Babs' family hair salon

It was a calm day on Ponyville.The sun shined brightly and everything was peaceful.Well..Except for the Cutie Mark Crusaders. They were all busy because they had decided to check out on how Babs Seed,Applebloom's cousin,was doing with her new cutie mark.

"Oh,i'm so excited! It's been a while since we saw Babs,and now she's got a cutie mark just like us!" Sweetie Belle said,while brushing her hair.

"Uh,well,y'know she has her cutie mark since some time,so maybe we should show her our new marks after we talk with her for a bit.Where is the place again,Scoots?"

Scootaloo took a look at the map,looking for Babs' hairdresser.Babs' mom was also a famous hair salon,which is why she was living there.

"It's a hair salon on Manehattan,we'll have to get a taxi to get there as quick as possible. But don't worry,i've got the money."

"Good."-Applebloom said.-"So we just gotta make sure everything's gonna go as planned.We already have a transport to go there,so we're good.By the way Sweetie Belle,how did Rarity give you all the money so we could go to manehattan?"

Sweetie Belle put down her brush.

"Rarity gave me the money right after i said Manehattan. I guess she really does like there."

The other crusaders gave her a weird look and invited her to get her bag and leave.Sweetie belle put on a hat and gave the others a scarf after she got her bag. Right after they left,a car was waiting for them. They got in and got surprised,because not many cars could be located in Equestria. The car left them in front of a huge boat.Surprisingly enough,Rarity had paid for almost everything they needed.Applejack paid the rest and Rainbow Dash simply gave them the money for the taxi. They got on the boat trying to look sofisticated,but did not succeed.

  When they finally arrived,it wasn't a single bit like ponyville: Everybody was busy,there were ponies walking everywhere,it even made Applebloom a bit dizzy.

"So where does the taxi arrive?" The white filly asked.

Applebloom was barely on the condition to respond because of her dizzyness.

"I-it's right over there..." She pointed to her left.

They ran over to the taxi stop and entered the Taxi. While they were going to the salon,they talked to each other:

"How do y'all think it's gonna be like?"

"I personally think it's gonna be cool.Not too exagerated though."

"Rarity said it's beautiful,so i don't have any doubts it won't!"

The taxi stallion immediately asked :

"Aren't you too young to be traveling around alone like that?"

Scootaloo madly looked at him.

"No.We're mature enough to be Anywherewe want! Right crusaders?"

"Yeah!" The other two yelled.

  They arrived at the hair salon. "Thank You!" Applebloom said,giving the bits to the stallion.

She was about to ask why her friends had such a surprised look on their faces.She got answered right after she looked to her front. It was a huge building,with tons of neon lights,it was also surprisingly shiny,with a bunch of diamonds. And right on the middle,there was a huge neon-written name: Manehattan's Neon Hair salon!

Not very long after,Babs welcomed them.

"Girls! Be very welcome to my family's hair salon! The best one in all of Manehattan!"

"Thanks cousin'! We didn't expect such a fancy place!"

She giggled.

"Oh,it's not very fancy.It's just full of neon lights,that's all."

When Applebloom turned around to invite her friends in, they had already rushed inside the place,looking at every single part of it. They were also taking lots of pictures.Especially sweetie belle,that needed to tell her sister everything about it.They often made things fall.

"Sorry!,Oh,i apologize!,Sorry again!"

Applebloom facehoofed.

"Babs,i'm sorry for all this. They're all just-"

"I understand completely AB. I was just like them when i first saw this place.Now won't you get in?"

She nodded in response and walked in. It was,indeed,a very busy hair salon. Everybody wanted to get service there because of how great it was. Applebloom asked if her and her friends could take care of their hairs too. They were in a hair salon after all.

"Why of course! I'll make it free. Let's go upstairs and i'll give you the best hair treatment you every had!"

She was not joking.She treated their hairs as they should be,and after she finished they were prettier then ever.

"Wow!" Scootaloo cried.

"So beautiful!"

"Thanks for everything,babs!"

"It's nothing Sweetie Belle. If you want,you can go now,i don't mind."

"No way! We're staying."

"Really? Oh,wonderful! I'll warn my mom about you guys!"

After they got their pajamas on,they got even more excited to go to sleep on that beautiful place.But not applebloom.She was concerned about if her cousin actually worked.When she saw her from the distance,she immediately asked:

"Babs...Do you..Work?"

Babs got paralyzed.She could't move for a moment.

"...Of course not AB!Why would i-"

"Tell me the truth,cousin."

Babs sighed,sadly.

"Yes,i do.But it isn't like my mom wants me to. I work with complete hapiness."

"I'm sorry,but i can't trust you.You know i'm gonna find out what's happening sometime,so say it."

"Right. My mother tells me to work if i don't want to get kicked out of my house.So if i don't,i'll be a homeless filly."

"Oh Babs.... I hope you won't ever get kicked out.Wish i could help."

"Me too."

  Even though Apple Bloom couldn't sleep,she ended up drinking some milk to help her.After a long night of sleep,they left the salon on the morning.

"Thanks for coming by!"

"I have to thank you for letting us come.If it wasn't for you,we'd never have seen this wonderful place.I hope we can see it again."

"Me too. Well,see ya next time!"

After they returned home,Apple Bloom started sharing letters with Babs about her life and how to help her out. And they never stopped.
