Chapters Chapter 1
Nate sat waiting at the place him and all his friends had agreed to meet and talk together. The meeting place was a subway across the street from a "cowgirl up" bar/restaurant as well as a set of apartments. The subway was great place to meet because they get food from either place and they could also go to the doughnut place nearby. The place also had a bit of sentimental attachment to them because they always met their and hung out ever since they were all sixteen. As Nate was waiting he noticed a strange man near the entrance that kept looking his way when he thought Nate wasn't looking.
The strange man wore a green fedora with a black strip running around the base of the hat. He had a red hoodie with the hood pulled up and blocking the light from revealing anything other than his dark green eyes. He wore loose fitting jeans with the a normal black belt and what looked to grayish running sneaking. He stood around 5 foot 11 and while he looked thin, he also looked to be somewhat muscular.
Nate himself was white with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a hooded jacket with a pattern red, blue, and black as well as a black shirt that showed a wolf on a small island with trees howling at the moon. He wore his own semi-loose blue jeans and a pair of black sneakers that had a red bottom. He stood 5 foot 11 & 1/2 and while he wasn't skinny, he wasn't fat either, he also lacked the same muscle build that the stranger had.
As the stranger was about to leave Nate's friends showed up and walked towards him. Nate was meeting nine friends on this day, TJ, Jennifer, Wesley, Jacob Y, Theo, James, Jacob C, Paddie, and Larry. TJ was white with had curly dark brown hair and hazel eyes, stood 5 foot 7 & 1/2 and wore a open greenish hoodie that had a purple/grey striped t-shirt underneath with grey jeans and black sneakers, he was skinny and strong, even though he didn't show much muscle.
Jennifer was white with long curly blond hair and blue eyes with a ring of green around the iris, stood 5 foot 8 and wore a blue jacket over a pink sweater and blue jeans and blue shoes with green detailing, she was skinny, but still wasn't as skinny as TJ, whom she was dating.
Wesley was black with a black colored Afro and dark brown eyes, stood 5 foot 10 and wore a light yellow hoodie with blue jeans and white sneakers, he was evenly set over his body and it was always hard to tell if he had any muscle to brag about.
Jacob Y was Asian with blackish hair that went down his right eye in a very anime style, stood shorter than most his age at 5 foot 7 & 1/2 and wore a grey hoodie with blue jeans and black sneakers with green edges, he was decently round and didn't much muscle, even though he new how to fight.
Theo was white with strait dark brown hair and brownish green eyes, stood 5 foot 10 & 1/2 and wore a black hooded jacket that had a black shirt with blue jeans and completely black sneaker, he had a decent muscle build and could hold himself in a one-on-one fight.
James was black with black hair in a mini-fro and had dark brown eyes, he stood 6 foot & 1/2 and wore a rust colored hoodie with blue jeans and blue sneakers, he was more 'round' than Jacob Y and was considerably muscular.
Jacob C was white with semi-long dirty blond hair and had sky blue eyes, he stood 6 foot 1 and wore a black T-shirt with blue jeans and tan sneakers, he was thin with a decent muscle build.
Paddie was white with longish brown hair and green/brown eyes, he stood 5 foot 10 and wore a heavier tan colored coat with blue jeans and grey sneakers with a white bottom, he was averagely built but was also fairly strong.
Larry was white with short black hair and darker blue eyes, he stood 6 foot and wore a greyish black closed hoodie with blue jeans and red sneakers with black trimmings, he was semi-round but was the most muscular out of the group.
"Hey Nate what's up," spoke up Wesley as he was the first one to spot Nate, All the friend exchanged pleasantries while the strange man went to take a seat. The friends talked for the next hour about how each of them were doing, how they felt being graduated from high school, and of course, about their love lives. Nate kept quiet for the most part and just watched the Strange man who would occasionally look at his watch and go back to eating. "hey Nate, why are you being so silent?" asked Wesley as Nate thought of a believable lie, he couldn't just say he had a bad feeling about some stranger and not be seen as paranoid, even though he usually is.
"I'm fine, just thinking about some stuff, a lot of stuff actually," answered Nate. All of them had been friends for too long not to know when each other is troubled, but knowing Nate, they all backed down knowing he wouldn't talk about anything that bothered him. "hey lets go over to the lake and hang out their, some of us don't get sunlight very often," Nate said the last part with a lot of sarcasm pointed towards himself, Jacob Y, and Theo, all of which were gamers and hardly left their houses. All the friends agreed and started to leave with Nate going to the back of the group and watching as the strange man got up with them.
When the friends left the all started walking down the road towards the nearby lake while the strange man followed from a distance. After 4 minutes of walking the man got closer while a black van with nearly black windows pulled up beside him and kept pace towards the friends who were oblivious. Nate kept growing more and more worried as the van got closer and started to immediately plan an escape rout away from their pursuers. "Hey kids, want a ride?" asked the strange man as he pointed towards the van.
"No! no we don't need a ride thank you very much," quickly answered Nate nervously and the friends kept walking until they heard sliding doors open and looked back to people with guns jutting out of their pockets step out of the van. "follow me guys!" yelled Nate as he and the others ran through a nearby alleyway that lead to a steep decent no one saw as they all fell down quickly and were engulfed in a strong, bright light that made them all pass out from pain similar to having both your eyes slowly removes with a rusty spoon.
Author's Note
Hope you enjoyed the prologue, and I also hope that you all will enjoy the later chapters yet to come. I do ask for those of you who don't think fondly of amateur writer's stories, please bear with me, I don't have much that inspires me, and thing that do inspire me are always gone in a flash that's so quick it's gone before I even knew it was there. I do hope to improve over time and make everyone happy and entertained by my story. And if you have a problem with dialog, it's bad for 2 reasons.

Hey guys, sorry I'm so slow at posting chapters, even these crappy short ones. But I do hope to be able to post more frequently with longer chapters that have more "structure" to them, I also would be a lot faster if a friend of mine didn't continuously give me new ideas that completely contradict each other and make me have to consider them because they're actually decent ideas to put in. I also want to say how happy I am to actually have people who like the story and would like to have some feed back on how to better improve my story, but until the next chapter, I'll just be sending you all them positive vibes
Equestria hype
Chapter 2
"Ugh, what the hell happened," groaned out Nate as he slowly regained consciousness and started to search his surroundings, he found that all his friends were near him and were passed out. "WHAT THE HELL!" yelled Nate as he looked at his friends closer, it seemed that three of them had feathery wing adorning their backs, and two of them had bat like wing as well that were folded to their bodies. TJ, Theo, and Jacob Y had wing varying in colors, while Paddie and Larry had black bat like wings. TJ had deep violet wings with the edges of each feather being colored black, like when Twilight turns into midnight. Theo had completely black wings that seemed to disappear in the shadows he was in. And Jacob Y had electric blue wings that seemed to come alive with lighting.
All of the group began to wake up due to the volume of Nate's shout, when they looked at him though, they all were shocked to see silver wings with white outlining each feather while seeming to sparkle with captured stars. "Nate what the hell I with the wings?! and where are we?" asked, and shouted Jacob C as everyone noticed the wing on the backs of the six and started to get freaked out by this. They all started to look around franticly to find out where they were and noticed they were out side some sort of town made entirely out of crystal with a large crystal castle in the center of the town.
"EVERYONE SHUT THE HELL UP!!" Shouted Nate after he examined his wings. Everyone calmed downed and stopped talking, though none of them were happy to be commanded like that, but before anyone could say anything Nate waked a few meters toward the weird city and noticed something. Out in the distance, just visible in the sky, was some sort of golden carriage flying towards the group. As it got closer Nate was hit with a heavy realization, "Holy Shit, We're In Equestria!" Yelled out Nate, catching the attention of the only other two fans of the show in the group, Paddie and Jennifer came over to Nate with a look of disbelief that they could possibly be in a television show that all of them watched.
"Holy shit," whispered Paddie as he followed where Nate was looking and saw the golden carriage being pulled by two white anthro pegasi in celestial guard uniforms. Both Paddie and Nate took only a second to realize where they were, "we're in the crystal empire," they said in unison causing their friends to look as them very closely.
For reasons unknown everyone stayed silent as they awaited the carriage that held the fate of their first interaction in equestria. The carriage slowly got closer, and closer, and closer still, until it finally set down around 10 feet away from the group. One of the pegasi guards disconnected from the carriage and walked around, quickly opening the gold colored door for whoever sat inside. The first pony that stepped out was white in fur color and had a two tone blue mane and tail, she stood around 5 foot 4 inches and had a horn on the top of her head, she wore purple armor with a golden trim around the edges of the jointed areas and that had a shield symbol with a star in the center just above her left breast. The next pony to step out was pink in fur color and had a mane and tail that was colored yellow, magenta, and purple, she stood 5 foot 6 and had both a horn and wings, she wore an elegant purple dress with gold trimming that stopped a little way past her knees. near the bottom of her dress was an image of a crystal heart being surrounded by two golden faucets, she gave the group a kind smile, even though she seemed wary of the small group.
Before anyone else could speak Theo groaned out loudly, "This is absolute BULLSHIT! " and started to lay back down where he had been resting, "if any of you need me, I'll be trying to wake up from this furry land," he said with some anger and annoyance as he tried to sleep. Both mares regarded him with curiosity before they looked back to the rest of the group.
