In the later years of Equestria, long after Twilight's ascendence into alicornhood, the Elements of Harmony are as strong as ever. But when Twilight begins to support a comitee of government that establishes a new act of law that threatens many citizens of Equestria, a wedge is driven between the six friends who once loved each other. A civil war breaks out that decides whether the new act shall stand any longer.
