Old ties, new beginnings

Sunset Shimmer sat at the table in Sugar Star. Right now she was trying to decide if she should introduce herself to Trixies two new friend's. Better if they learned about the new her before they heard about the old her. What was intimidating about it was the fact that the dazzling had just shown up after half a year. And they had to be at the Sugar Star at that moment on that day.

When they saw Val and Kindle show up with the Violet boy, they suspected that there was more Illusions than they previously thought. Their suspicions were confirmed when Trixie came in with a boy who looked so much alike that they appeared to be twins at first sight. The only thing different about them was that the boy had slightly darker clothes And Trixie's eyes were moderate purple, while his eyes were dark grayish violet

The two new Illusions fit in with The other Illusions perfectly. The new Lulamoon stood up tall and confident. He walked more confidently than Trixie and moved just as graceful.

"Darling, it would be better for them to meet you now before Trixie tells them about your past deeds." Rarity said while glancing at them.

"I know, but the sirens just had to show up tonight," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Yeah, what gives? Although you have to wonder why they would show their faces around Canderlot again." Rainbow Dash said.

"Who knows, maybe they came back to go to school." Apple Jack said.

"Probably. I mean, summers almost over, and we haven't seen them since the battle of the bands." Flutter Shy said.

"What ever the reason Darling, it shouldn't stop you from introducing yourself to the two new Illusions darling." Rarity said again.

Sunset Shimmer suddenly got a new wave of confidence. She stood up. "Your right, these two new guys deserve to meet the new me." Sunset Shimmer said. With that she began to walk towards Trixie and her friends. The Illusions were all digging into their food that Pinkie Pie set in front of them mere seconds after they ordered. "How did? Never mind I'm hungry, the one that looked like Trixie said while digging into his food after Pinkie Pie set it down. The others followed his lead as she got closer.

The next moment something very strange happened. Something that Sunset Shimmer only ever felt when Twilight or the Sirens were near, but that was only a echo of what she felt. It was like a humming that made no sound filled the air. Something she feel, But couldn't see, touch, smell, hear, or hear it. And yet she could still sense it. It must have been The Illusions talking in a wierd way that she could only partly sense. And it must have been a joke or something because they began to grin at each other. All three of the Sirens turned towards the Illusions with shocked looks on their faces. The Illusions either didnt see them or didn't care. The began to do their wierd mumbo jumbo again in the invisible air again. This time when they finished they all started to stare at Trixie who began to blush. And they laughed again.

Something about that put Sunset Shimmer on edge. With that, she turned and walked back to her friends.

"So what happened?" Apple Jack asked.

"I don't know, something happened that I could sense, but not quite sense all the way. And I think the Sirens sensed it too," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Sense something? Is that why the Sirens were starring at the Illusions with their mouths hanging open?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Yes, but it was more like they were talking in a different way or somethign. Didn't you guys sense it?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Sorry partner, but we didn't feel anything." Apple Jack said.

"Putting that aside, why didnt you introduce yourself?" Rarity asked.

"I'm not so sure, it was like I was put on edge or Something," Sunset Shimmer replied.

The next moment she felt the wierd thing again. She instantly looked at her friends to see if they felt it, But she only received concerned looks.

"Well, it looks like you will be able to introduce yourself anyways partner." Apple Jack said.

"Why is that," Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Because they're coming this way." Rainbow Dash said.

Sunset Shimmer immediately looked up hoping that she was joking. Her hope was crushed when she saw the Illusions halfway to them.

"Oh shoot, I never though that they would come this way," Sunset Shimmer said.

"What should we do?" Fluttershy asked. She looked as nervous as Sunset Shimmer felt.

They never had a chance to figure out what they were going to do. And never needed to. The Illusions strolled past them to the counter. There they began to order drinks and talk to Pinkie Pie. The girls had looks were you could tell that it wasn't there idea. The boys however had smug looks on their faces the longer they talked to Pinkie Pie who cleared their table before they got to the bar.

"Well that was a false alarm," Apple Jack said.

Outside Sunset Shimmer heard the sound of motorcycles approaching.

"Good thing too because I was like totally about to freak out." Rainbow Dash said.

Outside the motorcycles stopped outside.

"We sure dodged the bullet this time," Flutter Shy said.

The front doors opened and in prowled seven people. Five guys and two girls.

Six of them were wearing the same thing. Black jeans with plain black t-shirts and gray military style jackets. The last one was a tall silver skinned boy with ink black hair and darker eyes. He was slim, But still big enough to be strong. And he had high cheekbones. His hair was laid down so well that it looked like he never had to fix it. When he came in walking he walked like a leopard and looked like he was prowling like the rest of his gang. His outfit was a dark gray commander jacket with Black jeans and a plain black t-shirt. What else was about the was that they were all wearing leather half gloves. Sunset Shimmer immediately knew who these guys were, but last time There was a dozen of them. And they had not left on good terms.

Sunset Shimmer glanced at the Illusions. And wondered who was more surprised to see them. Her or them.

One in the same thing.

Magnus was very surprised to see the bikers here. Now that he had a better look at them he could see that their clothes were similar, but not the same. Echo was the delta of the pack. He had dark gray hair that was hanging to the right of his eyes, with charcoal gray skin. Like his companions his eyes were black. He was wearing a dark gray military style jacket that marked them. He was tall and strong, but was gaunt

The next in line was Noctis. She was the second in command of the group. She was also wearing a military style jacket that was left hanging open. She had a black tanktop with a silver spider on her shoulder finished with black jeans. The next in line was Slash. Named that my the scar that ran from his ear to just underneath his eye. He had pale green skin with emerald green eyes and hair that came down to his eyes. Like his companions he was gaunt. His clothes were the black jeans and he was wearing a black long sleeve shirt. Then came Sivera the silver one of the pack. She had light silver skin, silver hair, and black eyes

Like her companions she was wearing a dark gray military style jacket. And a black short sleeve shirt with black jeans. After her came River a gaunt boy with violet hair and light gray skin. He was wearing a black t-shirt with black jeans and their military style jacket. After him was Comet. A tall and lean boy with black hair that was as smooth as Dusks. His eyes were the same black as the rest of them, but he had light gray skin and had the same body build as Dusk. He had light gray skin. The last of the pack was Eclips.

Eclips was a gaunt boy who looked like his name. He had ink black hair with golden skin. How ever his golden skin was pale and he was guant. Almost like he was starving slowly, but surely. His eyes were the same obsidian black and he was wearing a black t-shirt with black jeans.

Dusk didn't seem suprised to see 'The Illusions' here. If fact they didn't even pay them any mind. They went and sat down in the diner. Magnus also noticed that the other waiter in duty took their order. Pinkie Pie who was just telling them about how she baked a hundred cupcakes in under a hour when she dropped the last ones when she zoomed over to the diverse girls table. They talked in hush whispers and kept glancing at Dusks table.

"Hey Magnus, you know those guys?" Kindle asked. While pointing a thumb at them.

"Sort of. Merlin and I had a few bouts with them in the road. Nothing to serious, but I'm surprised to see them again so soon." Magnus as Dusk and his gang quickly finished their food and stood up and walked out the door. Tricia did the second way of speaking.

"No, it was never bad. Sort of like having a little competition on the road," Magnus replied. The punk haired girl for up and her friends all reached to stop her.

"It won't be like that anymore," she said while walking

"I'm not afraid anymore," She said while walking after Dusk and his guys.

"Oh, this should be goood." Merlin said while sitting up straighter. The pink haired girl looked like the quiet why one. And from what he knew of them. They were rarely ever nice.

"Trixie will catch you guys later," Trixie said while walking towards the door after around fifteen minutes.

Val and Kindle both followed her out. As soon as she walked past her, that Pinkie Pie was right next to them again. "Hello, would you like to meet my friends? Because they would like to meet you. Come talk to them because I already told them your coming. After she finished she zipped back to the diverse girls table. And she stared at them expectantly.

"Ummmm what?" Merlin began.

"Just happened?" Magnus finished.

Slowly the two of them walked to the diverse girls table. When they arrived the Bacon haired biker queen stood up and said.

"Hello, my name is Sunset Shimmer. And these are my friends Apple Jack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and you met Pinkie Pie." Sunset Shimmer said while motioning towards her friends. Apple Jack tipped her hat in their direction. Rarity waved at them while she put sugar into her tea. Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie both waved at them excitedly. Rainbow Dash was into them in a second. Extending their arms and summing them out.

"Really Dash?" Apple Jack asked.

"Do either of you two do sports or anything of the sort?" Rainbow Dark asked while measuring their height

6'2 and 5'11. Pretty tall." She said while circling them.

"Uh, we both are pretty athletic, but were more into the show business." Magnus replied while watching her from the corner of his eye. Rainbow Dash looked slightly disappointed after hearing that, but she say down.

"Sorry about that, we just wanted to meet you two." Apple Jack said.

"It's alright. I know what's it's like to get a little power hungry," Magnus replied.

"Nice to meet you girls," Merlin said while waving grinning at them. He immediately blushed when they began to giggle quietly.

The suspense ended when Rarity stood and pointed at their outfits. "Honestly darling, you two should come to my store tomorrow. Your outfits look like they need it." she said kindly.

"Rarity!" Sunset Shimmer exclaimed. They were all clearly taken back.

Magnus and Merlin both looked at themselves. What she said was true. Despite all the money they had. They rarely ever went clothes shopping. Magnus's hoodie was fraying at the fringes. The ends of his jeans were dotted with small holes and his shoes were on their last run. Even the moon and wand on his right breast was so worn that you could barely tell what it was. Merlin wasn't much better. His Violet jacket was so worn that it looked purple instead of violet. His jeans were in the same condition as Magnus's and his shoes were in even worse shape with the shoe strings looking like old rope.

Out of the corner of his eyes he saw the three girls who were also at the diner leave. "She's not wrong," Magnus admitted.

"Of course im not darling," Rarity said while flipping her hair.

"There goes the Dazzling," Rainbow Dash said.

"What's their story?" Magnus asked.

"Do you want the long story or short story?" Rainbow Dash asked.

Magnus looked at Merlin who shrugged. "Give is the short version," Magnus answered

"Okay, so like half a year ago they shown up and start all kinds of trouble. They wanted control or something like that, but lucky for everyone we were there and defeated them in a battle of the band's." Pinkie Pie said while popping up in between them.

Magnus turned his gaze to the Dazzling fading figures. "Are you sure you defeated them? And how were they going to gain control of everyone exactly? Magnus asked.

"They were using magic silly," Pinkie Pie replied. The rest of the rainbooms all looked at her in shock.

Magnus looked outside and realised how late it was. "Okay, it was nice meeting you guys, but I have to get home. Still a lot of unpacking to do," Magnus said while walking to the door. Just before he and Merlin left they both turned to the rainbooms. "Hope to meet you guys again," he said as the door closed.

Sunset Shimmer put her he ad into her hands. "So much for a good first impression. Now those two probably think were all crazy."

Magnus and Merlin both stepped outside. "Man I totally spaced on the time. In behind unpacking." Merlin said.

"Yeah right. In the one who has to full a mini mansion." Magnus scoffed before stopping dead in his tracks

"Why did ya stop-" Merlin started before he saw it too.

Leaning against the walk was the pink haired girl. She was none white with her eyes full of terror. Only her mouth was open and letting out small wimpers.

Merlin. Go grab the rainbooms," Magnus said quietly.

Designer Clothes.

Magnus work up in his room. Having a lot of money naturally meant that he bought a king sized bed. Around his room was a 52" flat screen. A oak dresser with an x-box and around two hundred games. He felt comfortable about waking up in his home again. That comfort lasted around twelve seconds as the events from last night came flooding back into his mind.

Fluttershy didn't say who did that to her. Or at least she didn't say to Magnus and Merlin. All she kept on saying was that she was fine and she wanted to go home. So after making sure she was fine. Merlin and Magnus both went home. When Magnus finally arived to his house. It was close to nine o'clock. So he had to ninja his way through unpacking. It didn't take that long since all.he had was a duffle and a backpack. Although he spent the majority of the time dusting off his house.

This morning he sat up and looked through his clothes. The first pair of jeans that he grabbed actually ripped. Groaning he pulled out another pair that didn't rip. After that he put on his hoodie and pulled out his phone. On his phone were five contact's. They were Trixie, Val, Kindle, Merlin, and the family lawyer Henry.

He called Val.