"Hello, I am Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, and this is my wife, princess Gleaming Shield," the pink anthro alicorn said while motioning to herself and then the anthro unicorn, "We rule over the crystal empire and protect it from danger, we sensed a magical disturbance and decided to investigate what may be a possible threat," she explained as she looked over the group expectantly as if looking for an explanation.
The first person to go up to her and shake her hand with the biggest possible smile was Nate, doing a complete 180 of any mood he has ever been in before around anyone, "Hi, my name is Nathaniel, but you can call me Nate," he said quickly, never losing his smile. He then walked over to Gleaming shield and started shaking her hand, "me and my friends pose no threat at all, also is there any place we can stay while we're here?" he asked just as quickly and backed off. Something Nate noticed after his introduction was that he forgot to introduce his friends, he smacked his head with his palm before listing them off while pointing at them respectively, "also these are TJ, Jennifer, Wesley, Jacob Y, the one lying down is Theo, James, Jacob C, Paddie, and Larry,".
Both Cadence and Gleaming Shield didn't seem to know how to respond to Nate's strange amount of enthusiasm, and neither did Nate's friends, all except Paddie and Jennifer who were just as hyped, and Theo was trying to sleep. Gleaming did have a question though, one that bugged her lover as well, "Some of you have wing as well as some of you having strange magical signatures and don't have any horns, so I'm just curious, what are you all exactly?" She asked.
Paddie was the next one to talk to the princesses while holding a huge smile, "We're humans, or homo-sapiens to be scientific, and we had no idea any of had magic," Paddie said with never before seen enthusiasm in his voice at the prospect of some of them having magic and being in equestria. The enthusiasm being shown made Cadence giggle happily and lean forward, causing to group to be able to see some of her sizable DD cup sized breast. All the guys seemed to look at least for a second, but the only one to actually respond to the sight was Theo who had been secretly watching the scene in secret, his black wing quickly extended to their full length and caused him to quickly be pushed up a few inches and fall back down onto the ground with an 'oof' as he his the ground. The reactions to what Theo did ranged from confusion, to amusement, and slight annoyance. Most of the group, including Theo himself were confused by what happened, while Nate, Paddie, and Jennifer started to laugh as Cadence giggled, and Gleaming was just annoyed at her wife teasing random strangers with her breast.
"I thank you for your enthusiasm, and you can all stay in the castle for the time being if your interested," Cadence stated with a smile on her muzzle, making the only three My Little Pony Fans smile unnaturally happily and all said a quick, enthusiastic, and loud 'YES' as all the other members of the group were still just confused on what was going on. "that's great, you can wait here with Gleaming as I go get more carriages to bring you all to the castle," Cadence said as she walked into the carriage she had arrived in as Gleaming just laid down on the ground, taking Theo's fake example, who was still working on getting his wing down.
"Hey guys, why are you all so happy to be in a strange land that can't possibly exist?" Larry asked with curiosity and a frown as he walked up to the trio of smiling pony fans.
Jennifer was the first to respond, "Must be that equestria hype," she said, causing all three of them to say 'EQUESTRIA HYPE' at the same time very loudly.

Chapter 3
The warn sun beat down on the Crystal empire as four carriages were pulled through the air by armored pegasi, the carriages were pulled towards the crystal castle off in the distance. In one carriage was the two rulers of the Crystal empire and Theo, Gleaning shield wondered why Cadence had been so adamant about him being the one to ride with them, but she wouldn't say. In the next carriage over sat Nate, Paddie, and Larry, all talking over what to do in this new world. In the second to last carriage was Wesley, James, Jacob Y, and Jacob C, all watching intently as Wesley tried to solve a Rubik's sphere and was very close to solving the puzzle. In the last carriage in the back was both TJ and Jennifer, doing something all their friends were used to at that point, but not the guards pulling the carriage who had light blushes as they heard the sounds of the two humans making out in the carriage.
In the royal carriage Theo was asked questions about himself, even though he thought they would ask more questions pertaining to his whole group, "First question, what is your name, age, and rank?" Gleaming shield asked, going through the normal military routine.
"Umm, my name is Theo, I'm 18 and a half years old, and my rank is civilian, my friends all hold the same rank," Theo replied, trying to remember what his other friends (not in the group) in ROTC had told him about military questioning.
"Second question, what is your purpose in our kingdom?" Gleaming asked, looking at him intently.
"I don't know, if you wanted an answer to that question then ask my damn friends, because while I don't know where the hell I am, they seem to know," Theo said, somewhat growling as he had never been one to tolerate dumbass questions like that one.
"Fair enough, alright the next question was written by my wife, so question three*sigh*," said Gleaming as she looked over to cadence, who just smiled and nodded her head. looking back to the confused and annoyed human she finished her question, "question three, are you currently in a relationship?" she asked while feeling incredibly stupid for it.
Theo just seemed both shocked and weirded out at the same time, but decided to answer honestly, "No I'm not in a relationship, mainly because if I'm going to be in a serious one, I want it to be with the person I'm sure I'll marry," Theo answered, feeling embarrassed, annoyed, and pissed at the same time for being asked a question like that, but was more confused with why Cadence was smiling wider at him all of a sudden.
In the second carriage Nate and Paddie were busy explaining to Larry all they knew about equestria and the show it was from "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". "So what you're telling me is that we are in a T.V. show meant for little girls, but is watched mostly by adult males?" Larry asked, receiving a nod from both other members, "ok then, well our first priority should be finding a way home and a temporary place to stay until then, and if there is no way home then we decide if we stick together and establish a leadership," Larry explained as Nate a Paddie listened.
"Well there is a mirror connected to another human world, but not ours, though it could mean there's a way to find our world," Nate said as he thought about the mirror, he then stopped to think about if he even wanted to leave the world of all his dreams, hopes, and most importantly, all his desires.
Paddie looked thoughtful for a few seconds and then went back to his seemingly angry expression, seeing as he had finally wore off of the hype that comes with a brony ending up in equestria. "well if it's like any fanfiction then there will be no way home in our circumstance, considering the fact that us being here means that the multi-verse is real, also meaning that there is an infinite amount of universes to search through in order to find our home, so we should just stay here and not even try," Paddie explained, though he was also trying to make it so they could stay without trying to leave.
"Well we should at least try to find a way home, we all owe our other friends and family that much," Larry said, trying to get them back on track.
"Larry's right, and while I want to stay hard enough it hurts, I am the last male of my family to continue my lineage, so I am honor bound to at the very least try and get home," Nate said, almost scared of both not getting home, and having to leave equestria. Paddie just frowned and nodded his head, understanding his friends honor. The carriage then went silent as each member began to contemplate a way to get home.
The third carriage was all fun and games, Wesley had solved his Rubik's sphere and was now passing it around and teaching everyone how to solve it. "Ha, I knew I could get it!" Yelled Jacob Y as he held the now solved sphere in his hand, everyone else seemed impressed that he had gotten the hang of solving the complex brain teaser when he could barely solve a 3x3 Rubik's cube. This was all that went on in the third carriage the whole ride as none of them cared about talking about the situation at hand.
Less was to be said about the fourth carriage as all that could be heard was the sound of TJ's and Jennifer's make out session, Jennifer had decided to tease TJ by touching all over his wings, causing them to spring out and cover most of the inside of the carriage as the kisses deepened and caused moans to slightly leave the mouths of both humans. needless to say, the guards pulling the carriage were both embarrassed, and turned on at the same time.
Finally arriving at the castle everyone got out of the carriages and began to follow Cadence and Gleaming inside. All the humans were amazed by the seemingly endless hallways made of glistening, and smooth crystals. The group was led to a large throne room where a lavender carpet with a white line on either side led to a large, purple and blue crystal throne, with a yellow diamond shaped crystal. Windows as tall as the taller humans lined the walls, showing the bright afternoon sky. Cadence walked up and sat on the throne while Gleaming stood beside here, after to first few minutes the first one to brake the silence was Nate, "Soooo, you said something about a few of us having magic?" he asked curiously.
Cadence smiled of answered his question, "Yes, there seems to be un-tapped magic in, yourself, TJ, Jennifer, and Wesley, though there is a different type of magical signature coming from Paddie,". The answer left many questions and thoughts of 'why didn't I get magic' 'what can my magic do' 'HELL YEAH MAGIC' from some of the humans, while the humans talked Cadence noticed the doors to the throne room open and noticed Celestia, Luna, Twilight Sparkle, and the rest of the elements of harmony enter the room.
All the humans were drawn from their thought by two squee's and Cadence meeting another alicorn halfway in the room and doing some strange dance and song, "Sunshine, sunshine, lady bugs awake, clap your hooves and do a little shake ," the song ended with Cadence and the other alicorn shaking their asses together and laughing. The alicorn with cadence was purple in fur color with a navy blue mane and tail that had an indigo strip and violet strip going down it, she stood 5 foot 2 inches and had both a horn and wings, she wore a sky blue button up blouse with an indigo skirt that showed a violet star overlapping a white stare with three smaller stars around it.
