MLP: the Untold Story

Two nights ago a prophecy was fulfilled and, for the first time in a thousand years, Nightmare Moon landed on Equestrian soil. The sun never rose again but as she will discover one doesn't simply create eternal night without a few new obstacles. Nightmare Moon had defeated the royal guard and stopped the Wonderbolts before they could even leave their compound. Unbeknownst to us, a small ragtag group from Ponyville was currently en-route and Nightmare Moon had set traps to stop any who approached from land. There where traps to stop pegasi as well but a team of fliers skilled in their forgotten magic made short work of them.

That almost brings us to the present but I'm going off topic so let me get back to the beginning.
