Shortly after the defeat of the Sunlord, Princess Luna goes to visit the nearby Kingdom of Camarg. Her visit is marred by stopping illegal tax collection and a bit of unlawful Necromancey.
Part 4 of The True History of Equestria
Princess Luna comes to the Kingdom of Camarg to meet and learn from the pony who could make such excellent laws as she and Celestia have seen.
On the way, she and her party disrupt an unauthorized tax collection scheme.
At the Court of Camarg, a noble is found to be attempting unlawful Necromancy.