After the looking at the purple alicorn the humans noticed the two larger ones waiting to speak, the smaller alicorn was a dark blue in fur color with a ethereal royal blue mane and tail that seemed to sparkle like the night sky, she stood 5 foot 9 inches and had both a horn and wings, she wore a long flowing dark blue dress that showed a crescent moon with black surrounding. The larger alicorn was an alabaster white in fur color with a green, blue, and magenta colored ethereal mane and tail, she stood very tall at 6 foot and had both a horn and wings, she wore an elegant flowing white dress with a sun on her lower right and left side. The white alicorn walked forward with a smile and introduced them, "Hello, I am princess Celestia, co ruler of equestria and princess of the sun," she pointed to the blue alicorn, "this is my younger sister princess Luna, co ruler of equestria and princess of the moon," she ended by pointing to the purple alicorn, "and finally this is my old student princess twilight sparkle, princess of friendship and element of magic, and her friends rainbow dash, Fluttershy, applejack, pinkie pie, rarity, and her assistant spike,".
Rainbow Dash was light blue in fur color with a rainbow mane and tail, she stood 5 foot 1 inch and had only wing, she wore and extremely tight sports bra and pair of shorts with a cloud shooting a red, yellow, and blue bolt of lightning. Fluttershy was a butter yellow in fur color with a light pink mane and tail, she stood 5 foot and had only wings, she wore a loose green sweater with blue jeans that had three yellow butterflies with pink wings on either side of her flank.
Applejack was orange in fur color with a blond mane and tail, she stood 5 foot 2 inches and had no extra parts, she wore a white tank top with a red plaid shirt and short jean shorts with three apples. Pinkie was pink in fur color with a darker pink and really curly mane and tail, she stood 5 foot 1 inches and had no extra parts, she wore a light pink t-shirt with a horizontally striped blue and white skirt and three balloons in an alternating pattern of blue/yellow and yellow/blue in the center of her chest.
Rarity was white in fur color with an stylish curled purple mane and tail, she stood 5 foot and had only a horn, she wore a light blue blouse with a black skirt with three blue diamonds. Spike was purple in scale color with light green under belly and emerald green spines, he stood 4 foot 7 inches, he wore a purple jacket with a green under shirt and blue jeans.
Before another word could be said there was a disruptive 'Pomf' coming from the spreading of Nate's wings and him blushing, all people in the room in the room looked at him as he just sat there awkwardly and coughed into his hand. "Hello, my name's Nate, these are my friends TJ, Jennifer, Wesley, Jacob Y, Theo, James, Jacob C, Paddie, and Larry. We are humans who have no idea how we got here and are looking for a way home," Nate explained as he tried to get his wings under control. As Nate worked Celestia seemed to contemplate something to herself before coming to whatever conclusion she made.
"Do you humans have a leader, or would you like to elect one quickly for me to discuss with?" Celestia asked. All the humans looked at each other before huddling up together to talk.
"I say it should be me," Larry said, being one of the more level headed of the group he would make a great leader.
"Sorry Larry but I think I should be the leader," Nate said surprising everyone. "It should be me because I have more knowledge of this world and how it works, I'm also less likely to flirt with any girls do to my lack of current caring, and me and TJ are probably some sort of human alicorn mix which would make us royalty in the ponies eyes," Nate said as an explanation to their questioning eyes.
"Hey, if we're both royalty then we should be co-leaders," TJ replied to Nate's statement. Everyone gave an approving nod, even Larry after realizing he had no idea about what where he was, and that what he did know came from Nate and Paddie.
"Okay we have made our decision, me and TJ are co-leading our group and will talk to Celestia and Luna," Nate announced to everyone. Both Luna and Celestia nodded in approval and motioned for them to follow. once out side the door and down the hall Nate asked, "so, what do you know on a way for us to get home?"
Both Luna and Celestia shared a sad look before Luna turned to him and answered his question, "We are sorry Nate, but there is no way to send thee home, the number of universes out there is to infinite for even us and our sister to find thine home, even if we could it would take thousands of years to focus in on the exact universe thou are from,". by the end of it TJ seemed worried and Nate seemed neutral about the situation.
"Thank you Princess, I respect and appreciate your honesty and shall make sure that we deliver the sad news to our group," Nate said, keeping his voice emotionless. both princesses worried that he was mad at them for not being able to help, but they knew there was nothing to do to help them anyway.
When they got back into the throne room Nate and TJ led the group away from the ponies to discuss their fate. "So, are we going home at all, or are we stuck?" Larry asked, dreading the answer to come.
"Sorry guys, we won't be leaving any time soon, it seems there are to many universes to find ours without waiting thousands of years," TJ said. The reaction to the news varied on the person, some were happy, some were sad, and some were absolutely neutral.
"Well then we have who will lead so I say we just go live in ponyville, maybe even send some of into the everfree to try and colonize it," Nate suggested. Everyone nodded in approval and so they went. to start their new lives in equestria, and to start the adventure of a life time.

Hi guys, sorry if a lot of you don't like this story, and in all honesty I do find writing this hard due to the aspect of having 10 characters to focus on, but I decided to make this chapter thinking 'why not' so here it is.
Sombra's return
Chapter 3
The group spent the night at the crystal empire so they could take the train in the morning, which would leave in another day. Each member got a simple room that had uncomfortably small beds, considering the fact they were made for the smaller ponies. Each room was identical, having one large bed (by pony standards), one dresser with a mirror, two windows, one bathroom, and one medium size closet. The bed was set in the back of the room with a window on either side and centered with the room, the dresser and mirror sat to the right of the bed against the wall as well as the closet door, to the left was the bathroom door which held a pony sized bathtub, toilet, and sink. In short, even the smallest of the humans were having trouble with most of the pony sized items.
At breakfast all the humans sat with each other and most of them (being the taller ones) were complaining about the small as hell beds. "Look, I get the beds were fucking small, but can you all shut the hell up and let me think for a moment, I'm not exactly short and slept on the floors with the small ass blankets to keep be warm," Nate angrily worked out as they waited for the princesses and other to show up. After sleeping on a crystal floor using blankets that left most of his legs uncovered, Nate had the patience of a featherweight pressure-plate, and was about ready to go off before the ponies finally arrived, causing both Nate and TJ to whisper little 'thank you's' to the air as everyone went silent.
"Hello everypony, did you sleep well last night?" Celestia asked, receiving grunts of irritation from most of the humans, making her very confused. "What is the matter? we had you set up in the guest rooms with the largest beds possible," she said as the rest of the ponies sat down at the table.
"Yeah, well, all of us are at least 5 inches taller than most of you, so large to you, is small sized to us," TJ explained, keeping his irritation at his lack of sleep down so he could be civil, "so for all I care those beds can go fuck themselves with the small ass rooms because we're all to tall for this shit," at least as civil as he could. All the ponies were taken aback by TJ's behavior, and were also surprised when Nate slapped him in the back of the head. Most of the humans looked at Nate in surprise, before TJ slammed his fist into Nate's stomach, sending him flying into the wall as he stood up. "Never Do That Again!" TJ yelled as Nate stood up with a hand on his gut.
"Then don't act like a dick head, we're stuck here for the long run and we don't need you antagonizing the locals, SO SIT THE FUCK DOWN NOW!" Nate said before roaring out the last part, Making everyone shocked by the burning anger in his voice. TJ started to walk over to Nate, his clenched figure showing his anger. Before TJ could do anything upon arriving at Nate's location, Nate's fist slammed into his face and sent his flying onto the table. Before anyone could react Nate was on top of TJ holding him down as everyone else was still to shocked to react, "I. Said. Sit. Down," Nate said in a hushed tone filled with rage as he held TJ down by his throat and arms.
"ENOUGH ," Luna roared, finally out of her shock and enraged at the violence before here. Nate looked over and just grunted in reply as he got up and sat back down. "we were all hoping to make sure thee were safe to allow into the public, but all thou hast shown is violence betwixt one another, leading me to believe that thou are a danger to our subjects," Luna said glaring at the two humans who had started the violence between one another, both seeming to ignore he words and meet her glare head on.
All sat silent until a certain rainbow maned Pegasus decided to break the silence, "Can we eat all ready, I'm really hungry and am getting sick of waiting, so can we hurry this up?" Rainbow Dash asked impatiently as the three leader broke their staring and sighed.
"Yes Rainbow Dash, I agree, we should start eating," Cadence said as servants started bringing all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and flowers that the ponies eyed hungrily while the humans were all slightly depressed to see no signs of meat. "what's the matter? aren't you all going to eat?" Cadence asked when she saw the humans were all not yet eating. All except for Nate, Paddie, and Jennifer who were eating some fruits and veggies.
"I think they all just realized that this is an herbivore heavy country, so there isn't and meat for them to eat here," Paddie said as he ate a piece of watermelon. When Paddie mentioned eating meat all the ponies stopped eating and looked at the humans in some amount of horror.
"Y-y-you all eat p-p-poor little a-a-animals?" Fluttershy asked, looking like she was on the verge of crying.
Nate shot Paddie a glare who just ignored it. "*sigh* Yes we eat animals, but not sapient one, where we come from our species is the only sapient one and we need a balanced diet of both vegetation and meat to live healthily, to sum it up, we're omnivores not carnivores," Nate explained as the ponies slightly relaxed, key word, slightly. The ponies still watched the humans with slight fear at the idea of being eaten by the humans.