"Hello?" she asked after a couple of rings.

"Hey Val, this is Magnus. Do you know where a store called Carousel Boutique is?" he asked. He thought he heard her giggle.

"Finally caring about your clothes?" she asked.

"Not really, but their literaly falling apart." Magnus said. Now she began to laugh.

"Honestly Magnus, you need a whole new wardrobe," Val said.

"So the the clothing store?" he asked again.

"Just meet me at the mall and I'll show you. Bring Merlin too. His clothes are in worse shape than hours." she said while hanging up.

Magnus immediately called Merlin. The phone rang a couple of times before he picked up. "Hello?" he asked.

"Merlin head over to the mall. Bosses orders," Magnus said.

"Good morning to you too," Merlin replied. Them he hung up.

Magnus grinned. Merlin would be there as soon as possible. Magnus however will not be summoned by anyone. He would be a little late because he's going to eat breakfast or something. He walked to his kitched and looked inside. Inside was nearly empty except for a to go box that he brought from the Sugar Star. He dumped the contents into a plate and heated it in the microwave. After he finished eating he walked outside. His Camaro was parked. It was a light gray color and was only a couple of years old.

Grinning he started it and slowly found his way to the mall. When he found it he parked and walked inside. The place was decently busy just two days before the school year. He immediately spotted Val and Merlin leaning against a pillar. Merlin clothes looked in worse shape they were last night while Val was wearing a nice pink dress that outdid their clothes.

"You took your sweet time," Merlin said.

"The Great and Powerful Magnus. Will not be summoned even by his friends." Magnus said with his hands outstretched.

"Well, now that your here. I'll show you to Carousel Boutique," Val said while walking in a direction of a store with outfits on display. Her long blonde hair flowed behind her almost divine like.

After waking halfway Merlin asked the question that was burning in all of them. "You guys know why the Titans are here?" he asked. All three of them stopped dead in their tracks.

"They could have just been going through," Magnus said.

"When's the last time you guys saw them?" Val asked. Magnus and Merlin both grinned at each other.

"Two months ago. Its a long and tragic story that ended with them driving their ninja bike's one direction and is driving my camaro the other." Magnus explained.

"And a bunch of angry rancher's chasing us with shotguns." Merlin finished.

Val turned on her heels and stared at both of them suspiciously. Her flawless purple eyes darting back and forth between their eyes. "What did you two do?" she asked slowly.

Merlin grinned at Magnus before saying. "Well it all started when we crossed paths at an old shack that we drifters use when were in the area. Its in a wooded area with several ranches to the southest. It was only a few says until the forth of July. So we all decided to stay and stock up on fireworks,"

Magnus, Merlin, and Val walked into the clothing store as Merlin finished his story. "After that the wind began to pick up and started to blow the hay to the other postures. From there you can probably figure out what happens after that," Merlin finished as a familiar purple haired girl greets them.

"Hello again Magnus and Merlin. I see you decided to heed my advice about your clothes?" she asked.

"Not really, but my old clothes were falling apart." Magnus answered.

"Don't worry darling. Well get you two taken care of away. And Val dear, your order is ready darling." Rarity said while walking towards the back. When she disappeared the two boys looked at the other Illusion. Their faces showed suprise.

"What?" Val asked with her hands up. "You think beautiful dresses like this are availible at the thrift show or Wal-Mart?" Val asked.

By the end of the day Magnus purchased several cutom fitting dark purple jeans with several bluish purple t-shirts with a small cresent moon and wand on the shoulder. Instead of a new hoodie, Magnus purchased a navy blue jacket that had no hood. Merlin got several outfits of his signiture look. Meaning his was the same, but they were custom made and every thing from socks to their jackets looked 10x better than their old outfits.

"Have a marvelous day, and I do hope to see you guys at school." she said.

After Val and Merlin left the store, Magnus remembered something from the previous night. "Hey Rarity, what so you know of the Titans?" Magnus asked.

Rarity looked slightly surprised, but answered. "They went to Canderlot High around three years ago. Back then though there was eleven of them and I never saw the big one that wears the commander jacket. They spent some time with Sunset Shimmer And caused all sorts of trouble. One day Sunset Shimmer did something that made them all just to away one day and we never saw them again until last night." Rarity said.

"And Fluttershy?"

"She still looks like a zombie, but she's slowly getting better."

"Any idea What happened to her?"

"She won't say, but she will come around."

"See ya around," Magnus said while leaving the store with his clothes.

After shopping for his clothes Magnus went home and left Merlin and Val with Kindle who showed up at he perfect moment for him to make his escape.

After he went home he put his clothes away and watched TV. He couldn't focus on the movie which was the second Harry potter. The thoughts of the Titans were stop in his head. Maybe they were just going through, but if they were coming to Canderlot, the question was why? Despite his few and brief times with them when he and Merlin were drifting from one magic act to the next. He knew squat about them. After the movie finished he went up stairs and was out for the night.

The while next day he spent at home and at his hot tub

Trixie came over with Kindle and Val who brought groceries and stayed for a couple of hours. They all watched Zombie land and ate and laughed before they left again. When they finished Magnus pulled out his gear and began to work on some more instant smoke bombs. He was running low. After he finished he turned in for the night. The next day he would be going to school.

Night Meeting.

Adagio walked through the woods. The three of them prepared what they were going to say a long time ago. They went over their explanation a thousand times after the battle of the bands. How ever they didn't show up that night. Or the next night or the next. It was half a year before the Titans showed their faces.

Adagio was wearing her purple hoodie with her blue jeans. Sonota was wearing a similar outfit while. Aria was wearing a olive green hoodie.

"I'm starving," Sonota complained while grabbing her stomach.

"Just eat another Taco or something," Aria said. Although she didn't look much better.

In fact it was six months since they last fed. Those Rainbooms destroyed their pendants, but they still were overloaded on dark energy. Now most of that energy was gone and the three of them were malnourished.

"You know that doesn't help this hunger Aria," Sonota snapped.

"Then could you stop being the worst and quit whinning about it!" Aria snapped back.

The two sirens began to argue while Adagio rubbed her temples.

"Listen girls. Now's not the time to fight amongst ourselves," Adagio said while they came to a clearing. Sonota and Aria both stopped arguing and stood behind Adagio.

Taking a deep breath the three of them walked into the clearing. The clearing was empty and shone beautifully in the moonlight. However the three sirens had to explain why they pulled the biggest possible false alarm when they lost the battle of the bands to those kids.

They waited for a few minutes when they heard the distant sound of shrub being disturbed. In the last when one of them had to do something that none of them wanted to, they drew straws. This time however all three of them drew the short straw. Out of the woods seven ninja bike's shot out of the woods.

It was easy to tell who was who from their skin color. The seven of them all killed their engines and took off their helmets. Their ninja's were all painted black and their military style jacket were sondark gray that they appeared black in dim light. Dusk's commander jacket was black. In fact the seven of them looked like ninjas themselves. Adagio did notice that each of them were wearing a blood red ring on their right hands.

"You guys took your sweet time," Aria growled as they dismounted their bike's.

"Had a lot of things to do," Echo replied with a evil smirk.

"I mean you took your sweet time this last six months," Aria said.

"Not our fault, had to take a detour." Slash said.

"Quiet all of you, Noctis said while grinning at them. "We have business to take care of."

Dusk finally spoke in a deep, but smooth voice. "Before we get to that, you three look like your starving," Dusk said.

"Wait were sharing?" Noctis asked clearly surprised.

"I barely got any as it was," River said.

Even from across the clearing she could see that the Titans besides Dusk, Noctis, and Echo looked hollow. Not as much as the sirens did though.

"Don't be greedy," Dusk said with a from that revealed his one fang that he Had

"And don't worry about it. In giving it to them," Dusk said.

"So that's why you took the lions share of that last meal." Sivera said.

"And I thought you were just being a prick and stuffing yourself," Eclips admitted.

"A good leader not only gets in the trenches with his men, but makes sure their taken care of," Dusk said while walking up to Adagio. Now that he was much closer he could see that even though he was still slim and lean. He looked normal. While the rest of his gang were hollow looking, but not malnourished. Almost like they were half dead. Noctis and Echo looked in better shape than the rest, but still looked like they went a couple of days without sleep.

"What do you think your doing-" Adagio started as Dusk grabbed her and pulled her into a kiss. Aria and Sonota both stood with their mouths hanging open in shock. Adagio didnt protest or do anythinl. She felt something leaving him and entering her. It was negative energy. Not much, but enough. When he finished he walked up to a suspicious looking Aria. Before she could do anything he pulled her into a kiss. She raised a fist to hit him, but her back arched as she began to get a dose of the negative energy. When he finished Arianno longer looked Malnourished. Finally he turned to Sonota who still didn't have a clue what he just did.

"Why did you just kiss my sisters?" She asked.

"Because of this," he said as he quickly pulled her in for a kiss.

Sonota gasped, but them reached her atm around his back and arched her back. After a second she slightly lifted her right leg.

"Hey you two! Get a room!" Slash shouted while the rest of the Titans and Dazzlings laughed. Dusk gave them the finger while he kissed Sonota.

Finally after he finished Sonota was gasping for breath. Dusk no longer looked like his prime self. Instead he looked to be in about Noctis and Echo's state. He looked hollow with dark rings around his eyes.

"Now that that's done with. You can skip the explanation about how you summoned us when You finally got a good amount of power. Echo and I came as soon as you summoned us in your song 'Welcome to the show' We saw what happened to your pendants." Dusk said.

Adagio was silenced in shock. So at least two of the Titans were there. "If you were there then why didn't you assist is against the rainbooms?" Adagio asked.

"We did, sort of. When we got there Sunset Shimmer just picked up the mic. You looked like you won. Then the alicorn thing came and almost killed you. Dusk and I took the blunt of the attack, but we almost died. And your pendants got wrecked. So we spent the last six months recuperating and getting these." Echo said while pulling out a small ebony box. When he opened it, he reached in and tossed each of the sirens a silver ring with a blood red gem on them.

Adagio put the ring on her right ring finger. "A promise ring already echo? You could of at least gotten me a candlelight dinner," Adagio said. That caused Echo to turn away blushing and it caused Aria and Noctis to grin.

"Not complaining abut the weird makeout session, negative energy meal, and the new absorbing jewerly or anything, but how did You get that much energy in this world?" Aria asked while examining her new ring.

"Outside of that diner with that weird pink haired waiter. The one called Fluttershy thought that she wasn't afraid anymore since she had her friends being her." Noctis said.

"Forget it, I'll just show you," Dusk said while images began flooding their heads.

It was the Titans walking out of the diner. This time they all looked a little more than half dead. They were all talking about how the food was delicious when Fluttershy walked after them.

"You don't scare me anymore," she said sharply. Then shrunk a little but when all the Titans stared at her in sulrise.

"Really, well lets fix that," Noctis said while walking up to her. Fluttershy immediately turned to run, but realized with dread that the other Titans circled them and were curiously watching. Fluttershy turned and was attacked by a grey smoke coming from Noctis. It wasn't physical like the Dazzlings, but that didn't help her fear.

Fluttershy began to emit a purplish aura around her as the two projections collided with each other. She did good for a human, but after a couple of seconds the Titans were suprised that a human girl so shy could stand up to Noctis. In fact Fluttershy looked like she had the thing under control. After a brief struggle Fluttershy's purple and pink smoke was almost to Noctis. Noctis snarled and pushed Fluttershy back before the Titans learned why she was winning. After two seconds of a stalemate in which Fluttershy wasn't really even trying. While Noctis was giving it all she had. Fluttershy grew wings, pony wars, and a long ponytail.

"I told you, I'm not afraid anymore." Fluttershy said to a bunch of awestruck Titans. The next second all the Titans were attacking her with their projections. Adagio knew that the Titans were attacking her mind with all they had. It happened so fast that she didn't have time to defend herself as her face filled with fear. The titans rings all flowed red as they pulled the magic out of her. And as fast as she transformed she went back to normal. This time though her face was in terror. And all she could do was whimper.

"Come on Dusk. Lets take all of it," Slash begged.

"We take anymore and we might kill her. Lets let her go this time." Dusk said while walking away. After a minute of waiting in the parking lot Adagio saw the one who looked like Trixie. Magnus come out and grab Fluttershy. He was the other equestrian that was in This pathetic little world.

The three Dazzlings came back to their senses in the clearing. "Why did you spare her?" Aria asked.

