//-------------------------------------------------------// UNDERTALE: Equestria -by Mega Maniac- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue I felt the kid’s knife slash across my front, forming a deep gash that splurged forth a liquid that stained both my jacket and floor red. Shocked, I quickly held my hand against the wound, I looked down, my hand was covered. I coughed and felt it rise up and spill out of my mouth. I looked and looked back at the kid, I knew it wasn't their fault, they were being forced by THEM. The demon, Chara, had their hands around Frisk’s SOUL, guiding the knife in their hand. And THEY were forcing the demon to do it, our world’s creator, forcing it's destruction. When I looked at them, they looked different each time, one time they looked like an older human, one with green hair, another time they looked like TWO humans at once, there were even times when they even looked like a child. I closed my eyes. “Welp.” I opened my eyes, I could see the kid’s apologetic look, I knew that they didn't want to do this. “I’m going to Grillby’s.” I shuffled past the kid and out of their sight. “Papyrus...” I could feel myself slowly turning into dust. “Do you want anything?” And that's when everything went dark. “Was there something you needed sister?” The Lunar Princess asked her older sister. The older alicorn smiled. “Of course not Luna I just wanted us to have to spend some time together for once. After you discovered these ‘video games’ you've been spending all your free time in your room, and I have missed you dearly.” Luna flushed. “I'm sorry Tia, it's just that they're addicting! I complete one task and I don't even think before I go and try to complete another.” she explained. “You must try them at one point. I believe you'll enjoy them as much as I do. My favorite is the Ponémon games.” Celestia laughed. “I might so Luna. Now how about we-” she quickly froze as she felt a cold chill wash over her. Something had just appeared in Equestria. And it was close. “Luna,” she looked over to her sister. “I wasn’t the only to feel that. Right?” Before she could respond a mare burst through the doors into the chamber. “Princess Celestia, Princess Luna! Some creature has just appeared in the Great Hall and seems to be injured. The guards have sent a request for the medical team, but I don't think it'll be enough. Please come help!” the mare pleaded. The two sisters looked at each other. “Very well,” said Luna. “Please escort us to this creature miss..” she trailed off. The mare saluted “Corporal Lavender Blossom of the Royal Guard, your Highness. I had just clocked out when I heard the commotion.” “Well then, Miss Blossom, if you would kindly escort us we would gladly help.” The mare nodded and proceeded to show them where the creature was located. “Are you sure about this Luna? We don't even know if this creature is dangerous or not.” Celestia said. “While that may be true Tia, what if it isn't. What if it was an innocent creature caught in a freak accident and was injured? I wouldn't want that to happen on just a possibility.” Luna explained. The solar alicorn sighed, “Fine, I trust you on this Luna.” she said and gave her younger sister a small smile. Luna smiled back, “Thank you. Now we must hurry!” She turned and walked out of the room while Celestia followed closely behind. “Oh my.” The princesses were shocked at what they found. The creature was a skeleton, that they were sure of, but of what species it was was beyond them, there was one more thing that worried them. It was the fact that the skeleton was dissolving into dust. They rushed forward, prepping healing spells, but we're stopped when the saw the world go blue. They looked at the creature and saw its left eye flash blue and quickly go back to its normal white state. It was afraid. “Please. We are only trying to help. Let us save you.” Luna said. Her sister nodding in agreement. “H-h-help?” it, no, he said. “Yes, please let us help.” The skeleton nodded slowly, still wary of the two alicorns. As they released their spells onto him the scattered dust started to gather around him again, slowly forming back into his body. As he felt his body be put back together, he felt his consciousness slip from him again. Ugh, my head. These resets never hit THAT hard. I turned over to face the window by my bed, prepping myself for the inevitable. I'm gonna open my eyes and it'll be nothin’ but snow. I opened my eyes and out the window I saw a city. Or not.  I sat up and looked around, I was in some room that looked like it belonged in some kind of fancy castle of sorts. And that's when I remembered. Remembered that I had died. And yet for some reason here I am, alive and kicking. What happened? I heard the door click open and I quickly looked at who came in. Or should I rather say what came in. A small white horse, a pony maybe, with pink hair and tail walked in and gasped. “Oh, you're finally awake.” She turned and called out the door “Doctor, he’s awake!” She then looked at me, “Excuse me.” And she walked out. But before I could question what happened an other pony walked in, this one a light tan color with a brown mane(?), and tail. “So it seems that you’ve finally woken up eh? Well it's to be expected that you would be out for a few days, your body putting itself back together and all.” I blinked. “A few days huh? Well that's a new record.” I said. The doctor laughed. Heh looks like I still got it. “It seems that I'm so good at sleeping that I could do it with my eyes closed.” That got another few laughs. “Anyways, give it to me straight doc, is it bad?” Before he could answer the door opened again and another pony came in, this one bigger than the rest and she had both wings and a horn, I could practically feel the magic ooze off of her. She smiled. “It's good to see that you've finally woken up. My name is Princess Celestia. Would you mind telling me your name?” I smiled back. “The names Sans. Sans the skeleton.”