*2 hours from crystal empire*
In a temple long since forgotten in time, A great evil was returning to bring ruin to those who dared to oppose its rule, to destroy those who stopped him in his moment of glory when he was finally going to win and reclaim his crown to the crystal empire. After several long years Sombra had finally regained enough dark magic to kill the ponies who beat him the first time. This time though, Sombra was stronger, he took his chance when a strange influx of every form of magic appeared, he immediately went for it and absorbed as much magic as he could, making him more powerful than he had ever been before. He would make those ponies pay, they would all pay for stealing away his kingdom and his slaves.
*human group, after breakfast*
"Wesley, can you please put down your rubix cube for this meeting? it's serious," Larry asked as he looked over, seeing Wesley focusing on his rubix cube and not on the matter at hand. The group was having a discussion about their current money problem and how long they could last sleeping on pony furniture before one of them snaps due to sleep deprivation.
"fine, but just because I've seen the show before doesn't mean I know as much as them," Wesley said pointing the the three people at the front of the group explaining what they knew from the show and how they could use their skills and new abilities to make money for living arrangements.
"first thing first, we should probably figure out what kind of magic we have since that could help us find what jobs we should get," Patty said as those said to have magic came the front of the group. only five people were pointed out be cadence as being users of magic, those five being Nate, TJ, Jennifer, Wesley, and Paddie.
"So how do we use magic?" Wesley asked, not sure how to use his magic at all.
"I'll try first, and Nate, TJ, you should go last since you might have alicorn magic," Jennifer said as she stepped forward. Nate nodded as TJ seemed slightly mad, but calmed down instantly. Jennifer held her hands in front of her, and stayed that way for nearly 10 minutes before her hands glowed a sky blue and a similar colored beam shot forward and hit Nate's door, since they were in his room. Once the beam made contact the door started to freeze over upsetting Nate.
"What the hell! now my doors frozen," Nate exclaimed angrily, but took a quick deep breath to calm down before continuing, "but regardless, how'd you get your magic to work?" he asked, a little calmer.
"I just focused on what I thought was my magic and imagined shooting out my hands like a laser beam," Jennifer explained as she walked over to TJ and they kissed.
Nate sighed and muttered something about it always being his thing that are damaged instead of others before seeming to ponder something. "Wesley, you go next, I'd rather someone who's not likely to have abnormal or overly powerful magic to try next," Nate said as he pushed Wesley to the complete front of the room. As the humans tested their magic they all found what affinity they had with magic, when Wesley tested his magic his hands glowed a reddish color as he shot out a stream of fire that accidentally hit one of the others, but instead of hurting him like everyone thought would happen, the fire had healed a small cut on the persons arm. When TJ tested his magic his hand glowed a dark blue color and his magic was similar to Jennifer's, but much stronger, as instead of the door being frozen, half the room was frozen and made extremely cold. After Wesley used his fire to heat up the room Nate tested his magic with his hand glowing a dark yellow color and what was shot out was a bolt of lightning that tore the door of its hinges. "FUCK!" Nate yelled as the door came off of its hinges and hit the door on the other side of the hallway.
"Excuse me but what is going on here?" Asked one of three guards who all looked annoyed at the humans and the damage to the room they caused.
"We were testing our magic," Paddie said, not having gotten to test his magic yet so he was equally as annoyed.
"Well please wait until you are out of the empire before doing that, we don't want any more damages," A different guard said as the three began to walk away, most likely report to the princesses about what had just transpired. After what happened the humans decided to end their little meeting and meet back up later in the evening.
*three hours later, 2:00 PM*
The air was unnaturally calm as a mass of darkness came closer and closer to the crystal empire, the intent of the dark cloud was as easy to read as the words of a page, to cause harm to all, and especially those who stood in its way.
In the empire sat the group of 10 humans in a cozy little tavern as they ate a meal paid for with bits given to them courtesy of the princesses. As they ate they began to notice a sound similar to that of screaming and seamed seemed to be getting closer, and after a few moments the group realized that what they were hearing was indeed screaming. After the revelation the group rushed outside to be greeted by a giant dark cloud that was condensing into the form of a unicorn stallion that stood 5 foot 6 inches. His fur was ash gray and he had a black mane and tail, he wore silver armor with a red cape on his back and his horn was red in color and curved, but most notable was his glowing green eyes and red irises with a purple mist leaking from the eyes.
"SOMBRA HAS RETURNED!!! AHAHAHAHAH!!! " He yelled in a deep voice before laughing maniacally, his voice amplified to reach across the entire crystal empire. After laughing Sombra pulled a fist back that started to glow dark purple with dark magic before slamming the fist forward only to be stopped by a blue bubble appearing over the empire, that started to crack from pressure. Nate, Paddie, and Jennifer were surprised by this as they knew of the crystal heart and its magic that should be powerful enough to stop Sombra, but there he was, powerful enough to crack the shield. As the group watched the blue shield finally shattered with a sound akin to glass breaking, followed by the sounds of terrified ponied screaming in fear. As Sombra stepped forward there was a loud BOOM! as a bolt of lighting pierced the air, hitting Sombra in the chest with enough force to push him back 3 feet, followed by a blue beam that hit Sombra as well, encasing him in a block of ice, as well as freezing anything near him in a 4 foot radius.
Both Nate and TJ had reacted and used their magic to attack Sombra, and thanks to their new alicorn nature they only needed to use a slight amount of power. As the humans were about to celebrate cracks formed across the ice as Sombra broke free, barely even effected after the 2 attacks. "For fucks sake, can't villains ever just be defeated on the first attack," Paddie said before receiving a blast of dark magic to the chest that sent him flying into a crystal wall, leaving crack in it. After landing on the ground Paddie started to get back up with an angry expression, everyone was surprised to see Paddie get back up so quickly, but Sombra surprised to see him get up at all due to the amount of dark magic in his blast. As Paddie glared at Sombra everyone was shocked to see his irises go from green/brown eyes to glowing neon green with a sickly green mist leaving his eyes. "Lets take this fucker down," Paddie said, thoroughly pissed after Sombra's attack
Everyone nodded and stood shoulder to shoulder while looking at Sombra who seemed to become filled with rage towards the humans, "YOU DARE DEFY ME, FOR YOUR IDIOCY YOU SHALL PERISH WITHOUT MERCY! " Sombra screamed in rage, creating several construct out of black crystal that looked like him and commanding them to attack the humans. As the first construct got close James threw out a punch, hoping it would do something, and as his fist met the constructs face it shattered into tiny bits. As another got close Jacob C kicked it in the abdomen, causing the construct to break in half. Sombra, for the most part, just continued to make more and more constructs that the humans destroyed over and over again. As the others fought the constructs Nate, TJ, and Paddie advanced on Sombra to fight him personally, and as they advanced Nate would shoot lightning at any constructs that went at him as TJ froze others, but Paddie shot beams of dark magic at the construct causing them to turn green and start fighting the other constructs as they were taken over by Paddie.
As the three humans got closer Sombra focused and created over a hundred constructs and sent them at the other 7 humans to fight. Without hesitation TJ quickly moved in and threw a jab at Sombra's face, Sombra dogged it only to be punched in the stomach and sent back by Nate who had gotten to him, Paddie also joined by kicking Sombra in the leg, causing him to start falling only to be met half way by TJ's foot slamming into his face with enough force to send him back into the air. Sombra landed on the ground and reacted fast enough to roll out of the way of a lighting bolt that hit where he just was before dodging a punch to his face and a chuck of ice aimed for his abdomen. Sombra retaliated with with a blast of dark magic at all 3 of them that was dodged by all but Paddie who took the hit without damage and swung at Sombra, hitting him in the face hard enough to cause his nose to start bleeding as he fell backwards. As Sombra fell backwards Nate sent a blot of lighting at Sombra, hitting him in the face and sending him into the air to be hit by a body sized chunk of ice and sent back a few feet from the force. As Sombra got up all three of the humans stood together and shot out their magic at him in unison, forcing Sombra to go into his cloud for to dodge the blasts.
Sombra went back to his physical form in the air and fell into a punch, hitting Nate in the face, causing him to fall to the ground. Once Sombra landed he turned and kicked TJ in the gut sending him back before receiving a punch to the back of the head and a kick to his knee from Paddie. Sombra fell forward with a grunt as he was then kicked in the chest sending him back as Paddie and TJ kicked him back and forth between them with strong kicks. "ENOUGH!" Sombra yelled as he released a surge of energy that sent the Paddie and TJ sprawling across the ground, "You are all trying my patience, NOW DIE!" he screamed as he summoned a sword and rushed the two, only to be caught in a headlock from behind by Nate, whose hand and arms were surging with electricity causing Sombra to shout in pain as he dropped his sword.
"Any last words, Sombra?" Nate asked as TJ Paddie The fallen sword and stepped closer to them with murder in his eyes.
"I'll never truly die, you may strike me down for now but I will return stronger than before, and I will have my revenge," Sombra said, glaring at Paddie who was preparing to kill Sombra with his own blade. As Paddie swung with all his might Sombra could not move do to the electricity flowing from Nate, causing all his muscles to lock up from the voltage and cause enough pain to make it so he couldn't concentrate enough to use his magic to escape. As Paddie swung the sword Nate let go of Sombra and leaned back with half of a second to spare as the sword cut cleanly through Sombra's neck and sever his head from his body, causing Sombra to explode into a black mist that floated away from the crystal empire. After Sombra was defeated the last remaining constructs fell apart and all the humans fell to the ground exhausted after the battle they had just went through.
