not something you would hear in a cavern, would you? Unless you were me, in that case its practically a given. I am keeper, I am what would be described as a ' displaced' a being that for whatever reason is sent to another universe, gaining powers based on what I was dressed as before. I was dressed as the magnificent evil man, Mr. whatshisface from keeperRl.
But I digress, the reason I would hear such a phrase is because I often say this to other displaced, because you see, I have chosen not to be evil for evil evilness, I want to catalogue other displaced so that hopefully, new displaced may understand the precarious situation they have thrust upon them.
In this cavern, littered with truly delightful displays of gold and corpses, I ask the displaced I have encountered about them self, unfortunaly he is asleep, and cannot answer. I know how to solve this however, whether I survive is notwithstanding, I rear back, eldritch magic coalescing in my hand and flying through my staff into the dreaded act.

The displaced visibly flinches, he draws back and with a mighty yawn the keepers magnificent red cloak whips through the air from such a exhale. Yet the keeper remains calm and asks again in such a powerful display of power that is a yawn.
"so tell me about yourself", the keeper really does have a death wish.
The displaced rears his head, his scaled eyes blink bleary in the dark, struggling to focus on the keeper.
"did you just...boop me" the displaced was around 50 feet, not average for a human, and freakishly large for the pony's over yonder. he has requested that his identity remain hidden, and the author has complied, only vital information shall be disclosed.
The keeper answers to whether he has committed the heinous crime of booping by not at all, and instead repeats his question. The problem with this is the displaced is very stubborn and believes that sense he thinks he asked the first question, he must get a answer first. This rather idiotic conversation carries on for about 5 minutes, or how long an equestrian solar guard takes to get to their destination, that is, where a localized earthquake that occurred due to a boop is.
The solar guard arrives, and in record time, the squad consisted of pegasi, 2 of their earthen brethan, and 3 unicorns, one going by the name of 'shining armour', the ponies burst into the cavern, some took steps back to 'strategically' move to a better position, and not to retch because the displaced's last meal. a healthy mix of manticore and hydra. the few that could stomach the grisly redness, namely shining and the ground trodden, marched on. they moved to surround the displaced. Ordering his immediate surrender and compliance. The displaced did not agree.
Tension so thick that one could cut with a knife, the caverns bounty of a dragons hoard shook in anticipation, if they could. The keeper stroked his beard, feeling the fine grey bush as he placed a large hard bound book into a messengers bag. He saw the displaced channel a large amount of mana, bound and woven into a deadly spell, strong enough to just scratch the surface of the enchantments on lunas sweet stash, rather impressive for a mortal.
"Sir Armour, may I request that you leave? I feel like I was getting through to the young displaced" The keeper announced. shining Armour blinked at the words, before snorting and staring down the displaced.
The keeper continued, his staff glowing with power at every word, "Ah, I'm afraid that I have business with this man, and I cannot let you take him, stun ray" At those words a golden ray burst free from his staff and showered down on the 3 ponies, locking their joints stiff.
"now that that is over, I believe that have a question for you Mr. displaced, and would you please cancel that infernal spell? wouldn't do to destroy your hoard", pointing towards the gold, the keeper spoke calmly and ignorant of the daggers conjured from shining's eyes.
The conversation between the keeper and the displaced went rather smoothly, with only one mental breakdown on how his celestia wouldn't stop trying to squeeze a date out of him. and how king discord, ruler of Equestria, will stop at nothing but jelly bushes to capture the displaced for some sort of torture including tea flavoured biscuits.

Greetings! you are probably wondering 'where am I?', 'What's going on?' well this book will hopefully explain and guide you through the following trying times, first off to what's going on, I can't really answer the first. But what's going on is you have been selected by whatever thing that has selected you and you have gained powers based on what you were wearing at the time! congratulations! for example, I have been wearing a cosplay of the keeper from the game KeeperRl, therefore when I was taken I gained the powers of a dungeon keeper, namely magic and weapon skills.
Also, magic is likely to be real in your new world, so yeah.
Please note that due to the infinite multiverse, where a choice theoretically creates 2 universes that exist with differences based on them, there is a improbable chance of you finding your universe again. But improbable is not impossible and if you are stu willing to risk your life to get home then I must in this guide point out several people to trust, avoid and to ask for help in your quest, good luck with it!
Of course the universe you will be in or travelling to will be like Equestria or a variation of it. As much of the displaced are in Equestria and there are no documented cases of a displaced outside of a Equestria or otherwise. This is why Equestria and its ponies will be the main focus of this guide along with other natives, places, and general concepts such as harmony and magic!
