Ahh… It’s that time of year again. All the snow has fallen; all the ice is frozen; and spring is just around the corner. Yes, it’s almost time for the annual Winter Wrap-Up. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t go off without a hitch. That is, of course, except for me. You see, I simply won’t allow spring to come to Equestria on time. I mean, after all, where’s the fun in following the rules of nature? Now, if you’d like some chocolate rain, I’ll gladly quench your thirst!

Don’t ask me how I got set free again, because I wouldn’t tell you even if I knew. I remember a burst of rainbow-colored magical energy and the sensation of a thousand needles poking me all over. The next thing I knew, I was lying on the ground in the Canterlot Royal Gardens, the moonlight making my beautiful features shine. I was once again free from my prison. I can’t say how long I was gone this time.

But this time, I won’t underestimate you ponies. In fact, I’ve already taken the necessary precautions to ensure that you won’t defeat me again. I happen to like making everything crazy! I am the ruler of all that is Chaotic and Disharmonized, after all!