TJ, Nate, And Paddie were able to stay standing but were exhausted as well due to the exertion it took to defeat Sombra. As the three sat down there was a Popping sound as the princesses, element bearers, and spike were teleported with a squad of 100 or so guards. All the ponies looked around wide eyed at the shattered constructs and very tired humans that were on the ground. "Nice of you to show up your highness's," Nate said chuckling as everypony present looked at him, "I'm glad to say that Sombra has been taken care of, though it wasn't easy," He said, making everypony even more wide eyed at the news the they had taken out Sombra, only ten strong.
"How did thee and thine group manage to beat a monster the likes of Sombra with only 10 of thee?" Luna asked, confused as to how they could pull something like this off.
"By fighting dark magic with dark magic," Paddie said, his eyes finally returning to normal but still present enough for the princesses to notice it, "seems that I'm immune to dark magic and can use it as well," Paddie continued, yet again causing the ponies eyes to widen.
As the guards seemed to be getting ready to attack Paddie, Cadence decided to intervene, "Stand down, he helped stop Sombra and hasn't shown himself to be a threat, and you aren't going to be one, right?" She both said and asked as she looked at Paddie who shook his head no, "good," she said.
The guards then decided to make themselves useful by cleaning up the mess made by the earlier battle as they went around moving the black crystals into one pile to be dealt with later. The princesses walked up to the three who fought Sombra to talk to them.
"Is everypony in your group OK?" Princess Celestia asked as she got closer.
"Everyone Princess, and as far as I can tell yes, but we're all extremely tired," Nate said.
"Yeah, but that fight sure was fun," TJ chimed in with a grin while thinking about how cool it was to get to use his powers to fight bad guy.
"Well if you are all tired then lets get you all back to the castle so we can get you all checked for any injuries," Celestia said as she got a few guards to take all the humans to the infirmary to get checked up. After everyone was checked up they all went back to the castle to rest and prepare for the train ride to Equestria the next morning.
*two hours away from crystal empire, with Sombra*
"I will have my revenge," Sombra said to himself, planning out how to kill the creatures that had managed to stop his plans to take back the crystal empire. As he continued to think he started to laugh a dark, evil laugh that rang out across the temple he resided in.

I apologize for the shortness of this chapter but I just wanted to save the actual introduction into Ponyville for the next chapter. So while this chapter is short I'll try to make the next one 4000+ words. So as you read I'll keep sending you all those positive vibes
A journeys start
Chapter 5
As the sun rose the ten humans were awoken from their slumbers by guards sent to them by the Princesses to bring them to breakfast. After being awoken all the humans briskly went to the dinging hall to eat their last meal in the crystal empire before traveling via train ride to Equestria. When the ten humans arrived at the dining hall they were surprised to see that everypony else had already arrived and were eating, confusing the humans as they had arrived at the dinging hall before them the previous day. "Good morning," the humans greeted, some saying their greeting in other ways but the meaning staying the same.
"Good morning to you as well, we hope that your sleep was more comfortable last night since we fixed your bed problem," Princess Gleaming shield said, referring to how the ponies had lengthened the humans beds by combining two beds together and connecting them by the foots of the two beds. All the humans nodded in appreciation, no longer as aggravated after a good nights sleep unlike before. "now that you are all here, we would like to ask some questions about your battle yesterday," she continued, speaking of the humans fight with Sombra where they were able to beat him without casualty.
"It was a hard fought battle, but it seems even Sombra isn't immune to electricity," Nate said smiling as he held out a hand that danced with electricity.
"Then twas luck you beat him at all," Princess Luna said, getting a glare from most of the humans but a confused look from the three who had fought Sombra personally.
"Care to elaborate Princess," Paddie said as he eyed Luna carefully in the hopes of deciphering what she meant.
"Had it not been for Sombra's lack of knowledge of your abilities, twould not have been so easy to beat him," Princess Luna answered, making the humans think over what she meant. The seven of the group who had fought the construct thought about how easy it really was to fight them, as they seemed to just crumble under their attacks, at least that's how it went for James and Jacob C but is still wasn't hard for the others to fight them. But as for the three who fought Sombra they thought back to the battle and realized what Princess Luna meant, throughout their entire battle Sombra didn't seem to be tired at all, and had it not been for him letting down his guard then the battle may have turned out very differently.
"Regardless we still would have held out long enough for the guard to arrive," TJ said as he looked at Princess Luna, who just shook her head slowly.
"Had Sombra not let down his guard, thee may very well not have been here today," She said, looking strait at the three. To the credit of the three they didn't outwardly react, though they could tell, deep down, that what she said was true.
"Sister, let's not talk about such depressing matters know, let us instead talk about where you humans plan to live in Equestria," Princess Celestia, moving the conversation away from the possible deaths of the humans and onto the subject of the humans living arrangements.
"We were thinking of settling down in Ponyville, and maybe trying to colonize the everfree forest," Nate said, surprising the ponies that they would think of colonizing a place as dangerous as the everfree forest.
"Art though sure, doth thee know of the dangers that lie in wait in the everfree?" Princess Luna asked, worried about the humans choice and if they knew how dangerous the forest was.
"We don't plan to do it just yet, but it is still an option," Larry said, finishing up his breakfast of pancakes and pushing his plate away.
"Yes, well I do approve of your idea to go to Ponyville, and if you don't mind I would like to request a favor of you all," Princes Celestia said, confusing the ten humans as to what the solar Princess could want from them. "I would appreciate it if you would join the royal guard and work in Ponyville as such to help defend it from the monsters of the everfree," Princess Celestia explained, stumping the humans as they did not expect that kind of favor.
"Give us a moment to talk it over your highness," Nate said motioning for the others to join him the hall.
"Take all the time you need," She answered as she watched the humans close the door behind them.
"What do you all think?" Nate asked as he looked at everyone else.
"I think we should do it," TJ started, "I mean we did just win a battle against an evil tyrant, how hard could being a guard be compared to that," he finished honestly believing that it would be extremely easy.
"Well the everfree has monsters like manticores, hydras, cockatrices, timber wolves, and more," Paddie explained, listing off some of the creatures that called the everfree home. "and Ponyville happens to be extremely close to the everfree," he continued.
"Well if the show is anything to go by the job will be easy," Nate said as he thought back to the show, "the show never showed creatures leaving the everfree that often and it also shows that most ponies in Ponyville don't cause that much trouble," He continued as he went over the episodes that he had seen that showed only a few instances of real problems in Ponyville.
"Then are we going to do it?" Theo asked. Everyone looked at one another before nodding their heads, agreeing to take the job.
The group opened the doors to the dining hall and reentered while looking at the Princesses, "We will answer your request and be guards in Ponyville," Nate said as everyone sat down. Celestia smiled as she was glad the humans were accepting her request. They had shown an abnormal affinity for fighting when they had started the battle against Sombra and won, making her believe that they would be a good choice for defending Ponyville from the monsters of the everfree.
"Thank you, though I hope you don't mind if I send some of my guards to evaluate you all on your abilities," Celestia said looking around at the humans.
Before any of the humans could respond Rainbow Dash decided to butt in, "What the hay Princess, why do we need them to defend us when we can protect Ponyville without them,". The humans all looked at Rainbow Dash, mostly in annoyance. As Celestia was about to respond three things happened, one was that a beam of blue went by Rainbow Dash's head and impacted with the wall freezing it, the second was a lightning bolt going by her head and braking the wall behind her, and the last was a beam of black that went over her head and also blew up some more of the wall behind her.
Everyone looked at TJ, Nate, and Paddie after they had had their little display of power, "That's why," was all that TJ said as he went back to eating.
Rainbow Dash, not knowing when to quit, just decided to antagonize the three after their display, "I bet you wouldn't be so certain if you couldn't use magic," she said with a smug grin. TJ just smiled back, lifted his had up, and brought it down with enough force to shatter the table they were eating at.
"*sigh* I apologize for the broken table Princesses," Nate said as everypony looked at TJ with even more shock, surprised that he could break the crystal table without injury.
"It's okay, this may have been avoided if somepony hadn't been antagonizing him," Princess Cadence said, looking over to Rainbow Dash to emphasize her point. Rainbow Dash sat back down, her ears laid back as she gave a sheepish chuckle and rubbed the back of her head.
"Well with all of that done, how about we go get ready for our train ride," Princess Celestia said as everyone got up and left the room to prepare for the train ride.
*6 hours later, 12 AM, Canterlot station*
The train from the Crystal Empire pulled up to the station with a hiss and a loud sounding of its whistle, announcing its arrival to the guards stationed at the platform to receive the Princesses. The doors opened to the train as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna departed, leaving the rest of the group to continue the ride to Ponyville. Before the train could leave a group of 3 lunar guards and 3 solar guards boarded the train to go to Ponyville and act as trainers for the group of humans.

The train left while the two princesses headed to the castle with their group of ten guards in silence, except for the talk the two sisters were having via telepathy. "Sister, doth thou believe that the humans will be able to handle being protectors of Ponyville?" Luna asked, looking forward without changing her facial expression.
"I have never seen a race of creatures that show such and affinity for fighting as they have, I believe that that they will excel beyond what any of our guards are capable of," Celestia replied, doing the same as her sister and not moving physically what-so-ever.
"Doth thou question thine guards abilities sister?" Luna asked with a slightly mischievous grin.