"She needs time to get back to normal. And if we killed her we would have a harder time getting to those other equestrian magic girls." Echo said.

"And just how are you planning on getting to their magic when all seven of you barely beat one who was ructant to battle you in the first place?" Aria asked with her arms crossed.

"She does have a point," Sonota said.

"That's why we have you. Your three can make chaos with just singing while we have to do things the hard way. Sing and start just a little trouble and we can amplify that, but since you three sound like dying cats when you sing. We have to repair your pendants. And we need a whole crap load of magic to do that." Echo said.

And because of a bunch of annoying little kids. We have a while school just oozing out the stuff." Noctis said grinning. All ten of them began to smirk.

"Wait hold on. How do you know the rainbooms in the first place?" Sonota asked.

"We want to school with them about three years back. Didn't think much of them because we may Sunset Shimmer. She helped us create lots of trouble and negative energy. Than she back stabbed us and we want out separate ways." Eclips answered.

"We still have to settle that score," Dusk muttered.

Dark Humor Part 1

Adagio walked towards the lunch rooms with Sonota and Aria at her sides. The titan rings failed to make them sing again, but it let hem feed off the negative energy. However the rings were designed for someone else and they felt like they we're wearing a costume they couldn't get out of.

"It's taco tuesday!" Sonota screeched in glee.

"Calm down Sonota we have it like, at least ounce a week," Arian said while rolling her eyes.

"This time we get to eat it with some people who don't hate us." Sonota pointed out.

The three sirens walked to the cafeteria. They had the honor of having the pick of the kid since they had first lunch. When they opened the lunch doors Adagio was slightly disappointed to not see any titans there.

"Guess we don't get that luxeraly Sonota," Adagio said.

The three of them all walked to the lunch line. They grabbed their food and sat at their table. Hey pretended not to notice the angry glares that came from the students around them.

"Awww I really wanted to eat lunch with someone who didn't hate us." Sonota complained.

"Stop complaining Sonota," Aria said. Sonota stopped talking and stared into her taco. "Me too," Aria added after a minute.

The cafeteria doors opened and in walked Sunset Shimmer with Magnus, Merlin, and Dusk behind her. The group separated as soon as they walked in. Sunset Shimmer walked over to the rest of the rainboomd. The two illusions walked off and joined the other illusions. Dusk however grabbed his tray full of taco's and began to scan the room. Most of the kids at CHS would have gladly offered him a spot to sit, but Dusk and the rest of the titans had an aura that made feel people on edge with chills up their spines every time they were near.

Adagio stood up. "Come on girls," she said. Sonota and Aria both followed her and quickly noticed Dusks presence. That Sunset Shimmer and Rarity beat them to him though. Adagio slowly quickened her pace as did Aria and Sonota.

"Would you like to sit with us?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Yes we would love to have you company," Rarity added.

Did she like him? Looked like that way to Adagio. Good.

"Sorry, but he's with us," Adagio said. The three of them turned around. Dusk smiled at them while Rarity and Sunset Shimmer both looked back and forth between them and Dusk. Their faces slowly showed realization.

"Come on Dusk, these two would just bore you," Aria said.

"Would they?" Dusk asked while walking towards them.

Half a minute later they all sat at the dazzlings table. The glares the kids at CHS were giving them all stopped. In fact many were too scared to look at them. All except two annoying kids. The whole lunch room watched as Snips and Snails walked towards the dazzlings table. Some looked at them like they were either really crazy or stupid with the former being true.

Do they not see Dusk sitting here as their guardian? Adagio thought. Dusk was a big guy who stood at 6'2 and was lean.

"Well well well, looks who decided to show their faces again," Snips said.

"Never thought we would see them again," Snails added.

Aria, Sonota, and Adagio all smirked at each other as their rings flashed red.

"I guess they had to come back here since everywhere else would probably thought they're too u-" Snips started, but was cut off by Dusk punching him in the gut. Snips toppled over while Snails jumped to his friends defense.

"Hey leave my friend alone," he said while holding up his fists.

"Your next you little S***," Dusk growled as he slammed Snips into he ground by his throat. Snails realized what he meant a second to late as Dusk finished him with a round house kick. Snails yelped as a few teeth got knocked, followed by a trail of blood. He didn't get a chance to recover as Dusk grabbed him by the legs and slammed him to the ground. Snips finally getting up almost shrieked as Dusk turned onto him like a leopard. He right hooked him while wrapping his arm around his neck. Adagio turned as she knew what would happen next, but turning away didn't stop the sound orbthe cry of pain as Dusk rammed Snips head into his upcoming knee. After that Snips and Snails ran for their lives. Or stumbled, they had to help each other out. The whole confrontation lasted around fifteen seconds.

Adagio, Aria, and Sonota all smiled at each other as they observed the negative energy coming from the three boys. They could only gather less than they could with their pendants, but since it was coming from Dusk it felt like a feast compared to all those long years.

Dusk wasn't finished, the entire cafeteria saw heat went down and how fast he could move. Many showed signs of fear. And were emmiting negative energy.

"Lets get something straight here. These three are part of my gang. If anybody tries to attack them, they are welcome to try. I however will be waiting to kick that lucky persons face it, got it!" he announced to the student body. When nobody said anything he grinned. "Thats what I tought," he said while walking away.

After he finished he walked back to their table. Adagio couldn't help but notice he rainbooms having mixed emotions about what just went down. That Rainbow Dash looked like she was stuck between respecting him for standing up for the dazzling in front of he CHS body, or condemning him for doing it the most brutal way possible.

"Damn, did you have to go all out?" Adagio asked while sitting a little to close to Disks right. She had to admit, she got slightly aroused when he went and became brutal to whoever stood against them. She was even more aroused when he wrapped his arm around er and pulled her closer.

"Who said I was going all out?" he asked.

That sent a satisfying chill down her spine.

"So where are the rest of them?" Sonota asked.

"They went straight to class. Since I never went to this school before I was offered a tour. I never liked school so I accepted. If I know it would be shimmer giving the tour I would have chosen class," Dusk said.

"Oh yeah, what is your deal with Shimmer? You could see the negative energy coming from you when your near her." Aria said.

"Lets just say that she's a back stabber and the reason why there is only seven of us instead of twelve," Dusk said.

"I heard you were never even here," Adagio said into his ear.

"Thats true. I left Noctis in charge here while I went to acquire our ninjas. It seemed like a good place to leave them. He whole place was a gold mine for the energy we needed. Then they found Sunset Shimmer. So while they stuck around here. While I uh. Took care of the little doppelganger." Dusk said. They all went silent then nodded.

Several minutes later the lunch bell rang. "Lets go, I have a free period until lunch is over," Dusk said.

"For realzies? Us too," Sonota exclaimed.

"Good, we can hang out until I have to go to gym," Dusk said.

Now Adagio had to laugh. "Why you three have smug looks?" Dusk asked.

"For realzies? Us too," Sonota echoed.

"Deja Vu," Dusk uttered.

Dark Humor Part 2

Sunset Shimmer sat next to the statue. The portal was just a few feet away. She could go home anytime she wanted, but at the same time she couldn't. She had too many things to do here.

"It's such a shame that the new kids is associating himself with the likes of the Dazzlings," Rarity said while painting her nails.

The rainbooms normally hung around the portal, it was just one of the things they did.

"Really Rarity? First Magnus and now the tall dark haired one?" Apple Jack asked.

"Dusk," Sunset Shimmer uttered.

"What was that?" Fluttershy asked. In the past few days she slowly went back to her old self, but she still refused to talk about what happened to her.

"His name is Dusk," Sunset Shimmer repeated.

"Dusk, oh such a lovely name," Rarity said dreamily.

"Rarity! Don't you remember what he did to snips and Snails just five minutes ago?" Apple Jack asked.

"In his defence, they were kind of asking for it," Rainbow Dash piped in.

"Maybe they were, but he didn't have to do it so brutally," Apple Jack explained.

"Well, he did it perfectly and I don't think anyone at CHS will go after the Dazzlings now," Sunset Shimmer said.

Apple Jack let out a groan of frustration. "I just wish we knew where he came from. It's like he was with the Titans, but at the same time he was kind of distant," Apple Jack said.

Sunset Shimmer had to agree. At least with the Titans they knew a little about them. Dusk however was a whole different story. It was sort of like he was on a whole new level then them.

"Didn't you guys figure it out yet? Dusk is the leader of the Titans. And the titans hate Sunset Shimmer for something she did to them so much that it would be almost impossible to make up for it. And Dusk being the leader of them would only naturally hate her even more then they could. Plus they have ties with the Sirens oherwise they would become rivals instead of close allies." Pinkie Pie explained.

"How did you figure that out Pinkie?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Because of the way he walks. It's almost like a leopard. And he got the choice seat of the booth at the diner even when he was the last one to come in. As for his ties to the Dazzlings I'm still trying I figure out, but it's close. You could see it when he attacked Snips and Snails for just insulting them. Almost like he always protected them for a while." Pinkie Pie explained.

"Well figure this out later, but for now we have to go to gym class." Rainbow Dash announced.

Just then a gray haired boy with dark gray skin walked out of the cafeteria. Even from this distance she could tell his eyes were black and not dark brown. She knew who he was, he was the one who showed her the most kindness all those years ago. He was Echo, the delta of the Titans.

Echo noticed her as soon as she noticed him. For half a second she thought that she could go. And explain how she was a changed person, and how we wasn't the way she was back then. Her small glimmer of hope was snuffed out when his expression turned to rage. Sunset Shimmer was used to looks of hate from the students at CHS, but they stopped after the Dazzlings. This guys look made those like friendly stares. His gray hair now had steel grey highlights. Strange those were never there before.

"Um... guys. Can we take the long way?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Yeah, that one looks pretty upset," Rarity said.

The rainbooms turned and began to take the long way. The whole walk to the doors she could feel death stares hitting her back. At the last second she turned and still saw Echo scowling at her. Behind him the cafeteria doors opened and out poured the rest of the Titans

They were shoving each other and laughing. The last one to come out like a phantom was Noctis.

Fifteen minutes later.

Sunset Shimmer stood in the gym next to her friends. The gym provided little sanctuary from the Titans who all stood there in sweats and work out shirts. The hate was obvious with bulk biceps and flash sentry edging in between them and her. In total there was thirty kids in their gym class. Seven Titans, three Sirens, six rainboons, and five illusions. The other kids there were Flash Sentry, Bulk Biceps, Lyra Heartstrings, Snips, Snails, Derpy, Octavia Melody, Sandlewood, and Sweetie drops.

They were all sprawled out besides the titans who formed a loose semicircle around the three dazzling.

"Okay you lot! Since I have a lot of paperwork to do on you kids. We're playing dodgeball today!" Coach Iron will roared. Coach Iron will was a big man who was a little taller than Magnus and Dusk while having a little more muscle than Bulk Biceps. He was wearing black sweats with a gray sweater. His skin color was a grayish blue with dark blue hair. All in all he was a big man.

A few kids groaned, but for the more competitive one like Rainbow dash, Magnus, Dusk, and Noctis. They all jumped into a frenzy.

"Right now I have to take attendance, so while I'm doing that. Rainbow Dashand Dusk Primum pick your teams. Fifteen each." Coach Iron will said while walking off.

When he left Rainbow Dash and Dusk walked up to each other. Rainbow Dash looked a little tiny compared t the titan. Since she was only 5'6 and he had seven inches on her. Their physical appearance did little about the way they saw each other. They both knew the other was a force to.be reckoned with and gave each other a look of recognition as equals. While rainbow Dash showed confidence, Dusk showed cockiness. The only thing off about him was the fact he looked like he could use hree days of sleep, judging from the scarcrows under his eyes.

"Primum? That's a interesting name," Rainbmw Dash said.

"So is Rainbow Dash, it fits your appearance too," Dusk replied.

"So how do you want to do this? One pick or two?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I have a better idea," Dusk replied.

"Okay then, what is it?" Rainbow Dash asked. Sunset Shimmer noticed an evil smirk comin from Noctis and Echo.

"Lets divide by sense of humor," he replied.

Rainbow Dash looked at him like he was crazy. "By sense of humor? Like who can take a joke or not?" She asked.

"No, dark humor," Dusk said.

Not half the titans were smiling.

"And how can we tell if they have a dark sense of humor or not?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Well, a dark sense of humor is like a pair of legs, not everyone has it."Dusk replied. He room instantly fell silent.

