A lone foal stood on a hill top, a breeze swayed his mane aside revealing his two silver eyes. The foal sighed looking over the horizon as if he was expecting somepony to approach. The look in his eye sad, as if his world was torn to pieces and scattered in the wind he currently stood in. A lone tear streaked down his face, the wind carrying it away as if to comfort him like a mother would. He thought about his friends who promised one day to return, it had been so long since they left and the thought alone made the foal want to believe it had never happened. Ever since they left he kept coming to that hill as if to wash away his sorrows, only him and Gabe remained in the small village they called home, even with the townsfolk he still felt alone. The hill held a importance he just couldn't put his hoof on but he kept coming nonetheless. He stared at the sunset as he thought about the faithful day that they would return to the village, then all of the sudden the light faded, the scenery disappeared, and then Silver woke up.
Chapter 1 Why I hate Monday
The sunlight beamed in to the stallions eyes as he moved a foreleg to cover them. The clock read Eight A.M. as he left the comfort oh his bed. He yawns as he slowly walks towards the bathroom his eyes failing to see the rubber duck in front of him. As he moves forward he trips and promptly hits the side of the tub. "Fuck!" He yells as a throbbing pain shoots through the unicorns head. Slowly he gets up and yells " Fuck you Mr. Duckington you are just as annoying as Gabe when he wants to be!" He glares at the offending bath toy and puts it on the shelf as it was before. Carefully he steps into the shower to avoid another accident and quickly turns the knob on. After he takes his shower he moves into the kitchen to get something for breakfast. A knock on the door interrupts him as he makes his way to the door, as he opens it he stares out into the town but no one was ar the door. Apon closer inspection he hears giggling as he sees a pink tail behind a cart. He yells "Nice try pinkie your not fooling me!"
"Aww Silvie maybe next time !" She exclaims " Oh and before I forget I'll be visiting the narrator so I won't be in the next chapter, bye!" Silver stares in confusion as pinkie zooms off being more confused than when he woke up. He closes the door and quickly walks to the kitchen as he mutters " Damn pinkie." He quickly eats and looks at the current time as it reads 8:45. "SHIT IM GOING TO BE LATE FOR WORK!" He yells as he bolts out the door slamming it behind him. Quickly he bolts through town square as he sees ponies doing the morning routines and thinks to himself "This is why I hate Monday's."
