Why does my leg hurt so much?

"She's lost a lot of blood Shining Armor but her head will be fine. But her leg however won't be. Its broken and there are bruises all over her body." Said the doctor

MY LEG?! Oh yeah Flash broke it with the metal rod.

"There was a metal rod next to her I think she got attacked with that." The girl said.

Good guess Twilight. Wait Twilight? Twilight shouldn't be here.

"How DID you two find her?" The doctor asked

"Oh well I was picking Twilight up from Crystal Prep and Twilight thought she saw someone in the alleyway. " Shining started.

"Shining didn't believe me so I got out of the car and started searching then I saw her lying on the floor, I told my brother then we brought her here." Twilight finished

Wait Crystal Prep! That's the school from the city and Twilight was in Equestria during school time. This must be human Twilight!

"Well its a good thing that you found her. Seeing how severe her injuries are she must've been in a lot of pain for quite a while." The doctor said looking at Sunset Shimmer.

After a couple of minutes of discussing the injuries Sunset started to come around.

"Uh guys she's waking up." Twilight said pointing at Sunset.

Once Sunset was fully awake the doctor started asking questions.

"How are you feeling?" He asked getting ready to write down her answers.

"I've been better." Sunset replied looking down.

The two men looked at Twilight who shrugged.

Why are they both looking at me for? How am I suppose to know what she means by that.

"Do you want to call your family and tell them where you are." Shining asked.

"I can't." Sunset said not moving her head.

"Why?" Twilight asked.

"Because I don't have any." Sunset said trying her best not to cry. The five girls she once called family hated her and it wasn't even her fault.

"Uh, do you have anywhere to live?" Shining Armor asked.

Sunset shook her head. She use to live with Pinkie Pie when they became friends because Sunset use to live in a abandoned warehouse. Now she couldn't go back to any of them because Pinkie had thrown her out and the warehouse got crushed.

"Well don't worry I'll arrange something for you. In the meantime you and Twily can chat while I talk to the doc." Shining Armor said smiling at Sunset as he walked out of the room.

Twilight looked at her brother with a evil look then back at Sunset.

"Uh hi I'm Twilight." Twilight said not sure what else to say.

"Hi I'm Sunset Shimmer."Sunset said.

"I hope you don't mind me asking but how did you end up lying in the alleyway." Twilight asked.

"Well you already know how I got attacked." Sunset pointed out.

"Wait you could hear everything?" Twilight asked in disbelief.

"Yeah and I also heard you go to Crystal Prep. I use to go Canterlot High." Sunset said remembering what Shining Armor said.

"Wait aren't those two schools rivals?" Twilight asked remembering how her principal spoke of CHS.

"Yeah but I never really cared about all that rivalry nonsense." Sunset said.

"Me neither I'm more focused in my studies of human, canine cohabitation effects and implications. " Twilight said sitting down on the edge of Sunset's bed.

"Wow! You're really smart aren't you?" Sunset said amazed by how smart Twilight was but she didn't notice the blush she caused the young girl to make.

"You must be smart too." Twilight said nudging Sunset.

"Yeah but not THAT smart." Sunset said causing them both to giggle.

They were interrupted by a knock at the door. It was Shining Armor.

"Hey Twily can you come out here for a minute?" He asked looking nervous.

When Twilight got out of the room Shining Armor brought to a corner.

"Looked I just called the orphanage and they said that they're fully booked and I talked to Mom and Dad about what to do and they said to bring her home and they could take care of her until she's eighteen because according to her medical record she's 17 right now and her birthday is in June. That's only 6 months. But we need to know whether you're okay with this first." Shining Armor explained waiting for his sister's answer.

Twilight had to think long and hard about this. She didn't want some stranger in her house but then again Sunset didn't have anywhere to go. And perhaps her and Sunset could become friends.

"Ok she come live with us." Twilight said smiling knowing she was doing the right thing.
