Pinkie Pie woke up, surprisingly, less cheerful than yesterday. It was strange. She didn't feel like getting up, or looking at the bright sun through her window, covering up the sun with her candy decorated curtains. Gummy was next to her, blinking his eyes at her, as if it was to tell her something.
"Ugh, not now Gummy. And no, i'm not going to get up."The pink pony replied, and actually sat up.
She
groaned and got up and ate breakfast. That was it. For the rest of the day Pinkie stayed inside, either looking through the window, talking to Gummy, or ignoring the doorbell ring. Until eventually Twilight knocked on Sugarcube Corner. She was worried that something might've happened to her friend. Nothing happened. She knocked again. Nothing. Absolutely, nothing. Twilight got even more worried and decided to just go inside and talk to her. That is, if she was inside. Twilight used her magic and slightly opened the door. She saw that Sugar Cube Corner looked the same as always. She mumbled to herself, saying,
"Weird. I expected something bad."Twilight mumbled. Then she heard a loud bang, following by a clatter.
Twilight's heart started racing, afraid that Pinkie might be in there and in trouble. She went upstairs and saw Pinkie, curled up, shaking. Twilight levitated Pinkie Pie looked at her. Pinkie's expression was surprised to see Twilight.
"Twilight? What do you want? And let go of me! Pinkie said, struggling to get to the ground.
She was really upset, and just wanted to be alone. "Well, i was worried about you. Your acting strange. The usual Pinkie would've never stayed inside for 3 weeks! We invited you to a lot of our-"Twilight was drowned out by Pinkie interrupting her.
"Excuse me?! Strange?? Well, i'll tell you one thing that's strange. Why you won't leave me alone! That's why!"
Pinkie growled, and Twilight stopped levitating Pinkie. She was surprised to see Pinkie like this, and it wasn't like her. She had no choice but to say the most thing that will possibly set Pinkie off.
"Pinkie! Your being very rude and something must be wrong with you! Where's the cheerful, happy, pony that i always knew?! Oh wait, no let me guess, she's obviously RIGHT here standing next to me, acting like something tragic has happened! Seriously Pinkie, stop."Twilight said, almost getting as angry as Pinkie.
But Pinkie, just stood there. Like she was paralyzed or something. She stared at Twilight, mouth wide open and finally, hugged her. She also started crying and Twilight hugged her back.
"Oh Twilight. Something is wrong."Pinkie said, sobbing.
Twilight calmed down and stopped hugging Pinkie. "It's okay Pinkie. I understand. Well, if you want to, you could come to my castle and we'll find out what's wrong." Twilight said, now worrying about Pinkie again.
"Oh um, well, i-i don't know......"Pinkie said, quietly.
She actually didn't want Twilight to be inside anymore, and she started disliking Twilight the second she went into Pinkie's room and saw her.
She wanted something to happen, you know, something that would let Twilight never come back to SugarCube, EVER.
"How the hell do i get rid of this pony?Pinkie thought. Then finally, she smiled. She turned around, away from Twilight, and ran out of Sugarcube. Twilight followed, saying
"Pinkie wait! Stop! Where are you going?!"The purple alicorn yelled, running and trying to catch up to Pinkie.
A few minutes later, Twilight got tired. She decided to let her be, and went back to her castle, hoping that Pinkie would be normal tomorrow. Except Pinkie kept running. And running. And running. Until she saw the Everfree Forest. All those times before, she was scared of it. But not this time. Without a care, she trotted over there. Then she sat next to the tree. And slept.
When Pinkie woke up, she heard strange noises. They made her twitch and get scared. She regretted going to the forest in the first place and tried to leave. There was just one problem. The Everfree Forest worked in it's own strange ways, right? Well somehow the trees blocked the way. Pinkie tried jumping over, but the tree was still in the way. She didn't know WHAT caused the forest to go like this, but she really wanted to leave. She got so mad she kicked the tree, and was about to leave, until a vine caught her and grabbed her easily.