Rainbow Dash stepped back like he slapped her, he gym was divided as half the kids burst out into laughing. The other half had looks of horror on their faces.

Chaos vs Harmony.

"Now remember the winning team gets a gift certificate for a large pizza each," Coach Iron Will said.

Both teams all tensed up. The titans all nodded at each other and grinned.

"Are your teams ready?" Coach Strong Will asked.

"Ready!" Dusk roared. His team consisted of the Titans, Dazzlings, and Illusions. The illusions only laughed for a little bit, but by laughing they showed their dark side.

"Ready Coach!" Rainbow Dash shouted back.

"Go!" Coach Strong Will roared.

"Wait don't go after the-" Rainbow Dash started as Apple Jack, Lyra HeartStrings, Sweetie Dops, Sandlewood, Octavia Melody, Derpy, and Flash Sentry. Sprinted towards the dodge balls in the center. Magnus, Merlin, Dusk, Noctis, Echo, and Aria all got there first. Within a split second after the game started all except Flash Sentry were taken out.

"Where did that come from?" Apple Jack asked While walking towards the sidelines. The dark team were playing viciously.

"Glad you survived Flash," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Thanks, but in have to admit I just got lucky," Flash Sentry replied.

"Incoming!" Rarity shouted as Dusk threw two balls at them as fast as lightning. Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash dodged them barely only for them to hit their intended targets. Snips and Snails both grunted as he force of impact sent hem flying.

"We just lost over half the team in less then ten seconds!" Flash Sentry explaimed.

"Dont give us, we will win those pizza's," Rainbow Dash said as she threw a ball and took out Kindle.

The two ones called Eclips and Sivera both faced off against Fluttershy. The pink haired girl whimpered as they both threw balls at her. She shrieked and threw her hands up, but was surprised that the balls hit her gently. He two of them grinned and moved onto Pinkie Pie

On the other side of the court Rainbow Dash took out Val. Rivers and Noctis were standing at the sides of Slash who was facing off against the rainbow athlete.

Slash grinned and stroked his scar with one hand while spinning a dodgeball with his other hand.

"Stay back Noctis, this one is mine," he said with a grin.

"Wow your greedy, I wanted to take this one out," Noctis pouted.

The next second Rainbow Dash spun to the side as his dodgeball zoomed by her. She instantly threw hers back at a faster speed. His eyes filled with surprise as he flipped over her dodgeball.

Dusk and Echo stood in front of a cowering Rarity. "Please leave the face. And have mercy?" The purple haired girl begged. The two Titans glanced at each other. Echo nodded and Dusk threw the dodge ball at her slightly she barely even felt it.

Eclips and Sivera let out deep breaths in frusturation. The past minute they pulled the most matrix anybody could in perfect sync. Pinkie Pie was still standing however. "My turn," she said happily as she picked up one of the many dodge balls at her feet. The two Titans opened their eyes in fear as she threw one as fast as they could. The two Titans leaped to the side and exposed Adagio who was standing in the back. She grunted as the ball hit her in the gut.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. That was meant for-" Pinke pie started, but was cut off as a dodgeball sent by Aria sent her flying. The three of them moved onto bulk biceps next.

"I'm not going down so easily," Bulk Biceps said in a powerful voice.

"Come on then," Merlin taunted as he appeared next to the titans. Sivera reached for a dodge ball, but came up empty. "S***, we spent all out balls on Pinkie Pie," she said. The next second Bulk Biceps began his barrage of dodgeballs. He dark team all began to dodge them geacefully, but Aria and Merlin accidentally ran into each other.

"I'm so sorry!" Merlin said.

"Watch it buddy," Aria growled as the two of them fell over. Bulk Biceps smiled as he brought his muscled arm back and launched his ball at them. Aria and Merlin put up their hands as the ball came charging towards them. What surprised everyone next was a lash of dark blueish grey smoke exploded. When the smoke died down Magnus was standing there with Bulk Biceps ball in his right hand. Bulk Biceps looked astonished then ashamed as he walked towards the sidelines. With him Trixie followed.

"Trixie was caught by surprise by Flash Sentry," she explained.

Rainbow Dash was standing and clutching her dodgeball tightly. Only now did she notice the size of her team or lack thereof. All that was left was her, Sunset Shimmer, and Flash Sentry. The dark team still.had Magnus, Merlin, Dusk, Noctis, Echo, Slash, River, Eclips, Sivera, Aria and Sonota. The majority of the peoplethey lost was by her own doing.

Slash was drenched in sweat and letting out heavy breaths. He put up a good fight, but he looked like he could use a good night's sleep and a big fat steak. Behind him Noctis and River stood in similar shape. Despite wanting to go one on one they had to step in after around a minute. They too looked exhausted. Rainbow Dash picked up a dodgeball and brought her arm back to finish them off. Slash and River retreated, but Noctis held her ground. Suddenly she had the same cocky look Dusk carried around and she looked like she was well rested.

Rainbow Dash smiled. Just take her out. It might not be quick and easy, but it would be a lot easier then taking on three ninja's at ounce. She raced her arm and froze. Dusk was not standing behind her. Takin out Noctis was one thing, but Dusk was a whole other story.

Sunset Shimmer tensed up as a ball coming from Echo who appeared flew towards her. She tensed up, but heard the sound of rubber hitting off of somehing. She peeked out and saw Flash Sentry standing guard in front of her. He deflected the ball.

She peeked out her closed eyelids and was surprised to see flash sentry. His face was full of fury. "YOU WILL NOT HARM HER!" he roared at the titans. The titans looked at each other and nodded to each other in respect, but their hate for Sunset Shimmer was real. And Flash Sentry was now in the way. Before anything could do anything a curveball arced around him to everyone's suprise. Even the titans

It hit her hip. It wasn't hard, but wasn't that gentle either. Hard enough to curve, but not hard enough to hurt her.

The titans all glared at Magnus who shrugged. Maybe it was better that he threw the ball. He was one of the few on then other team who didnt want to do something to her that rhymed with will.

Sunset walked over to the sidelines where most of Dash's team waited.

"Wow these guys are good. We could use them at Apple acres." Apple Jack said.

"They're as quick and graceful as I thought," Rarity said.

"I threw my hardest. How did he catch it with one hand?" Bulk Biceps said sadly.

Flash Sentry was still pissed off at their attempt to hurt her. He threw his dodgeball at Echo as hard as Bulk Biceps did. Echo smirked as he twisted his body. As soon as he did his face went to horror and he tried to intercept it. Sonota shrieks as the ball hit her in the head at full force. Sonota let out a pained shriek as her head cocked back and she flipped and fell onto the ground.

"Sonota!" Aria shieked.

The whole dark team including Dusk and Noctis ran to her side. Echo gave a quick glance at Flash Sentry with a death glare that was normally reserved for Sunset Shimmer. Rainbow Dash stood there in shock.

"Dont worry guys, it okay," Sonota said while getting up. She then stumbled towards the bench and sat next yo Adagio. The whole time under the dark teams watchful eye.

After she sat down they all fanned out and began picking up dodgeballs. Even the Illusions were giving him death stares. Then they all began to form a semicircle around him.

"Looks guys I didn't mean to, Look it was an accident. I didn't know-" Flash Sentry started, but stopped when he saw their scowls. Now sweat began to pour down his face. These guys wanted his blood. Even the Illusions.

"Dont worry Flash I got your back," Rainbow Dash said while popping up next to him. She had no ball, but she didnt need really need one.

"Dash, I know this something you would never do, but you have to ditch me." Flash said.

"Are you crazy?" Dash asked.

The dark team were all ready, Aria's expression was even worse than the Titans. And the titans could turn him to stone with their glares.

"Just do it Dash!" Flash shouted.

Rainbow Dash opened her mouth to argue, but then closed it and nodded.

Slash opened his mouth and let out a single, sharp, loud angry roar that made even Dash jump. She closed her eyes the next moment as a series of pound bangs could be heard along with Flashes cries of pain. She guessed it was a mercy when his head was slammed against the ground and knocked him out. And they did that with freaking dodge balls.

Now they turned their attention to her. Now it was ten against one.

"Ready to give us?" Noctis taunted. She closed her mouth when Dusk put a hand on her shoulder.

"I have a deal for you, we will give you too pizza's if you just given up now." He said. While he talked he starred into her eyes. They seemed to see into her soul.

"And my team?" She askes.

Dusk shrugged. "You can share with them if you want, but they get nothing." He answered

Rainbow Dash looked at her team. All except Flash who was laying on he ground and looked like he needed a trip to the nurses office looked away. Of course they thought she should take the deal. At least she would come out on top instead of facing impossible odds to try and win. It took her a second to decide.

"No," she said. Her team all looked at her in suprise and awe.

Dusk looked a little disappointed as he waved his hand. The dark team all threw their balls at her. The next moment she ponied up.

The balls all deflected towards the sides as the flew upwards. The titans all starred at her with hungry eyes, didn't seem suprised. The Illusions were standing with their mouths open. They recovered very quickly though.

They threw another lightning fast volley, but Rainbow Dash shot a wave of energy

The dark team flew back as their balls came flying back at them. Only Dusk, Noctis, Aria, Magnus, and Merlin recovered enough to dodge. The rest of them were hit. Something was off though. The titans looked as excited as kids in a candy store. And so were Aria and Adagio. Sonota was still dazed. Rainbow Dash grabbed some dodgeballs and threw them at the remaining dark team members. They all did their twists and turns, but only a few of them were fast enough. Noctis was caught in the leg as she spun out. She landed on her feet, but then toppled over from the force of the hit. Echo got a direct hit and flew backwards. He grunted as he got slammed and stuck on the wall before slowly peeling off. Aria got hit in the shoulder and spun out. Merlin went out the same way Echo did.

Rainbow Dash began to to throw ball after ball towards the last two. Magnus and Merlin were on a whole different level then their respective gangs however. The moved in blurs, but dared not to try their luck with catching one. Dusk grabbed a ball and threw it directly at one of the incoming missiles the sound of them colliding was as lound as thunder. Rainbow Dashes ball fell straight down while Dusks went flying just as fast towards the two boys. Magnus dodged it by an inch. Then the two boys saw the ball laying on the ground. They turned to each other and nodded. The next moment both boys sprinted to the ball in between them. When the got there they both grabbed the ball with their back arms. Together they slammed the ball towards Rainbow Dash. They ended back to back with their arms pressed together towards Rainbow Dash.

"Not enough time to dodge," Rainbow Dash said. So she tried catching it. Not surprisingly she caught it. What was surprisingly though was that the force shoved her back. Grunting Rainbow Dash dug her heels in and tried stopping the ball. She finished the task after ten feet, but to her horror the ball slipped out of her hands onto the ground. The whole gym was so silent thay you could here a pin drop.

"We win," Dusk said. The Titans and Sirens all began cheering.

Old habits die hard.

Echo flew in his Dragon form. He had dark gray scales, charcoal gray wings with steel gray horns. He was flying on the left of Dusk. Dusk was a large silver dragon with ink black wings and dark red horns. Along with the Titans were the rest of the pack. Dawn, Inferno, Ghost, and Glint. The rest of the pack. They were all flying in formation with one purpose. Make everyone pay.

"I'm sorry it took two years to find out where you were," Echo thought.

Six Months later.

The titans all flew through the sky. Hundreds of pegasus flew into battle against them. All while the chaos of the battle only made them stronger. Slowly, but surely they gain strength. Each of the Titans eyes glowed red like fire. Only when they are properly fed do their eyes change from black to red. Black meant they needed to feed. And all their eyes were black their entire lives. Echo let out a grin as he and Dusk blew a jet of fire towards a flock of pegasus. The pegasus all dodged the fure, but it didn't matter. The chaos it caused was satisfying. A fiery heart burned as Dusk let out another jet of fire. They did his with their chaos magic and the fire of friendship.

"We will avenge you," Echo thought.

"ENOUGH!" a powerful voice comanded.

"Or what?" Dusk roared at a blue unicorn.

"Or I shall be forced to use force to stop you," he replied.

"Bring it on fuzz face," Dusk roared back.

With that he blew a massive fire ball towards him. It was a mix of chaos energy and the fire of friendship.

"Your going to bleed for what you did to our friends," Dusk roared.

Star Swirl the bearded opened his eyes in realization that these creatures of chaos were his own making. The next moment he realized how he could do something fix it.

