Almost everyone knows the story of how Queen Chrysalis and her Changeling Army almost took over Canterlot, but few know the story of why they wanted to. I was there during the war, and I'm willing to share my experience.

I joined Equestria's Royal Army as a flyer for benefits. The last war was ten years ago, so I was confident that nothing would happen when I was in. Unfortunately, I found myself being sent to the front lines when the Changelings invaded for the first time. I shouldn't have joined.
