The Doctor stood in his TARDIS, silent and walking down it's console. He looked up, and smiled. "I guess it is time." He said as he begun to glow gold. He let out a scream before his hair was changed to a red and orange color. His body changed as well, from a man....to a woman's. When the Doctor opened her eyes, she gasped. "Oh, come on! I regenerated into a woman?! How is that even possible?" She asked as she sighed. Then, the TARDIS shook violently, causing the newly regenerated Doctor to fall over. "TARDIS, wherever you are taking me, it better be important!!!" She yelled.

Equestria and a new threat
The TARDIS landed in Ponyville Square. The Doctor stepped out. "Equestria?" She asked herself. "What on Gallifrey am I doing here?" She wondered. As she was walking along, she managed to get a good look at her new face. "Why this face? Why this one?" She asked herself. "It's like I'm trying to tell myself something. OK, this is sounding very familiar." She thought. "Maybe one of the residents will know." She then looked at her attire. "Well, I'm certainly not walking around town in this." She said as she went into the TARDIS to change. The Doctor came out a few minutes later with black heels, black dress pants, a black coat with red highlight on the inside, a white dress shirt, and a red tie. "That's better." She smiled. Meanwhile, on another planet, an experiment was going on.
"EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY! POWER SYSTEMS AT 50% AND FALLING! PROJECT MAY BE JEOPARDIZED!" A machine yelled that resembled a salt and pepper shaker. Two more exactly like it moved towards him.
"DAVROS DEMANDS PROJECT SCORPIUS BE OPERATIONAL!" Another yelled. Suddenly, sparks fizzed. Then, the three machines moved back. Another like them except in black, crimson red, gray, and purple powered online. He had a crown shaped dome, 3 red dome lights, purple hemispheres, or bumps, on his lower section, and a claw in place of a normal plunger.