"Your friends are still alive, and do you think they would want you to do this?" Star Swirl asked the looming dragon. He shot a wave of blue energy that exploded against the fireball.

"Doesnt matter what they want. THEY'RE NOT HERE!" the silver dragon roared. With that he dived towards the blue unicorn.

"Dont worry Star Swirl, we have your back!" Two pegasus shouted as they broke away from the battle with the other titans and flew in the way of Dusk. They never got far. Echo and Noctis flew from the sides as fast ad lightning and grabbed them in their claws.

The pegasus Echo had was a green one with three stars as a cutie mark. She screamed when Echo dug her claws into her. And boy did She fight, with hoof and tooth she tried to survive, but it was no use. Echo was five times her size. With one final lunge he but into her side. Her death scream was a loud shrill. The taste of blood exploded in his mouth and it felt good. Letting her go she fell to the ground.

Quickly turning towards Noctis he saw that she dispatched her pegasus with similar ease.

"Their deaths shall be on me," Star Swirl mumbled. Then he shot a beam of blue energy that knocked Dusk back. It didn't hurt him in the slightest, but it did suprise him.

They Titans all fueled each other with a fury. And a different type of magic came out and showed into them. For just a second they were their old selves as all the Titans looked at Dusk. "I'm okay, go back to causing chaos." he said as he flew a little bit higher. Then they were all chaos again.

"So that's the magic that could have redeemed the sirens. I think I understand why your so angry. Maybe i have a spell that could help you. It's not finished, but maybe in time it shall bring back from beings of chaos," Star Swirl said as he saw how they cared for each other and why they were attacking.

Dusk, Echo, and Noctis all flew at him in a straight shot.

"I only wish I could have given the sirens this chance," he said sadly.

Dusk roared a roar of rage as he got closer.

"From one to another, another to one. A mark of ones destiny singled out alone, fulfilled." He said as his horn glowed.

The sound of thunder cracked as the Titans all screeched in pain. Green mist poured out of bodies. When it finished they were not gaunt and their eyes were obsidian black. In their eyes showed rage, but also another thing that would always remain there. The titans were still screaming in agony as Star Swirl pulled out a mirror. "I here by exile you titans into this parallel universe as he caretakers of it. For now you must deal with any problems that may cause I ripple in dimensions between here and there." Star Swirl announced over their shrieks of anguish. The next moment a bright blue light shined.

Echo sat up sweating. The last part was always a nightmare. Even Eclips and River knew he meant well, but he caused them a thousand years of starvation. Or maybe he planned it that way. There wasn't that much magic in this world for them to collect. Not enough for their eyes to show they had a proper meal. Until now.

Echo looked around his room. It was a long room. The only things in there was a bare queen sized matress on the floor with his duffel bag. Standing up he walked to the door. Peeking outside he saw the place empty. Grinnin he walked to the end of the hallway and down the stairs. When he got to the living room he was only half suprised to see Sivera sitting there with a pizza in hand.

"Cang sleep?" He asked while picking up a left over piece. To last night they decimated their cupons of free pizza. One of their many curses was that they had to feed their body and soul.

"Still have nightmares about that night he stripped us of our negative energy." She explIned.

"The old man stripped us of our power, but forgot to change our need of it." Echo admitted.

"You know they couldn't win right?" She asked.

"What was that?"

"That night. You know he maybe could have held his own against Dusk, but all three of iu would have mauled him." Sivera started.

"We were planning too,"

"And all those pegasi were no problem to us, the only problem they caused was us having to take the time to fly them down." She admitted. Echo nodded in agreement. His two best flyers were then ones he and Noctis ripped to pieces in seconds.

He glanced at the clock on the wall. It read 6:22. Soon the house would be awake as they still had to go to school. And not a moment to soon. Dusk walked down the stairs with a tired, but satisfied look on his face. Echo wondered if the nightmares were the reason they all looked tired all the time.

Dreams

Magnus woke up from his slumber. He looked around his room and frowned when he saw his coupon for a free pizza, but he felt guilty about the way he got it. When the titans started the game he felt a weird feeling. For a reason he didn't know, he felt powerful.

What he felt the most guilty about was what they did to flash sentry. Not any real damage, but he would be bruised and battered for at least a couple of days. He remembered when he heard Sonota shriek as the ball hit her. How quickly he turned and ran to her side. And the anger, he never felt anger like that before. Not even with his aunt.

Sunset Shimmer POV

Sunset Shimmer leaned next to the statue. With her were Rarity and Rainbow Dash.

"So much for a new chance," Sunset Shimmer said grimly.

"Don't sweat it, half the school doesn't like Sivera and Eclips because of how brutal they were." Rainbow Dash explained.

"Yes, why were those two so set on eliminating everyone?" Rarity asked.

Sunset Shimmer knew the answer. The same reason Slash, Dusk, and Noctis were about to take out Rainbow Dash before Flash had his accident with Sonota.

"Its because they were in the way," Sunset Shimmer answered.

They all went silent at that. If Magnus didn't get her out, then it would have been her to get he beating Flash got. Or they might both have received it anyways.

'What did you do to them to make them hate you so much?" Dash asked.

Sunset Shimmer looked down. In the bright morning she saw her shadow.

"When they first came around they were look in for something. Always on the prowl." Sunset Shimmer started.

She never got a chance to continue because the rest of the rainboons showed up.

Later that day Sunset Shimmer sat in her first period. Or more like stood next to her first period. Her first period was woodshop and her class was building a new pep rally stadium. It would be a fun project for the students at CHS since they had a gym, and outside stage. Right now the project was just getting started.

Sunset Shimmer felt a little uneasy. All these nails reminded her to much of when she, snips, and snails had to repair the school after she wrecked it as a raging she demon.

It didn't help that Dusk, Echo, and Slash were there with the dazzlings. While the dazzlings were pretty much ignoring her. The Titans were shooting her death stares.

When the bell rang a women with gray skin and light gray hair walked up to them. "Welcome, for those of you who don't know me, I'm silverflash." She said.

"Okay, yesterday we brought out all our tools, but today I need three volunteers to haul the lumber," Silver Flash said.

Before anybody could do anything Sonota jumped up and volunteered the three titan boys.

"They can do it, they are really strong. And they're really good at hauling things from place to place." Sonota said.

Five people face palmed themselves.

"Theres a difference between carrying a duffle and a shit ton of wood," Echo mumbled.

Mrs. Silver Flash either didn't hear or didn't care. "You three please come here," she said.

The three boys went to her as the rest of the class began to talk amongst themselves. The only rainboom who was there was Apple Jack and herself. So the quickly found themselves. While Mrs. Silver Flash talked to the three titan boys the weather quickly changed. It went from sunny to cloudy and windy.

"Wish I brought my coat," Apple Jack said.

At least the Sirens aren't doing so bad," Sunset Shimmer said.

The sirens were all wearing hoodies and jeans, but hey ent seem to mind the cold.

Soon the conversation between Mrs. Silver Flash was over as the three titans took off running towards the woods next to the school. While Mrs. Silver Flash walked back it began to sprinkle.

Now that the titans were gone Sunset Shimmer pulled out a small light gray stone. It was a suvinere from her first run in with the titans. It had small black veins running through it and curved around it. She used all the equestrian magic from it a long time ago. She used it sparingly, but it still quickly ran out after two years. The last year she lost the fall formal and got defeated by the rainbooms. Something about the rock made her feel powerful and gave her use of her unicorn powers again. Still though, she never used it more than ounce every couple of months.

"What's that?" Apple Jack asked.

"Just a suvinere," Sunset Shimmer said while quickly putting it away. Apple Jack gave her a suspicious look, but left it at that.

"If any of you guys want to get our coats from your lockers you may do that now, Mrs. Silver Flash said.

Most of the class besides Sunset Shimmer and the Dazzlings all rushed to the doors.

"Coming?" Apple Jack asked.

"No thanks, I'm good," Sunset Shimmer said while straightening her leather jacket.

"Okay, since it's just you four, you can get started on the foundation," Mrs. Silver Flash said to the four girls.

"Way to go Sonota," Aria said.

"What did I do?" Sonota asked with her hands up.

"Dusk and Echo know how to build, and Slash worked as a carpenter as a kid," Aria said.

"Oh, so that's why they got excited when they realized were building something," Sonota said while waving her hand.

"You would have known that if you weren't the worst." Aria said.

"I'm not the worst, you are." Sonota said.

"No, you are," Aria shot back.

"Girls, shut up," Adagio said.

Now would be the best time Sunset Shimmer thought as she walked up to them.

"What do you want?" Aria growled.

"I just wanted to ask you something?" She said.

"What makes you think were going to do it?" Aria asked.

"Spit it out, we have a lot of work to do," Adagio said.

Sunset Shimmer looked at them. She knew that all they would do is slack off. "Could you tell the Titans that I'm really sorry about what I did?" She asked. The Dazzlingsall stared at her like she was crazy.

"You don't know how much they hate you?" Adagio said more than asked.

"I have a pretty good idea," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Their hate for you is real. And I never seen someone hate someone so hard. And I've seen a lot of hate in my time." Aria said.

"How bad do they hate me?" Sunset asked a little afraid of the answer.

Now the rain was in a downpour. "Slash, Eclips, River, and Sivera want you blood. Dusk wants you to suffer while Noctis and Echo dream of tearing you apart," Sonota said almost cheerfully. Sunset back stepped a couple of times and was not afraid. She knew how to handle punch you in the face hate, but not cut your throat hate. Lucky enough for her though the rest of the students finally returned.

Echo POV

Echo stood at the edge of the free wood yard. "So all this stuff is free?" Slash asked.

"Thats what she said," Dusk replied.

"Thinking what I'm thinking?" Slash asked.

"Yeah, but first we have to get a lot of this stuff back to CHS," Dusk said.

Echo turned and saw three long boards with ropes tied to them. "I have an idea," he said grinning.

Sunset Shimmer PIC

Sunset Shimmer did her best to keep up with Apple Jack, but her mind was elsewhere. It wasn't her fault that it went down that way. She didn't know how much the titans needed the stones. She only knew how powerless they were without them. Suddenly a single loud angry roar came from the woods that made even Mrs. Silver Flash jump. The whole class all struggled to see through the rain.

Out of the woods came out the three titan boys with makeshift sleighs behind them. On the sleighs were big piles of lumber yard. The three titan boys themselves looked exhausted. Echo caught her eye and she could see the hate. He had more reason to hate her than the rest, but she also saw something else there too. She saw longing.

Letting loose.

The next couple of days went by in a blurr for Magnus. He had Math for first period, chemistry second, Culinary Arts third, first lunch, then finished with gym. His math class was with Rarity, Val, Merlin, and Noctis. Noctis proved to be a prodigy at math and seemed to calm down to being almost nice when she used it.

Her golden skin matched her bronze hair that flowed so perfectly. When she smiled it was almost like he could see her in a time before she became a cold hearted b****. His second period he had it with Sunset Shimmer, Eclipse, Sivera, and River. While Sunset Shimmer excelled at chemistry, the titans failed. Still though, they seemed to love it as much as Noctis loved math. In culinary arts he shared with Trixie, Kindle, Dusk, Noctis, Pinkie Pie, Sunset Shimmer, and the Dazzlings. In there all of the people he knew loved cooking besides Noctis, Adagio, and Aria who looked like they would rather be anywhere else.

The first day Magnus wedged himself between Sunset Shimmer and the Titans. While the teacher explained course safety and introduced the various tools they would be using. He was scared the titans might get a little too excited when the held the corn knives. So he sat very close to Sunset Shimmer that their legs touched. The contact made them both blush, but the alternative would be sitting next to Dusk and Noctis who who took a liking to the oversized corn knives. So they both endured it. That was only the first day. The second they kept a awkward distance between them. Each day during gym the various games that Coach Iron Will made grew increasing competitive.

On Thursday he had them run a foot race, in the end it was a tie between Rainbow Dash, Dusk, and himself. Each time only one thought went through his head. 'Win, win, win,' And each day the Dazzlings looked a little more healthy.

Now after three days he was ready for the weekend. Just as he was leaving CHS, he almost ran into Adagio. That surprised Magnus because he rarely saw the Dazzlings without at least one Titan, and never saw them with out at least each other. He tried to talk to one alone, but never found the opportunity. Now that it was here he was at a loss of words because I was Adagio.