"You know I'm not Lulu, but you also know that most ponies don't do well with the act of fighting, or taking a life for that matter, while these humans have shown they do not posses the same mindset," Celestia replied calmly, still keeping her outward appearance of a motherly smile.
The two stopped talking as they had finally arrived at the castle. Opening the front doors they both stepped inside, gave a short bow of the head to each other, and went their separate ways. Celestia went to the throne room to begin court while Luna went to her bedchambers to get some more sleep so she would be ready for night court. Both Princesses went on with their days wondering what was happening in Ponyville, and how were their subjects reacting to the presence of the humans.

Sorry for the delay on this chapter, I wanted it to be a bit longer and was having trouble with coming up with the different points of views but hey, A 6000 WORD CHAPTER GUYS!!! I've never written a chapter this long before and am excited about that. Also, MERRY CHRISTMAS, this would have been up sooner but I had to spend most of the day away from my laptop so sorry :( Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chapter and tell me what you think, also tell me if you think the interaction Theo had with hoops should come back to bite him in the ass. Ponyville
Chapter 6
The Ponyville express pulled up to the station, letting out a loud, shrill whistle as it came to a stop and opened its doors. The first ones to come out were the average pony, stepping out to continue on with their live after a trip or vacation, and ponies arriving for a trip or vacation. After they had stepped off a group of 3 lunar guards and 3 solar guards stepped out of the train followed by the six bearers of the elements of harmony, Spike, and finally the ten humans Nate, TJ, Jennifer, Wesley, Jacob Y, Theo, James, Jacob C, Paddie, and Larry. The group began to make their way through Ponyville and to the crystal tree castle belonging to Princess Twilight Sparkle. The ponies at first bowed, seeing the guards and Princess Twilight first, but after seeing the humans many of the Ponies hurried inside, all taking their children with them out of fear for the new creatures.
Most of the humans didn't really care, though a few of them didn't really like the fact they were being seen as some sort of scary monster. The group continued the rest of the way, with the same thing happening the whole way, until they stood outside of the crystal castle (a.k.a. the friendship castle) itself.
"Here we are, you all can stay here for now since this place has so many spare rooms, though a few of you will probably need to share a room," Princess Twilight said, opening the doors and leading everyone inside. The place was very reminiscent of the Crystal Empires castle, with the large halls made of crystal and large open windows, the only real difference the humans could see so far was that this castle was shaped like a giant tree, and had different decor. The group was led through the castle until they came upon a hallway filled with 10 doors, 5 on each side, "Here are the rooms, sorry there's not enough for all of you," she said letting everyone choose their rooms.
On one side of the hallway it was decided that TJ and Jennifer would share a room, Jake and James would also share a room, while Wesley, Theo, and Jacob get their own rooms. On the other side of the hall two solar guards got one room, while one lunar and one solar guard got another, the reason why only two guards were in a room was due to the size of the room only accommodating as much as two people, so Nate volunteered to let a guard bunk with him, and ended up with a lunar guard, while Paddie also volunteered and ended up with the other lunar guard, leaving Larry with a room to himself.
The humans all wanted to leave and enjoy some time in their new town of residence, but everypony thought it would be unwise do so to the humans size and appearance, though that didn't stop the humans from leaving anyway under the excuse of "how are we supposed to protect a town we've never seen before". the humans left the castle and split up to explore Ponyville separately so they could explore more of the town at once.
12:20 PM, Theo's point of view
I wandered through a less populated part of Ponyville with my hood up, trying to be alone for a moment, 'Why the hell did this happen, I never wanted to end up in a place like this, now I'm stuck in dumb ass Ponyland with no way home' . My thoughts were angry, as I was having a hard time accepting the fact I was trapped here with no way home. I tried to stop thinking and calm my growing anger as I walked and took in the sights, seeing many building that looked like they belonged in the medieval era. I was brought out of my sight seeing when a Pegasus stallion bumped into my shoulder roughly and attempted to walk away like nothing happened. "HEY ASSHOLE!" I yelled, causing the Stallion to turn around, giving me a good view of him. He stood 5 foot 3 inches had green eyes and orange fur with a light brown mane and tail, he wore a green T-shirt with a picture of three basket balls on the right side of it and grey basketball shorts.
"what did you call me?" The stallion asked with no amount of kindness in his words as he let out an angry snort from his nose.
"I called you an asshole, how about you watch where your going next time and apologize," I answered as I pulled down my hood to glare glare down at him.
"Oh yeah and hows about this hairless monkey, MAKE ME," He said, now bearing a smug grin thinking he had won. I walked up to him, too pissed off to care anymore and punched him as hard as I could with my right hand, making him go backwards about a foot with blood running down his muzzle. He got back up holding his muzzle with one hand and glaring at me. After a few moments of glaring and slowly getting angrier and angrier due to whatever he was thinking about, he charged at me, using his wings to move faster I jumped out of the way, using my wings to push me to the side before he could hit me making him continue past. As he flew past me he realized that I had been standing in front of a light pole and had no time to change direction before hitting the pole face first and falling to the ground knocked out.
"Huh that was easy," I muttered under my breath. I looked around to see many of the townsponies staring at me in shock and fear. I decided to call it a day and pulled up my hood, trying to retrace my way back to the castle. I was making decent progress for 5 minutes before I heard a loud scream that seemed to be coming from the forest in the distance, so with small moment to consider I decided to go to the scream and decide if I could help, and so I began running.
11:55 AM, Wesley's point of view
I was wandering through the town, not bothering to put up my hood, openly allowing the ponies to see I wasn't the same. I knew there would be those who wouldn't accept me and prepared for that, what I wasn't prepared for though was for the ponies to look up at me in fear and move away from me. 'Why do they keep looking at me like that, I know I'm different but not by that much' I thought. I let out a sad sigh and after a few minutes of walking I saw a strange building that looked like a large gingerbread house with a sign reading 'Sugarcube Corner'.I thought It might be a bakery of some sort due to it looking familiar to me, so I opened the door to see I was correct, at the front counter there was a large display case full of baked treats from cupcakes, to muffins, from pies, to cakes. There were a few tables around, some of the ponies sitting at them looking at me in surprise and fear, and the pony behind the counter though was Pinkie Pie. "Hey Pinkie Pie," i said as I walked over to her, feeling the eyes of the ponies still on me.
"OhhiWesleyit'sgoodtoseeyoueventhoughIthoughtyouweregoingtostayinthecastlealldaytodaybutit'sstillgoodtoseeyou*GASP!*DOESTHISMEANICANTHROWYOUALLA'WELCOMETOPONYVILLE'PARTYNOWBECAUSEIFICANTHENINEEDTOSTART..." It felt like Pinkie was talking at the speed of sound, so I stopped listening to her and tried to ignore the growing headache her rambling was giving me. I was finally saved when a feminine voice called from the kitchen.
"Pinkie dear, are you talking another customers ears of again?" The voice asked, causing Pinkie to stop and smile sheepishly while rubbing the back of her head.
"SORRY MRS. CAKE!" Pinkie yelled back before turning to me, "so what'll you have Wesley?" she asked. I looked at the display case for any prices but couldn't find any.
"How much for 3 chocolate ship cupcakes?" I asked.
"5 bits," she said.
"Then that's what I'll order," I said, grabbing five of the golden coins from a small pouch at my hip. Twilight gave each of us 50 bits in case we got hungry or found something we needed while out and about. I handed her the bits and she handed me the three cupcakes I asked for. I went to an empty table and sat down, looking around I noticed that everypony had stopped staring, but a few were still taking quick glaces at me, which was better. As I ate my cupcakes I started to think about what has happened lately, from ending up in Equestria due to being chased of a cliff with my friends, to finding out I gained the ability to use magic, and the fight with Sombra only a day prior. After awhile I finished eating and got up to leave, "Bye Pinkie Pie!" I yelled as I opened the door to leave.
"Bye Wesley!" She shouted back as I was waling out the door. I stared walking back towards the castle in the distance and deposited the empty cupcake rappers in a nearby trash can. After a few minutes I heard a loud, frightened scream that seemed to come from the forest in the distance, so with the location in mind I started running through the streets and past the startled ponies towards the scream.
12:00 PM, Jame's point of view
I walked around with my hood down, not caring if the ponies were afraid right now or not because that would only change with exposure, 'I wonder how long we'll be reacted to like this, or if it will ever change' I thought to myself. I reached a market that was bustling with ponies going around buying many different things like food, random trinkets, and house hold items. I saw a cart being run by Applejack and a large red Earth pony stallion (large by pony size) selling apples. I was feeling hungry so I walked through the crowd to the stand, which was easy because everypony who saw me, which it wasn't hard to spot someone taller then anyone else in the vicinity, moved out of my way in fear. "Howdy partner, what'er you doing here? ah thought y'all were staying in the castle 'till tomorrow," Applejack said as I got to the stand.
"We decided to start showing ourselves off early, but what are you doing here?" I asked, curious about why she had a stand here at all.
"Me and mah brother run a farm nearby called Sweet Apple Acres, We make the best apples in all of Equestria," Applejack explained. After her explanation she got a look on her face like she just remembered something, "Oh yeah, James this here is mah older brother Big Macintosh, Big Mac for short. Big Mac this here is of the humans aah was tell'in you about," She said introducing me and Big Mac.
