Electronic Flair and Echo Drive live on the outskirts of Ponyville with their five year-old son Spectrum. A strange visitor, whom Flair once knew as a unicorn named Ink Mage, comes to their house one day searching for a place to stay. She was kicked out of her own house, and hoped she could work on her newest novel at her friends’. Being an author though, her stories sometimes have very strange, and abstract phrases. A particular book she is working on, though; a horror story, comes to the greatest importance when the characters from the novel come to life…
