co-workers, as Miss Teresa told me about," I said as I came up to her and gave out a hand, "nice to meet you, I'm Jake."

"Don't you find it silly that you work here in a place like this?" she asked.

"Not really," I said, as I take my hand down.

"You should find somewhere else that men are needed. You are an eyesore."

"Thalia stop it," said a familiar voice coming from the office door, "he's new here. Go do your job and ignore him. So what if he's a man?"

"I apologize," she said, as she turned away and went back doing whatever she was doing.

"Sorry about that," said Teresa, as she comes up to me, "she's kinda sassy, but she's a good worker."

"I can handle that," I said, as I scratch the back of my head.

"Don't worry, Jake," said Flora, "you're a great worker. Don't let her bring you down."

"She hasn't."

"Good to know," said Flora with a smile.

"Okay, okay," said Teresa, "back to sweeping, Flo."

"Got it," said Flora, as she continues her sweep.

"You Jake, need to get in uniform. We'll be opening shortly here."

"I'll be back in a bit," I said, as I dash towards the lockers to get my uniform.

11:56 AM

Aria continues to sit in the bedroom as she reads volume one of Berserk. She reads with interest, as Guts goes against the Snake Baron.

"Damn," said Aria to herself, "Guts is badass."

"Aria," said Adagio, as she opens the door, "you okay? I brought you a sandwich and a glass of milk."

Aria doesn't respond as Adagio places the plate and cup on Jake's desk before floating over to Aria and sitting beside her.

"Aria tell me what's wrong? If it's about this morning, I'm sorry for making you get a kiss by Jake. I just wanted you to know what it's like to be kissed."

"Don't need to know what it feels like," said Aria, as she places the book aside.

"Aria, be honest, you never been kissed anyone beside mother haven't you?"

"I have!" snapped Aria.

"Aria, you can't fool me. You never been out with a stallion, haven't you?"

"..."

"Judging by your silence, I'm right."

"...Yes."

"Aria, it's nothing to feel embarrassed. Jake is your first love. Just admit that you are in love."

"I... I can't. I won't say I'm in love."

"Come on, Aria. Don't be shy. You like him and you know it. You can't lie to me."

"Just leave me be. I don't feel like hanging out with you guys for a while."

"Okay Aria," said Adagio, as she gets off the bed, "if you are hungry, there's a sandwich and glass of milk right here."

Adagio leaves the room, leaving Aria alone once again. Aria takes a hand and gently places it on her chest.

"Could it? No. I won't say I'm in love."

4:13 PM

Time went slowly today just because I've been thinking about Aria.

"Hey Jake," said Helen, as she bumps me in the head with a broom stick, "what are you daydreaming about? Some hot chick?"

"No Helen," I said, as I rub the back of my head, "I was worried about someone. Here, hand me that broom."

Helen is one of the other girls who works here. She's funny, but irritating time to time. She has short spiky blonde hair, blue eyes, ten inches smaller than I, and likes to make stupid puns as though she were Barbara Dunkleman.

"What's your worry?" she asked, as she puts away some small pots.

"A friend isn't feeling good in a feeling way. I worry."

"Just let 'im be. He probably needs some time to himself."

"It's a girl actually."

"Oh? She's a girl? You got dibs on her, loverboy?"

"No. She's just a friend."

"Come on~"

"She's not my girlfriend."

"Just messing with you, but seriously, leave her be. May I ask how she's feeling?"

"She seems embarrassed about something. Maybe it's from what I said."

"Like what?"

"That she's never been kissed before. I was only teasing her."

"Oh. She seems like she must've took that pretty seriously. Leave her be and give her a call tomorrow or a few days."

"Thanks. I'll keep that in mind."

I continued sweeping until the boss comes in.

"Time's up, Jake," she said, "good to see you getting along with Helen. She's the funny girl."

"And I'm punny."

"Hehehe. Okay ladies, see you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow," said Teresa.

"Hope everything goes good with your lady friend," said Helen.

"I know it will," I said, as I entered the locker room.

After getting the car, I look around the town for a pizza parlor and eventually found one called Brazzie's Pizza. I don't often go here, but I now I know where I get my pizza from. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large thing of coke. I walk over to the car and placed it on the seat beside the drivers.

"Damn that pizza smells good," I said, as I start the car and drive onto the street, "hopefully this will brighten Aria's day."

5:03 PM

"Hello girls," I called out with the box of pizza in my hands, "I'm home with pizza."

"Jake," said Adagio and Sonata, as she came up to me.

They take in a whiff, then exhaled.

"Pizza?" wondered Sonata.

"You betcha," I said, as I walk past them and place it on the coffee table.

Adagio opens the box, as she and Sonata drool over the sight of it.

"Like what you see?" I asked, as I look down at it with them.

"Yeah," said the two.

"Is that the cheese?"

"Yeah."

"And the pepperoni?"

"Yeah."

The girls began to drool before reaching in and taking a slice for themselves and taking a bite into it.

"Mmmm," said the two, "thish ish good."

"Dig in," I said, as I sat on the couch.

I look behind me towards the stairs, guessing Aria's still alone up there.

"Aria!" I called out, "come on down here and take a bite into pizza! I know you want to! Come on down here!"

I waited for ten seconds until I heard the door open. And there she was, Aria looking down at us with curiosity.

"There you are, missy," I said, "come have a slice of pizza. I remember you sounding excited when I mentioned it."

Aria comes into the living room and sits down beside me and reaches for a piece of pizza. She takes a bite into it and purrs. I smile and ruffle her hair.

"I'm sorry about earlier," I said, "let's just forget about it, 'kay?"

Aria gives me a soft smile and continues eating her piece. I smiled then reached over to grab myself a slice.
