"Bumblebee to base. So far no sign of any Decepticon activity whatsoever. We're gonna head back to Canterl-" "Uh, what's THAT?!" Sideswipe suddenly blurted out, interrupting Bumblebee's sentence. Bumblebee and Strongarm looked skyward, their optics suddenly widen as a meteor slammed into the ground. "GET BACK!" Bumblebee yelled, but it was too late as the sheer force of the meteor sent the three Autobots tumbling a few feet away. As they recovered, the meteor exploded wide open and a huge, grotesque creature emerged. The beast was riddled with huge pillars of spikes, its body illuminated with a dark red glow, its face looking something out of a horror movie. The... Thing, whatever it is, bellowed and charged straight at the trio. "FLANK THAT THING!" Bumblebee immediately commanded. Sideswipe and Strongarm dodged the creature's huge claws and fired their Decepticon hunters at its armored back. Unfortunately, they weren't doing any damage. The creature lunged at Bumblebee, swinging his claws full force. Its claws connected to Bumblebee's chassis, and thus he was sent sprawling into a column of rock. Before Bumblebee could recooperate, the monster grabbed hold of his leg and smashed him on the ground. Just then, Sideswipe leapt up and landed a direct blow on the back of the monster's head with his sword, slicing it wide open. The creature didn't have time to screech in pain as it dropped on the ground, seemingly dead. Sideswipe proceeded to helping Bumblebee on his feet. "You okay, boss? You took one heck of a beating." "I'll be fine. What was that thing?!" "I don't even know, but whatever it is, we know know it's weakness." Strongarm began prodding the the monster's body with her Decepticon hunter. "Eww... This thing is covered in this weird mucus like sub-" "ROOOAAAAARRRR!!" "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! In a frightened flurry of screaming and shooting, Strongarm blew the creature's face clean off, then making sure the thing was DEAD this time. She took heavy breathes, then she heard Sideswipe's annoying laugh. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That... Was the FUNNIEST thing that happened today! Do that again!" Sideswipe laughed. Strongarm growled under her breath. "Nothing's funny about that!" "Yeah, there is! You got so scared, you were like a little sparkling!" Strongarm clenched her fists, the need to punch the scrap out of this annoying bolt-brain was strong. But she let it go. Strongarm turned to Bumblebee. "Sir? Whats the matter?" "This creature... Nobody in Equestria has ever seen it before... What if its a sign, like something's gonna happen? Something... Big." "Well, you don't have to worry about it, sir. I'm sure its nothing serious." Strongarm said, attempting to comfort her leader. Bumblebee simply nodded and turned on his comm unit. "Bumblebee to base. We encountered a strange but oddly dangerous creature. We're heading back to Canterlot now." The three Autobots converted to vehicle mode and drove off, heading towards Canterlot. Chapter 3: The EncounterGrimlock and Twilight finally arrived to Canterlot, making their way to the large gates that opened to the massive city. When they entered, everyone was hurrying towards Canterlot's castle, where Princess Celestia and her sister, Princess Luna, were living in. Grimlock and Twilight wondered what was going on and followed the crowd. Inside the castle was huge. Its walls decorated with colorful light-oriented windows, its floors covered with red linen rugs, bearing diamonds, rubies, and emeralds. Out of one of the castle's doors, a little orange Minicon with tires for feet rolled in the hallway to greet the two guests. "Welcome, guys!" Fix-it happily greeted. "You're just in rhyme- sign- *FZZT* TIME! The other Autobots are in the main hallway with Princess Luna and Princess Celestia. "Hey, Fix-it! Whats all the commotion about, anyway?" Grimlock asked curiously. "I don't exactly know. Something about a dangerous encounter between Bumblebee and this weird monster creature thing... It sounds very interesting." Fix-it led Twilight and Grimlock to a large hall, in the middle was a large diamond-covered throne. Sitting on the throne was Princess Celestia, who was busy conversing with Bumblebee. The other Autobots, along with the rest of the Mane 6, stood on the left side of the huge room. Celestia stood up from her throne and walked towards the trio casually. "Greetings, Princess Twilight, Grimlock. I'm glad you can join us. The meeting is about to start." "Greetings, Princess." Twilight responded to her mentor while she and Grimlock bowed before the Equine princess. Celestia stood tall, her light suddenly shining with bright golden magic. Everyone leaned their attention towards the Equine deity, and stood silent. Sitting back in her throne, she began the meeting. "Gentleponies, ladies, and Autobots, we have been informed of some... Disturbing news. The leader of our Autobot allies, Bumblebee, has had a encounter with a dangerous alien creature. Fortunately, it was defeated by his team." "That creature was most likely the first wave of what I could only determine a uprising from another alien world... But WHO is behind this attack? That is the question we need to find answers to. Any suggestions?" The entire room was silent, everyone deep in thought. That is, until a bright dark-red aura of light shone in the room. Moments later, a humanoid-like alien covered from head to toe with silver, sharp-edged armor. He clearly was a cyborg, as parts of his body was organic while other parts of him was purely technical. His eyes were bright red with purple pupils. "I know who sent that monster." Everyone turned to the strange being. Celestia frowned as she raised her voice slightly. "Who are YOU?" Celestia demanded. "Me? Well, you can call me Scallax. I am a interdimensional traveller, i seek to aid different world, liberating them from evil warlords. I know who sent that Gwarloch after your fellow Autobots." Celestia turned to Bumblebee then back to Scallax. She was very unsure whether to believe the stranger's intentions or not. "You're saying you know who's behind this?" She asked, caution in her voice. Scallax nodded. "I do. If you can follow me, i'll tell you who the culprit is." The Autobots, without question, followed Scallax out of the large building. Who knows, maybe this traveller really is what he's saying he is, or maybe... He is hiding a deep secret... Chapter 1: FriendsIt was 8:00 in the morning, everyone in Ponyville was up and about, going about their morning as usual. Nothing was out of place nor mismatched. Twilight was laying on her bed, reading a novel quietly while Spike was still sleeping his morning away. As she was nearly finished, she could feel rumbling coming from the ground. Twilight sighed and put the book down, then looked out the window. Grimlock was in his T-Rex mode as he held what looked like two large crates of supplies in his arms. Following the Dinobot was Rarity, who was carrying a satchel full of large varieties of minerals, ranging from big, shiny diamonds to red rubies as she walked besides the comparatively huge Autobot. "Oh, Grimlock, darling! I couldn't thank you enough for your generosity!" "Ah, its nothing. I could carry two huge boulders without a sweat! I'm not the raw muscle of the Autobots for nothing!" Rarity chuckled. As soon as the two arrived to Rarity's house, Grimlock put the two crates down in front of her door. "Thank you so much again, Grimlock. I'll take it from here." Grimlock nodded and walked off, Twilight had already finished eating breakfast when she exited out of her home, and decided to join Grimlock walking through the light-brown road that splitted the two grassy sides of the ground. "Morning, Grimlock. I didn't know you'd be here so early." "Hey, Twilight! I was bored so I decided to help Rarity bring her dress supplies to her house. I didn't know a pony needs SO MUCH clothing to cover up her body. It's still summer." Twilight began laughing, which triggered Grimlock to laugh. After a while, the two friends finally calmed down. Twilight, wiping her tears, looked up at Grimlock. "So, where are the other Autobots?" "Bee, Sideswipe, and Strongarm are out on patrol while Drift and Wingblade are at the base with Fixit." "And you didn't go with Bumblebee?" "I don't usually go on patrols often." Twilight smiled. The two friends walked to the Autobot base together, unaware of imminent danger ahead.