I finally took a good look at Big Mac and saw he was an extremely muscular earth pony stallion who stood around 5 foot 5 had green eyes and red fur with a straw yellow mane and tail, he wore a red plaid button up shirt that had a picture of a Macintosh apple cut in half on his shoulders and blue jeans. Me and Big Mac shook hands before I turned to Applejack, "How much are the apples Applejack?" I asked looking them over.
"1 bit per apple".
"I'll take 3 apples then," I said as I grabbed three bits from the pouch at my side and handed them to her as she handed me the apples. "Well, see ya guys," I said as I started to walk away, the ponies around me moving away still but not as fearfully as before.
"See ya James," I heard in reply as well as deep, "Eeyup,".
I continued to move away and just explore a little as I ate the apples. After a while of wondering I finished my apples and threw away the cores in a nearby trash can, but as I was doing so I heard a terrified scream coming from the nearby forest, so thinking quickly I turned to the source of the scream and started to run.
11:45 AM, Nate's point of view
My group had decided that I should look for a place to get us all our own weapons and gave me a list of what they wanted. I looked over the list again and cringed under my hood and how much this will probably cost. I thought back to the meeting and let out a sigh, a little annoyed that I had to work while everyone else got to just explore. I continued to look around for a blacksmith before getting tired of just looking, FUCK THIS, I'm gonna ask for directions' I thought as I moved over to I recognized to be Lyra Heartstrings. She stood 5 foot 1 had amber eyes and mint green fur with a two-tone mane and tail of green and white, she wore a blue T-shirt with white sleeves and a picture of a lyre over her left breast with blue jeans. "um, hi, my name is Nate and I was wondering if you could give me directions?" I asked, causing her to look up at me as I stood nearly a foot taller than her.
"oh, um, sure, where to," she answered nervously with a matching nervous smile.
"I was hoping to get directions to the local blacksmith," I said, pulling off my hood as it felt rude to talk with it on. Lyra looked at my face with wide eyes before letting out a loud *GASP* and hugging me. 'guess the fandom got the loving humans thing right,' I thought to myself as I heard my back get cracked from the absurd amount of strength this unicorn was using. "um, it's getting hard to breath miss..."
"OH, sorry, and my names Lyra, Lyra Heartstrings," she said with a smile on her face. "are you by chance a human?" She asked, to which I nodded, causing her smile to widen to a size that would make Pinkie Pie proud.
"So about those directions..."
"Just follow me," She said, cutting me off as she started to walk away. I just let out a sigh and left my hood off as I followed her down the road, taking a few turns until we arrived at a building with a sign that read 'Ponyville blacksmith'.
"Thanks for the help Lyra," I said as I started to walk to to the building, but was stopped by Lyra.
"wait, you don't want to hang out?" she asked, and when I looked back I could see she looked a little saddened by my departure. I let out a sigh, figuring that she was only sad because she had finally met a human who was walking away.
"Sure, I just got to drop off a list to the black smith and then we can go somewhere else," I said, figuring I could have some fun hanging out with Lyra before I returned to the castle. She let out a *squee* and hugged me with a smile on her face. I was really starting to get surprised by how huggy this mare was. She let go and we walked into the smithy to find a lone stallion hard at work making something. He stood at 5 foot 3 had blue eyes and dark yellow fur with a brown mane and tail, he stood shirtless due to the heat of the forge but wore light blue jeans. "HEY!" I shouted, getting his attention and causing him to look at me.
"What is it?" He asked, looking a little annoyed that I stopped him from doing his work.
"I need to set a order for these weapons, my friends and I joined the guard for this town recently and we need weapons made for us," I said as I handed him the list. He looked it over before his eyes quickly widened.
"This stuff will take awhile to make, and some of these will be pretty expensive for the materials required, especially this spear," He explained as he pointed to a picture Paddie had drawn of the spear he wanted with a detailed list of what materials he wanted it made of.
"I understand, so can you give me a time frame and price?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'd say for all of these it will take about a week and half, and cost around 935 bits," He said. I nodded and reached into the sack of bits counting out 65 bits into my hand before pouring the rest onto a nearby table before putting the 65 bits back into the bag. Luckily Twilight had thought ahead and sent a letter to Princess Celestia before we left and got me a bag of 1000 bits to pay for the weapons. Lyra and the stallion both looked at the bits with open mouths and wide eyes, to surprised by the immediate payment to even know what to say or do, but I did, as I started to laugh. My laughing seemed to snap the two of them out of their stupor as they both cleared their throats and looked away.
"I'll see you around, an if you need me I'll be staying at the friendship castle for now, but I'll notify you if my group changes location," I said as Lyra and I left and the stallion gave me nod of confirmation. "so Lyra what do you want to..." I was cut off by a terrified scream that seemed to come from the direction of the everfree, "sorry Lyra, but duty calls," I apologized as I started to run towards the source of the scream.
12:00 PM, Jacob's point of view
'All of a sudden being so tall isn't fun anymore' I thought as everywhere I went ponies looked up at me in fear, which was understandable as I was a different species that stood a whole foot taller than a good chunk of them. As I walked I took in the sights and was surprised by how old-fashioned the buildings were, and yet were so new at the same time. After a few minutes of walking I came across a large building that was very colorful and reminded me of a carousel, with a picture of a pony like figure above the door. I faintly remembered Rarity mention some about a place that looked like this and making clothes, so with a sigh I walked up to the building and knocked on the door.
"Just a minute~" someone said from inside with a sing-songy voice. I waited a few moments before the door was opened and I was greeted to the sight of Rarity looking at my chest about to speak before realizing how tall I was and looking up to see my face and actually recognize me. "why hello darling, what do I owe this visit, and please come inside," she said as she let me in, I had to duck my head to get in, as even the taller doors only reached around 5'11.
"I was in the neighbor hood and was wondering if you could make me a hoodie," I explained, looking around the place to see several mannequins dressed in different outfits.
"Of course, just take your shirt off and stand there so I can take your measurements," She said as she pointed to a slightly elevated platform. I did as I was told, feeling a little uncomfortable, but I understood the need for my measurements. I stood still on the platform and just let Rarity do what she needed to do as she levitated a measuring tape around me, only using her hands to lift my arms, though what confused me was the slight blush she seemed to have as she wrote down the measurements. After around 15 minutes she had gotten enough measurements to be able to make me a hoodie and asked me for a design. I just told her to make the colors a mixture of light ones and dark ones, and that I didn't want it to be feminine. I picked up my shirt to put it back on so I could leave, but as I did so it got caught on a mirrors hooked stand, and as I pulled it it got ripped heavily.
"Dammit, guess I need to be quick in getting to the castle," I muttered quietly as I picked up my ruined shirt and left quickly as I could and started to walk towards the castle as fast as possible. As I was walking I heard a terrified scream coming from the direction of a nearby forest, I looked to my shirt, then to the forest, then back and forth another time 'Eh fuck it' I thought as I threw the shirt at a random trashcan and started running towards the where the scream came from.
11:50 AM, TJ's point of view
A little while ago I ran into Rainbow Dash and after her finding out I had nothing better to do she invited me to watch her do a few stunts. So here I am now, sitting in the grass and watching as she does twists and turns at extreme speeds, pulling off death defying stunts that must have taken her years to get down, and feeling bored.
"Hey what's wrong?" She asked as she came down from the sky to stand in front of me, sweating but not out of breath.
"Nothing, I'm just a little bored," I answered honestly, earning an offended and angry face from the Rainbow maned mare.
"So you think I'm boring huh," She said more than asked, feeling like it was her that I was bored with.
"No, I just don't like watching people do things, I like to be doing things myself," I explained to her as I stood up and stretched to crack my back. I looked down at her, still amazed how I was taller than almost everypony in Equestria besides a very very small percent.
"I guess that makes sense, well what do you want to do then?" She asked, understanding my lack of enjoyment while just sitting on the ground. I thought about what I wanted to do and thought back to Rainbow Dash's stunts, realizing I do have wings, I just haven't learned how to fly yet.
"I want to learn how to fly," I said as I started to stretch my wings to get them ready. Rainbow Dash smiled at me and said she'd teach me how, so for the next half an hour or so she taught me how to fly. I was getting the hang of it and was able to get a few feet off the ground, but couldn't get much else yet. After awhile of training we stopped as we heard what sounded like a terrified scream coming from the direction of the nearby forest, before I could say anything Rainbow Dash sped past me towards the castle, more than likely to get twilight, but I decided to go to the source of the scream and began to run
11:55 AM, Paddie's point of view
I was walking around Ponyville while listening to music on my phone, which I was glad I brought with me because I had a lot of brony and non-brony songs on it that were great. As I walked I didn't talk much to anypony, and kept what probably looked like a glare on my face. After my song finished I went to change my playlist when I ran into a unicorn mare, knocking her over. She was 5 foot 1 wore purple shades that hid her eyes and had white fur with a two-tone electric blue mane and tail, she wore a white hoodie with blue jean shorts that had a picture of a black musical note on each of her thighs. I recognized her as Vinyl Scratch, a.k.a. DJ pon-3. "Sorry about that," I said as I offered her a hand to pick her up, which she accepted.
"No sweat dude, no harm done," She said as I pulled her up, only to have to look up at me due to the height difference. "wow, I thought he was tall because I was on the ground but he's just tall," she muttered to herself. I just decided to start walking away when Vinyl decided to follow me. "Names Vinyl Scratch, what's yours?" She asked as she held out a hand to shake.
