“Uhg….” I couldn’t feel anything. “what the hell.” I could barley see past the warning signal on my HUD. “Where am I.” I asked myself as I looked past the red words and into the endless darkness. I began to feel light headed and realized I was slowly blacking out. “No…this is bad…must…stay…awake……” My eyes closed just as I saw a shimmering silver light coming into view. I was only able to reach out to it before I saw no more.

In front of me floating in a bullet proof tube was a black mummified bug-like creature. The creatures tongue mouth slowly opened and closed. Bubbles flowed from the tubes on its back and it’s gills flexed while it’s claws wriggled.
