Waking up with a terrible head and horn injury. Twilight finds herself trapped underground in a bunker of some sorts with Doctor Whooves and Derpy. Claiming to have saved her life, Doctor Whooves tells Twilight never to go upstairs and open the door above. Curious as to why that is the case, the Doctor only tells her one thing:

"If that door ever opens, we're all going to die."