"Leaving so soon?" Adagio asked.

"Yeah, um it's the weekend now," Magnus replied.

"Please, you don't have to take off like a racehorse at the sound of the final bell," Adagio said.

Magnus felt himself blush, much to her amusement.

"The reason why I'm here is to invite you and the other illusions to a party." She said.

"Who? And where?" Magnus asked a little too quickly. Adagio laughed again. It's at the old Victorian house in the woods opposite of Apple Acres." Adagio explained.

"Sorry, but I don't know where that is," Magnus replied.

"Have Trixie shown you where it is. My friends own the place now. So we are throwing a party that no one has ever seen." Adagio said.

"Will you be there?" Magnus asked then face palmed himself

"Or course, it would be rather strange of me to invite you to a party that I'm not going to," Adagio said while walking towards him. "If I'm in a partying mood though," she said then leaned and whispered into his ear. "You'll just have to find out." Then she was gone.

5 house later

"You sure she said the old Victorian home?" Trixie asked as she led them on a old path through the woods. Behind him trudged Merlin, Kindle, and Val.

"Opposite of Apple acres," Magnus finished.

"Strange, why would anybody move there. It looks like the place is hunted or something." Val said from behind them.

"It doesn't matter why, what matters is that they live five miles away from the city with no one to complain about the party." Merlin pointed out.

"Looks like we weren't the only one's who were invited,"Val said as another group of CHS students walked past them.

After several minutes of walking they finally found the place. No mistake their ninja bikes parked in the old open garage. The place itself was a older one that looked like No one has lived there for a least a couple of years. The red paint that first covered it only showed up in bits and pieces. Around fifty feet from the front door was a roaring bonfire with dozens of kids already there. Mixed with them were scores or kids in purple uniforms. All the while a steady stream of CHS students came from the woods. Across from that was a blue haired girl with turquoise highlights sitting next to a Dj set up that looked like it transformed from her car.

"I'll catch you guys later," Magnus said when he saw Sunset Shimmer walk into the clearing.

"Sunset Shimmer," Magnus called.

Sunset Shimmer turned and smiled when she saw him. She waved her friends away. As they walked they all were grinning.

"Hey Magnus, nice party right?" Sunset Shimmer said.

"Yeah about that, I'm surprised you came." Magnus said.

"It was one it friends conditions," Sunset Shimmer replied.

"Conditions?"

Sunset Shimmer motioned to the Dj girl. "DJ Pon-3, she and I are kind of in the same band," Sunset Shimmer explained.

"Your in a band? That freaking awesome," Magnus said which caused her to blush.

She opened her mouth to say somehing, but a loud voice behind them shouted "I'm going to f*** you up,"

The two of them both turned and saw A white haired kid with light gray skin in a purple uniform screaming at a peach skinned boy with blonde hair. Magnus knew a trouble maker when he saw one and this kid was no exception. He turned to quell the problem before it became any worse, but stopped when Echo appeared out of nowhere and stood directly in front of him. Out of the shadows he saw Dusk and Noctis creeping behind the white haired trouble maker with two of the largest corn knives in their hands. Dusk looked a lot smaller when he was sneaking up. Magnus first guessed his height around 6'2, but now he wondered if he over guessed.

"What's the problem?" he asked.

"He stole my beer!" the trouble maker roared.

Echo turned and glared at the other boy who threw his hands up.

"Not true, I dont even have a beer on me," he cried.

Echo stared at the green haired boy for a long minute before turning back. "Looks like you just lost it, get another one and shut up or leave," Echo said.

"Who the he-" the boy started before noticing Dusk and Noctis right behind him with their corn knives. Things looked like they we're about to get ugly. The trouble maker began to seep out a light gray smoke. He knew he was surrounded.

Before anything else could happed a light gray skin man who was probably a graduate or college student stepped in and grabbed the trouble maker. He had sapphire blue hair with turquoise blue streaks running through it.

"Please, before anybody get hurt. Let me take care of him," he said.

The three titans looked at each other and Dusk nodded. The man took the boy firmly and dragged him out. The boy struggled at first, but then followed defeated.

"So there's the trouble maker." Slash called. The whole party began laughing.

Several hours later Magnus and Sunset Shimmer were sitting next to one of the many bonfires that dotted the area next to the titans house. They were at the largest of the bonfires which was just a couple dozen feet from the titans front door where Slash was perched on the front porch with his own corn knife. His military style jacket was hanging open and he was wearing one of those facemask that went from just below the eyes to being scruffed at the neck. It was the color of black and he was keeping a watchful eye on the partygoers.

At their bonfire was Sonota, Eclips, Sivera, Merlin, Magnus, and Sunset Shimmer. Adagio and Dusk disappeared after the trouble maker left while Aria went inside the house. The rest of the titans besides Slash were at another bonfire with some of those students in the purple uniforms. Noctis looked like she was enjoying herself.

"So Magnus right? How long have you lived here?" Sonota asked him.

"About a week, but I came every now and then." Magnus replied.

"Try this out," Eclips said while handing Sivera a fiery red bottle.

"So we're doing that tonight," Sonota said while pulling out a water.

"Doing what?" Merlin asked suspicously.

"We call it fiery death, it's a game where all who is playing places money in the center

Then we all take a drink of the ghost pepper sauce and see who goes the longest without having to drink their water. Want to play?" Sonota asked innocently.

"Im game, what about you Merlin?"

"I'll put down fifty,"

"What about you Sunset Shimmer?"

"I guess I can try," she said excitedly.

"Okay good, but Merlin." Sonota said.

"Yeah?"

"You can't be a cheapskate and only put down fifty." She said kindly.

"Wait how much do we put down?" Magnus asked.

"Five hundred each," Eclips answered.

Magnus, Merlin, and Sunset Shimmer all had shocked looks on their faces, but they changed it to determination. "Lets do it. Merlin said.

Eclips and Sivera handed them each a single red bottle. On it was a skull and crossbones with the words

Warning, consume at your own risk. Eclips handed Sunset Shimmers like it was a live cobra. Then they handed them a water bottle that was designed to counteract the ghost peppers. The winnings would be three thousand dollars and Magnus was determined to win.

"Ready, set, go!" Sonota cried as they each slammed their ghost pepper sauces. Dj Pon-3 coincidentally began to play highway to hell.

At first nothing happened. Then the peppers started to kick in. Magnus let out a breath as his neck started burning. A quick glance to the others told they were feeling the samething. After another minute the hot sauce was only getting hotter and hotter. The first one to go was Sunset Shimmer. After her Eclips quickly filled with Merlin trailing behind. He could tell Slash was grinning at them. Sivera fell after another ten seconds and it was just Magnus and Sonota.

She was sweating, but didn't even looked fazed. Magnus on the other hand felt like he was dying. He still thought he could win until Sonota stopped sweating and drank another bottle.

"Jesus Christ Sonota, do you not feel pain?" Eclips asked.

"Its not even that hot?" She replied. That's when Magnus gave up.

"Aww, you guys only lasted two minutes," Sonota complained. She took her winnings and left.

The two Titans looked at each other and nodded. After that they stood up and disappeared among the wanderers going from bonfire to bonfire.

"Need this?" Sunset Shimmer asked while offering Sonotas untouched relief drink.

"Yes," Magnus almost cried.

She handed him the relief drink which he drank in earnest.

"Thanks," Magnus said while laying back.

Sunset Shimmer layed back too with her hand underneath her head.

"I really shouldn't have made that bet," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Me neither," Magnus answered. As he stared at the sky he noticed the stars. There was so many out in the woods without the lights from canderlot.

Suddenly there was feedback from a microphone as a deep, but smooth voice came on. "Okay everyone come close to the house,"

Magnus looked up and saw Dusk with the microphone. Behind him were the Dazzlings in their normal hoodies and jeans, but something was off about Dusk. His eyes looked like they we're glowing red from the massive bonfire.

"We have a treat for you all who showed up at our party," Dusk said.

Magnus moved closer with Sunset Shimmer beside him. Behind them he saw Slash at the corner of his eyes standing a little too close to Sunset Shimmer for comfort, but he didn't want to argue. That corn knife was sharp. He gazed around and saw that the other titans were standing behind the other rainbooms with corn knives in hand. Did they plan something? The rainbooms all noticed their titan tails and suddenly grew very pale.

"So let's hear it for the Dazzlings!" Dusk roared as he gave them the microphones. The CHS students suddenly looked suspicious, but before they could do anything the music came on.

In the beginning

Aria was kneeling next to a tree. Like usual She was cut and bruised. The other ponies could be so mean. At first they were nice, but after a while they got angry at her singing. It wasn't her fault she had a singing talent. So she just ran away from her town. In the distance she could see two colts coming closer. Frightened she tried to stand, but the pain in her leg was to much. Aria let out a cry and fell. The two colts stopped and began to run towards her, probably to beat her up. Even more scared she tried to get up again. This time she let out a shriek of pain and fell. The two colts increased their speed and got even closer. Now they were within thirty feet of her and began to slow down. One was a little taller than the other while both of them were a little too slim. He had a silver coat with a black mane that had red highlights. The other one had a charcoal gray coat with a dark gray mane with steel gray highlights. Now that they were closer she could see that they haven't eaten well in a while. Their ribs were showing and their eyes were like pools of black ink. They were unicorns.

"Leave me alone!" She tried shouting at them, but her voice came out all weak.

"Your bleeding," the silver colt said.

Aria looked down and opened her eyes in fear. One of the meaner unicorns opened a gash in her leg, but she thought it clotted. Her blood soaked the grass where she was kneeling. Her thoughts went back to the two colts and she turned back to them.

"I won't let you hurt me like the others," she said defiantly.

The two unicorns who appeared not much older than she was looked at each other. From the look of their eyes, these two knew the horrors of the world better than she did. They gave each other concerned looks then turned towards her.

"Were not going to hurt you," The gray colt said calmly.

"Are you sure you're alright?" The silver colt asked.

Aria opened her mouth to say something, but she saw a flash of red and everything went black.

Adagio POV

Adagio sat in the carriage with her adopted family. Lord and Lady Goldwood sat opposite of her and talked about the party they were going to. He Lulamoons were a very wealthy family that were even more wealthy then the goldwoods. While they talked she gazed outside. Outside she saw a small cluster of yearlings walkin together. One was a silver Philly with ink black hair that had red highlights. Behind her was a really pale gray colt with a white mane. He other one was a smaller colt with a pale green coat and a emerald green mane. Lastly was another colt with a ink black mane and light gray colt. They all seemed to be slowly circling a food stand.

Turning her gaze she saw a large castle looming in the distance. It was slowly coming closer as they closed the distance. She got excited, but the sight of phillies and colts stealing for food made her stomach fill with butterflies.

"Adagio honey, what's wrong?" Lady Goldwood asked.

"Nothing really, it's just that I saw three yearlings about to steal food. I was able to see their ribs," Adagio said.

"Thieves, gutter trash. They're the reason the world is full of crime." Lady Goldwood said between her teeth.

"Calm down Ember. And Adagio, some ponies aren't doing so good. They were not born with the privileges we were. Try and remember that when you pass a begged on the street." Lord Goldwood said.

"We can't help all of them Stoneheart," Lady Goldwood said.

"No we can not, so Adagio remember that your top priority is your own. Everyone else can wait," Lord Goldwood said.

Half an hour later they arrived at the Lulamoons Castle. Already many people arrived, but a young cornflower blue unicorn with a light gray mane greeted them.

"Welcome to my family's castle. My name is Star Swirl Lulamoon. If you need anything then please let me or one of the servants know." he said.

"Thank you Lord Lulamoon," Lord Goldwood said.

After that they entered the castle ball room and Adagio was free to wander around. While she was walking she heard the band play a beautiful melody that Adagio swayed her head to. While she was dancing to the music she noticed a Philly with a beautiful gold coat and bronze mane darting from table to table. Adagio immediately knew she was high born by the way she appeared. However she also knew that what she was doing wasn't Lady like.

Adagio followed her at a distance as the bronze haired philly exited the hall. Adagio thought she saw her carrying a armful of food. When she turned the last corner she darted back and peeked back around. The bronze haired philly was giving her smuggled food to three yealings. One was a silver pony with a silver mane. The other was a light red colt with a fiery red mane. Another was a small colt with a pale golden coat, and a black mane.

"Thanks Noctis," the philly said.

"No problem Sivera, and remember if you guys ever need a place to stay, come to my family's estate," Noctis said kindly.

