Fluttershy blinked at the strange mare on the other side of her door. "Hello?"

"I am the new primary code enforcement officer for the Ponyville and Lower Canterlot Hills District, under authority of Ponyville Code Enforcement. My identification number is three five eight zero three five eight zero zero zero nine." She peered over Fluttershy's shoulder and into the room behind her before coming back to a normal position. "You are currently in violation of zoning law 35c-subsection 4, 5, and 6, 65, and 12b."

Fluttershy tilted her head. "And those would be?"

The mare droned on in a monotone. "This residence currently has an animal density of roughly two hundred and fourty five animals per square meter. Due to the municiple code, you must reduce your animal density to six animals per square meter."

"Are you suggesting that I let my animal friends starve?" Fluttershy pushed her muzzle forwards.

"No. You may find appropriate homes for all animals in the area within the next three business days."

Fluttershy's wings flared up for a moment. "You are not going to make my animal friends leave!"
