Dear Twilight...

It was thundering outside. I put my head under my Pillow. It started heavy raining on my windows, So I ran out to my Mommy. 'Mommy, I can't sleep. The rain is scaring me!' I cried. Mommy was sitting at the table with Angel.

'Come here, Sweetheart.' Mommy coaxed. I trotted to the table and sat down. 'Mommy, Will you PLEASE tell me a story about Twilight and the elements of Harmony?' I asked, They were so interesting! 'Hm...How about our first meeting with Discord...' She said.

The Next morning, I woke up. 'Mommy, You know how Twilight's the princess of friendship? What happened to the Elements of Harmony?' I asked.  'Well, Twilight moved on to Canterlot, and my friends left..' Mommy said, Quietly.

'Can we go to Canterlot?' I asked, my eyes were lighting up brightly. 'I have too much to do, Sweetheart.' Mommy said and started washing the plates. I stomped off to my room. I realized something. I could run away!  I got my old, Blue schoolbag and packed my clothes, food I stole from the market and everything else necessary.

Night fell and I stuck my bag underneath my bed. Mommy came trotting into my room. 'Go on, Hop into bed, Flitter.' Mommy laughed Because, My eyes were bulging, I though she caught me.

'Yes, Mommy.' I said and hopped under my pink duvet.

She hugged me. I felt her pink mane on my face during the hug, Her smell of flowers, For the last time. 'Goodbye, Mommy.' I whispered in a soft voice.

'What are you talking about, Flitter? It's Goodnight, Not goodbye.' Mommy laughed. I loved her laugh. I knew the journey would be long, And I hadn't enough bits for a train. 'Goodnight Mommy, Just know, I love you.' I said, trying not to cry.

'Don't go all sentimental on me now, Goodnight, Sweetie.' Mommy Left my room. I stayed up for a few hours, until I heard The T.V turn off and thumping of hooves on our creaky wood. Then I heard a thump as someone jumped into a soft bed.

I crept up with my bag and left my room. When I made sure no one could follow me or catch me, I grabbed a few bits. Angel jumped up and stared at me. 'Sh, Angel!' I hissed. Angel jumped to me. I grabbed her and put her in my bag, seeing as she wanted to.

I crept out of the door and looked at our old cottage, One last time. I started weeping and ran towards the short way to Canterlot.