"Thanks for the offer, but you know we will never want to be a burden," The fiery colt said.

"Just putting it out there Inferno," Noctis said.

Adagio went back to the hall a little shocked. Those ponies looked like zombies. Her mind quickly cleared when she heard the music. With it her thoughts disappeared. She began swaying to the music and humming. Before long she was singing. While she was singing she slowly went into a daze. The sounds all drifted except the music until.

"ADAGIO! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?" Lady Goldwood shouted.

Adagio snapped open her eyes and looked around as the music screeched to a halt. With dread she realized why all sounds drifted away. The whole party surrounded her in awe and went silent to listen to her voice save the musicians.

"For for the love of- Let the girl sing!" Lord Goldwood said loudly. The whole rooms heads snapped from Lady Goldwood to Lord Goldwood and back to Lady Goldwood again

"Sing? She's a nobleman's daughter, NOT A JESTER!" Lady Goldwood shouted back.

They said more, but Adagio ran by then with tears in her eyes. She didnt stop for a short while. When she turned back she was surprised to see how far the castle was from her. Taking a breath she counted to ten. When she finished she didn't really feel much better, but good enough to deal with her adopted mother. Her father would back her up. He loved her singing.

When she started to walk back, she grunted as a unicorn rammed into her. Gasping she looked and saw a brown unicorn with a blue mane grinning at her.

"Your going to pay for that, my father is Lord Goldwood." Adagio screamed.

The pony grinned at her evily. Adagio's eyes opened wide as she realized his dark intentions. She screamed for help as the unicorn rammed her again. Adagio fell to the ground and coughed blood. The unicorn slowly walked towards her when she heard a shout.

"Leave her alone!" a young colts voice shouted. Adagio turned her pained head and saw the pack of thieves from before running at them. The light gray one with a black mane had a sack of Apple's across his back

The silver coated philly was the only unicorn.

The brown unicorn groaned in annoyance, then pain as the pale green colt rammed into him. He roared an angry roar as the young ponies attacked him. As brave as they were, he was a lot bigger and more powerful. He roared and kicked the Philly the light gray ones, but the pale green one who was quite handsome got his horn across the face. The young colt screamed as a cut opened from below his ear to underneath his eye. The brown unicorn might have done more, but several Lulamoon guards swarmed him.

Adagio groaned in pain as she saw the silver unicorn motion towards the white haired pony.

"Ghost grab him, Comet come on!" She shouted. While the Lulamoons were focused on the brown unicorn, the young ponies disappeared into the night. The green colt who got cut saw still screaming with his hooves held to his face. A second later Adagio passed out from the pain.

Sonota POV

Sonota sang to the crowd surrounding her. She was surrounded by poorly ponies who were more generous than the more wealthy ponies. They filled a small basket she set up with bits when she finished. Sonota knew that they didn't leave much, but she didn't mind. It was the singing that she loved. So what if she went to bed hungry many nights, at least she made people happy.

When she finished the day she counted the amount of bits she received. In title she made twenty two bits that day. .She bought herself a bag of oats, a basket of apples, and a barrel of Apple cider. The store owner loved her singing and gave her what she wanted for the little she had. Smiling she found a comfortable clearing to sleep in. While she sat down and began to eat she noticed a light gray colt with a violent mane. Next to him was a philly with a violet coat and a red mane with yellow highlights. She could both see their ribs as they walked up to her.

"Excuse me, but do you think you could spare a mouthful of oats?" The colt asked.

Sonota didn't want to share her hard earned food, but these yearlings looked like they were about to die of hunger.

"Sure, help yourself." Sonota said.

"Really?" The philly asked.

"Yeah, I can always get more," Sonota said.

The two ponies sat down and began to slowly eat their food. Not a good sign.

"Whears your parents?" Sonota asked, but she kind of knew the answer.

"Were orphans," the colt said.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm a orphan too," Sonota said.

"Dont worry about it, and what's your name? the philly asked.

"I'll trade you name for name," Sonota offered.

"I'm River," the colt said.

"Glint," the philly said.

"Sonota," Sonota replied.

"After eating their fair share which was less than Sonota expected they both stood up and thanked her for the meal.

"Say, do you have anywhere to stay tonight?" Glint asked while looking at a few approaching clouds.

"I was thinking of staying here," Sonota admitted.

The two ponies looked at each other then to her.

"Want to stay with us? It's the least we can do after that meal," River said.

"For realzies?" Sonota asked.

The two ponies looked surprised before smiling. "Yes,"

Sonota smiled and almost shouted "Yes please!"

"Come on then!" Glint said excitedly.

Within seconds they packed up her supplies and ran into the woods. When they finally reached their destination Sonota hid her disappointment. She hoped for a house, but she saw a old beaten down cabin.

"Dont worry, they get better inside." River said noticing Sonota' s disappointment.

Inside wasn't the best, but bit was a better set up than Sonota expected. There was six beds than were on he floor, a fireplace, and even a small bathroom in a separate room.

"Need a bath?" Glint asked. Sonota was in the bathroom with the door closed before she finished.

Half an hour later they were sitting next to the fire place.

"So Sonota, while you were taking a bath, River and I talked. And we would like to come with us to meet the rest of our gang." Glint said.

"For realzies?" Sonota asked.

"Yup, you'll love it if you say yes. Dusk and Dawn are the bestiest unicorns you can meet. And if you want, Noctis will give you food if you ask her," Glint explained.

"Yes," Sonota said In joy.

"Okay good, we normally meet at Noctis's families summer home every couple of months, but we never stay." River said.

"Wait until you meet Meadow, he's very handsome pony," Glint said in glee. River rolled his eyes.

"I can't wait to meet them," Sonota said.

Clash of the Titans

Dusk, Noctis, River, and Sivera all sat around a fire. The weather was slowly turning colder and their house still needed repairs. The day they arrived Dusk sent Comet to collect a series of stones that could hold the chaos energy, today he would be returning. Being one on the safe side he sent Eclips, Slash, and Echo to escort him in.

That was hours ago, now another thunder storm was staring and it was well late into the night. While sitting he turned to the left overs from their party. Adagio yold him that these kids were idiots, but holy flock of sea turtles they were dumb. He got them drunk and in a party mood so that they wouldn't notice. The whole thing went by quicker than any of them realized and he had to cut his time with Adagio short. And that song brought them under the sirens spell rather quickly. The only threat they faced was the rainbooms. And they handled that perfectly. A titan next to each Rainboom with a corn knife. That shut them up for the show. And Fluttershy went so pale he thought he might be able to see through her if he tried hard enough. Dusk was smiling to himself when his ring flashed. That only meant two things. It was observing chaos energy or another one of them were close. The sirens went home a long time ago so that meant the other titans were back.

Noctis felt it to because she stood up so fast River and Sivera realized something was up. Dusk tasted the sir with his Dragon senses and realized something. Noctis tasted the air and glanced at a tree behind them. The two Titans looked at the tree for a second before turning towards each other. In front of them Comet came crashing out of the woods with a black duffle that looked stuffed. On his face was one of their black face shields.

Comet looked out of breath as he started walking towards them before spinning around. Behind came Eclips and Slash with matching black face shields. The two Titans were half fighting half dragging a big guy into the clearing. One look and Dusk knew that it was Bulk Biceps, but why was he here? From the look of things, Bulk Biceps was tired. A spider web of blood on his right side looked like the cause of that. He knew it was from his guys because of Slashes bloody corn knife. Bulk Biceps did something. Without a second thought he walked up to Bulk Biceps and rammed his fist into his gut. Bulk Biceps let out a shriek as he collapsed into the ground. Noctis was slowly circling around to the tree they both glanced at just before the other Titans came.

"What happened? " Dusk asked.

"Eclipse and I were looking for Comet just like you said to do. When we found him we saw this one sneaking up on him. After thay we followed at a distance until the brute tried taking the duffle. That's when we charged in and gave him a thrashing." Slash said while cleaning off his knife.

"Anybody see you?" Dusk asked.

Before they could answer another set of people could be heard. They all turned and saw Echo coming out of the woods while dragging out a kid in a purple uniform with light gray skin and white hair.

"The trouble maker," River said.

Bulk Biceps looked astonished at the sight of the other kid

Then it turned to dread as he realized that they were caught spying and tried stealing from the Titans. His suprise only got worse when Noctis reached behind the tree they glanced at, a second later she threw Sunset Shimmer into the clearing. The fiery haired girl was as surprised to see herself get caught as the rest of the people besides Dusk and Noctis.

Seconds later Noctis and Echo stood in front of her. River was behind her corn knife in hand as Dusk, Echo, Noctis, and Comet huddled together. Eclips and River stood next to the two boys with corn knives at the ready.

"How did you get caught Stone Wisp?" Bulk Biceps asked the other boy.

"After you tried grabbing the duffle and got jumped, I knew I seen enough to go to the police or maybe even celestia. It was only when I was down the street did I notice a shadow right behind me. When I turned I saw the big one with the gray hair standing there with those big knives hey carry. At that moment I tried running, but he was so fast it seemed like a blurr. Gave me a good slash across the chest and held it to my thoat. From then he quickly dragged me after you guys." Stone Wisp answered.

"Why didn't you call for help?" Bulk Biceps asked.

"He said that if I did then he would cut my throat and he would destroy my body. How fast he moved I didn't want to try him." Stone Wisp answered. Bulk Biceps nodded understandingly.

"What should we do with them?" Comet asked.

"Threaten them? I don't really want to kill them." Echo said.

"We might just have too," Noctis announced.

Dusk shook his head. "A bit pointless, we can harvest them for our storage stones. And you guys can feed and finally be fed." He explained.

"Can we spare at least one? If we harvest two of them and leave Sunset Shimmer, then we can kill two birds with one stone. Those two will be like zombies and forget about this little charade. And Sunset Shimmer will keep the rainbooms our of our hair,"

Noctis glared at him. "You've always been soft on her. Don't forget that she's more powerful than two of Those rainbows or whatever their called combined. Maybe three, we should just kill her now and be done with it," Noctis said.

"Exactly, she could take us on and only you, me, and Dusk would stand a chance. Even Comet doesn't stand a chance at surviving at his current level of power." Echo explained.

"Your just still chasing a lost dream," Noctis said while storming straight towards Sunset Shimmer.

"She's going to kill us all," Echo said while glancing at Dusk.

"Do what you gotta do, Comet lets take care of these two." Dusk said while walking towards the two boys.

Sunset Shimmer POV

Sunset Shimmer stood as stiff as a tree. Slash was one of the more aggressive Titans. With her eyes closed she hought back to before she was discovered. After the party she left Magnus who was probably under the Dazzlings spell. The Titans began ushering everyone out as fast as they could. It was that hat made her suspicious and hide behind a tree. A decision She now regretted. The Dazzlings said their goodbyes and Adagio gave Dusk a passionate kiss before leaving. After that Eclips, Slash, and Echo went off towards Canderlot. For the next couple of hours Sunset Shimmer stood hidden by the tree unable to move or get comfortable which was really hard with the thunderstorm hitting them. It was so surprising when Noctis reached behind the tree and threw her into the clearing.

While she was thinking she heard a snap of twigs in front of her. She looked up and Saw Dusk and Comet standing in front of the two boys with their eyes glowing red. Each had a hand on the boy's head who had their eyes open in a silent terrified scream. It was hard to tell because of the heavy rain. What worried her most was that Noctis was standing in front of her with glowing red eyes. This time she no longer looked malnourished, but scarecrow still hunted her face. 'Maybe they have nightmares,' Sunset Shimmer thought.

Noctis' s eyes looked angry, but happy as she was slowly stroking the edge of her corn knife. Sunset Shimmers eyes opened wide in realization. Noctis was going to kill her here and now. 'Do something, hit her, run, pony up,' Sunset Shimmer though to herself.

Suddenly the air seemed to shift and Noctis went very still with anger filling her face. The feeling in the air made her think back to that night in Sugar star, how Magnus and his gang talked in their third language. With dread filling her head he slowly inched her eyes to the left.

Echo stood right behind Noctis with cornknife in hand. His jaw was locked as his jaw muscles twitched. He had more right to want to kill her the most. 'Are they fighting on who gets to kill her?' Sunset Shimmer wondered.