"Names Paddie," I answered as I shook her hand. We continued to walk for a few minutes before I decided to pull out a headphone and offer it to Vinyl.
"What's that?" She asked as she grabbed it, I just pointed to it, then to her ear, to tell her what to do. She got the message and when she put in the headphone she was greeted to the sound of nameless dubstep, which I put on out of knowledge that she likes dubstep. She had a look of amazement for a few seconds before she began to tap her hoof and started to really get into the music. We stood there until the song ended, and at the end of the song she gave me back the headphone while saying, "That was awesome, how did you get the music to play like that?".
"I use this, it's called a phone and allows me to do a lot of things, one of which is store and play music," I explained pulling out my phone to show her. She started to ask me questions for awhile as we walked without a destination in mind, but after awhile we heard a terrified scream coming from the direction of the everfree, "see ya later Vinyl," I said as I started to run towards the direction of the scream.
11:45 AM, Jennifer's point of view
I had opted to stay at the castle and train with my magic, so there I was, freezing item after item in order to get better with this new skill. I was getting tired of the freezing items so I decided to try other things, I started to see if I could lift items with my magic and found that while it did put stain on me it wasn't that hard to get the hang of as long as I concentrated. I then tried lifting multiple items and found that the only strain I got was based on the heaviest thing I was lifting, so I as long as I could concentrate I could carry any number of items without to much strain.
"Hey Jennifer," Twilight said as she walked up to me, she had two glasses of lemonade and handed one to me as she got to me. "So how's practice going?" she asked looking at all the frozen items around, which was a lot as I had been practicing on different items to what was freezable and what wasn't.
"It's going great, I even figured out how to lift items with my magic," I said, feeling proud of myself for figuring that out so quickly. Twilight gave me a look like she didn't believe me so I decided to show her by levitating my lemonade and drinking from it, which obviously shocked her, if her hanging jaw was anything to go by.
"what, but how, it takes most unicorns, even gifted ones, at least a month before they learn how to levitate objects," she said, seemingly more to herself than to me. "I need to study to see if they are more gifted with magic than most unicorns are," she muttered, obviously not talking to me then.
"um, I can't speak for the others but I'm not sure I want to be studied," I said, snapping her out of her own inner monologue.
"Sorry, well I hope at least one of you will be willing to let me study you," she said with a hopeful smile. 'What is up with this girl? I'm honestly surprised she had the constraint not to force me to let her study me,' I thought, honestly shocked at the self control Twilight was showing, especially with how she was shown in the show.
"I'm sure one them would be willing to let you study them, heck I bet one of them would even be happy to let you," I said, earning a large smile from the alicorn. Before we could to talk there was a terrified scream that seemed to come from the direction of the everfree, "sorry Twilight, I gotta go," and with that I started to run.
12:25 PM, Jake's point of view
As I walked around the area with my hood down I made sure to keep my eyes open for anything. I continued to take in as much of the town as possible so I wouldn't get lost on the way back to the castle, at least I was until I saw two fillies picking on another three. The first of the two bully fillies was an earth pony that stood 4 foot 6 had magenta eyes behind a pair of glasses and grey fur with a silver mane and tail, she wore a purple sweater that had a picture of a silver spoon on the sleeves with a knee length grey skirt. The other bully was also an earth pony that stood 4 foot 7 had light blue eyes and pinkish fur with a violet mane and tail that has a white line running down the middle of both, she wore an expensive looking yellow jacket over a black shirt with a white skirt as well as a diamond tiara. The first of the bullied fillies was an earth pony that stood 4 foot 7 had amber eyes and yellow fur with a red mane and tail that had a red bow in the mane, she wore a green T-shirt with blue jeans. the middle most of the bullied was a unicorn that stood 4 foot 5 & 1/2 had green eyes and marshmallow white fur with a two-tone violet and pink mane and tail, she wore a violet sweater with a purple skirt. The last of the bullied fillies was a Pegasus that stood 4 foot 6 had purple eyes and orange fur with a magenta mane and tail, she wore a green hoodie with blue jeans.
"You blank flanks gonna cry?" I heard the pinkish filly ask in a taunting voice as I walked up.
"Just leave us alone Diamond Tiara, why do you and Silver Spoon always have to pick on us," I heard the orange filly respond while glaring at the bullies.
Before the one named as Diamond Tiara could speak I interrupted her, "Her what's going on her?" I asked with no kindness in my voice. All the fillies looked up at me in fear, although the orange one tried to put on a brave face.
"Um, t-these useless blank flanks were in our way, s-so we were teaching them a lesson," Diamond Tiara explained, while Silver Spoon just nodded her head along with Tiara's explanation.
"That's what I've heard is called bullying, now get out of here before I make sure your parents get a visit from the guard for verbal abuse charges against their foals," I said with malice, making the two gulp before they nodded and hightailed it as fast as they could. I was about to introduce myself to the other three before I heard a terrified scream coming from the nearby forest, "sorry, but I gotta go," I said as I quickly began to run towards where the screaming came from.
11:40 PM, Larry's point of view
I was exploring the town with my hood down, honestly not caring what anypony thought of me at all. As I walked I tried to think of what I could be doing, at least that was until I saw Fluttershy struggling to lift a few heavy bags of animal food. "Hey Fluttershy, need any help?" I asked as I walked up to her, startling her and causing her to drop the bags onto the ground.
"Oh, um, h-h-hi Larry, I could use a l-l-little help, if you don't min that is," she said, only loud enough for me to barely hear her. With a nod I bent down and picked up all but one of the bags, not really bothered by the weight since the bags weren't heavy enough to be a problem for me. I nodded for her to lead the way and followed her as she went to her home. After a little while we arrived at a cottage by the forest, 'Isn't this the everfree forest, I'm surprised a mare like Fluttershy would live anywhere near here' I thought. We walked inside and she placed her bag in the kitchen. I followed her example by putting my bags carefully next to where she put hers, "T-thanks for the help L-Larry," She said as we left her kitchen and went back into her living room. Now that I didn't have the bags to worry about I started to get a good look at the place, the place was cozy with a fireplace in one corner, some furniture to sit in and a table, some rugs, and places for animals to move about.
"This is a nice place you've got here Fluttershy," I said, causing Fluttershy to blush and hide behind her mane while squeaking out something to quiet for me to understand.
"Um, w-would you like some t-tea Larry?" Fluttershy asked after a moment of awkward silence.
"Sure," I answered. Fluttershy nodded and left to the kitchen to make us the tea, so I sat on the couch alone with my thoughts. I thoughts about what I would do in this world, about what I even could do. 'I've got being a guard, but is that what I really want, or is that all I need for now' I thought. As I sat and waited for the tea I heard a terrified scream that seemed to come from nearby, probably close to the everfree.
12:35 PM, between everfree forest and Ponyville, with group, third person
The group all met up where the scream was heard to see a terrified colt running out of the forest with 3 timberwolves chasing him out. The colt was an earth pony that stood 4 foot 5 had brown eyes and white fur with patches of brown fur with a two-tone brown and dark brown mane and tail, he wore a red T-shirt over a white long sleeve shirt with a brown pair of shorts. The magic users reacted first, sending out blots and beams of ice, lighting, dark magic, and fire. The magic users made quick work of the 3 timberwolves as Pipsqueak ran and hid behind the group of humans. after the initial 3 timberwolves were dealt with the humans were about to start high-fiving each other, that was until they heard a loud growling sound and a few barks as 5 more timberwolves emerged from the forest.
"I know this is probably the worst time to ask this, but Jacob, why are you shirtless?" Nate asked, causing the other humans to look at Jacob and realize he was indeed shirtless.
"It doesn't matter," he grumbled as he felt his cheeks heating up. As they were focusing on that the timberwolves tried to charge the group but Jennifer reacted fast enough to catch them in her levitation, which was really straining since she hadn't practiced with anything as big as them.
"Could someone deal with these timberwolves?" Jennifer asked with a clearly straining voice. The rest of the group noticed the timberwolves trying to break free of the magic and started to kill them. the magic users killed three of them while the rest used their fist to break the other two wolves apart. After those five were dealt with they stayed still for another five minutes to see if anymore would come out of the forest. When no other timberwolves emerged they actually did start high-fiving and celebrating, that was until the rest of the town arrived with the main six and group of royal guards to try and deal with the threat, which was already dealt with. When the humans saw all the townsponies looking they stopped their celebrating and just stood there awkwardly, unsure of what to do next.
"Um, hi?" Nate said with an unsure voice.
Hey guys and gals, I'm sorry (to those of you who liked this story anyway) but I'm cancelling Equestrias Newest Guards. My reasoning is simple, I don't like half of the characters I wrote in, I don't like how I started the story, and I don't know where to go with this group. Though don't despair, I am going to fix this. The reason I'm not just changing the story itself is because I will be rewriting it from the ground up. Only five of my characters are going to remain, Jacob C (though I'll just call him Jake or Jacob), Paddie, Nate, Theo, and Wesley. The beginning will be different, as in where they arrive, how they react, and how they are treated. The name will change and so shall the description. The remake is basically a completely different story with five of the characters from this one. The new story will be called Accidental Warriors, so if you're interested, watch out for that.