"LET GO OF ME YOU STUPID VINE!!!" Pinkie yelled, but the vine covered her mouth so it couldn't hear anymore of her screams for help.
The vine squeezed Pinkie so hard it felt like it was going to crush her lungs, and she fell asleep due to lack of air.
When Pinkie woke up she saw the vine gone, but saw a candy. She loved sweets, and even though she's not herself, her love of sweets will never die out. She ate the sweet and felt dizzy. She tried to stay up, but everything looked so blurry, she thought she was going to fall again. Then she heard a voice. She was looking straight at the forest and saw no pony talking to her, but she could hear the voice as if it was right next to her.
"HELLO PINKIE.........."The voice said.
Pinkie saw the candy that she ate on the string being replaced by a bone. Pinkie picked up the bone and felt a little tug. She felt the bone pinching her and somehow felt it going through her hoof. She tried to take it out, but it was really dug into her skin. She wanted to scream as it felt like it was pushing into her muscles, but she couldn't scream. She felt her voice was gone. She cleared her throat and tried to speak again, but still, she couldn't. She panicked for a while and then calmed herself down. She let the bone go through her, and then felt a pulse. She didn't know what it was, and she knew it wasn't the bone because the bone wasn't exactly in. Instead, it felt her voice was coming. Pinkie could speak again. Except there was a difference. She spoke a little darker. Like she was trying to act more serious.
"Oh, well, i didn't expect that. (Gasps) Oh my! Wh-who are you?"Pinkie said, looking around her.
She saw a pony with a dark black mane, and gray coat appearing.
"HELLO PINKIE. WELCOME TO THE EVERFREE FOREST."The same voice said.
Pinkie noticed something changed. It was the voice that talked to her before. She stopped in her tracks, glancing quickly at the dark, almost black-as-night pony. She felt as if it was going to step on her, crushing all her bones and leaving blood spattering on the ground, but instead, it just, stood there. Like it was a statue that would stare at the ground for hours. Years. Hundreds of Moons. But, this pony, was just standing there. Staring at the pink pony who had stopped, paralyzed with fear and horror. She was shaking on the inside, but her nerves are telling her to run.
"Uh, i'd better go." Pinkie said, trying to run.
She was really trying, but she couldn't. A part of her told her to run, while the other told her to stay and wait.
"OH COME ON! I couldn't speak, now i CAN'T EVEN TROT?!!!!!! Somepony help me! Get me off the ground!"Pinkie yelled and tried to run once again, but her hooves were still stuck to the floor like sticky glue.
She was panicking and trying and trying, but she couldn't get away. The mysterious pony moved closer to her and she spoke to the Pink Pony trying helplessly to escape.
"YOU.MUST.STAY.NOW."The pony spoke to Pinkie. On the gray pony she had no horn, and no wings. Somehow it grabbed Pinkie, with the sound of levitation, with their unknown dark magic.
"WH-WHAT ARE YOU DOING???? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???? Please, le-let go of me!!"Pinkie pleaded.
The dark ponys mane had grew a bit longer, with multiple split ends in her face. She refused to let go and kept Pinkie levitating, carrying her to further into the forest.
The gray pony dragged Pinkie and threw her onto the ground. The gray pony sat down, and just sat there. Then again, Pinkie looked up at the sky. It was a starry night and saw Twinkling stars. The gray mare had now gotten up and smiled, her smile up to her cheeks.
"SO.I HEARD.YOU LIKE.PONIES TO.SMILE."The gray pony said.
With her dark magic, she curved Pinkie's lips into a smile, ripping her skin, leaving lots and lots of blood on the floor. Pinkie's lips were bleeding, and she started crying.
"STOP!!! PLEASE, JUST STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I-"Pinkie wasn't able to finish her yelling by the taste of blood in her mouth. She spat out the blood, and felt really scared and wanted to go home.
"THIS WONT.BE.THE.END.PINKIE."
