Night Glider is the daughter of a lighthouse keeper and a king of the lost underwater city of Aquastria where she is now in rule with her husband Thunderlane and their new born daughter Misty Fly.

Night Glider is currently in a meeting with her general Davenport

"I say the surface dwellers are barbarians." he said

"They sail their weapons across our seas and pollute our seas with their garbage."

"There is only one way to ensure Aquastria safety and my troops are prepared to take action."

"What sort of action?" Night Glider asked

"We have the technology to wipe them off the face of the earth." Davenport said

"Just give the order."

"General Davenport, I decide policy here, not you." Night Glider said

"But how much longer must we endure these affronts." Davenport said

"Surely you realize that now is the perfect time..."

Davenport wasn't able to finish his statement when the queen's sister Lightning Dust approached him and said

"Hold your tongue, Davenport."

"Your queen has spoken."

"Forgive me, Lightning Dust." he said

Night Glider looked over and saw her husband holding her new born daughter and thought about Davenport statement and then replied

"Davenport, I will consider your counsel."

She than stood up and continued

"But this is a most serious matter, I must give it more thought."

As she left with her husband to their quarters

Night Glider was holding her daughter as she was playing with her mane.

"She has quite a grip." Night Glider said

"Takes after her mother." Thunderlane said

She then got tired and fell asleep and Night Glider placed her in her crib and then  looked at her and said

"So peaceful, so innocent."

"Thunderlane, what kind of future am I making for our daughter?"

"Whatever you decide, I'm sure it will be the right choice." he said

"Will it?" she said

"Your hooves are strong and noble."he said

"I would gladly place my faith in them."

He then leaned in and kiss her which she happily returned as they headed towards there bedroom not knowing that an acient evil is lerking outside the city walls