The spot above her seemed to spark as River, Eclips, Slash, and Sivera snapped their heads from Echo to Noctis then to Echo again. Sunset Shimmer looked towards Dusk who was watching the two Titans have a mental battle from the corner of his eye. Stone Wisp looked half dead and was whimpering.

After realizing that these guys were the ones responsible for Fluttershy's state she snapped her eyes back towards the two Titans in front of her after the air sparking above her only intensified.

The other four titans watched with worried looks as the two Titans in front of her gripped their corn knives so hard that their knuckles were white. Suddenly their was a more powerful snap in the air as Noctis's face turned to anger and fear as she back stepped several times like something hit her. Echo kept glaring at Noctis who stormed away and straight in front of poor Bulk Biceps and grabbed his face. Comet stepped back a little annoyed, but didn't do anything. Dusk who was holding the duffel actually smirked at Echo before turning towards the Victorian house.

Sunset Shimmer stood frozen as the Titans left her. She wouldn't have believed it if she didn't see it. Echo who was one of the few people in the world who deserved to hurt her just saved her from Noctis's wrath. Now she was alone with two drooling Bulk Biceps and Stone Wisp. The titans were gone.

Magnus Lulamoon

Magnus Lulamoon was a lanky teenager with a lean body build. And dark grayish violet eyes with light gray hair that had natural light cornflower blueqish gray highlights. His hair came down to his eyes, but was never messy even when he had bed head. And so he always let it hang loose. His skin was a pale light grayish cornflower blue. And he was tall. 6'2 in total. His outfit was a deep purple pair of jeans with a navy blue hoodie that had a light gray cresent moon with a light cornflower blueish gray wand on the right breast.

Right now Magnus was walking with a dark blue duffle bag full of his stuff. He just arrived to live in canderlot after much begging by his younger cousin and the rest of 'The Illusions' His friend Merlin and the other male of the 'The Illusions' arrived this morning. From what he heard though. He missed quite a show yesterday from Trixie. After several minutes of walking Magnus found his house. It was left to him by his recently deceased grandma. (R.I.P.) How ever his aunt had tried returning to screw him and Trixie over by trying to steal the bulk of their inheritance. Lucky for the two of them though, their grandma left a lawyer who was a friend of the family in charge of her affairs. And so Magnus got a nice large six bedroom house bedroom house that came with a pool and hot tub. With that he also received a eight million dollar check. After that he received various items left by his grandma.

His house had a ebony wood door. It was very expensive, But when his grandma purchased the house, she made it the best. Putting his key into the lock he turned and walked inside.

Letting out a sigh of relief he looked around his place. It was a little dusty, But after being away for two years, that was expected of the place. He had a nice cozy kitchen that connected to the dining room through a open doorway. The dining room connected to the front door and had a nice oak floor. Sitting in the center of the room was a large oak table that was big enough to fit up to sixteen people. Smiling while setting his duffle on the table, he then walked towards the living room. His living room was just how he left it plus a layer of dust.

His living room was a pretty large one that had a thick, soft, light gray carpet. Three large overstuffed red couches with deep purple pillows. At the end of his living room was a 70" flat screen and a high tech surround sound. On the right of the living room was a small doorway that led to the backyard, on the other side was a hallway that led to the bed rooms.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Spinning on his heels Magnus changed his course from the bed rooms to the front door. When he finally got there, he opened it and starred into moderate purple eyes. His face went from curiosity to joy as his cousin trixie lulamoon tackled him.

"The great and powerful Trixie has missed you." Trixie cried out.

"Missed you too, and can you um? Please let me up?" Magnus asked.

"Oh, the great and apologetic Trixie is sorry," Trixie said while geting off of him. The two of them looked so much alike that people often mistaken them for siblings. The only differences etween the two of them was their eyes ego's. Trixie was a little snobby, but had a kind heart. Magnus was more kind and humble, but had a fierce fire in him. "Have you anything to eat? Because Trixie is so very hungry." Trixie said while helping him up.

"Sorry, couldn't go grocery shopping yet. Know where Merlin, Fae, and Val are at?" Magnus asked.

"Trixie does, she will tell them to meet is at sugar cube." Trixie said while punching in a text into her cell phone.

"Whats a sugar cube?" Magnus asked while walking towards the door.

What happened next was something that only those who possese equestrian power could sense. It was like a sixth sense that came with them into this world. It was like a secret way of communicating with the mind, But it was also like a open channel. And it didn't use words. Trixie explained in brief of what the sugar star was. She described it a little better than she could with words, but not as good as she could if they were able to project images. From what he learned though a pink haired girl who was over excited would most likely be their waitress.

After that they both took off towards where ever Trixie said 'Sugar Star' was.

22 minutes later.

The two Lulamoons stood outside a diner that was relatively empty. As in there was only three groups of peoe in the diner. One was a group of girls who were the most diverse there could be. A country girl, a athlete, a biker queen, a shy looking girl, and a beuty queen. The other was a group of three girls who were wearing hoodies. Their hoods were drawn back to reveal a purple haired girl with pig tails. A blue haired girl with a pony tail, and finally a golden girl with curly hair. All three of them looked cocky, But lacked something that he couldn't quite see.

The last group he knew very well. The one called Kindle had short magneta hair, purple skin, and blue eyes. The other girl had honey blonde hair, purple skin, and purple eyes. Her name was Val. The last one was a guy named Merlin. He was as tall as Magnus, but was a little more slimmer. He had The same purple skin as the other two, violet hair, and magnets eyes. His hoodie was also violet with some dark bluish gray jeans.

"Magnus!" Val and Kindle cried as they threw themselves at him in a hug.

"Missed you guys too," Magnus said with a grin.

"Merlin was telling us about your adventures the past two years, Kindle said.

"Was he now? Did he mention the time he accident smashed my laptop because he thought he saw a spider?" Magnus asked. Now the rest of the Illusions were starring at the violet kid.

"What? I thought it was a wolf spider." Merlin said with his hands up.

"It was a daddy long leg," Magnis replied with a grin.

A second later, sugar star was filled with the Illusions laughter. The group of girls all glanced over at them. Then turned away. And began speaking to the biker queen. Magnus smiled while gazing at his gang. It was good to be finally home.

Tensions arise.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Magnus woke up to his alarm.

"Shut up!" he pleaded with the merciless machine. His alarm clock gave no mercy and kept ringing. "Fine im up you happy now?" Magnus asked while standing up. The alarm kept going BEEP BEEP BEEP. "Oh yeah I forgot. Your a machine." Magnus said while pushing the off button. He turned to his dresser as the alarm started to sound again. "What do you want?" Magnus screamed at it while he unplugged the powercord. "Haha I win," Magnus said in glee. Then the alarm clock want off again. Magnus screamed in terror and slammed the clock down and smashed it with his foot. The alarm want off again. That's when Magnus began to smash the bloody thing to bits. "The Great and Powerful Magnus Will not be mocked!" he roared at the broken machine.

After he finished smashing his alarm clock to smitheriens he for dressed. Hisb outfit was one of the ones he purchased at Rarity's shop. Really dark purple jeans, a bluish purple t-shirt, and a navy blue jacket. When he finished he walked over to his bathroom. His hair was always naturally fixed even when he just woke up so he didn't have to do anything to hit. His teeth however needed constant care so his breath wasn't smelly.

Grabbing his electric tooth brush he brushed his teeth. When he finished he walked to his kitchen and looked around his house. Despite being rich and nearly tripling his wealth with his magic show, he still used his drifter skills. That way he never will never forget where he came from.

Before he left he made sure all the lights were off, and outlets unplugged. When he finished he checked his watch and frowned. It was only 7:17. To much time to do any small task, but not enough time to grab any proper breakfast. So he decided to go to school. He locked his place up and went to his camaro. He unlocked the doors and get inside. Even though it was nearly three years old. Magnus kept his.ride in food condition

Not a thing was wrong with it.

Magnus rolled up to Canderlot High. He was right next to a Purple car that was pretty good looking. When he for out of his car he saw Rarity and Sunset Shimmer getting out of the car.

"Oh high there Magnus," Sunset Shimmer said in a cheerful voice.

"Morning Sunset Shimmer," Magnus replied with a wave.

Rarity POV

"I must say darling. Your eye candy with that outfit." Rarity said with a wink.

The blue skined boy gave a small shy laugh. "Thanks, got it from a store with this saleswoman who practicaly told me how to dress," he said. Then they were both laughing while a confused Sunset Shimmer glanced back and forth between them.

"He and Merlin both shopped at my store last saturday Sunset Shimmer, Rarity explained her. Her face want from confusion to realization. She opens her mouth to say something, but was cut off by the distant sound of motorcycle engines coming from a distance.

Since the battle of the bands Rarity was able to sense emotions to a few people at certain times. This was one of them as she felt a wierd sixth sense pick up something from Magnus and Sunset Shimmer. Magnus was radiating something like annoyance while Sunset Shimmer was giving off something that surprised Rarity. She was radiating dread.

Magnus POV

Now Magnus was really annoyed. The Titans were good when you hung out with them for short periods of time. Seeing them on a daily bases was just asking for trouble. So he told Rarity and Sunset Shimmer he would catch them later before leaving. He did notice that Sunset Shimmer looked slightly pale while Rarity was staring at him. Maybe his feeble attempt at flirting was better than he thought.

He was walking down the gall when he heard "Hey Magnus over here!" a familiar voice called.

Magnus grinned as he turned towards the other Illusions. "Want any peanut butter crackers?" Trixie asked. She was hanging out next to the vending machines with Val, Kindle, and Merlin. Each were eating something they purchased from the machines

"No thanks. Have any powdered donuts in there?" Magnus asked.

"White powdered or chocolate?" Trixie asked.

"White powdered," Magnus replied.

Soon afterwards when the Illusions were enjoying a vending machine snack the bell rang.

"7:50 already?" Kindle asked clearly surprised at how fast the time went by.

"Trixie will catch you four later. Right now she has to go to chemistry. " Trixie said while taking off.

"I'm actually taking chemistry too," Kindle said while pointing after trixie. She coughed then began to stride after her.

"So where are you two going?" Val asked while looking them both in the eye.

"We have to report in the front office." Magnus replied.

"Okay then. I see you too later," Val said while walking away with a slight sway in her hips.

Both he and Merlin were starring after her when the warning bell sounded. The two illusions looked at each other and then began to run to the main office.

When they arrived there out of breath it was 7:59. "Good we made it," Merlin gasped.

Magnus grinned as he opened the office door just as the bell rang. When they stepped inside he was surprised to see not only Sunset Shimmer, but Dusk there as well. Dusk was wearing a different outfit than what he was wearing before. Although he was still wearing his black commander jacket, he was wearing a t-shirt with a small red dragon on the right shoulder. His pants were still black, but his shoes were a black and red gym shoes. His hair now had red hit lights that was very dak red. That was strange. He had them naturally, but they disappeared and reappeared randomly. Most of the time when he didn't look like he wasn't starving to death. On his white hand was a silver ring with a red gem.

"Good, you two are finally here," Sunset Shimmer said with a smile. "I already know you two, but for you. My name is Sunset Shimmer and it's a pleasure to meet you. " she said while extending a hand. Dusk starred at her hand for a couple of seconds before shaking it. Magnus wondered if she even noticed his reluctance to shake it. "I'll be givin you three a tour of the school," she said while walking off. The three boys all followed her at a short distance.

2 hours later

"And so that's he end of the tour any questions?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Yeah, um why are there so many dark hallways?" Dusk asked.

Sunset shimmer shrugged. "I was told we all have first lunch. And today is great since we're getting some fresh food toay," Sunset Shimmer said.

"Is there taco's?" Merlin demanded.

"What?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"He's asking if there is taco Tuesdays here," Dusk said.

"Can't have a Tuesday without tacos," Magnus added.

Sunset Shimmer stared at the three boys like they we're crazy. "I just give you the most detailed tour possible and your more concerned about whether tacos are for lunch or not?" she asked astonished.

"Dont avoid he question Shimmer. " Dusk said.

Sunset Shimmer face palmed herself. "Yes there's taco tuesdays," she said defeated.

All three boys whooped and high dived each other. Sunset Shimmer began to mutter somehing about boys under her breah. Magnus also noticed Dusk shooting death glares at her. Even thouh they were rivals on the road, he barely knew a thing about Dusk and his gang. Except that they loved to light fireworks. He began to wonder if Sunset shimmer noticed his hatred was directed towards her. After thinking about it for a minute, he hoped she never would.