The gray pony laughed at her and finished curving her mouth. She stopped levitating her, and Pinkie fell to the ground. Pinkie felt as if nothing happened. But she knew stretching her mouth must've been a warning about the gray mare. Pinkie's mouth all around had blood around it. However, the pain of the curving was unbearable. She screamed and yelled.
"OWWW!!! SOMEPONY PLEASE HELP!!" Pinkie howled.
Fluttershy, who was lived just in the outskirts of Ponyville, near the Everfree Forest heard Pinkie and was going to run into there, but stopped. Fluttershy hates the Everfree Forest. She hated the strange ways of it. It just gave her nightmares of last time when she and her friends went inside and Twilight got attacked by the vines. She thought for a moment, then talked to herself saying
" Okay Fluttershy. You can do this. Wait, no you can't! Too dangerous! What if the vines came back into Ponyville??? Bu-But what if somepony in there's in danger??I have to save them! Uh, no! Why me??? Oh please oh please let somepony else help!!!'"Fluttershy said.
She closed her eyes, just waiting for a vine to appear. Nothing happened. She looked straight into the path. Maybe it wasn't all that dangerous at all.
"Well, um, i should go into the Everfree Forest anyways. Besides, i am the element of Kindness. What kind pony would ever just leave and ignore the sounds of somepony who needs help??" Fluttershy said.
She walked in there, slowly. She was darting her eyes and hiding behind trees every time she heard just one little noise. She stopped in the middle of the Everfree Forest, and was so scared. She saw a piece of a bone, and another, and another, leading to a bush. Fluttershy slowly pushed the bushes aside, and saw a purple pony, an alicorn, with dark purple hair and a streak of pink along too. It was Twilight Sparkle.
Fluttershy felt like fainting on the ground, but what stopped her from fainting was looking at the pony standing right next to Twilight. It was Pinkie. Fluttershy felt like screaming at her, but she couldn't somehow. She knew she could speak, it's just that she really wanted to leave. Fluttershy couldn't help it. Finally she let out a loud scream of terror and pushed Pinkie aside hard, leaving her onto the ground, once more.
"Twilight!!! No!!!!"Fluttershy cried.
She looked at Pinkie with an icy glare, giving her the stare.
"Fluttershy!!! I'm serious!!! This isn't what it looks like! Honest!!!"Pinkie said, the blood still near her mouth on both sides.
"YOU-YOU MONSTER!!!!!!!!!! PINKIE, I-i just can't!!!!!! Your a cannibal!!!" Fluttershy gasped.
Pinkie looked stunned, not willing to tell her friend what really happened and who Twilight really was.....
Fluttershy ran and told her friends to follow her. They were confused and followed her through the Everfree Forest. When they saw what had happened, they were shocked. Rarity fainted. Rainbow and Applejack were speechless. Fluttershy started tearing up again and crying. What they were mostly surprised at was, Pinkie. Why would she do this? What was she thinking? And why is she a cannibal? No pony asked questions. Pinkie was crying on the ground, looking at Twilight. She knew something was suspicious, but didn't want to tell her friends, afraid that they wouldn't believe her and would be in grave danger if she told them the truth about this so-called "Dead Twilight". Rainbow Dash stared at Pinkie. She couldn't believe it. The most happiest one, most cheerful, even the one who had made her birthday and anniversary epic, killed the pony that mainly brought them together. Rainbow flew straight at Pinkie hard, making Pinkie soar across the sky and making Rainbow do the Sonic Rainboom. Pinkie landed on a tree, her jaw hurt really bad. She got out of the tree and saw the police came already. Fluttershy told them everything and looked at Pinkie. Pinkie got sent to the crazy room, where cannibals and cuckoo ponies were in but in different rooms. Pinkie cried. Why did they do this to her? It wasn't her fault. It wasn't what it looked like. Then, why, just why did this happen?
At midnight, while Pinkie was sleeping, there was a loud bang. Pinkie woke up, startled. She looked up and saw the shadow of somepony. A pony with black mane, gray coat. It was the voice that talked to Pinkie. With a smiling look on her face, the gray mare pushed her hair out of her face. She was taller than Pinkie,
