• Failure of the 6 and the princesses during the Frozen North incident (the elements went in Sombra’s hooves)

The first battle of the Crystal Empire [Forces: 21.000 Ponies (Eq.) - 200.000 Shadowponies; Outcome: crushing defeat of the Eq. guards/militia. The inexperienced Equestrian army was overrun by the superior number of  warbred shadowponies. Fleeing ponies mostly died from the cold weather, sombra took control of; Casualties: 19.600 (Eq.) - 6.000 Shadowponies]

• Reformation of the Equestrian Army (recruitment of approx. 3.000.000 ponies in whole Equestria)

• Invasion of the equestrian territories east of the Crystal Empire.

• Instantaneous surrender of the cities of Edmaneton and Coltgary

• Construction of the first labour camp in Edmaneton

• The siege of Vanhoover

December 2012:

• Displacement of the quickly set up eq. army in the north of Equestria

• Invasion of the griffin kingdom by Sombra

• Alliance between the Griffin Kingdom, Saddle Arabia and Equestria against Sombra

• Sombra’s advance in the south and northeast of Equestria

• Beginning of the battle of Sierra Neighvada ( Forces: 400.000 shadowponies vs 600.000 Equestrians and 60.000 Saddle Arabians)

• Siege of Maredinburgh, Glascolt and Lundenwic

• Fall of Vanhoover

• Siege of Seaddle and Whinnypeg

• Sombra’s invasion of the Shivering Isles

• First wave of refugees in Canterlot coming from the north east

• Second offensive towards the Crystal Empire coming from Canterlot [Forces: 62.400 (Eq.) - 250.000 Shadowponies; Outcome: Another disastrous defeat; Casualties: 55.700 (Eq.) -  40.000 Shadowponies]

January 2013:

• Firing of the ‘Harmony’ on San Franciscolt [220.000 unicorns lose their ability to do magic; 400.000 Earthponies were weakened immensely, 350.000 Pegasi lose their ability to fly (11.000 fell to death)]

• Back rolling of Sombra’s armies from Lundenwic (the first equestrian victory)

• Occupation of Glascolt

• Riots in Coltgary [Complete destruction of the city; 200.000 ponies were put into labour camps in Frozen North; Massacre of Coltgary (30.000 ponies were killed)]

• Naval battle of cape Seaddle [complete destruction of the western navy; Casualties: 5.000 out of 20.000 ponies, 40 battleships, 4 airships (Eq.) - 6.000 out of 30.000 Shadowponies, 46 out of 63 battleships, 3 out of 12 airships; Many ponies could be rescued by the arriving Gryphon navy which continued the battle]

February 2013:

• Second siege of Lundenwic

• Fall of Maredinburgh

• Arrival of Saddle Arabian soldiers in the battle of Sierra Neighvada (Turning of the tide on the favour of Equestria)

• Occupation of the Gryphon Kingdom capital Ateró by Sombra

March 2013:

• Battle of decision on Cape Gryphonia [Forces: 150.000 ponies (Eq.) and 200.000 Gryphons, 22 airships (GK)  vs  240.000 Shadowponies, 20 airships; Outcome: Pyrrhic victory of Sombra, Collapse of the Gryphon Kingdom and Immense weakening of the eq. Shivering Isles army; Casualties: 111.000 ponies (Eq.), 187.000 Gryphons and all airships (GK) - 180.000 Shadowponies and 17 airships]

• Set up of a new focus on the Shivering Isles by Sombra

April 2013:

• Fall of Lundenwic

• Fallback by the Shadowponies in Sierra Neighvada

• Second firing of the harmony canon on the battlefield of Sierra Neighvada [Outcome: Complete loss of the allied army; Casualties: 678.400 (435.200 imprisoned, 244.200 killed), approx. 17.000 could escape]

• Deathmarch of Sombra after Sierra Neighvada [Sombra decided to split the army in two parts, one guiding the imprisoned ponies to the north and one for continuing the invasion of the south. The latter realized too late that the ponies used the scorched earth policy and poisoned the groundwater of the desert; Casualties: 75.000 out of 130.000]

May 2013

• Sombra’s invasion of Saddle Arabia, starting from the Shivering Isles

• Armistice offering by Sombra

• Treaty of Ateró [Construction of the Western Defense Line; Emigration of the Equine population beyond the Defense Line, behind the the line (4.000.000 refugees); Equestrian troop withdrawal behind the line (175.000); Complete isolation of Equestria]

August 2013 - May 2015

• Period of piece

• The conditions of the treaty were put into practise

• Planning of Operation Tartarus (secret destruction of the Harmony)

June 2015

• Destruction of the ‘Harmony’ (Still a failure, because of the catching of Equestrian agents)

• Offensive towards the line [Forces: 43.900 Equestrians vs 66.500 Shadowponies Outcome: Pyrrhic victory of the Equestrians Casualties: 32.200 Equestrians; 58.000 Shadowponies]

July 2015

• 2nd Offensive towards the line [Forces: 72.000 Equestrians vs 180.000 Outcome: Retreat of the Equestrian army Casualties: 39.700 Equestrians; 51.000 Shadowponies]
